Last big update ruined the appI’ve been shopping with Fanatics for years, and generally haven’t had issues with them. But when they rolled out a big update that totally reworked the app a number of months ago, it just destroyed the experience. It used to be really easy! But now they seem to have just made the app more like the website, with a poor layout, slow load times, and an inability to remember your favorite teams. It’s just a pain. I wish they would bring back the old app that worked really well..Version: 3.5.12

Easy to order, Not so easy to ExchangeI have placed multiple orders and the size recommendations on jerseys seem to be incorrect. Fanatics doesn’t have an exchange program for incorrect fits..Version: 3.5.12

Currency optionGreat app with great products...but you need to give an option for currency. I spent almost 100$ more than I wanted, not thinking that the price was in American. I thought it automatically changes the $ rate from whatever country your using the app... Kinda misleading.Version: 2.0.3

All around bad customer serviceI ordered two jerseys and received a date of June 30th on standard shipping. The order date was May 4th, 2023 normally I wouldn’t pay any mind, but when I check the status of my order on June14th, 2023 Fanatics is offering shipping in 2-3 days on items purchased on that day. Meanwhile my Order was push to a delivery date of July 11th, 2023. After contacting customer service their only answer was to pay more money to expedite. Instead of adjusting my order to 2-3 days like every new buyer is getting. I will not buy from this company ever again..Version: 3.5.12

RefundI think the policy of not being able to get a refund or some type of credit for a personalized item should be changed! I ordered a men’s small personalized shirt and the size it came in was ridiculously small! I looked at the size chart but shirt that I’ve received definitely looks way smaller! The fact that I can’t even exchanged it for a bigger size is crazy. That small shirt is just gonna be dumped and wasted. Might as well reuse the material since it’s unworn and still new..Version: 3.5.12

Great App for Sports, but….This app is fantastic for getting the latest jerseys and merch for your favorite sports team. Finding what you need is easy and all of the filters are very convenient. Also, the checkout process and choices of payment are a huge plus. But, alas, there are some drawbacks as well that do not by any means wreck the shopping experience but more just make it take longer than it should. First and my largest complaint is the login system. The app does not remember you being logged in for more than a day and it requires you to complete the “I’m not a robot” every time, very very annoying. This hinders my enjoyment when I am looking into what the status of an order is or checking my account. The second and last complaint I have currently is just more stabilization updates to the app. Other than that, like I said in the beginning of this review, it is a great app..Version: 3.5.12

Latest update is terribleDON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! USE THE WEBSITE INSTEAD!!! When I first downloaded this app years ago, it was awesome and simple to use. But this latest update is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!! Whoever decided to change it from the original and put out this new update, should BE FIRED!!! The app constantly crashes while scrolling through, my favorite teams are no longer saved, constantly have to log back in with email and password, and saved items for later don’t get saved. I’ve ordered from this app for years, but since 2019 to now, it’s become an annoyance that I now rarely want to use. I hope they change it back to the old version. Coupon codes never work for Canadian customersI’ve tried multiple times with different offers it always errors out even though criteria is met..Version: 3.5.11

Defective merchWell, since it’s a physical impossibility to write a review anywhere on the website, I’ll just do it here 😄 To say I’m displeased is an understatement. I purchased my new hat on Sept. 29th. Weirdly, never got a confirmation email that my order had been received, shipped or delivered - even though I have an account. But the order was received, shipped and delivered. Only issue is that when I opened the box, the hat has severe and blatantly obvious defects. For reference, it’s appears the hat was stitched together by someone who is blind, and used their feet to operate the sewing machine. I figured, no worries, I’m sure with MLB being the multi-hundred billion dollar business it is, I should be able to return/exchange it no problem. I will say, the process isn’t particularly difficult, but the fact that I have to pay a single red cent to send back something defective that YOU sent me is a little asinine. In what universe should I have to pay to send something back when it’s very clearly a quality issue on your end? Any clarification would be fantastic! 😁.Version: 3.5.12

