Where are the badges? The app fails to display badges anymore, so I am not reminded by the sight of the little badge on the icon, which is a shame as I had become used to that visual prompt. Also you have to setting for display badges, but this feature still doesn’t function. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I use the app daily, but I forget a lot more more since the update and loss of the badges 😨.Version: 4.2.1

Life-savingI’m recovering from bowel cancer surgery, and this app has been invaluable in helping me regain bowel function. It’s not just for bladder control! It cost me about as much as a decent cup of coffee but is much better value for money..Version: 2.0.14

A very helpful appThis app has been absolutely central to my achieving my health goals. I never would have kept track of the repetitions without it. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is not adjustable to meet an individual treatment plan. Even so, it is very useful and you can probably come up with a work-round if it is not exactly as prescribed..Version: 1.5.4

Really greatThis was well worth the money. I could never remember to do them so hadn’t made progress in months, my continance physio showed me this and I’ve never missed since! Plus I can record things and set it up to what suits me too, from the beginning to the more I progress..Version: 2.1.4

Very helpful, well designedRecommended to me by a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic floor problems. The reminders & the visual cues have really helped me to do the exercises regularly & correctly. After 3 weeks, I can feel my muscles strengthening but it's too early to tell whether this will solve my problem. Definitely beneficial though. Would recommend highly..Version: 1.6.0

Just Do ItI’d tried setting my own timers and my own set of exercises which worked for a while but I’d made it too complicated and it didn’t take long before I started ignoring my alarm. This app is so simple but effective - simple exercises, simple visual and audio prompts really help you to hold for the right amount of time, 3 times a day for less than 2 minutes - we can all fit that in so it’s not daunting, exercise record so you can see how consistent you’ve been. Add to that you can feel the results!! Best £2.99 I’ve spent this year!😊.Version: 2.7.1

Very happyFor the first time I'm managing to consistently do my pelvic floor exercises thanks to the reminders.Version: 2.0.12

Great for those little leaks!Fantastic app for anyone, particularly as you get older. If you have those little leaks when you sneeze or trampolining with the grandkids, this is the app for you. It helps with the feeling of “heaviness underneath” shall we say! You get reminders to do your exercises, you can adjust the repetitions and daily sets as well. Info on how to do the exercises which you can do lying down, sitting, then standing, and FAQ’s. Really works after a few short weeks..Version: 2.1.4

This really does work!I’ve been doing the exercises 3 times a day without fail. By week 6 the improvements really kicked in. I ran a hard and fast 3k without so much as a drip and then subsequent 5ks had the same result. I still get a small leak on a longer run but I feel confident that this will improve in time and I can do away with any pads. To say I’m delighted is an understatement. You need patience and perseverance but it is so worth it. This app helps remind you to do the exercises every day. I was sceptical and after about 3 weeks I was fed up of still having leaks when I ran but I was encouraged by other people’s reviews and I’m so glad I continued, which is why I’m writing this review. I’m looking forward to continue improvements over the coming weeks..Version: 2.7.1

Just what I neededGreat easy to use App, clear information and good adjustability of exercise programming. Showed to my GP who encouraged its use too. I need reminders and this is great- can be made to be quite subtle for privacy too..Version: 1.4.2

PERFECT FOR BUSY MOMS!This app became an integral part of my postpartum physical therapy rehabilitation success. As a new mom I didn't always have time to focus on my rehab homework so the app was very helpful with reminders, features, discretion and concise methods. Recommend by my physical therapist, she was able to customize some of the features which is what set this app apart from the others. It gave me the confidence that I needed to regain my pre-pregnancy muscle strength. Thank you app developers and physios behind the scenes. I love this technology!.Version: 1.5.4

