No a fitness fanI picked up daily use of your amazing simple effective workout app again while I am in lockdown due to CVirus. Why did I ever stop using it ! It’s is perfect for someone like me who has no interest in sport, the gym or spending any valuable time looking after my body. Great little appIt fits in easily to my schedule - I like the visuals that go with the audio so you can check how you are doing the exercises. I have not kept motivated to do it regularly hence the last star not ticked - I might increase it if I keep going! Good for the beginnerI’m not very good at focusing on what order and length of time I should be doing each exercise (often just do the easy ones on my own) so basically this app ticks all the boxes. I love the VIDEOSThis is first time I’ve liked a fitness app. I really like the exercise options for beginners and advanced. I love the option to have a picture or video of a person doing the actual exercise on the screen while I’m doing the exercise. It helps to ensure i have proper form! Great workoutsThis was great to implement on a busy schedule. No time for gym. Was able to fit this in and was able to lose 20lbs. in one month. Great app for fitness on the roadThis is a great app for people who struggle to find time to exercise. I travel every week and I use the app min 3 times a week to try and stay fit. Great in hotel rooms and a couple of circuits in an evening is great to unwind after a busy day. Quick and easy to get throughAlthough I struggled to get through the workout the first few times I did it, I knew I could keep going because it was only 7 minutes. There was an end in sight. Cancer survivor, it works for me 😊It has been 15 months since I started my 7 minute workouts. I started them after a bout with cancer. I must say when I first started I was in terrible condition. It took about 2 months for me to work all of the bad chemicals out of my muscles. Very easy way to keep fitI’m in my 60’s and have been using this app most days for 7 years. My main motivation was to keep fit, keep flexibility and muscle mass. I didn’t want to lose weight particularly but am pleased that it’s pretty much the same as when I started using the app. I’ve never maintained exercise for long before mostly using the excuse of being too busy. However I thought that if I can’t find 7 mins a day to keep my body and heart in shape that there isn’t much hope for me! Really worked for me!I started using this app in December 2016 after years of trying different workout excercises with no success. By the 3rd or 4th week of doing almost-daily workouts, my roommate noticed that I was already looking toned up. The goals that this app sets really motivated me to use it daily- I wanted to earn the free workouts! Great workoutI am normally sluggish in the morning and this app makes a great workout to get the blood moving. It also makes for a good quick energy burner when you have a few mins to spare. I like how you can add more cycles for the workout before and during the workout. A very good workoutI Just started the 7 minute workout 🏋️‍♀️ today and i did a classic, a bonus one and a bonus to but only one time through and I lost .1 in a 🏋️‍♀️ workout. Before the workout I was all tired and bored 😑 but after I was as happy as a dog seeing it’s owner in 2 weeks and I felt more relaxed. So that was a win! Yay! Very well designedI’m in a constant battle with myself over fitness. Great workout if done x3 dailyI have been doing this workout on & off since Dec 2015 ...in addition to frequent gym classes .It is great as it creates a foundation of basic function so if gym is missed it is not as hard to return ! It gives me rewards of exercise progressions for continuous daily workouts however I have found my achievements aren’t recorded correctly. My last recorded achievement was Sept 2018 !!! However my longest streak of workouts is correctly recorded as 58 days although no dates ( it was Jan/Feb/March 2019 ! ) I should have received about 7 updates throughout that time !!!! Love the bonus workoutsI've had this app for a couple of years now, and it's been a great add-on to my runs, or if I don't have time for a full workout in my schedule. I was sad that in order to get a different workout than the classic you had to either use the app every day for 2 weeks, or pay $2. Since I just used it to add on to my other workouts I never used it every day, so I was getting a little bored with just one workout. But in the new update they have two bonus workouts!! Videos are great!I’ve been using a 7minute work out app for a while and live the results and quick motivation. This app has been the best thanks to the option to play the video. I love being able to see exactly how to do a movement I may not be familiar with. I also like the badges. I would suggest an update in how far we are in the work out. Great app for those who can't afford the gymLiving in London I struggle to afford a gym membership that is actually worth the money so have started doing my own work outs at home, this app is great, almost like having a private instructor. I only wish it had a warm up and cool down section as I tend to brush over the stretches and than hurt the next day, I think if I was being timed at each stretch it would force me not to rush and have a routine in place. Great App!I have used this app for years. Every time I just want to get my daily exercise done and I do not want to plan a lot, I do 3 rounds of this and that's it! I feel great afterwards because I did the strength training and cardio for that day in approx. 