✓ Disconnection issuesThis is a good vpn but it keeps disconnecting every now and then you need to fix it, i see people complained about this yet you haven’t done anything to fix the issue you need to stop ignoring people and fix the issue.Version: 4.0.2
✓ Incompatible with iOS 12This version doesn’t work with iOS 12. It will not connect to the servers. Only the native VPN from Apple connects to the server, the app doesn’t. The app also blocks wifi connection if set to auto launch. Very disturbing..Version: 4.0.2

✓ ReviewI want to believe that I am protected as I have been hacked by a Perpetual and Persistent Hacker! I just don’t like when our WiFi goes out interminably and HMA does not come on when WiFi back up. Could you tell me if there’s something I can do in settings that would help me in this matter? Other than that when on I do feel comfortable, but would like to know if I’m still hacked would HMA warm or can you tell me how I can change in settings? ✓ MAKE IT STABLEIt don’t have to always disconnect the network/Wi-Fi every time the phone is not in hand or used. And then reconnects when you unlock your phone. It don’t make sense. What if you are waiting for a message to come in, only to find out your network was disconnected because you don’t have the phone unlocked and waiting? Please fix that. ✓ I have been using HMA for over ten yearsFirst when I lived in the USA, and later Belize, Spain, Morocco and the U.K. The service on Macs and iOS (iPhones and iPads) has always been easy to use and seems to have a point of presence in every country on earth. Which is vital in a place like Morocco or Belize where Skype and VPN use is often banned periodically and for varying lengths of time. So you cannot form a vpn connection with a server outside Morocco when you live there. At the time HMA who I had already been a Customer of for about eight years had a server inside Morocco and when I looked appeared to be the only company to have one. Their software takes all the hassle out of configuring your device and ensures ALL your traffic goes through the VPN which is not always the case. It’s easy to change where your proxy is located, either by choosing by location or based on the data privacy laws where the proxy server is located. They introduced this feature just when their server list had grown so long, each with a different address such that it was becoming hard to manage. There client software makes a difficult IT problem simple and makes it easy to choose the best server to connect to, while handling load balancing transparently for you.
