Ovia Pregnancy & Baby Tracker for Positive User Reviews

Great Support ToolThis is my second pregnancy and have loved this tool so much. Tracking my pregnancy has never been easier!! Love it and recommend it!!.Version: 4.1.12

Makes pregnancy even more funI really rarely leave an app review, but honestly, my partner and I are so excited each week to find out which fruit/veg, funny animal or weird object our baby is the size of. Not only that, it is packed with useful advice and clever functions. The app is brilliant and I couldn’t imagine being pregnant without it!.Version: 4.5.1

❤️❤️❤️ Ovia pregnancy app!I love the app! So easy to navigate around and full of interesting information about where bubba is at in relation to her growth and what’s going on for me that week too! Gives you tips too about eating and exercising! I ❤️❤️❤️ the app so much!.Version: 4.0.3

Graphics need improving but overall a fairly good appThe information is great and being able to make a note of vitamins taken daily etc good too, but the images (like the fruit they compare your baby to size-wise) needs work... hire a better graphic designer, please. More life-like scans and/or graphics of the baby as it’s growing would be lovely. Maybe more daily articles too..Version: 4.1.15

Baby developmentI am a first time father and we are only 12 weeks and 4 days into the pregnancy!! But this apps has been amazing so far and I'm sure it has plenty more in store for me and my partner. The apps has shown my everything I expected to see and much more from the side of our child's feet the and weight! I would highly recommend this app too everyone one the pregnant community.Version: 4.0.2

Love this appThis app has been incredible throughout my pregnancy. It has all the information you need. I love checking in daily for the updates, relevant to where I am in our pregnancy. Gena’s journey is great too! Thanks so much Ovia. 5 stars..Version: 4.1.3

Unbelievably AmazingHello to-be moms, Congratulations! if you are pregnant and have already downloaded Ovia Pregnancy, you know that it’s a holy grail. For those who are thinking to download and are reading this review, then please go ahead and do it ASAP. You would not regret. My mom is thousands miles away to take care of me during pregnancy or give me advice on dos and don’ts. Ovia my coolest friend have been doing that all. I am a researcher and know well how to read. None of the information it gives you for week by week pregnancy is unsourced. There are great articles by CDC and American medical association that shows how reliable all information is. It emotionally helps you keep healthy. I can write as much as I want but I want you to explore yourself, rather reading and enjoy every bit of your pregnancy. Love from one to be mom to all..Version: 4.1.8

Far and away the best pregnancy tracker! This is THE best pregnancy app! I think I have downloaded just about all of them, and this I’ve outshines them all. On the calendar view page you can track pregnancy symptoms, moods, activities, record milestones, add doctor’s appointments + reminders, and create notes. There is charting functionality that pulls from the data entered on the calendar for weight gain/blood pressure/sleep/activity and more. There is also a wealth of articles and resources. The data you enter on the calendar creates a personalized feed on the homepage, which also includes baby’s daily development information. If you love data and tracking your pregnancy in a simple and extremely user-friendly app, but also want a wide variety of functions, this is the right one! Especially given that it is free! Compared to so many apps, the free functionality is completely awesome. Five stars!!.Version: 4.6.6

Just brilliantMy only annoyance is with myself that I didn’t find this app sooner, when I was trying to conceive. I was using BabyMed which is helpful for dates but that’s about it. Then I had my BFP and then got to 15 weeks and I noticed even the dates functions on BabyMed we’re playing up (I was trying to see how far along I’d be at certain dates in the future) so I looked for other apps and found Ovia. And I’m so glad I did. Simple to use and so informative! Like my own tailored daily pregnancy magazine delivered directly to my phone. Love it and IF there is a TTC period for baby number 2 anytime in the future I’ll be using Ovia!.Version: 4.1.9

Fun, informative and easy to use!I have different pregnancy tracking apps but this by far this one is the best I’ve used. It’s fun, informative and easy to use. I look forward to receiving the daily update on my baby’s development and when I’m not sure about something, Ovia Pregnancy has all of the answers. I’ll be using the Ovia period tracker and Baby apps..Version: 4.0.6

Fantastic appI’ve been using this app since the beginning of my pregnancy and it is amazing! I love following the daily updates about the baby and there are so many features and articles that are very helpful. The safety food section is very handy and the baby names swiping part is quite fun too. Highly recommend this app..Version: 4.7.8

Favorite Pregnancy AppsI tried a few different pregnancy apps and this is by far my favorite. You can see illustrations of your baby at different stages, check whether certain foods or medicines are safe during pregnancy, track your weight and symptoms, post questions to a community forum of other Ovia users and so much more! Every time I think, “I wish Ovia had this...” I find it seconds later, it’s so useful. My favorite features are that you see the typical, “at 20 weeks your baby is the size of a coconut” baby-size analogies but additionally you can select to see Parisian bakery analogies, animal analogies and ‘fun and games’ analogies. My husband likes that last one because he doesn’t know how big a leek is but he can visualize a GI Joe action figure, it helps him feel included in the pregnancy. All in all, great app, I would 100% recommend it..Version: 4.3.0