26 minutes. I will always have this on my phone or iPod touch. I can listen to music and still hear the voice telling me what to do and keeping the time for me. I use it at least twice a week when I do not want to go for a run or ride the bike or lift weights. Still workingI changed my body with this app three years ago . I used it consistently 4 x a week and the weight dropped off and I got fitter and more toned . I changed from 30 seconds to 45 seconds duration after 2 years and reduced from 3 rounds to two and this seems to have worked well for me. Love this App!I’m not a daily exerciser, but over the months I’ve seen my strength increase, and maintain. Excellent app! Great little exercise program.I worked on getting in better shape last year by working out 180 times in 30 minute chunks. I would often find myself unable to get to a workout or unmotivated to begin. My weight stabilized but never went down. After changing in 2019 to this over the last month, I have dropped 5-7 lbs and am able to keep my motivation to do SOMETHING every single day. I love the achievements and how motivating it is to keep up the streak. Only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 3...2...1... countdown when finishing up an exercise clearly has some load issues because they are not evenly spaced when there is no music playing. I also don’t quite understand why there is such a long pause for “switch sides” when doing the side plank..Version: 1.9

I have FibromyalgiaI started a week ago. Of course that doing this type of exercise I was going to feel it immediately, but I have always been a persistent person, and I’m not afraid of pain, because with this illness I’m always in pain. Great!I am a busy mom who doesn’t need to lose weight but who could seriously use some muscle tone. I am very unmotivated when it comes to working out and definitely not a gym type. This app has got me doing something, Im inspired to actually do it, even two sets sometimes. I have some weights laying around so I sometimes add those to lunges and stuff for a little extra. Very effectiveI am a fitness fan who sometimes works away so can't always get to a gym and wanted to do something other than just run so thought I would give this a try after reading some of the reviews and having already tried some HIIT training...I haven't been disappointed, I love the fact you can set the times for longer periods of activity and shorter rest periods and add more cycles, it really does make it very challenging and having a visual countdown makes you push through to the last second as I usually take a kettle bell and resistance bands away with me I can add weight to some of the exercises (although after the first circuit I wish I hadn't) I even use it now at the gym instead of the cardio equipment as I'm getting a better fat burning (whole body) workout in a shorter space of time so am very happy and would highly recommend 👍👍👍.Version: 1.6

Dark Mode BugGreat app. Love the no subscription or ads. Has got me in better shape then I’ve been in for years. I enjoy the bonus workouts. Bug - if the workout type is blank when you go to start a workout (can’t see classic, custom 1, etc), try Turing off dark mode. I was very frustrated with this until I realized that was the issue. I reported it and hope they will fix it but it’s tolerable now that I know the issue. Good App, But …This is a good app to use for exercising, but “user beware”. If you have joint issues, do not attempt some of the exercises. There should be a “less strenuous” version of some of the exercises that affect the knees, shoulders, etc. for those who have arthritis or previous injuries that make it painful or even dangerous for some people to do. Great App for filling the Breaks in my DayI have to say, I love how it has made me aware of some free time in my workday. Now I run through it and that gets me motivated to do my next task. Just finished day 143I am at my fitness peak so far. Just by doing this workout, I have lost 15 pounds and I feel the healthiest that I have ever been in my life so far ( I am 23 for reference). I usually do 2-3 rounds a day, but sometimes I’ll only do 1. I like to modify some exercises, for example when I do push-ups I’ll use push-up stands and I’ll do different variations like diamond.
