✓ Borrowing instantlyBeing able to borrow money from you guys is by far THE BEST and MY FAVORITE update from any app. I’m a very introverted person and times do get hard, paychecks do come a little late and sometimes it’s hard for me to muscle up the courage to ask anyone for help let alone some money they’ve been working hard for themselves including my own mom even though I do know for sure that she’ll help me. Being able to borrow money from cash app allows me to never have to stress myself out about money or pay for anything whenever I don’t have enough, and it has saved me from a lot of anxiety/panic attacks. Since the update came out I swear I’ve told almost 50 people about it; I’ll literally STAND there and help them figure out how it works, how the payments work when we do pay it back, where to find the button, how to change their payment dates etc….. Thank you so much cash app team !!!! You’ve outdone yourself with this one. Oh and one more thing I also like how our borrow balance starts off low but in due time and after we’ve paid back the money on time our borrow balance starts to rise; saves you guys a lot of time to differentiate between the people in this world..MUA.KAYVersion: 3.77.1

✓ Refund issuesI really wish that cash app would do better about how refunds are able to be returned to senders, especially when a service has not been completed. They leave up to the recipient on whether or not if they want to return the money or not. Some people are not that honest and will not return money and that is not okay. You have scammers on there who create accounts for non existent businesses that steal people’s money and it never gets return because the person changes their info and these thieves keep the payments. it’s not okay. Your good, but it could be better. Follow up: I recently contacted the recipient about getting the money back on an a service that was not completed and the recipient declined the return transaction. This is after I I was told to reach out to the recipient by Cash App support and like I said, the recipient declined the transaction. I still say, it is not okay to give the recipient the option to determine whether or not they will give the money back. Some people are not as forth coming and honest. At this point, it’s not even about the money, it’s about the principle. I highly doubt that Cash app is unaware that there are dishonest people on here using their app to lie and steal from other Cash app users. That’s why I said, what is the harm in creating an option for a sender to reverse a payment or something..Gwnwd522Version: 3.25.1

✗ I’m deleting this stupid appThis app is so annoying I have never received or sent any money on this app and the second I get sent money from a family member they cancel it and claim they it ‘failed for my protection’ and I cant do anything about it. I don’t like how they ask for all this information just to get you to verify your account like ID picture and actual picture of your face when you already have my card details and email and phone number AND address. I’m very upset right now and I definitely will be deleting my account and moving to another application. I should give 0 stars because this app did absolutely nothing for me..Popcorn💙Version: 3.19

✗ Cashapp changes for the worst for the UK.Cashapp used to be a good app to send money to friends; over the last few years especially helpful if some of your mates are in the US you could send money too and was the perfect alternative to PayPal (which imo is the worst) but they’re turning like PayPal and even worse. They’ve put a £100 spend and receive limit a MONTH. Yes you heard that correctly, you can only send and receive a maximum of £100 per month. You can only cash out £200 per MONTH. I feel sorry for all the people who use it and have a lot of money in their savings that are now being held hostage over such a company that’s fallen from grace. There was no warnings of these changes, no notifications that it was being implemented. You also now can’t send money abroad too. I talked to support and it is the worst support experience I’ve ever experienced from a company. The same copy and pasted lines, the same response the same “I can’t help you with that”, “we can’t provide further info”. Actual disgrace of a company. So I advise people to NOT use this app at ALL, it pains me to say this but PayPal is now a better service than CA..Deadly_HokageVersion: 3.98
