✓ Amazing!I feel terrible that I waited so long to do this review. ... sorry about that. These guys were amazing! I took a flight a year ago (!). The airline, though everything was in order, wouldn’t let me board with my service dog. And don’t argue with me - I found out from their mouths (customer service) that everything was in order. So I missed my flight. Dealing with the airline was no help. I was going to make a new reservation myself. But prices had skyrocketed since my original reservation. So I thought, why not call Kiwi? Maybe they can help. They not only got me a better set of (and shorter layovers) flights; but also dealt with the original airline! Completely above and beyond. And at the same, original price, with zero extra fees. It’s why I always try to use them. Love you guys ❤️!.Version: 4.1.5

✓ Best experienceBefore discovering Kiwi the idea of booking flights seemed scary and confusing to me. So much that i only booked through a travel agency since just looking at flights and dates gave me a headache. But so long! Every since discovering this application i do not even think about contacting an agency. Using Kiwi is time and cost efficient with many flight options to chose from and more importantly THE CHEAPEST FLIGHTS ever! ✓ Trip inconvenienceKiwi is not usually able to give a confirmation number to get boarding passes for any segments of trips, so prepare to stand at the ticket counter in all your connection terminals. Kiwi also does not have access to all flights - I could not book on the same flight as my traveling partner through Kiwi but was able to do so through the airline website (at a cheaper $5) price. No customer service phone available during the trip ( although it became available after trip was supposed to be completed). Trying to Reset password was a complete joke and timed out twice. I did find proper connections but it just was not worth the “saved money” to spend hours of time to get boarding passes..Version: 4.64.0

✓ A willing reviewI have cancer. Diagnosed 6 months ago. Blessed with limited, but some time, I went into high gear to complete as much of my projects as possible (HIV cascade of care in the Philippines) and have made some progress. Some. Three trips to:from NZ and all arranged on line. Like most that means 10 apps and hours spent finding the “best”. A friend suggested I try this (30 seconds and he found the best flights, same as I found but $100+ cheaper). Next I went here first and ended up after shopping around. 3rd done in 20 minutes (quick look around). And now my final flights will be in 2 days. ✓ Wow they weren’t playing about cheap pricesI’ve been planning a trip to visit my best friend on the other side of the world and all the other apps to claim to have the ‘cheapest flights available ‘ either went higher or were just the same copy/pasted flights with copy/pasted prices. I was bout to drop $900 on a flight till I found this app, going for $680 instead!?! That’s insanely cheaper and cuts half my expenses ! Not to mention the layovers for the flight are exceedingly shorter than the +13 hour layover the other competitors had!! So not only is it cheaper but also way shorter in comparison, more time for me to spend with my friend!! Highly recommend for penny pinchers or people in need of a genuinely good company to book with 😊.Version: 3.4.9

✓ Excellent service in the face of awkward flight cancellationHad a flight cancelled and appalling service by Pegasus Airline. Staff at Kiwi, at least five different people, all showed extreme professionalism in dealing with my situation. With little honest information from the airline all staff did their best to solve my journey home. As well as sourcing flights at the last minute they also provided me with a complementary hotel during the return. ✓ Delays without NotifyingI booked a flight with kiwi from London gatwick to florence(firenze). The original flight time was 20:35 so I reached airport 18:00 as gatwick can be busy sometimes. When I reached the airport and checked in they told me the flight is delayed. Kiwi never informed or notified me in anyway. When I called kiwi around 21:30 they told me they will check and come back to me with a solution after that I received just an email stating it’s delayed. In total flight was 6 hours delayed. Upon contacting again kiwi i was told by the agent Akshay R that its not in our control and your its minor schedule change and it hasn’t affected your itinerary in any way. Hilarious isn’t it ? I was at the airport for 8 hours. My flight was on 24th July and I reached on 25th july. But according to the kiwi it’s a minor change and hasn’t affected in anyway. Update. I have been contacted by kiwi support they have promised the refund of full amount of ticket in kiwi credits. No one can bring back the wasted time but it’s a good gesture and should be appreciated..Version: 2023.28.1
✓ Useless boarding passesKiwi really need to get into the 21st Century re: mobile boarding passes. Despite their own apps claims to provide them, in reality it just generated the exact same pdf version as the email. Having been on a Greek Island out of season & not having had the foresight to pack a printer in my luggage (silly me!!) I assumed by reading the apps claims that this wouldn't be a problem. My journey required two flights by different airlines, both of which use mobile boarding cards but you are unable to access via their own apps with only the Kiwi reference. A call to 'customer services' was worse than useless, merely a repetitive overseas call centre droning from a crib sheet about me being checked in online but 'safer' to print (how?) than get charged (again) at both airports. I was under the impression that we were a progressive, paper free, connected society, but clearly Kiwi think otherwise. In future I will book my flights direct with the carrier & use their dedicated apps. This app is just to supportt sales for a 3rd party reseller with a dated system & useless support..Version: 4.15.1
✓ WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I booked a multi-stage fare through Kiwi with the initial leg being delayed resulting in me being unable to make my connections. After spending 1hr 30 on the phone in Vienna airport and CS providing no solution, despite having the ability to rebook me on another flight the same evening and adhere to their ‘Kiwi Guarantee’ marketing lie to get me to my destination no matter what - they provided no solution 3 hours later. A further call to customer services suggested I have ‘patience’ despite not being provided with any information about accommodation nor a new flight. They mentioned they could not find the information to say the flight was delayed - a simple google search would provide that information. After attempting to contact the ironically named ‘customer service’ team the call rang out numerous times and I was met finally no accommodation nor any indication of when I might be reaching my destination. This company is happy to arrange multi-fares and happy to leave you high and dry when something goes wrong! I will never be using their service ever again and encourage everyone to avoid them unless you like sitting in a Burger King for half a day when you’re supposed to be on holiday! Thank you for ruining the start to a wonderful trip and I suggest you redefine what customer service is to you!! AVOID (App works perfectly and looks lovely, good job devs!).Version: 3.7.13

Original review: Westjet was ready to offer full refund as they had potential strike from May 15-21. Called westjet and they said to call Kiwi.com and have them reach out as they are the ones who booked. They will give full refund. I paid extra for guarantee support but what a waste of money.