Useful and easyGreat app. I love the UI! I hate that it logs me out everytime there’s a new update available. I’m preggo and for the life of me can’t remember my password Anyhooo I guess it’s a small inconvenience. There’s no reason to log people out. I’m not entering any secure info into the app (like a bank app).Version: 4.6.4

A pregnancy must haveReally enjoying this app! The weekly & daily updates are insightful and I found the food look up tool really useful!.Version: 4.1.12

Great AppI like how information is drip fed I’m as guilty of checking the app more than once a day! The new name feature is fun, though it would be good to be able to search and add your own if you already have some you like, plus some way to re-assess names you’ve already reviewed if you accidentally swipe left..Version: 4.6.6

App crashesApp is amazing. It’s helped me keep track through my whole pregnancy & I love learning new things about bub. Unfortunately, the past couple of months the app continues to crash when trying to open. I haven’t been able to access the app for a little while on an off & would love to be able to open it hassle free :).Version: 4.1.3

BumpsThis app is awesome! All the information you need 🤙 highly recommend!.Version: 4.1.6

Strongly recommendThis app gives you tips for nutrition, exercise and handling pregnancy symptoms. It provides interesting and fun information about your little jellybean’s growth and reminds you to take your vitamins and go to appointments with a separate Callander, which is useful if you’re keeping it to yourself for now. You can personalise what it calls your little miracle and track the baby’s size with different and fun themes. I recommend whenever I’m asked for pregnancy advice..Version: 4.2.3

Great appGreat app. Unlike some others ovia customises to your baby’s actual gender and name, making the experience feel personal and even more special. I love waiting to see what each week will be characterised by - for us we chose fruit and vege but there are other choices..Version: 4.0.4

One of a kind app, provides real insightThis is my 3rd pregnancy and my 5th pregnancy app. Ovia is easily my favorite, and only 5 star review. It's exciting and fun to change up your settings whether it be background or the different "size of my baby this week" choices. Most important is the value of the articles. This is the only app I've encountered where it provides articles aiming to equip you with all info. Especially what to expect when things don't go perfectly in pregnancy, labor/delivery, and with your new baby. My first baby was born with special needs and I'll never forget the feeling of shock in the hospital they he wasn't okay. All I had heard throughout my normal pregnancy was you deliver your baby and go home! Life is good! I was completely unprepared for circumstances like mine. This app gives all sides and scenarios without scaring you but rather educating and preparing you. So important..Version: 4.0.4

HmmmWhat’s up with the ads ?? Most weeks I can’t even screen shot because the silly ads are in the way 😢.Version: 5.0.1

Can’t rate this high enough.I used the Ovia fertility app first of all, and it was great. It came with lots of handy tips for conceiving as well as recipes. It helped me to track and understand my cycle which after having endometriosis for my entire adult life was difficult. It tells you when you are fertile and what symptoms to look out for. I have since managed to get pregnant! I’m now almost 6 weeks and love the pregnancy app, again it tracks your emotions, symptoms and gives you really handy tips. The food and medication look up section is really great for a first time pregnancy. I also love the daily updates on how my baby is growing!.Version: 4.1.5

Informative and functionalThis app is good for keeping track of everything that's going on. The handy calendar reminds you of appointments and has a notes options. Seeing the stages that baby is going through is fun for first time parents like us. My only piece of constructive criticism is to have a Southern Hemisphere option so those of us down here don't get tips on buying winter coats when we're in 30oC + temperatures and can get tips on our seasonal vegetables in the recipes..Version: 4.1.2

Love this app!I’ve been using Ovia since we started trying for a baby. Was really helpful in tracking my cycle. As soon as I put in I had a positive pregnancy test it told me to download the Ovia pregnancy version, which then automatically worked out my dates which I loved! (And very clever!) I use the app every day to track my pregnancy, I love the hand and feet sizes section. Brilliant for putting in appointments as it gives you a reminder. Have recommended this app to lots of people now..Version: 4.1.2

Great for first time mumsHave founds this app an awesome lil tool to help me through my first pregnancy. Love the Facebook feel, the updates on both mum and bubba, and the quirky themes you can pick to see the size of bubba. Also, not living in the USA, found it great that there aren't many USA specific facts/info like some other apps out there. I tried at least 10 pregnancy apps but this one is by far superior - download it!.Version: 3.0.1

Amazing app! Needs better forums. This app has been so insightful and easy to use - I’d be lost without my daily updates! My only issues are the forums - such a bizarre set up. It would be nice to have a better community. Also, the fact that you need to be employed to access certain things on the app is disappointing overall though, the best!.Version: 4.1.18

Window to a new worldThis app is seriously amazing!. I am a first time mum and feel like I have to clue what I’m doing, but Ovia has shown me step by step all the information I need to know and how to better look after my pregnancy. Thank you guys!.Version: 4.3.3

Feeling well informed!Great app to inform you of each stage of pregnancy. Lots of information and articles but not so much that you’re feeling overwhelmed! Would 100% recommend..Version: 5.12.0

Love this app!!Fantastic app! I love all the articles, food & medicine look up, and being able to track my symptoms. I'm on this app multiple times per day!! :) One suggestion - I'd love a place to schedule appointments other than my dr, like antenatal classes or a baby shopping trip with my very excited mother..Version: 3.0.2