Great appSo glad I found this app.Version: 2.0.12

Rapid resultsThis app is very easy to use. The watch function is handy if you can dedicate time to use it. I use the phone app on silent/vibrate mode just about anywhere. The shrinking water drop is a very useful visual aid and helps you hold those squeezed. I have been using the app religiously for only a week and have seen a massive difference already. No more dashing to the loo, no more leaks or accidents, no more planning trips and activities around where the loo might be. Have even started having the occasional caffeinated drink again. Fab!.Version: 2.1.4

Where’s the phone vibrate gone.I use this app regularly, it’s great for reminding you to do your pelvic floor exercises, and on the whole I’m loving the update. However, since it’s been updated I don’t seem to be able to activate the vibrate option for the timer in the slow squeeze section. I used this all the time and don’t like having the sound activated when I’m using it (I like to do the exercises discreetly at work or wherever I might be). If this is a bug can it be fixed asap, or can someone tell me if I’m missing something please!.Version: 4.2.0

SqueezyBought this after appt with physio, great for reminding you to do the pelvic floor exercises and the visual aid helps maintain the squeeze. Only gave it four stars though as I have been asked to increase the 'quick' squeeze to 12 reps but the App only goes up to ten. I would also like to see a record of how many seconds I can hold the squeeze in any given week. When I go back to see the physio I could then say how many weeks I had improved or exercised before increasing the goal. Otherwise great App..Version: 1.6.0

Wish I’d tried this first! We all know we’re supposed to do these exercises but unfortunately if you’re anything like me it’s hard to get into the habit. I wish I’d tried this app before I spent £250 on ‘the shorts’. Foolishly I thought that 30 mins a day for 4 days would be easier for me to fit in than 3 times a day for 7 days but I was very wrong. The Squeezy sessions take 2 mins, you can do them anywhere which is very appealing to me as I spend a lot of time ferrying kids around, waiting in the car etc! You can initiate a session earlier if needed or defer one if not convenient. As long as you do your 3 a day you will notice results - I’m only 10 days in but already seeing results. Everyone should be asked to try this for a few weeks before they get a referral to a clinician, I get a feeling the NHS would be saved a lot of time and money!.Version: 2.7.1

Brilliant reminderI can honestly say, as someone who rarely writes a review, that this app is a brilliant and totally worth the price. We all know that we should be doing our exercises children or not and this app has helped me do exercises regularly since downloading. It tracks your exercises, reminds you and allows you to change the settings to what you need to do..Version: 2.7.1

FantasticGreat app, reminds you when it is time to do the exercise. Makes doing the exercise very easy..Version: 2.0.14

Simple, easy to follow appI downloaded this app before falling pregnant with my 2nd child. Last time I really struggled to remember to do my pelvic floor exercises, even with reminders set up on my phone. I like the graphics which help to guide the exercises so I'm doing it properly, rather than getting distracted. It keeps track of how many times I've done it each day, so I can see if I've fallen behind, which helps keep me accountable, even if it's just to myself. I noticed an improvement after just a few weeks of consistency, and will continue to use the app throughout my pregnancy and afterwards..Version: 1.6.0

Best thing everI was recommended this app during pregnancy. I would always forget to do them unless it came up in conversation. I always have my phone on me and this app reminds you to do the exercises. Gives you great control of your pelvic floor. I still continue to do my Exercises after birth and it has really helped. Still using and still Reminds me everyday. I have even shared with friends and they are happy..Version: 2.1.4

Pelvic floor weakness no more!Get this app! I’ve gone from weak to strong in about 8 months. The reminders and the ease of use meant I did it every day. Thank you Squeezy..Version: 2.7.1

AmazingI have had worsening stress incontinence for a number of years. I was resigned that this was how my life was going to be. My problems started after having 3 children in three years. I am fit and active and was having real problems when exercising. I had stopped running and there were certain exercises I couldn’t do in my circuits class. I saw this app advertised in an educational talk I watched aimed at health care professionals. I can honestly say, it was the best money I have spent in a long time. Yes, it is basically a reminder service but we all know we should do pelvic floor exercises. How many of us actually do them? After 2 weeks of using it, I have returned from circuits tonight where I completed 1 minute of tuck jumps with no accidents! Unbelievable. Buy this app, you won’t regret it..Version: 2.1.4

