✓ Fantastic - used it for years.I have a small business and make candies for the holidays. I’ve used Salt & Pepper for about 6 years (at least) and I repeatedly return to it. After a recent iOS update it wouldn’t load and I almost cried thinking I wouldn’t be able to use it. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem with the app and it was fine after rebooting my phone. It’s a great mixture of simple yet comprehensive..Version: 8.8.10
✓ Great appThis is an excellent app with lots of useful features, and is extremely reasonably priced for those features. My one complaint is that you have to scroll and choose a number to be entered, rather than just being able to enter it with the keyboard. ✓ Great tool for cost calculations of recipes!So excited to find this tool! I bake cakes out of my home on the side and have been looking for an app that I could see what my actual costs are for different cake recipes and buttercream. THIS APP IS THE BOMB!!! ✓ 4.9999 star 😀This is a great app, especially since I have just started my catering business. I like it so much that I paid for the full version. There is one option I would like to see in a future update. When tapping on an item from the recipe screen to add it to my shopping list, it would be nice to add the quantity from that recipe (for example, 5 apples) so when at the store, I don't have to go back into the recipe to see how much I need to buy. Also, if I have two different recipes where I've added apples to my shopping list (one requires 5 and the other requires 2) it would be helpful for it to recognize the same ingredient and just add 2 to the number of apples I need. ✓ An amazing appIf I could give this a 4 1/2 I would. What it needs to move to a 5 star is to either sync over drop box (not just iCloud) or give the ability to group share suppliers and even shopping list. This is my issue, as my spouse and I have two separate iCloud accounts and the app only allows sharing of the recipe. As a bonus it would be great to have a meal planner (for specials or functions), but that isn’t as important..Version: 5.7.0
✓ LoveI have an in home bakery and this helps me keep up with how much each recipe costs me to make down to the tea spoon. Helped me adjust prices to make sure I profit off of my things! Only thing I do not like is how it adds an ingredient every time you type one on the recipe card. I have "eggs" stored but sometimes I type "egg" and it doesn't know the cost anymore and adds it to my list of ingredients. Other than that I love it!.Version: 4.6.1
✓ Needs a calorie calculator too.So far easy to use. I Ike that you can add picture. I thought it calculated calories too. But it does not. So likely I will not continue to use it. I need a calculator that also calculates nutritional value. It would be silly to enter a recipe here then enter it into another calculator for nutritional value. Please add calorie calculator!
