✓ A little scaryThis app was a bit intimidating. The hypnosis was rather vivid and easy to visualize. I could see myself breathing through my heart chakra very well, and could see/feel the light flowing through my feet and the waterfall rushing through my head. It was as though my body opened up and I was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. I used the sleep version and when I went to sleep, I dreamt that I had been hit by a car and had become a blob of protoplasm on the road. Someone was scooping me up into a mesh bag but I kept oozing out of the mesh and back onto the road. All of the things I experienced fit with the concept of the app cleaning out--detoxifying--my energies from past traumas. The whole idea is a bit scary, isn't it?.Version: 1

✓ This one’s the Best!I’ve tried most of Glenn’s recordings and this is the one I keep coming back to, time and time again. Once you get past the accent (I still struggle with that and find it distracting) - the quality, surround sound effects and quality of content is second to none. Maybe the recordings could be made available with an accent-less actor’s voice, and this would immediately receive 5 stars and shoot to my No1, Ultimate Meditation recording of all time!.Version: 1.2