Easy to use & affordableGreat little app! Very nice, easy to use interface. From what I can tell, everything you would need in a basic PFM exercise app. Only a couple of quid to purchase the full version of the app and no hidden costs after you start using it, which I found a lot of the other apps had. Would recommend..Version: 4.2.1

Beats the Elvie trainer hands down! For someone who had struggled desperately with bladder control all of my life and tried every gizmo and gadget going, including the Elvie pelvic floor trainer £££, this simple app has hands down had the biggest impact at improving my pelvic floor health. I bought this app when I fell pregnant and have used it’s religiously throughout, and for someone who is now heavily pregnant, my pelvic floor and bladder control has never been better! Prior to pregnancy, I felt like I had a pelvic floor of an 80 year old 😩 It’s so easy to do with great tips and prompts, and no hassle, unlike my Elvie… which I never enjoyed using. 100% recommend this over anything else..Version: 2.7.1

Every woman should use thisSuch an excellent app! One of the main challenges is remembering to do the exercises, and it’s great for that. It also gives you confidence that you’re getting it right, gives useful information and you can set it up to suit you. I also like the exercise plan function and the ability to keep a record of the exercises you’ve done. And, most importantly, it works - for me, it’s not an exaggeration to say that being able to do the exercises regularly because of the help the app gives has been transformational!.Version: 2.7.1

Great but need to keep looking at watchThis app is great for reminding you to do your pelvic floor exercises and guiding you through them. The thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that you can’t feel the haptics if your watch face isn’t lit up - if you stop looking at your watch the app continues in the background but you can’t feel any of the haptic warnings to know when to squeeze/relax. Please change this so I can do the exercises anywhere!.Version: 2.7.1

Could be better! While this works as a regular reminder to do pelvic floor exercises there are some niggles - first if you do the exercises earlier than the alarm, even though you ‘save’ the session, it is not recognised on the app and is marked as a missed session. Second it isn’t possible to have the sound/vibrate function on and continue to do the exercises while looking at something else on your phone. You have to keep looking at the app. Third, the record of sessions only holds one months data so if you are doing this for three months as recommended by your health professional there is nothing to show when you started doing the exercises. All this could be easily resolved given that this is essentially an alarm/stopwatch app with additional info around the way in which to do the exercises..Version: 2.7.1

Love it!I had poor pelvic floor and within 3 weeks of using Squeezy it’s improved dramatically. I also suffer from Bladder Neck Obstruction and Squeezy has helped enormously!.Version: 2.0.14

Great app but seem to have a bugA great app. Very easy to set up reminders and use. I particularly like the mute and vibrate buttons, means you can exercise anywhere anytime and nobody would know. However since the last update often the slow exercise keeps repeating and then shuts the app instead of moving to the quick then save. (using Apple iphone).Version: 4.2.1

Easy to use, great programI was introduced to this app post pregnancy, and it has helped my recovery significantly. It is definitely worth the investment!.Version: 1.5.4

Great appGreat app, no problems at all..Version: 1.5.4

GreatMy physio recommended this app - and I use it everyday.Version: 1.5.4

Brilliant appI have stress incontinence for many years I tried this app. Been doing it for 14 week's and. WOW. Wish I had know about it years ago. I had big babies which did not help my incontinence Been using pad to help too. Well no more pads and no more leaking either Was a bit unsure at first and took about 7 to 8 weeks of doing the exercises but well worth it. Keep doing them if ur not seeing any improve u will. Love this app..Version: 2.7.1

Great but it without flawsThis app is great at getting you to remember to do your pelvic floor exercises. I have an alert come up on my phone and watch and I can honestly say I wouldn't be doing them without it! But, it is very annoying that the app does not track when you have done them properly. Once I have done a slow squeeze I save it, but it still says I've not completed the exercise. It only seems to track the quick squeezes? So most days it tells me I haven't completed all my scheduled squeezes, not an issue if you aren't bothered, but if like me, you are a little OCD and like to visually see that you have done them all then it is quite annoying! But overall a great app..Version: 2.7.1

