SMART HOME COMPATIBLE - Tile works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so finding is easier than ever. Sync your Tile account in the Alexa App or Google Home app to activate this feature.

Get the most from Tile with a Premium Plan
Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.

All new users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.

Item Reimbursement is provided under Premium and Premium Protect subscription with no additional fees through XCover.com and is currently available to U.S, subscribers only.

✓ GarbageApp says tile is not in range when it’s 10 feet away. I don’t want to reboot my phone every time, or toggle my Bluetooth on and off. This is every time I use it. It cannot locate the tile unless it’s within 50 ft and has a clear ‘view’. Whoever says this works up to 250 feet is deluded. Basically it works when my wallet is close enough for me to locate it visually, otherwise forget it. Shockingly bad and a complete waste of money..DP7778Version: 2.96.0

✓ Heaven and hellBought these in the Apple store thinking... that they were a quality product which the concept and software is but cheap materials and bad product design let them down. Rubbish trying to get in touch with a human in customer care as it is really obfuscated. I have two new tiles less than a year old malfunctioning and customer care is rubbish it doesn’t care because it’s not designed to! Sort it out! Agree with the other users battery should be replaceable especially when you are installing cheap ones that keep dying after a few months. ✗ Utterly Useless Customer ServiceSo I lost my tagged product at work that had a Tile on it. I lost it as the battery ran out even though I paid for Premium (where they check the batteries and send new ones out in time). This is not the first time. I tried the AI chat but it did not recognise my email (it’s a normal email) so I tried the offered SMS. It never connected to an advisor and cost me £6.50 in charges that it took me 2 months to get back after threatening them with consumer law (they never showed the charges on the app). I have been trying to get a refund on my Premium but they push me to Apple’s website but as it’s over 90 days Apple want nothing to do with it. I have tried Tile’s customer service over 10 times and I am still owed my subscription money with no way of getting it. Avoid at all costs and go get an Apple Tag. ✗ Stop asking me for ALWAYS access to my location!!!!!!The app works well and is easy to use, but it needs to stop asking me for ALWAYS access to my location because it’s not getting it. Start the app and you get a full screen pop up telling you that you need to set location access to ALWAYS. Close that and there’s a red banner telling you that you need to set location access to ALWAYS. Close that, do anything in the app and the red banner reappears. I appreciate the functional limitations that not giving ALWAYS access incurs (I can’t use a tile to find my phone), but I’m okay with that, so STOP ASKING or we are going to fall out and my tiles will all be going in a drawer..Nelly7136Version: 2.58.0
