✓ Please Read!!! (Also amazing app :] )I recently started listening to google play music on my IPod Touch, and it worked amazing considering the device I was using was so outdated. While clearing storage on my IPod hoping it would help it run faster, I accidentally deleted this app, so I went back into the App Store going to redownload it, it said this app was not compatible. I realise that it's only on version 9.3.5 and you have to have a later version to be able to use this app, however I am still confused why I was able to use it fine before I deleted the app. All I can say is that I hope the developers can make this app compatible with earlier versions. Thank you for reading this ( very long) review and sorry for wasting your time listening to me question something that's really easy to figure out. ✓ This is a great appGoogle play music is one of my favourite apps. I have never experienced any glitches or bugs. The only thing that I am a bit upset about is the fact that The Weekends album Starboy is no longer available on the app. This is one of my favourite albums and I don’t know why it was removed from the app in the first place. ✓ Actually goodUse it for my family on 1 account and that’s great but there’s isn’t a dark mode, so if I’m in bed and I just open play music or when it’s dark it just dazzles my eyes. ✓ I love it but....I love this app so so much and I’ve been using it for almost two years now, but recently the music has stopped playing every time I open an app like Snapchat, or if I lock my phone. ✓ GREAT APP!!Google Play music is cool cuz i like the radio stations they have. I like that u can see the song play lists on the radio stations. This way there’s no mystery as to what’s coming up. You can play different types of stations depending on your moods, what you’re doing, genre of music etc. u can move songs around in the song queue, forward songs, repeat songs, go back to songs. There’s NO ads. No junk. No BS. I also like when i play it on my iPad and i can see the actual album real big on the screen. My only gripe is sometimes they have certain albums there and the next day u look it’s gone for no reason. Aside from that Google Play works great on my phone and my iPad. ✓ Awes all music accessBrilliant music cloud app! User friendly and has a mega variety of all my favourites. Uploaded my whole music library to the cloud and I can access it anywhere that I have internet on any device. The 1 minor problem is app collapses regularly but is quick to get back to where it stopped. Overall highly recommendable top of the line music on the go app, love it!.Version: 3.38.1007

✓ Really annoying bugSo the app works fine. I love the google play service. Had it for years. But with this most recent I’ve noticed an incredibly annoying bug. Whenever I’m trying to edit the queue to shift songs around, the app crashes. And sometimes if I try to add something to my queue via the “play next” feature, mainly with radios, it’ll add the song to the queue, but it won’t be next. It’ll add it to the top of the queue. Which means the song won’t play in the radio. Also it won’t let me move when I try to edit the queue because it’ll crash if I do. Please fix this. ✓ Too many crashes on last version.The application is 5 stars to me for what it offers. I only have 2 problems. One is forever when I press like for a song (my like list is downloaded for offline use) the application freezes for about half a minute. The second one is new. ✓ Love, love, love!!I had this app on my phone, on my iPhone, while it was still in iOS app. Don’t ask me to remember the name of the app, I just remember receiving an email that it was going to be Google play as of January 1 and again don’t ask me what year it was either😊 I love the way Google play place through my speakers, while I’m in the car. I have a 2006 Honda Civic, so as you can imagine some of my speakers don’t work. But listening to this app, instead of fruit named applications, Google play definitely takes the cake. The only thing I would change is that, if you would just start the radio station with the person, persons, group, act whatever.... start the song someone is REQUESTING FIRST. They are requesting that SONG that particular TIME and for a PARTICULAR REASON (NEEDED it THEN)and most of the time, they don’t even get to hear the song the request that started the station.....!And that is a BUMMER!!.Version: 3.47.1002

✓ Please fixI love this app and I use it all the time( only during the day) but lately I haven’t in over a month at night. Not because I don’t like it. But I like to use the sleep timer almost every night. But I haven’t been able to use it. As soon as I click the settings and then sleep timer there no numbers on the screen for me to scroll down. It only have a zero. Hope u can fix this problem. My sister also has this problem. Shes like me. We like to listen to music tell we fall asleep. ✓ Love the app, but...I love this app and have been paying the $10 for about 4 years now. I feel it’s the best app available and worth the money. Only issue I have is when I change music in playlist or radio, It keeps skipping songs and I have to go back 3-4 times because it keeps trying to skip until I get message prompting me to “try again” then it works. It gets annoying when I’m just surfing for something good. It’s not my service cuz I have full bars and internet and still a problem. I’m sure it has to do with buffering and streaming and not being downloaded but it does get old!! Other than that.. the app itself has all the music I need and want! ✓ Not optimised but greatHaving the play music on my iPhone is fantastic because of my preference of it over any other service, although a really disappointing factor of this application is it’s unoptimised nature, it straight up slows down every iPhone I try it on and has some layering issues with other apps when jumping between. ✓ Sad to Say Goodbye to a Great Music AppIt’s a shame really. I love the way you designed this app and I’m really sad you’re tossing it in the trash and moving everything to YouTube Music. But, I guess to you it makes sense. Why have two apps that do the same thing when you can shutdown one and move all operations to the other. Will this also happen to Google Play Movies and TV Shows? Honestly, YouTube Premium and the ability to rent/buy movies or shows on YouTube is better and cheaper. It would be smart to do that too. ✓ Better than Apple MusicThe paid version of Google Play is phenomenal. They create great playlists and they remember what you like to listen at certain times of the day or on certain days of the week. I find this app easier to navigate than Apple Music also. Even when you close the app, it saves the last song you were listening to to. Apple Music doesn’t do this. It’s a huge advantage for me lol. I just wish I could say “Hey Siri, play...” and she would open Google Play. That’s the only draw back when using the app from iPhone..Version: 3.53.1002

Has all the main features that a standard audio listener requires, playlists, can download, and also offers different compilations based on your mood, your location (ie at the gym or at work) and then some! ✓ Mostly good but some frustrating UX issuesWhen queuing music, accidentally tapping the song (instead of the three button menu) causes the queue to be lost. Would love to see a warning similar to podcasts (are you sure you want to clear up next). Recommendation algorithm might need some tweaking, I’ve tried hard to train it by a thumbing up songs, but the radios and feeling lucky keeps straying away to dance and hip hop..Version: 3.35.1010

✓ What happened?I share an account with my mom and sister, i’ve been using the app for about 3 years now and recently it says that i can no longer use the app, and that i can transfer my music to youtube music, the weird thing is, my mom and sisters phones are totally normal. so i decided i’d deal with it so i tried to transfer my music, then it didn’t fully load or something! half of my “2020 summer” playlist is gone, my (i know we all have one ;)) “sad songs” playlist literally had at east 40 songs on it, now there is 17 🙄 please fix the app..Version: 3.62.1017

✓ My all time favorite music player appI absolutely love this music player. I’ve been using it for years. It’s the only music player that I can put literally any song that I download on it. It can hold up to 50,000 songs, which is incredible because I have so many songs that I want to download but other music players just don’t hold more than 100. The only thing is I wish that the shuffler was better. I have so many songs on it, yet I still feel like it repeats songs over and over again. I’ve had some songs on the app for awhile that it has never played once and others that it has played like 10 times. The app overall is amazing. ✓ Perfect!Since June 2016 when I updated to a beta of iOS 10 and then downgraded my default Apple Music app crashes anytime I open it so I have been able to play music on my phone till I found this app, I'm so happy that I did because all my music is on iTunes and I love how it just easily uploads to my google music play when I get a new song.Version: 3.10.1011