More occurrences please!I just had my prostate removed and have been instructed to perform 5-15 second exercises 10x per session and to perform these 10x a day. Unfortunately, this app only allows you to go as high as 6 times a day. Please increase this to at least 10 times per day. It would really broaden the usefulness of your app to include prostate cancer surgery patients as well..Version: 2.1.4

Watch app?Only just started using and seems to have all the basic requirements, but some suggestions for improvements would be to develop an app for Apple Watch, maybe creating a visual or haptic to remind and to prompt a timer -- also to have the option to build progression for postnatal recovery or even suggestions for how to do this... basically I'm sleep-deprived and would pay more for an app that did all the thinking for me (and connnected to my watch)....Version: 4.3.1

Great little appI’m loving this app. Certainly gives me the incentive to do the exercises every day - and remember to do them too. I like that the app reminds you if you haven’t done them at the specified time, but does it discreetly. My only issue is the watch app. I’m finding that when I open this to do my exercises it doesn’t always record it, and after a few seconds the screen goes off and the buzzer doesn’t sound, when I tap the screen it comes back on, and doesn’t always record that I’ve completed. Other than this it’s great.Version: 2.7.1

FantasticPerfect app for pregnant women!.Version: 1.5.4

Squeezy is the way to goWell worth the price paid! Detailed information demystifying how to do the squeeze just so. The reminders are great and the app really well designed. I've even gifted it to my pregnant friends!.Version: 1.4.2

Good app to keep you on trackI really like this app, I am more consistent with my exercises now I'm using it. It does get a bit monotonous, so I'm going to ask my physio to change the program for me to keep it interesting and challenging..Version: 1.5.4

Good app, could be betterI find it very odd that there doesn’t seem to be any option to change the scheduled time for the exercises. I keep notifications off so this doesn’t bother me, but there’s no way I would do the exercises at the preset times. On a technical level, I really like the buzz feature on the long exercises and wish the short exercises also had it. I also think some of the language around not being able to find time for the exercises is dismissive and demeaning - some people really do have a lot to fit into their days and it can be hard to find five minutes where you won’t be disturbed, especially if you have small children. I don’t find it motivating to be told I’m just making excuses. I would also like a less obvious icon for the app - other family members see what’s on my phone and it is a bit personal. A circle or a drop, like elsewhere in the app, would have been fine. My main problem is that I think the app is no substitute for having at least one physio appointment so that you’d know you were doing the exercises correctly, at which point the app would be more helpful and probably enough support for most people. This is obviously an NHS problem and a funding problem rather than a problem with the app!.Version: 2.7.1

Apple Watch app can be improvedThis is great app and I was delighted to see it has an Apple Watch app as I thought that would be the best way to keep my exercise routine discreetly and without having to interrupt what I’m doing at the time. However it was disappointing to see that the sound/haptics only work if you’re actively looking at the watch screen and keep the screen on, which completely defeats that point. If you turn your wrist back to rest position or let the watch screen turn off, then the app continues the “squeezes” without giving any warnings. Hence you miss part of that session. So you need to keep looking at your watch for the entire session. The watch app would be amazing if you could do your squeezes relying on the sound/haptics of the watch. Or even better if you could choose to use the haptics only, to make it more discreet..Version: 2.1.4

Not able to set the exercises I’ve been prescribedGenerally I find the app easy to use and it’s a good reminder for me to do my exercises, as well as making it easier to do them on the go since I don’t have to concentrate on counting the seconds myself. My only issue is that I seem to be unable to set the exercise plan that I’ve been given my an NHS physio, which seems like a miss. I am supposed to do 3 x 3 sets of 10 slow and fast, so 9 sets in total over the course of the day, in 3 sittings. However the maximum I can plan in the app is 6 sets, and if I select this I would end up with 6 reminders throughout the day. It would be great if there was an option to set up ‘sets per session’ as well as the current sessions/reps/squeeze and relax time. It would also be great to be able to set up sets for relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles too, since I’ve been told this is just as important..Version: 4.2.1

