✓ Used to be so much betterIt used to be such a great app but now you can barely do anything without having the paid for version. you used to be able to add cute drawings or a song, that was the most fun part of the whole app and now you can’t. it used to be so much better but now it’s pretty lame. i got the app months ago, deleted it for storage and ever since i redownloaded it a few weeks ago none of my letters are being seen by people. when you click on your profile you can see how many people have read your letters and even after weeks mine are not getting sent out to anyone, and theres no way to report a problem on the app so i don’t know how to fix it..H_tpwkVersion: 1.28

✓ IdkI like this app other than the fact you’re making it to where you have to buy this stuff we already were able to do on here. Like I like drawing on my notes which was free and then you have to pay like monthly or yearly for it for something that was originally free. And you could add music but now it costs money. And you could also share the app to write another letter which I loved but now I don’t see that option. I get you’re trying to make money but you should’ve added aomethtjng new that costed money or something so we didn’t have to get something we already had. It’s crappy and also the robot thing hasn’t been replying to my messages when I type soemthijg to it it will type for a while but I’ll wait for a while and it won’t send the reply so I close the app and open it again and it will do the same thing or say I’m out of messages it’s such crap..AnythingigigigigVersion: 1.28

✓ InteractionsI have had this app for only a few days, but I've really enjoyed it so far! I’ve only met nice people on this app as of now. It’s cool that you can add people so that you can talk to them more later. It feels nice to be able to talk about anything thats been on my mind, relate to other people, or even give others some advice. You can learn more about yourself by writing your thoughts down. One complaint I have is that the interactions can get extremely annoying. It’s fine when they pop up on your screen the first time, but it comes up every time I switch between the “Daily” and “Inbox” pages. It always has the red dot on my inbox and no matter how many times I check on the interaction it doesn't go away or stop. Still, it’s not a very big deal and it doesn’t affect my time on the app much. The refresh time is also confusing. The default is 8pm, but I set it to 12am. That didn’t change anything and it still refreshes at 8. It also says that you can write one letter every 24 hours unless you share the app with a friend. I’ve tried waiting the 24 hours, but when I came to the app an hour after the refresh, it had just restarted the timer and didn’t give me another chance to write a letter until the 8pm refresh. I don’t have enough friends to share the app with!!.Wise TwigVersion: 1.26

✓ It’s okayThe app is okay honestly, I just haven’t been getting as much responses as before. I’m mainly just getting reactions now. Speaking of reactions, what was the point of them? They aren’t all that useful, are they just there for show? I mean if you can’t think of a reply then just don’t reply at all, reactions are honestly just annoying. Like I expect advice, not a little orange heart emoji. Also what happened to the AI bot, it stopped responding to my messages. It would just stay on the loading message forever and would give a response. The app was way better back when I first got it back in April, it kind of just went downhill from there. ✓ Fix your AII loved the AI when it first came out cause some of the real people are rude or give bad advice not their fault of course but just preferred it for a lot of stuff. Anyways it doesn’t work anymore and I’m heartbroken please fix it. The bubbles just show up like she’s typing and she never ever sends anything. ✓ Great app overall, but I miss some aspects of the old versionThis is an amazing app for those who just want to get stuff off their chest, vent, get advice, help people, and connect with people of similar problems. And this app has really helped me with my own mental health issues, but the old version was better in my opinion. I don’t feel that the premium membership should really be a thing, I understand that you need to make money somehow, but at the very least the unlimited letters feature should be a thing because there are people that struggle with more than just one thing and not all at once, meaning not everything will be off their chest by the end of the day..Randomalien07Version: 1.28

✓ :(I do like the app and I love it in theory. It’s nice to help other people and to get things off my chest but I never receive anything in return other than automated message, I’m just looking for advice and other perspectives sometimes. It’s nice I suppose to know someone has read it but I also have received some mildly hurtful responses. ✓ This is a good app but needs fixingThis is honestly a good app I’ve already had some decent conversations with people about their issues, and I’ve been able to rant and get some feedback for mine it really helps when you don’t have anybody to talk to. Now in saying that they give you one opportunity a day to write how you feel, this is where it needs fixing not cause of the one a day thing that’s fine, but I started to write my letter or idk what it was cause it only gave me a 140 character limit and letters don’t have a character limit, but then I backed out of it and now apparently I have to wait another 24 hours to write a letter even though I never got the opportunity to write this one for today smh.Tytybaby250Version: 1.23

✓ The membership feature ruined itThis was a really great app until the developers became money hungry. this was supposed to be a place where people could help others and freely express how they feel and it was supposed to be inclusive. now they've added a feature that discriminates against people that can't afford to pay either $50usd or $70cad or whatever other price depending on where you live. if you needed a way to generate revenue, why not just include ads? make people watch an ad if they want to write more than one letter a day. don't treat poor people as though they're inferior, because i really doubt that that's what the intention behind the app was..Kitty1542Version: 1.28

✓ 3.5, if I’m honest.Overall it’s a good app, but the amount of letters can become overwhelming if you’re really far into feeling bad. I personally was there, and this had made me delete the app prior to now where I’m revisiting it. So some sort of option to limit your letters could be helpful. ✓ Updates ruined it entirelyI downloaded this app about a year ago and absolutely loved it at first. I would get so many responses and it was so nice to hear people’s thoughts and advice, and I thought the ability to add music and drawings really added a nice touch and personalization to the letters. I agree with some of the other reviews though that the addition to just send a sticker as a reply really downgraded the app to begin with because that’s all I would get. But recently I went back on it and I think it’s absurd that you now have to pay to add music and drawings, AND pay to get more replies to your letters…in other words they’re giving your letter to like 2 people and making you pay to receive the actual abundance of advice and support they originally developed the app for….I love this game its amazingVersion: 1.28

✓ My Al chat is not working ugh!!I would definitely rate this 10 stars if I could if the subscription I paid for would work and allow me to actually use the Al bot 24/7 that I paid for would function properly ugh!! It really helped me to be able to chat whenever I needed too and get positive virtual advice which helped me out a lot. I paid for the subscription it worked great for a few days & then quit ugh!!! I have tried numerous of times to reach out to the developer with no response or help. If they fixed this asap especially since I’m paying for this service then they would definitely have 5 stars!! I don’t have money to waste at all & I'm paying for a subscription that I can’t use due to malfunctioning on the app!!