Brilliant appI downloaded a few apps in my excitement finding out we were expecting. I found a couple of other apps clunky and missing key app functions, whilst I enjoyed Ovias all round ease of use, pregnancy information and ability to add lots of my own information for tracking. It made the pregnancy individually exciting and personal. When we miscarried Ovia was the only app that made it straightforward to cancel the inputted data and also expressed a sensitive message, oddly one of the most comforting things at a horrific time. Would highly recommend as the best out of 4 pregnancy tracking apps I used..Version: 4.1.15

😁Love It Very Useful.Version: 4.1.18

Ovia - awesome app! This app is excellent!! No ads, So much useful content, and since pregnancy is different from woman to woman, the app has a lot of varied content - But I rarely see anything that I don’t want to read! I love the little videos Gina does every week as well. My only comment would have that at the start, I avoided more foods than necessary because the app is American - in the UK, we have less food restrictions. But once I did a bit more research, it was fine. And I’d rather be safe and avoid more than necessary to keep my baby safe ;) keep up the good work team!.Version: 4.1.12

I love it!This is my second pregnancy now, and I’ve downloaded at least 10 different apps! But this one by far is the easiest! I love how you can see what the baby looks like at each stage, and I love how you can see how big it’s hands and feet are! It’s super cute and helpful... I just love it! I used it for my first baby and now this one! But this time around I only downloaded Ovia! 😘😘.Version: 4.1.7

A really useful app, but a few tweaks would make it even better!I’m 25 weeks pregnant and I’ve been using this app since week 6. I really like tracking my pregnancy with this app, and I use it to keep track of appointments, my fitness, my weight, and as a reminder to take my prenatal vitamin every day. The design is cute and the app is intuitive to use. I wish that the feature which allows you to put doctor’s appointments in the calendar also made it easier to add other kinds of appointments such as prenatal education classes, massage, acupuncture, etc. I also wish that the veggies/fruits which are used to compare the baby’s size were a bit less quirky. Belgian Endive is a really weird thing to compare a baby to. My friends and family felt like they couldn’t relate to those size analogies..Version: 4.6.6

Community section only issueThe only issue I have with this app is the community section. It’s an excellent feature but I can’t keep track of posts I’ve commented on, I just have to scroll through and hope I can find the post. Also it’s very American. Would be good if it were a bit more Aus-friendly. Otherwise it’s a great app, I look forward to every Wednesday when it updates and I can read about my little one!.Version: 4.1.7

Love the appSmall suggestion. If you don’t pick the sex of the baby, it would be nice for the notifications and updates to say “they” rather than switch back and for between he and she..Version: 4.7.7

Love it.I came over to this app from ovia fertility. It synced my information and is easy to use. I did trial some other apps to compare, but I couldn't find anything as good as this. I love that I can track every feeling, symptom and more. You can change your theme and get daily updates on baby's growth. I would definitely recommend this to any pregnant woman..Version: 4.1.13

Great app for ftmGreat up to track everything for a FTM. Would like to be able to add my own symptoms etc so I could track those which have been ongoing through pregnancy. Have had to just pick something different and know that’s what it was..Version: 4.1.16

Ovia is the only pregnancy app to use, period!I have used Ovia for all of my pregnancies! I’ve literally been using Ovia for years and have never tried a different app because this one is just so great and has everything I need. While pregnant I can check it daily for updates on my baby, tips and healthy food options, and can track how I’m feeling, my weight, exercise and so much more. It really helps when your foggy pregnancy brain forgets things or when it’s been a few years since you had a baby and just need a refresher. I also really love the food safety look up! I use it constantly. This is seriously a woman’s best friend during pregnancy. Also check out their fertility app (used that with two of my pregnancies) and they’re parenting app! I couldn’t recommend Ovia more!.Version: 4.6.2

This is THE app to use!I downloaded another popular app when I became pregnant and quickly got burned out on it - it was all advertisements and fashion advice. I downloaded Ovia and WOW am I glad I was still in the 1st trimester when I found it. The interface is user friendly, the content is truly about my health and the health of my baby, not about what other people think or what I should be wearing. I love being encouraged to log my food and vitamins, and have truly been eating more intentional foods since starting it. It’s encouraging, informative, and my husband even got to subscribe to the daily emails! It helps him feel involved and he has been following the recommendations for nutrition by going to the grocery store for me without me even having to ask- the app is telling him what we need! Love this app! The only function I wish it had was an option for a more detailed food log, and the ability to list more specific high-risk categories that aren’t preloaded. I’m high risk with a connective tissue and joint hyper mobility disorder but there’s currently no option to record it as it’s uncommon..Version: 4.1.9

A must! The best app, really useful and reliable content! A must have when pregnant!.Version: 4.2.7

Community supportTracking progress is great and all the tips and knowledge shared amazing, but even surpassing that is the community forum which has helped me SO much . And all free - thanks Ovia!.Version: 4.2.1

Full of helpful information and tipsGreat app. There’s so much information available every single day that I’m constantly on the app learning! I used the fertility app before I got pregnant too which was just as good. I love that you can put your symptoms in and it tells you whether they’re normal or not. It’s a scary time being pregnant but this app does a brilliant job of guiding you through it with articles, videos, photos and more. Thanks!.Version: 4.1.12

