But he cancelled the ride and charged me $4.00 to be paid to the next driver. Grab wound not refund and offer any compensation for wasting my time and exposing my transaction account. While trying to resolve the issue Grab removed my access from the help centre. Eman from the help centre gave himself 5 stars for not resolving the issue while finding where to rate the resolution could not be found.