Crashes. All. The. TimeWhile the design of the site is good enough, the fact that it crashed on me several times within 10-15 min of usage, shows you don’t care about getting your products to your customers. And this isn’t the first time that I’ve had items in my cart, set to purchase, but because this app is such utter garbage, I will not be finishing the purchase. Provide a reliable app, pay your IT department to work on the weekends, whatever you need to do, but I’m sick of wasting my time trying to select items to purchase, only to have your app relentlessly crash..Version: 3.5.12

Updates Needed!The site/app is good, but it needs improvements. Some suggestions: 1. Being able to save your favorite teams. 2. The ability to save items to a list or a “save for later” list. That way you can save it even if it’s out of stock or they don’t have your size you can get notified when it’s back in stock..Version: 3.5.12

Can’t get a break!!!If there is a sale, the price of shipping bring the total back to regular price if not more. Then when I add coupon it doesn’t work for certain items when it should apply to all.. Then if your allowed to use a coupon on a items (which your only allowed 1coupon with your order) the shipping bring you right back to regular price!!! So there is no such thing as a sale.. I shop this site all the time for my kids and I, but big business don’t care nor give back it seems. Fan reward points is little to none. I’m just venting and struggling like many in this pandemic to make Christmas good as I can...Version: 3.5.12

Broken app.First of all this has nothing to do with the company themselves. I’ve ordered from them for years and had zero complaints but this app is beyond broken. When I first downloaded it a few years back it was fine but now it constantly crashes or freezes. They removed the “your teams” option from the home screen which makes navigation unnecessarily tedious. Didn’t get my shirtI ordered two University of Washington football shirts one came the other one. Didn’t I want on Twitter multiple times and was told I would be help and it would be taken care of that was in December. I believe in any business you must have quality customer service no question this is not the case. I’ve asked for a refund a credit to my account and nothing has happened. We live in a society now we’re people don’t follow through. They say one thing and do another I challenge you to finish the job and give me my shirt or give me a credit thank you a very dissatisfied customer.Version: 3.5.12

Constant Error MessageThis was my favorite sports apparel app. I’ve rocked with Fanatics for years. I’m so tired of receiving the “oops, something went wrong message.” Because the ability to save my favorite teams was removed years ago, each time the oops message appears I am forced to restart my shopping experience. Please let me customize my favorite teams again. I do not want to scroll through all of the colleges just to get to South Carolina. Please go back to the old version of the app!I agree with most ppl on here. I use to use this app all the time and order from it. It was easy and simple, with your favorite teams setup, items you favorited, etc. Now, all of those features are gone! You have to log into the app every time you use it. Rather you say keep me logged in or not. Your favorite teams are not saved anymore. You cannot favorite/like an item and go back and find it in your list later. I have to consistently add items to my cart so I can see them later. And a ton of times, the items do not stay in my cart. No longer user friendly!.Version: 3.5.12

Slow and unstableNavigating the app is extremely slow and the shopping cart will randomly empty, you will have to go back and look for the things you had previously added to the cart. I also don’t appreciate getting bombarded with free trials for programs after making a purchase, I think a significant amount of your customers will agree. It’s unfortunate that Fanatics doesn’t really have any competitors, they have no reason to improve when they have connections with every major sports association..Version: 3.5.12

