✓ Better than last time, but can’t add badge or reservationsApp works very well, it’s had the occasional crash but it hasn’t been detrimental. However, the description expressly says you can view your reservations in the app. If you didn’t activate your badge in the app then there is no way to tie your badge to it after the fact, and therefore you can’t get your reservations attached. The reminders for events are not far enough ahead of time to make sure you can get in line before the cutoff. Still overall a better app than 2017, and I’m hopeful they will release an update this week before the expo to fix the badge integration..Genesisfan1Version: 6.0

✓ The paper schedule was as usefulThis app was the worst app of any convention app I've used. No pushed notifications to report live changes to the schedule. A lot of information couldn't be provided by the app or the horribly unprepared staff at the event. Please refer to yearly conventions for better app experiences. Thanks..AntiknoVersion: 4.0

✓ Better Than the Old One, Still Needs WorkWhile this is a big improvement over the app for 2011's Expo, it still has a few head-scratching oversights. Why is there no explanation of the new SHOWPASS system in the FAQ? Why is the SHOWPASS distribution point shown in a different place on the map than where D23's website says it will be? Also, the filters on the schedule are almost useless - there's no way to show just the "substantive" presentations in the Arena and Stages 23 and 28 each day - you still have to wade through autograph signings and product releases no matter which filter you use..MrsJ0hns0nVersion: 1.0

✓ Needs an interim Countdown featureWe bought the membership; can’t wait for 2021... but this app offers nothing until then? Not even a redirect to other shopping venues, current Disney news, special insider services to parks, tours, events? Truly bummed. ✓ Good app but I can’t seem to connect my badge to the app.All of the information on the app is great. However, my badge cannot be attached to the app. My badge was activated prior to me getting the app and there is no option within the app to link it. The only option is activate badge. I have done that too, which takes you back to the same activation page that you see in a browser. I place my badge numbers and enter my email address (the same one I activated my badge with) and click submit, and nothing happens. The page doesn’t do anything and the app doesn’t move on from the page. I have to click the close option and nothing gets set. This not working will definitely affect my D23 Expo experience because my reservations and badge won’t be connected to the app. If that functionality worked, it would be a 5 star for me..MediusfidiusVersion: 6.0

✓ Great app but not awesome!It was a good app for getting around and reminding me of schedules and the heart helped to remind me what to do. Although it didn't ever connect to face book or even make an account was frustrating can't even send a review of the d23 convention. ✓ App ok, but content and notifications notThis app is ok, but having attended many cons for both business and fandoms, the content lacks critical bits of information like "You need a ticket for the Pete Docter signing - pick that up @ x o'clock," and the notifications are nil. Notifications that could help you understand if the D23 hall is full and, if not, which sections are... How about wait times for the shops that had longer lines than new E-ticket park rides?! Tableau conference organizers and app manages this brilliantly, by way of example. Somewhere a decision was made to critically understaff this con. The too few staff who are available are under-informed. Fine, turn a profit... but the app could have solved for a lot of problems, frustration and confusion lack of staff created. ✓ Underwhelming and not up to Disney standards.This app has a lot of information. But that's about it. The organization isn't particularly helpful while you're walking the show floor or trying to plan your experience. As with many similar conferences, there are lines everywhere and this app doesn't help you figure out what you need to do in order to see the things you want to see. As has been pointed out by other reviewers, this app should help you with queue management and mitigation (use that as encouragement to use the app). ✓ Display is "squished" in most places.Many text areas appear "squished" on iPhone 6. It seems that the Disney rushed to release this in time for the event without doing proper QA first. Disappointing for a billion dollar company that charges an arm and a leg for Expo admission and D23 membership. ✓ D23 ExpoThe D23 Expo application is a fine representation of what the show offers regarding presented content, a map of the show floor so users can get an idea of what’s where as well as well as setup for notification regarding schedule reminders and general news. The app is easy to navigate from users of all backgrounds. The app even has purpose for those not attending as they use the connection to You Tube to view the Expo’s greatest moments..D. ✓ Need to have a social media presenceThe app was good for pre-planning but once I got to the event, it was useless. The only notifications I received were for the start of each day and the "wrap" of the event. Knowing when certain panels were full, or knowing which "stage passes" were still available would have been good to have. As it was, I spent most of my time in lines or sitting in a queue, rather than spending my money as Disney had wished.