SqueezyI have tried many diffent methods for Kegels but I have have I am the most consistent with Squeezy I use this app every day and love it!.Version: 4.3.1

FabShould have been doing pelvic floor exercises for years... this is simple, but it works and gets me to do them. Sometimes I miss because of one reason or another - but even then I’m doing a whole lot more exercises than before. Bit boring so I switch the radio on to have something else to think about rather than just looking at the screen..Version: 2.0.12

Please add different reminder timesReally good app but it would be very useful to have the ability to set different reminder times for weekdays and weekends to reflect user’s lifestyle. Please consider this option..Version: 2.7.1

Life-changingI noticed a difference within weeks but after 6 months, the difference is significant. I’m considering going pad-free because I can. I don’t have to limit my caffeine intake. I can cough and sneeze with confidence. If I miss a session, it’s easy to catch up over the next day. Everyone should be using this. It’s brilliant..Version: 2.7.1

Great app but doesn’t always recordI’m expecting my first child and this app is great for reminding me to do the exercises. The guide is easy to follow and has helpful “beeps” to be able to follow without staring at the screen. The only downside is half the sessions don’t seem to register. Especially when using the watch app for sessions, if I remember I have to add these later on the app otherwise is states they were missed for the day..Version: 2.7.1

From Nuts to guts - love itI downloaded this app in preparation for my prostatectomy and was a little disappointed that the app was purely female focussed. Whilst I appreciated that women are more likely to suffer continence issues, prostate cancer effects many, many men and as a result of cancer treatment we are very likely to suffer continence issues. The new version of the app now covers men and women and I love the nuts to guts mnemonic 😉.Version: 4.2.0

Works for me!I have a hard time remembering to do postpartum exercises, so this app works well for me. I use the vibrate feature so I don't have to stare at my phone the whole time..Version: 1.5.4

Excellent appI've been using this app for a 3 weeks and have noticed a major difference. Persistence is important but it works.Version: 1.5.4

Excellent adjunct to recoveryGreat for the regular reminders and the standard program is really well set up.Version: 1.5.4

Good but could be betterI like being able to customise my exercises and set reminders, I’m definitely much better at doing the exercises with this app than on my own! However when doing the exercises I wish the audio was louder/more obvious - even on full volume it’s almost impossible to hear, and I don’t want to have to stare at my phone screen the whole time to see where I am! It would also be great if the app could run the exercises in the background, so I could browse other apps but still have the Squeezy audio/vibrate cues going on in the background..Version: 2.7.1

Life changing!I am pregnant with number 2 and my pelvic floor is at its worst. My midwife recommended that I should download this app and I was reluctant to pay for an app but it’s the best £2.99 I’ve ever spent. Having used it for two days I can already feel the improvement on my pelvic floor. I will continue to use it throughout my pregnancy and post-natal as well..Version: 2.7.1

Only one thing missingThis would be the PERFECT kegel app if they would add hapatics to the watch app. When I'm doing the exercise my watch goes dark so I can't see what I'm supposed to be doing. Constantly flicking my wrist to get the screen to come back up is uncomfortable and definitely not discreet! If vibration was added, like the breathe app, I wouldn't have to look at my watch at all..Version: 1.5.4

The best things are simple!Great app! I always forgot to do pelvic floor exercises until I got this app. I like that it times your exercises, with graphics that help keep me on track rather than being distracted. Settings allow it to be silent so I can do it during a conversation etc. If you miss one at the appointed time it doesn’t ‘tell you off’ but let’s you catch up later..Version: 2.0.11