Needs updateMy app will not allow me to add or remove anything from/to the cart. I get an error message every time no matter the item. Haven’t been able to purchase off the app in a couple weeks now. Another recommendation is to allow you to chose how much fan cash you use when making a purchase. Allow customers to build up a balance. Fix your appI’ve been buying products from this company for over 12 years now. Website is fantastic. This app has more bugs then an ant hill. Terrible coordination when you try to do things like go from adding something to your cart to continue if looking at products. Non stop in the middle of shopping it wants to say something went wrong then you press retry and it makes you restart everything. Great App.. Horrible T shirt QualityOne of my favorite apps!! One stop shop for ALL sports. I love the fact I can combine all of my purchases and rewards across the board. BUT……. The quality of clothing, mainly t-shirts, is way below par. It’s like $5 shirt quality. But we have to pay $30 plus. Even the Adidas shirts are horrible. Also, Dear Fanatics, NOBODY WEARS 100% COTTON ANYMORE. Step it up with more Tri-blend choices, you already have the price right for them. And maybe get a red blooded American to use as a model. App is too buggyI kept getting a message that “Uh oh, something went wrong.” As I type this review, I can’t see any of the words I’m typing, so there are a lot of issues with the app. However, I was successful in completing my purchase. Was available in the app as it is on the desktop site. I use the app more than the mobile or desktop site and noticed that you can only get free 2 day shipping through ShopRunner via the website. Used to be amazing now just mehThis app used to be amazing, it felt like an app but then they started making changes and it started looking more and more like their website. They took away the sub categories and the options to filter to newest items in the search categories and it makes it harder to find what’s new. I also hate that if I want to order something I have to enter in all my info they should add a Face ID or Touch ID shortcut to make the checkout process faster. PricingI get the whole inflation, supply chain, labor, etc thing but your prices have gotten so out of control it’s insane. How about we back off the 70% margins now that you are in the gambling game and give folks an opportunity who don’t have the resources an opportunity to buy your products and love on their teams a bit more? Hole in new shirt!Downloaded this app only to communicate with the company. Their website offers chat support but it is not available. I bought a shirt and when I pulled it down over my head my thumb went through the shirt. No, not too tight, large fit. If you buy anything from them customized by you, there is no returns, even for defective products. Don’t spend your money on this site. I was dissatisfied the moment the shirt tore. I have ordered twice from here, but my account showed no history of orders (trying to get order #) until I tried to process a return. Then it showed the orders with my shirt flagged as ineligible to return. If I do not get my money back it will be on to the NFL websites to complain about their partners. The NFL is complicit if they represent that fanatics products are NFL quality. Then on to the college football sites until fanatics gives me my money back..Version: 3.5.12

Coupons.I buy a lot of items from u guys and once in a blue moon I’ll get a coupon for like 20% off next order but doesn’t qualify for discount items and I don’t think that makes any sense, a coupon is obviously like a gift for being a good customer or buying rewards and there should be no restrictions on using it, I can understand not using multiple coupons but to restrict the coupon like that is just not good business for ur customers..Version: 3.5.12

Fix this app please!This app needs fixed I can’t access the app on my phone unless I’m using WIFI. I just started having this issue this week where I’ll launch the app using data and a pop up message appears saying “access denied”. Change it backThe app used to be perfect but now it has gone to hell. It used to be its own unique app where you could favorite teams and it would have unique pages for the cart and for each team. Now its just a mobile version of their site and the app is even worse because it crashes all the time and logs you out meaning you have to log into your account every time you use the app. It would be a five star if they just went back to the old app which was perfect.Version: 3.5.12

Love the store, hate the appI am an avid shopper on the website and was on the app for some time. Ever since the last major update (~3 months ago) this app has been completely useless. It resets every 30 seconds, sending you (in the middle of browsing categories, looking at a product, completing a transaction, etc.) back to the home page. It has been this way for months, with one update, two months afterwards, that did nothing to fix this issue. Terrible AppThis has gotta be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The descriptions of the items is vague, several of the sizing guides are either hard to understand (CM) or not accurate. And when you place something in your cart, the system defaults to your cart to checkout…..and way down at the bottom in very small print is the “return to shopping” option. I was sent the wrong jersey after waiting months and my order was called instead of fixed.I ordered a Tua Tagovailoa Jersey right after the draft because I was so excited to get our teams new franchise QBs jersey. It said there would be a long wait and of course I understood that because there was a lot of people ordering them. I got an email 2 nights ago stating my order finally shipped. I was pumped! When the box came and I opened it I was shocked to see that they had sent me a Tom Brady (who every dolphins fan hates) jersey. I initially laughed it off as a mistake until I started dealing with their customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to submit another order but they were out of stock again and I wouldn’t get it until December- it’s August now. They then told me I better send back the jersey they sent me right away or they would charge me for that too. So after fanatics having my money for months they sent the wrong jersey, cancelled my original order, and threatened to charge me more if I didn’t send the wrong one back right away. But don’t worry they said they would give me free 3 day shipping to make up for it 🙄 which they are already giving everyone free on their website. I will never order from this company again and I doubt I’ll even get my refund for what I already spent. Just terrible..Version: 3.5.12
