✓ Good luckI’ve been playing this game for awhile and don’t understand how I deposit money, but can’t withdraw money because of the bonus cash. It always takes most of the money for bonus cash instead of paying me. For example I deposited $20, got up enough winnings to play for $34. I won a total of $56, but the bonus cash was still higher than the actual amount I could withdraw. So I tried to play with the bonus money and lost my actual cash instead and the bonus cash was still there. Why can’t you play with the bonus cash first then build up what you deposit? ✓ They definitely cheat with “players”This game is pretty good for giving you free money to play but don’t get excited because you will never be able to withdraw any money because they claim everything is ALWAYS “bonus cash” even when you WIN money from the money they have given you it doesn’t matter. Also you are 100% not playing against REAL players only, they 100% use BOTS AS PLAYERS. They also CLAIM each match has to be finished wi10 minutes or you forfeit your match, yet time and time again I have other players that have held up the match “playing” for HOURS, I’m talking 2,3,5 HOURS when your in a 1st or 2nd even 3rd place to WIN some cash, then 6 HOURS later mysteriously the player that has cheated and held the game up for hours has suddenly bumped YOU out of a winning slot! ✓ Cheating Bots?Oh it’s possible. I mean how else do I get an amazing high score then have to wait 20-30 min for other players and somehow they play the best game of their life and beat me. Solitaire for crying out loud! There are games I just do not have the moves to break a thousand points and magically the other players destroy me. Are they not playing the same game? I find it amazing that when I up the amount of money to bet, the number of moves I have drops drastically. It’s pathetic and the odds are just impossible. ✓ No real money unless you’re spending moneyThis game is fun for someone who just likes to play bingo. You won’t win any real money unless you’re actually investing your own money. I get very low scores when I play the cash games but whenever I pay with the rubies I always get 1st or 2nd places. The higher cash games I play I always come in last place. ✓ Same story as everyone else..Game is fun (addictive) but tried a withdrawal as a true test if I would deposit or keep the game. It’s been over a month and 4 emails to “support” with ZERO response. I was just randomly asked to upload my drivers license to verify my ID and that it would take 2-5 minutes to verify. I never got any notification about verification. Nothing. Nowhere on the app to check status. It makes me nervous that I uploaded personal documents with no communication or explanation as to why and whether it was “verified” or not. I would have rated this higher but I had issues with my first withdrawal (which they were quick to help when I contacted them via the contact us support feature, and I received the money for the first one). Now I have been waiting two weeks for my second withdrawal, and it said once it’s been two weeks to contact them. I went to contact us, but there is no way to contact them. If I click anything it says “ You currently have unevaluated tickets, please submit the form Exit the current page and click the "Contact Us" to enter the evaluation page”. cAnd there is no link anywhere for forms or unevaluated tickets. And when I try to go to my previous conversation with customer support (which I can still see) it wrong let me type anything else. ✓ Lots of glitchesOnly for fun - I have been playing this game for awhile and I enjoyed it. But lately it’s been having a lot of glitches with cards not moving and getting stuck in the wrong order and hidden behind other cards. Customer service used to be great and within a reasonable response time to crediting the account but now customer service is no where to be found since AI has taken over. Bring back actual humans and fix the bugs!! They changed the game up and it’s more like playing a computer and then they match you with whoever won against it. They cut the games down and changed to tournaments and you decide in the game how much you want to pay, and now it’s not even fun anymore because you have to figure out where everyone is playing or you’ll be waiting almost hours for a game to end and pay out , so it’s harder to keep recycling your winnings when the games on hold. ✓ Extreme ScamThis game is a scam. The biggest problem is that the majority of the money you make playing the game is considered bonus cash. Before I deleted the game, my account was at $22 dollars. I wasn’t able to withdraw any of it as all of it was considered bonus cash. The other problem with this game is that there’s a withdrawal fee and a withdrawal limit. I deposited $10 onto the account and I had a total of $24 dollars after the deposit. I was only able to withdraw $9 as the rest was considered bonus cash. Part of MY MONEY is converted into bonus cash. Also, when you withdrawal money, all the bonus money is erased from your account so you start back essentially at 0 when you withdrawal money. ✓ Cheat!!!They run special bingo games when you play a pay game. Well with their “special algorithm” they allow duplicate bingo numbers, making it impossible to win. I complained about it through email and was ignored, second time through text and they apologized and refunded me $2. Then after I got duplicated numbers for over 20 cash games played spending $102 they refused to do anything constantly referring me to the FAQ page which has zero to do with the problem. I went back and forth for a month looking for any compromise and was just ignored. The regular Bingo game is decent enough. If you are looking to make money like their adds claim don’t bother. Yesterday I had won over $18. I created an account so I could withdraw it. I was only able to withdraw like $6.50 and it said all of my bonus cash would be forfeited.