Informative and helpfulI loved being able to track symptoms, that the newsfeed comments on what you track and raises anything that might be a concern so you can get it checked. Love the anonymous community posts so you’re not afraid to ask anything, no matter how strange or gross or personal.Version: 4.1.8

Great just needs a little extraThink this is a good app. Love how you can change it colour, you can see baby hand and feet, it’s free unlike some apps that make you pay half way through. There is a questions and answer section. I have now see wether this is an update or not how many weeks and days you have left. It gives you good information and pictures. Only think I would say it needs is a timeline with stages and viability and what’s happening etc..Version: 4.1.9

Amazing App!Very helpful app with many interesting information about the baby development, your body changes, little advice for us to be healthy etc. I check it every day and I like to see how the baby is growing. :) The only improvement that I would recommend is to be able to delete some info that we don’t want to see in the Timeline. That would be great to personalize it! Thanks :).Version: 4.4.5

Love itSo comforting to read all these interesting up to date facts ❤️❤️❤️.Version: 4.1.2

Love love love 💕I have used this app for drs appointments and just tracking my pregnancy up until the day i gave birth to my sweet little boy!! I absolutely love that i was able to put my drs appts into the calendar and take notes in it. I would write my questions and concerns in the notes section and ask them at my next drs appt, it was just very helpful. I also love all the little facts they put in the timeline for how my son was developing in the womb and all the articles on pregnancy. I still use the pregnancy app for the articles and facts on the timeline for how he’s developing now in the world, i just wish they had the timeline with these facts and articles on the parenting app too. The parenting app is good too. I hope it gets updated though, so i can put his drs appt in the calendar and take notes to ask his drs, and then i can do the same for my son..Version: 4.4.2

I use it every single day!I love Ovia! It’s all you need before, during, and after pregnancy.Version: 4.6.6

Brilliant AppThis App is Amazing, it Tells you a different development each day, it also gives different objects/animals/food to compare the size of the baby at each week! It makes the pregnancy a lot better because each day you learn something new, about yourself or your baby! It even gives you recipes for amazing foods for pregnancy..Version: 4.1.7

Amazing app!I have (and still use) the Ovia apps before, during and after my pregnancy. I used Ovia before I fell pregnant to help track my fertility, during my pregnancy to monitor daily developments and after to help with parenting tips! All apps have been amazing and reassuring, especially whilst I was pregnant. The videos, recipes, tips etc were all so useful and helped put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend the app to anyone preparing for pregnancy, during pregnancy and after. 😊👍🏻.Version: 4.1.12

Amazing appLove this app.Version: 4.6.6

Good app but loss section needs workI found this app during my second pregnancy and think it’s the best general pregnancy app out there. The reason for the four stars is that the pregnancy loss section needs a lot of work. As a loss mom who lost my first baby at 36 weeks I was encouraged to see a loss section but really disappointed by how all the loss articles were generalized around early miscarriage. Unfortunately, the reality of life is that not all pregnancies end with a healthy baby and I think as an app that reaches a lot of women, you have a responsibility to help educate first time moms on the realities of pregnancy loss. As a first time mom going through a healthy pregnancy, I didn’t know that losing a baby after 20 weeks was something that could happen and made it all the more painful when it did. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage and 1 in 160 pregnancies end in stillbirth in the US. These are devastating outcomes and there are many moms using your app who will find themselves facing grief instead of joy at the end of their pregnancy. As a society we need to do a better job of supporting all women going through pregnancy, not only the ones that have a happy ending and I think improving your loss section could be a good first step..Version: 5.0.1

Prenatal vitaminsIf I had any suggestions, I’d suggest that the reminder re prenatal vitamins showed up everyday instead of the day after. I’m pregnant myself and my memory is quite overactive and too occupied to remember stuff like that. I’ve tried many ways of remembering however I’ve found that for the little while it was out on for the current day really helped..Version: 4.2.6

Fun and informativeI loved the app and the different themes you could pick to track babies development. I looked forward to each day when it would change. Lots of information and presented well. The whole family enjoyed following the app.Version: 3.0.1

Great app but very AmericanThis has been such a great app to use during pregnancy, my only niggle is that it is very US centric with its views on birth and childcare/ returning to work, as most European countries care is midwife lead with maternity leave as standard but bar that side of things, the weekly information had been great, the food checker is really handy as is the Calendar function. I’d use this again!.Version: 4.1.9

Love itThe chat room on this app has helped me so much it’s brilliant to be able to ask questions and get quick responses from other mums while still staying anonymous i also never write reviews but this app deserves it. I hardly go on my other pregnancy apps now because this one literally has everything. Fantastic support network..Version: 4.1.8

So helpful for first time mums!I think this app has been amazing. Although trying for a baby the shock of actually seeing a positive test is overwhelming and being recommended Ovia Pregnancy straight away from the Ovia Fertility app was excellent. I check the app every day for tips and reminders of what to do next and I find the information straight forward and to the point rather than having to surf google for answers. So far everything I have needed to know has been on this app. Thank you guys!.Version: 4.1.16

