✗ Don’t upgrade from RC Phone!Our entire team is remote. A call comes in to all lines, of of us answers and we transfer the call to the intended recipient. We were encouraged to upgrade to the ‘new’ app which broke pretty much everything we had working. Some extensions didn’t ring. Call transfer worked, but the recipient’s phone wouldn’t ring so the caller would end up in voicemail. I spent hours upon hours with tech support trying to figure out why this wasn’t working. It turns out it was this app. Even with both apps on the phone it killed the functionality we were used to. The fix was to delete both apps and reinstall only RC Phone. Now our system works correctly..Scott_jbVersion: 19.3.23
