I want to personally thank Marcus and all who make this app work and answer any questions you may have (even if you feel they are stupid, they treat you with respect and and help you find an answer). I use the app to keep track of my network now and my phone (which was found both had issues). I am not much of a speechwriter so I will keep it short. It has a wide variety of tools with readable and useful documentation all in a well planned and organized interface. The updates are frequent and relevant. I have no complaints except perhaps there is no way (that I can find) to clear the remembered input. A huge thanks to the developer. I look forward to future updates and functionality. ✓ Amazing Analytical ApplicationThis application is an amazing asset! Cleanly designed and highly functional. I can’t thank the developer enough! Note to Apple: it would be very helpful if the company could stop blocking beneficial options to your developers and customers. I also sent a message to the developer (under my real name) and within hours I got a reply back and his guidance on correcting the issue. WOW never have I gotten support that fast, even when I was paying for it. Like I originally said this is a wonderful collection of tools for the network engineer and anyone wanting to explore (not hack) their environment. ✓ A Must-have Tool For Any Network ProI spent an age trying out different apps to perform what I considered to be common everyday tasks but came up short, until I tried NetworkToolbox on the off-chance. There were no ratings or reviews for this app when I downloaded it but the description fit the bill of everything I needed and plenty more to boot. As a network pro, I need to troubleshoot networks and their various components on a daily basis but lugging a full-size laptop round to do these things gets very tiresome very quickly. It also wastes a lot of time waiting for diagnostics programs to load up when all you want to do is ping a server or trace a route through the network. Using this app, all I need to carry with me at all times is either my iPhone or iPad and I’ve got a pocket full of all the tools I need at my disposal, INSTANTLY. What tools this app hasn’t got aren’t worth mentioning, except perhaps a ‘finger’ function (see the unrelated ‘Fing’ app for this purpose.) To be fair to the developer though, I haven’t yet submitted this feature request. In every other respect, this is a very full and functional set of tools that no-one who works in IT at any level should be without. If something doesn’t work the way it should or could do with an improvement, I’ve found the developer to be very prompt and helpful..Version: 6.07.01

SSH/Telnet is a given; Portscan and even Port Forwarding is kinda cool. But monitoring service health checks (http/s calls with http response codes, as well as remote command execution and even batches commands across multiple hosts/VMs. It’s a great tool indeed! One thing on my request list. A subnet sweep; responding to ARP requests (if apple still reveal that layer), or ICMP Echo or even TCP Echo. Then if the MAC info is available lookup the vendor. Prior review: I have tried many of the other apps in this category. Most are decent - but this one is what I would call professional. Also, “Security Checks”.. a lot of that is outdated. The exploits used within are not current.. Can you upgrade that to test for more devices? ✓ Brilliant SoftwareIf you are at all interested in Infosec, you can not go past this software. Honestly, it is a point and shoot solution to teach you about the risks of the internet of everything, your personal IT (NAS/IP Camera/website) and or your business systems. Within 3 days I could conduct a high level probe on my companies systems and spot weaknesses in the systems. This doesn't replace professional White Hat advice, but how do you know even to speak to companies like that to scope their work and understand the treats they uncover, if you can not perceive and understand the exploits that are available. Great tutorials and reference links. Learnt how to check SW/HW before buying to check exploits. ✓ There isn't anything else quite like itThis is an excellent tool or perhaps "package of tools" might be a better description. It provides users with the ability to "see" what is happening with their networking down to viewing the data stream. While you need at least a basic understanding of networking to get started, you could also use this set of tools as a "self learner" I suggest that a look at what data is "coming and going" to/from your device is well worth the effort. ✓ My real life networking toolkit is nowhere near as useful as this app.Love this app. I’ve used it for years and it just keeps getting better. I don’t think I paid 6.99 when I bought it, but I’ve easily gotten that much value from it and would buy it again in a second. I’ve only bought less than 20 paid iOS apps but this one is absolutely the one I couldn’t do without. Very reliable and never had annoying bugs like many other similar apps(that do far less, far worse). When I’m troubleshooting ANY networking issue, installing new equipment, managing my servers, transferring files, remotely controlling my desktops, or even just tinkering around with a project.... this app is always the first thing I reach for and usually is the only place I need to. It has so many things in the kit that I honestly forget what all is included quite often. However if I need something, it’s always worth the check to see if it’s there—whatever tool I’m looking for, it’s usually offered in the Network Toolbox. Just a plethora of info amazing and great info for anyone.