Overall good, minor changes would be goodI like the way the app has new information for each week of pregnancy and quite a lot of useful information about other stuff. I wish there was more potential for choosing which topics to see, for instance avoiding those ridiculous “healthy pregnancy recipe” things of quinoa and pomegranate seeds type things. Like another reviewer says it desperately needs a UK version to ensure that health care providers and info on appointments is correct, and to stop the nagging about insurance. And please please please can you STOP asking every single day if I took my prenatal vitamin the day before? It’s so annoying!!.Version: 4.1.18

Fantastic app! There are so many things to love about this app! The daily updates on baby development and body changes are fantastic for me as I'm currently halfway through my first pregnancy and everything is new! I love the weekly animal/fruit/etc comparison to babies size and the growing picture of babies hand is such a sweet idea. I am finding tracking my weight gain using the app very helpful as well. One suggestion I would have is that adding data like weight and minutes exercised is very frustrating with the current system. You need a very light finger to ensure you drag the cursor to the exact right spot and sometimes it's quite time consuming! Other than this, definitely the best pregnancy app I've come across ☺️.Version: 3.0.2

Good but definitely just a data collectorHas lots of useful info but the ‘health questionnaire’ included is a waste of time, its purely a data collection of users asking very irrelevant questions if its supposed to be health focussed such as income and what you identify as - the app is free and they make a point of saying they use ads to keep it free but I would imagine they actually just sell your data..Version: 5.4.0

Brilliant 🌟I absolutely love this app I first had Ovia fertility which helped me fall pregnant and now been using this app since I found out I was pregnant so useful and helpful can track your whole pregnancy and even note down when you have appointments coming up plus I love that it shows and tells you how big the baby’s getting and tells you facts about the baby’s development regularly! Highly recommend 🌟.Version: 4.1.2

Love Ovia!I love the Ovia apps; I started off with Ovia fertility, and, well, a month later I was pregnant! So I switched to Ovia pregnancy and love this one as well! I'm giving it 4 stars though, just because I think there's room for improvement in the community aspect. For asking questions, I understand the anonymity aspect, but moms-to-be also like to connect with others, so being able to create a public profile/username and having a community where you could connect would be a great addition. As it is, some users try to connect via the questions, but that doesn't really work... Plus honestly, not everyone knows how to ask a question. That seems silly to say I'm sure, but all my thesis classes from college are coming back to me, so when they don't give the appropriate options for answers (like forgetting a "doesn't apply" when asking a yes/no question, for example) I'm like ugh! But anyways, apart from that aspect it's great; I look forward to checking the daily update each day and I love the different themes for size comparisons - Parisian bakery for me! (Because our honeymoon was in Paris and I'm a definite Francophile.) Besides, not everyone wants to compare their baby to fruits and veggies. =) At the start of a new week in my pregnancy my husband and I look together to see the new comparison, how much her hand grew, and read the updates! It added to the anticipation of her arrival. The only pregnancy app I use..Version: 4.0.5

Incredible for the husbandThis app is fantastic it’s detailed but not over the top pumping you full of information. It explains everything in small snippets throughout the journey and if you want to know more you hit the section you are on and bish bash bosh more details. From a husbands/partners point of view. I actually can read and see what my wife is going through which we can see sure but knowing the little extra bits and underpinning knowledge is fantastic.I feel that it is important to not let her go it alone. We read it together and enjoy it together..Version: 4.2.5

Amazing way to keep I formedI am so thankful for this app, I’ve been using ovia fertility for years and was delighted to move to ovia pregnancy when the time came. Daily updates on progress and health tips are fantastic, this is definitely making my pregnancy more enjoyable..Version: 4.1.16

Great app but..This is a great app and I love using it but it needs to stop recommending women get a Pre-Natal vitamin with Folic Acid in it — it needs to be Folate, never folic acid! ✌🏼.Version: 6.4.0

Best pregnancy app ever! This app gives you daily updates as well as weekly updates about your baby and about your body. It tells you what to expect and It’s so accurate. You see weekly illustrations of what the baby’s growing body looks like and also it has little growth charts of hands & feet as well. I check the app everyday because I love seeing the daily updates of how the baby is evolving. It’s really neat and informative. You can check updates from the weeks ahead which is nice because I like to be prepared and you can track everything. I put all my appointments in the calendar for this app. The calendar is also convenient because you can skip ahead to certain dates and it will tell you how far along you will be at that time. Love this app and can’t recommend it enough!.Version: 4.1.2

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a baby...I absolutely love this app! I use it everyday: when I first started to plan to conceive with my husband I was looking for an app that had more than just “cute pictures”. I wanted an informative app that would truly guide me. Once we conceived (5 ways and 5 days ^_^) it became obvious that this was the app to have! I have the daily community which is amazing! You can upload your questions and feel thy you’re not alone because you instantly have replies from women who are going or went through everything you’re experiencing. You also have tips as to why to eat, so to work out, cleaning supplies around the house. You also have the amazing daily tracker of everything! How you’re feeling, what you’re feeling, BP readings, weight tracker and so much more! Don’t waste your money and time on these other apps!.Version: 4.1.7

