1. Book hotels confidently with our 'We Price Match' policy. If you find a lower price for the same booking elsewhere, let us know and we'll refund the difference.
2. The TripPlus membership program is now online! TripPlus means certain hotels will provide special deals to our Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Tier members. You can easily identify these hotels by the TripPlus label in the listing's pictures.
3. With our extensive Trip.com Service Guarantee, your hotel booking is firmly protected against any unexpected issues which may arise. For example, if your hotel can't provide any rooms on arrival, you'll be reimbursed up to 3x the first night's room charge..

This campaign will run for the next 3 months. - Self-check flight changes: Instead of calling you, we'll now send you an in-app notice if there are any changes to your flight. Simply tap "Confirm" to acknowledge the change. If you then want to change or cancel your tickets, you can submit the relevant request and get much better terms than you would for a voluntary change/cancellation. - Self-Transfer Guarantee: When a flight change affects a self-transfer itinerary, you'll receive a refund, get help booking a replacement flight, and be covered by our landing guarantee that covers additional costs arising from the flight change. - Finally, we've given our UI a brand new look.
