✓ Difficult but not impossible and beautifully craftedThis game had a fair few bugs and performance issues when it was first released but in the latest version for TV OS, they have pretty much fixed everything and it now plays beautifully with an Compatible controller pad. The frame rate was limited for ages until recently when the team at Ubisoft finally fixed this issue now it’s smooth, almost a different game it’s so much of an improvement. It took Ubisoft a while to be honest but you got there in the end..Version: 7.9.0

✓ Easy to learn, tough to master.This game is easy to learn, but incredibly difficult to perfect. The upgrading of the bikes can be tedious, but I finished upgrading the 9 main bikes over a year ago, and still enjoy playing this game every day. If you must binge play a game, don't play Trials. If you are like me, and can play a bit and then continue with your life, I highly recommend it. A couple tips: 1. Be patient - upgrades can take multiple days to finish, and you can run out of fuel quick. 2. Don't use diamonds for anything but fuel tank upgrades. Want to use diamonds to speed up an upgrade? See #1. 3. It is possible to beat the game and unlock all tracks without spending a dime. That being said, I recommend spending a couple bucks to get rid of ads. 4. Play the slot machine often - it has some great prizes and they get better as it levels up. 5. (This is the most important) Add some friends! Racing against other people's ghosts is always more exciting, and much more challenging. I can't tell you how many shortcuts and speed techniques I've discovered by racing other players. I love Trials because of how easy it is to learn the controls, but how difficult it is to master them. I'm constantly learning how to overcome different obstacles and improve my score. With the addition of the Bunker, the Donkey, Agent, Stallion and now KTM bikes there's always new content to keep things interesting. I look forward to what they add next..Version: 6.0.0

However for the past two days the games been bugging as i cant access the bunker after the season ended or the current event because it says i don't have internet connection even though I'm on full bar and when i logged on to Ubisoft for the free gems they didn't give it to me so that happened and now i cant progress in the event so devs can u fix this for me. ✓ A Great Game with Consistent IssuesI love this game. It's by far my favorite mobile game ever. It requires skill, patience, and an intuitive grasp of physics to excel, and it's fun as heck... but there are ALWAYS issues, and the game frequently seems intent on making absolutely everything take FOREVER. Collecting bike blueprints, finding track pieces, and performing bike upgrades all take way longer than good game design calls for, simply so they'll have as much chance as possible to get you to spend money. Right now I'm experiencing an incredibly annoying bug, where the game just loses track of the fact that my finger is on the screen and/or ignores my frantic tapping for a couple of seconds. In a game where a single tiny tap can be the difference between Platinum and a fault, this is unacceptable. Also, PLEASE MAKE ALL OF THE NEW TRACKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. Tracks are EVERYTHING in this game. Giving me two track pieces on the prize wheel during an event and then not having any way to get the other 8 pieces afterwards is not only annoying, but stupid as heck on the developer's part. ✓ Love this game to death!!I hope they come out with a sequel! The bikes look cool, racing ghosts of people is so much fun, the pvp Showdowns are so challenging, and the tracks are so varied it’s amazing!!! The controls are difficult to get used to, but that’s part of the challenge. I think this phone spinoff game is superior to Trials Rising! I love how they have a separate leaderboard for the ‘crazy bikes,’ but it makes me wonder if they should have a separate leaderboard for each bike. I’d love to race the ghost of whoever got the best time on each course with the Armadillo! I think that would be so interesting. The reward system is weird with the ‘spin the wheel’ thing, I could get behind a big change there. But overall this game is SO worth a try! But there are some bugs with the ad watching, after I watch an ad to take off an hour of my bike upgrade the game freezes and sometime when I watch an ad it won’t give me the reward I would get from watching in. ✓ My favorite game but...This game is fantastic. I have been playing it for years. Fairly regular updates with new courses and challenges. Lots of bikes and tracks. Issues: I will occasionally watch ads to get extra tickets etc and 90% of the time the ad plays and no reward is given. 90% is not an exaggeration either. The rewards have only been paid out in about 1 in 10 ads that I have sat through. Also, and I realize this is counter to the business model, but I would pay $5 to get an ad free version of this game. I never pay for any of the skins etc, preferring to try to earn them in game, but I would happily pay to have the game if I didn’t have to sit through the ever increasing amount of ads..Version: 7.2.1

✓ General review / gameplay issuesLove the story mode guys and the challenges are.. well challenging I would give it five stars but here is the reason I have deducted 2 from my rating is because of 2 reasons, reason 1 - previously as I have gotten back into the game it starts slowing down frame rates and bugging out offline after a period no longer than a hour, whenever I’m constantly restarting trial courses frames drop and bugs out controls randomly and then the game crashes and I’ve lost the progress on that trail, I really hope this can get fixed as i really enjoy this game. Reason 2 - special items, although that is the main way profit is made for this game on top of the advertising this could be more accessible to the average player that does not have the money or time to play everyday, making items like outfits and sprays more affordable could increase the amount of players for the variety of fun in their times of playing trials frontier! I hope this is heard when we stand as a community and recognise our reviews to make your game we play better, because what’s the use of a game if no one plays it? Thanks Ubisoft 😁.Version: 7.9.0
✓ Amazing fame but a few issues 👍This is overall an amazing game and i love to play it, but there are some issues Issue 1: Mystery wheel items Thus isnt a very frequent issue with me but ends up in me wasting my fuel. The actual problem is that sometimes in quests that you need to get parts or fuse them it says in some levels that the item is available but its one tier down, and i think to myself “Great, i can try and get this because i have just enough fuel for the level then i can fuse the higher tier later.” And then when i complete the level the item isn’t on the mystery wheel. Issue 2: cancelling missions This one isnt actually that necessary to solve but is just by my preference. I think that you should be able to cancel some missions. This is because if its for blueprints i usually accept but also focus on the main story, but its like with the guy with the bronco blueprints as i accept the mission but carry on with the main part and they just stand there crowding up the bar Issue 3: upgrades with item parts This is one of the most annoying as it messes up my bike upgrades and mission progress. The issue is that with quests that require items, some bike upgrades have that item to discount that upgrade and sometimes i need those upgrades to beat cassidy or leroy in missions. And i just wish there was a way to choose which parts helped bike discounts. Other than that i love this game and wish for more content to keep on arriving.Version: 7.8.0