Comprehensive pregnancy trackingThe most comprehensive pregnancy app I've found: track food intake, symptoms, baby movement. Downsides: the community board can be good for getting quick responses but every day there are the same questions, it would be good if the app suggested searches for similar questions before letting you post. It shows me the same ad for stem cell banking Every Day and it's getting mighty annoying. Despite tracking and giving it lots of info, it doesn't seem to personalise the articles it shows you. Overall had to give it four stars as I will continue using it every day..Version: 4.4.4

Thank you!I downloaded the fertility app a few years ago to track my period and learn more about my body. I finally started tracking my ovulation when my husband and I started trying for a baby. I am now 6 weeks pregnant and of course downloaded Ovia pregnancy to keep track of growing baby and my health. Thank you to the team at Ovia for creating these apps that provide great support & information in a cute little set up..Version: 4.1.3

GreatAwesome app. Very useful and tells you every step day by day of baby’s growth ❤️.Version: 4.1.13

A godsend!Even though I already have a child (3yrs), I feel like I've forgotten a lot about pregnancy, what to do and how to prepare. It's reassuring to have this app at hand that I can check daily if I want. This app comes with all sorts of helpful info, recipes, updates that track with your pregnancy, and even fun tid bits such as celebrity pregnancies..Version: 2.2.2

Ovia EVERYTHING apps are AMAZINGI used this Ovia pregnancy app for my pregnancy with my daughter, and I absolutely adored it... Afterwards, I used the Ovia fertility app to track my periods and eventually become pregnant again... And now I'm using the Ovia pregnancy app during THIS pregnancy with my son. I can't say enough great things about all of the Ovia apps... I'm not sure I'd change a THING except maybe more videos of other pregnant women, or message boards about where to find cute maternity clothes, and other things like that, I.e. people comparing breast pumps, reviewing different products, toys, diapers -- especially advice from experienced moms to FTM... Other than that-- by FAR the best pregnancy app. My favorite parts are seeing the comparison of baby's size to different things like animals, toys, and food... I also love that the app keeps us motivated and tells us we're doing an awesome job... I know it sounds cheesy, but I like hearing that my app cares about how I'm feeling and how I'm doing and is rooting for me and baby. Extra positivity in any situation is always great! I would give 10 STARS if I could! P.s. I can't believe how accurate each weekly video is when talking about what symptoms we may be experiencing. Every single week is spot on!!.Version: 4.2.5

Couldn’t be without this app :)I absolutely love this app! I have had it since before I fell pregnant and it’s been so helpful and reassuring throughout. If something new has appeared in my pregnancy, without a doubt I would go into the app and my symptoms would all be normal for that stage of my pregnancy which is such a comfort. The app is so much fun too, as you can see what size roughly the baby would be. It has a very handy food and medication checker which has helped me through out. I have recommended this app to many of my pregnant friends and I will continue to use the next stage after birth. Thanks xx.Version: 4.0.4

Great App but Update Left Something to be DesiredI have really enjoyed using this app for my first pregnancy! I like the week by week articles, the fun themes, and the tools like the symptom checker and food/medication safety. However, there are a couple things I would improve. Since the last app update, it's harder to look up and find medications to record. In the previous version, it would keep your recently used meds (like prenatal vitamins) up at the top so you could easily find them. Now I have to search prenatal vitamins every time which is frustrating. Also, the kick counter was moved off the front data screen and moved into the more tab, which doesn't seem to fit for me. That is something I use everyday and data that I would like to be able to chart out (it's a higher priority for me than the activity tracker). Overall, the app is great and I do recommend it to my friends. Just a couple things that I would change to improve ease of use..Version: 4.0.3

The best free app with everything you needI used Ovia period tracker to track my ovulation and loved it and now I also love the pregnancy app. It’s so easy to use, let’s you track all your health data and provides daily updates on your baby’s progress. It really is the best app and doesn’t even feel like it should be free - the quality is so good!.Version: 5.0.1

Best pregnancy appEasy to use App that gives lots of information and easy to read articles. We loved the weekly videos with Gina talking about her journey and also the different items that the baby is the same size as each week! Some really nice touches 😊 The symptoms tracking could be simplified to add details as it is really helpful to track what’s going on and look back or tell midwives etc using the app details..Version: 4.0.3

Fantastic AppI am never one to review apps but I used the fertility Ovia app before the pregnancy app as suffered two miscarriages before catching pregnant with my daughter , the fertility app , pregnancy and parenting app are honestly one of the best on the market , loads of helpful tips and milestone checklists the dos and the don’t’s and a great network of support with the other users of the app where you can ask any question and plenty of women whether they’re going through the same as you can reassure or query any doubts they may have , overall brilliant apps all three!.Version: 4.2.8

Love it!Love this app. Super helpful. Love seeing all the little tidbits about my baby. Just wish it would have over the counter medication not just the technical medical terminology for medication that’s pregnancy safe. (Ie halls throats lozenges/ Vics vapo rub/ etc).Version: 4.7.2

Best pregnancy app, no click baitI tried all of the major pregnancy apps, and ovia is the only one i am still subscribed to and have on my phone at 8.5 months. all of the other apps constantly bombarded me with ads and click bait about the “10 things you’re eating that are harming your baby” or “5 things you need to stop doing NOW to have a healthy baby”. the ads were one thing, but the articles about what to do and not do on the other apps are often unsupported by medical literature. Ovia doesn’t try to give me anxiety about eating anything, shame me for not doing certain things, and doesn’t present me with information that is unsupported by doctors and the medical literature. i highly recommend this app for any mom that gets anxiety from all the click bait on the other apps..Version: 4.1.9