Very usefulGreat App!.Version: 1.5.4

Very helpful appI’ve been using this app for over a year and have found it extremely helpful. I like that I can set times/duration/prompts for the exercises to suit my day and, using the double vibration feature, can do exercises discreetly when in company. I had an issue with two recent updates and the developer responded quickly to my feedback and sorted everything out. Thanks..Version: 4.2.1

Great appReally good app to remind you /prompt to do exercises. Recommend to me by my physio. Took me quite a while to make this part of my daily routine but now that I have I can easily follow the visuals and after only a month I'm beginning to see some progress which hopefully will continue! Great to have a reminder...and as I always have my phone with me I have no excuses! Thanks NHS 😊.Version: 1.6.0

Best pelvic floor exercisesThis is the only set of pelvic floor exercises I have actually kept up. The app is concise, easy to follow with sound advice. The reminder and record are great features. It works!.Version: 4.3.1

ExcellentTried bwom which I couldn't set up. This app is simple and effective, great for reminding me to do the exercises!.Version: 1.5.4

SqueezeI am enjoying this app as it has helped a lot with my pelvic floor muscles.Version: 1.5.4

Midwife recommended this to meI’m so glad that my midwife recommended this app to me, I was having awful problems with having to get up several times each night during my pregnancy to go to the loo. It was also very uncomfortable and heavy in my pelvis. I didn’t have to get up at all last night and I’ve only been using the app for a week! Honestly, what a relief..Version: 2.7.1

Fantastic AppThis app is great and I’ve shared it with lots of people. I’d love them to add a weekend reminder option so times can be different from weekdays. Buy it, it’s worth it!.Version: 2.1.4

An excellent app for both men and womenThis is an excellent app that guides you through pelvic floor exercises which is great to help people maintain bladder control It has a very good exercise regime which guides you through the pelvic floor exercises and is great reminding you went to do them. I have been doing Pilates for years and this app is definitely a must have for both men and women. Update They have now added a bladder diary which is excellent for monitoring your fluid intake and fluid output which is extremely easy to use.Version: 2.0.12

My logo is brokenI love this app What do I have to do to fix it?.Version: 2.7.1

Amazing for pregnancy & postpartum!I've used this app throughout my pregnant and now continue to use it for postpartum, especially as it's been emphasised to me how important it is to do pelvic floor exercises now. I love that you can set an 'exercise plan' that works for you (or if a specific plan has been recommended for you) along with notification reminders so that you don't forget to do them throughout the day! A simple but effective app that has been really helpful for me - would recommend!.Version: 4.3.1

Best pelvic floor app!Such a great app. My women’s health physio recommended it to me. Wish I new about it earlier. So simple, and great visual tool to do pelvic floor exercise correctly..Version: 2.0.11

Horrible icon, great appThe app is excellent - very simple to use with fantastic reminders that help you to improve your pelvic floor. You can increase the difficulty as you get better at it, so there’s a good amount of improvement available. My criticism is the icon - I absolutely hate the picture that shows someone having an accident or needing the toilet. I can’t have that icon flashing up in a professional meeting when my reminder notification pops up, it is embarrassing and I definitely don’t want to share that part of my life with colleagues or clients. I have deleted the app a couple of times due to this reason, but I do want every other part of the app! Please, please make the icon more discreet - it’s definitely suitable for my work environment, and I don’t particularly want to share it with friends and family either!.Version: 2.7.1

No it’s not normal! For me this app has been miraculousJust 11 days in and this app has been a revelation. Slight bladder weakness has crept up on me with age (50+) sneezing, coughing, running, nothing major but enough to make me try the app. Easy exercises that we’re all familiar with but with a reminder to actually DO them... that’s the key. I’ve just come back from a 5km walk in the cold with no urgent need to ‘go’ and no rushing to the loo as soon as I’m through the door. Very happy that such a simple idea can help so much..Version: 2.7.1

Use this app every day.It works very well for me..Version: 1.4.2

AIt’s a very good app. But I have been told to do quick first and then slow,.Version: 2.0.13
