✗ Should only use under the supervision of a therapist that’s actually seen your problem in person!I started using this app on the say so and recommendation of a gyno physio therapist, they had never seen me in person so they didn’t fully know what was wrong down there. I was passed on to them without being seen by a specialist who would have been able to say what my problem was. I really wish I had never used this app without being seen by a proper gynaecologist first! The app is good for reminding you when to do your exercises and the daily planner lets you keep note of things you have noticed so you have your record available to yourself and also your specialist if you have seen one. I had a gyno physical therapist who had only spoke to me on a phone! They recommend I use this app! The app itself does say you shouldn’t do the exercises if you haven’t been physically seen! After the first 3 months of exercises I ended up in pain. I just thought it must be normal or totally unrelated. I still don’t know why or what it is and I still haven’t been seen by a specialist. So if you have come to this app from the say so from an NHS worker who hasn’t seen you in person DO NOT USE IT!.B1tch_is_takenVersion: 2.7.1

✗ Very poor app. Not even worth a dollarBiggest issues are that you cannot increase repetitions beyond 10 or set a couple different workouts. Main issues is that apple watch does vibrate at all during exercise so its worthless trying to use unless you want to hold up your wrist for the whole time which would be tiring and weird.