Great tracker and the right level of infoI really like the calendar feature to track how I’m feeling on a daily/weekly basis. The news feed updates based on the data you add which is really helpful. Sometimes it’s nice to know that what you’re feeling is totally normal. I’ve also been enjoying seeing my baby develop week on week. Overall, it’s a really solid, straightforward app without a lot of clutter..Version: 4.2.0

Second pregnancy but first time Ovia userThis is by far my favourite pregnancy app to use. I love the helpful tips that are uploaded daily and we look forward to hitting our new week to see what size our little one is. It’s a great reminder for appointments, taking prenatal tablets and a fab go-to for questions in the community section. Would definitely recommend..Version: 4.1.15

Amazing app!I love this app. It tells me literally everything I need to know to get through my pregnancy day by day. I check it everyday and it helps me feel more connected with baby. The app gives a weekly video by the creator of the app I believe and it's so cool cos it's as if I'm doing this journey (as the pregnant one) with someone else. 5 star + 🙌🏻❤️👼🏻.Version: 3.0.21

So in love with this appSince I have been pregnant with my little one this app has helped me out a lot. It is so informative that I feel like with each week as my baby grows I learn something each and everyday about my little one and it’s development. As a new mom to be I feel like this app gives me a piece of mind about everything as far as development of baby, the symptoms that I might experience that I might experience throughout each stage, sending me reminders for my doctor’s appointments. The articles they have for diet, exercise, recipes, and other useful things on the app. This is the only pregnancy app I’ve ever had and I must say I’m glad that I did it right the first time, this app is amazing. I recommend this app to everyone that’s pregnant, you will not be disappointed and you will be well educated just like I am now!!! This app definitely has me looking forward to meeting my little one..Version: 4.1.8

Lovely appUsed this app for two of my pregnancies, i am on my third and I am using it for my 3rd. Updates u everyday about what you can do to keep a healthy diet, shows pictures of the development of the baby. In short, it’s very useful. All my friends have it whenever they get pregnant I recommend this app.Version: 6.6.0

Exactly what every mum to be, needs!I’m a first time mum to be and I have to say, this is exactly what I needed. An app where I can log daily data from how I am mentally feeling, physical symptoms and daily meds, all the way through to food consumption and steps taken per day! There is a place to talk to other mums to be anonymously and your info, name etc is never displayed. Fantastic app, thank you to Developers!!.Version: 4.0.4

App force closes ☹️LOVE this app! Since I updated it two days ago, it won't open..Version: 4.0.2

Love ItThis is my first baby so I figured an app would help keep me sane. I went through 3 or 4 before I stumbled upon Ovia, and I didn’t have a single second thought when I started using this app. It’s easy, it’s sensible, you can control notifications, and you can put whatever information you have and you don’t have to worry if you don’t have the information it asks for because you can always skip it. This has helped me keep track of my baby’s growth and development much better than other apps. I tried a couple of the themes and finally settled on fruits and vegetables, but the other themes were just as cute. And I particularly love the mom/parent chat available. It’s very helpful for first time moms that have worries but don’t want to go to the doctor right away. It’s a wonderful app. I hope everyone else using or considering using it has as an experience as good as I have had..Version: 4.1.18

EffectiveI was using 2 apps (1 was Flo) Been trying to get pregnant for 1 year and I was following Flo app for 8 months because I thought it was more effective knowing they have more ratings. But I was not successful. Tried using Ovia for 2 months and I got pregnant. Switched to Ovia Pregnancy now and I like how much information they provide. From food safety to contractions to symptoms and so much more...Version: 4.1.16

Great mum appReally loved watching and learning about my baby’s growth progress. Soon as my baby was here it was a chapter closed for this app and onto the Ovia parenting which is an amazing helpful app where we can chat to other mums 🥰👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 4.5.12

Great for Normal Pregnancies! This is my second pregnancy and time using this app. Overall, it’s great! However, I wish the app would better customize when it asks you about certain conditions you might have (and you answer yes). I suffer from HG in my pregnancies and it’s s but disheartening to receive constant reminders about ‘morning sickness being normal’ or ‘should be over now’ or ‘even if you can’t eat, you should find ways to supplement anyway.’ If the app is smart enough to ask whether an expecting mom has HG, it would be nice to know that the app would use that information in its feeds. Also, better historical tracking of a previous pregnancy would be lovely! I seemingly lost all of the data from my last when I indicated I was pregnant again. Bummer! Still, this app is hands down better than things I compared. And HG is more rare so also take that comment with a grain of salt as a general user. Use it!.Version: 4.1.17

Fantastic 👌Loved the trying to get pregnant app and now i love this 1 also...nothing bad to say it's fantastic.Version: 4.0.2