But there’s 1 thing I’d like you to change: When you’re in the Outfit Shack and you’re looking at “The Scarf” outfit, you see how it looks like a kid wearing a T-Shirt with a cool scarf, when you’re actually riding on your motorcycle, the character looks like a hunchback. This was not what I was expecting to see when I bought the shirt for about 20 gems. I wish that you could make the outfits that you see the rider wearing while on the bike look the way it should, as in the way it looks in the outfit shack. Please change this on the next update! I really want it to be just done so that I don’t have to wear something in place of the shirt for the “The Scarf” outfit so it doesn’t look ugly when I’m on my motorcycle. They capitalize on everyone’s laziness in playing games on their mobile devices by teasing you with a game that has an unlimited coin slot to feed just to progress. I too have given up on mobile apps entirely for games because they are nothing but frustrating to play with too many ads or constantly needing you to pay to play. Save your money and buy a console or gaming PC and enjoy many hours of immersive gameplay without feeling like cattle being raked over the coals for cash and forced to see ridiculous ads. Really, the coin total for completing the track should be around 1500 for tier 3 tracks without the coin magnets. and plz nerf the rocky desert data cube difficulty, its almost impossible to get it. ✓ Trials baby, TrialsFrom Trials HD to Trials Fusion. From Frontier to Rising. Red Lynx and Ubisoft have this series dialed in AND theyre still cranking the knob! Trials Frontier takes skill and you cannot bypass that criteria with your purse or wallet. I downloaded this title right after it released, seeing the difference now, as a long-time fan, purely phenomenal. Collectables and Trials aplenty. The Trials type humor even shows in Frontier. Dont forget to make an account for Ubisoft, linking your owned (Ubisoft) games enables the Uplay currency system with Missions and Quests for your profile...even console titles. Ubisoft titles will then have items/packs/crates etc. that can be purchased with the Uplay points you accrue by being a "Donkey riding, Cave racing Division Agent Assassin" ;) Happy Trials and remember the two "Bs"..."Blink and Breathe" Kudos :).Version: 7.9.0

✓ Gets boring quickFirst of all this is an amazing game i love the fact that there are so many things to do at the beginning like do quests compete in the bunker discover new tracks and upgrade your bike just to name a few. But after finishing all the quests besides a.n.b.a it gets so boring. The grind for gems to get donkey and berserker blueprints is so boring. Either try and get lucky in the bunker, spin the wheel, or waste my money on getting some gems. Theres nothing more to do other than waste my time only to hope for gems or blueprints. ✓ Fun game, but...I really like this game, I enjoy the different tasks and challenges we need to do. Sometimes the challenges are so difficult I get stuck in a challenge for too long and can get boring/annoying, but overall it’s fine. Now the reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star, is because as a woman, I find it ridiculous that I have to spend real money just to be able to get a Female outfit. Unless you can get it with challenges later in the game, but there should be at least one free/automatic “female” outfit/character for us ladies, like choose between male and female. ✓ Fun but with limitationsThe game itself is well built and fun to play. However, hang ups occur. Needing map pieces to progress but unable to obtain them. Mastered all courses available but once they were beaten no new content was available. Hoped getting gold stars on very track would help but it didn’t. The only tracks available were for Tier 3 bikes but I could not get one due to no content to play. New maps pieces were next to impossible to obtain and eventually left me with no races to play. It’s a shame, the game is very fun but between those issues and not being able to connect my Ubisoft account made it pretty much worthless..Version: 5.7.1

I will never get credit for watching the video. Instead of getting the reward I only have the option to watch another video, and another, and so on. ✓ Really cool game..If you even remotely like the physics-bike genre of gaming, this is well worth checking out. It eases you in with a fun bike, and lets you upgrade parts and bikes, so you can revisit tracks and do even better later on. There are lots of in app purchases that can accelerate your progress through the game, but progress can still be made without them. (Without too much hassle IMHO.) The physics and controls have been well tuned, and the graphics and sound are gorgeous. Highly recommended..Version: 3.1.0

✓ Your classic motorcycle trials game with a steampunk twistThe game is entertaining and has a unique setting, a post-apocalyptic steampunk frontier town. It's easy to earn items needed to complete missions (something that a lot of games lack). The only problem is the ads that you can watch to gain credits and speed up upgrades. A large amount of the ads (specifically the ones that link you to the AppStore) don't give you credits for watching them. That's the one thing keeping me from giving this game a five star review.