Easy, basic, and I loved it my whole pregnancy!I’d been using the Ovia app for my period for years, so when I got pregnant I switched to the pregnancy app. It was so simple to use, and I loved the familiarity of the app having come from using their fertility app. The simplicity I think is what I really liked, simple but certainly enough! I loved the little images to show how big baby is compared to your hand or a seed per say. The little feet, it was a nice touch. I didn’t use the kick counter tbh because once I could feel my daughter kick, she basically never stopped moving. She was kicking so much it just didn’t make sense to try and record it all 😅. But anyways if you need the kick counter it works super great, and there’s all sorts of supportive and informational articles through the app that I appreciated. It helped me get my breast pump as well which was fantastic. Highly recommend!.Version: 4.6.5

Great app! This app is so easy to use and informative! I downloaded 3 or 4 when I found out I was pregnant with baby number 2 ... 10 years after baby number one!!! I had forgotten all I did and knew from first pregnancy.... this app is easy to read and daily updates are super informative and interesting. I’ve already downloaded the baby and toddler one :-).Version: 4.1.17

Best baby app ever!!My older sister who was also pregnant put me on to this app and I’m so happy she did!! So much great information and articles to read. I started using this app since I was 7 weeks pregnant and I’m still using it now 10weeks post birth!! It’s weekly expectations are bang on!! As a first time mum I’m extremely happy with this app!! Thanks guys.Version: 4.2.5

Love it!!!I absolutely love this app! It’s been so helpful with everything, I love that theres a community where you can ask other people questions and there give there advice. I love that the app also gives you recipes and advice and just so many things on it! And tells you baby’s developments and so much more! I told a friend who is pregnant as well and she loves the app as well! I recommend this one over all the others! :).Version: 4.2.3

So Handy!!I love this app, it has helped me so much and I can even share the information with my partner, helps us both understand exactly what’s happening every step of the way. It would be amazing if you could select your country as iv noticed the tests and appointments are called different names and at different points throughout the pregnancy, it confused me a little at first..Version: 4.1.7

Second time pregnancySecond time mother at currently 26 weeks. I wish I'd had this app the first time around!! There's a few things that could be added/tweaked though, such as where can I put that I have gestational diabetes in? Things like that :) But definitely best pregnancy app I've used so far.Version: 4.0.5

So in love with OviaPregnancy App!Well with this being my first pregnancy and come to find out, I’m having twin girls, I had so many questions and concerns. So I downloaded about 5 pregnancy apps before this one and this one takes the cake easily for me. There’s sooo many amazing features to this app! Some of my favorites being: The information it provides about my baby, the details of every symptom I’m able to document everyday throughout my pregnancy, and the cutest themes I’m able to pick from! I didn’t know let alone think about how effective a good pregnancy app could be during one of the most beautiful yet hardest moments of my life. Thank you so much for all you’ve put in this app to make us mommy’s to be feel so prepared and at ease! Most of all thank you for the support I feel when I scroll through it everyday!.Version: 4.1.12

Good to haveI have used the Ovia as well as the OviaPregnancy app amd found them very useful and informative. The only minor snag is that they can’t be tailored to your location in the world in terms of food and some of the terminology around healthcare, it is very much build for the US customer. Great guide to pregnancy, especially for first time mums, good for recording your eating, symptoms and much much more. Love the info snippets about baby’s development each day!.Version: 4.1.7

Love it!!My husband and i both have downloaded it. we love how informative it is and it helps stay organized with appts. we would definitely suggest it!.Version: 4.6.8

Best pregnancy app!!!This is by far the best pregnancy app on the App Store. I have tried them all and nothing has as good features for free. It’s so easy to use and everything is so nicely laid out! I could go on & on about how good it is but I’ll leave it with every mum to be needs this app, it’s a must have. Will forever recommend Ovia!😊.Version: 4.1.8

Amazing appThis app is amazing it has so much relevant information and updates each week of pregnancy, includes food safety and even baby names. It is also free! So glad to have this app as I experience my first pregnancy.Version: 5.3.0

Love this app!I have used this app everyday throughout my pregnancy and have found it just brilliant! From the food safety look up page, to the weekly video on what’s happening with us and our babies. I’m finding I’m waiting for every week to appear just so that I can’t find out what size the baby is in comparison to an animal or toy and love seeing the size of the hand and foot grow too. Great app, wouldn’t be without it!.Version: 4.0.6

Love you this appLove using this app and filling it in. It’s almost like a dear diary. I also love getting the day to day developments of my little blessing too.Version: 4.1.18

Overall great - a few small notesLove this app! It is user friendly gives me plenty of info but isn’t overwhelming! I love that I can log all my data in one central point but what would make this app better is to have that data more usable. For example, I log my weight and I can’t see a summary of my weight gain to date to see if I’m on track. There is a tending section but the graph only shows the last few says and you have to scroll to get more data. It would be more helpful to have all my weight entries in a complete log or to actually have the app calculate for me. Similarly if my goal is 4 workouts a week it would be helpful to see when I’ve met that goal or when I haven’t. The app has great information and I do like having one central place I input all my data but it’s bit frustrating that I can’t get all that data back out in a useful way..Version: 4.1.3

Love this appBeen using it since I was 5 weeks pregnant I love the little hand and foot sizes and the different fruit size each week! Also love the mums group where you can ask questions and see people’s questions too. The weekly video is informative and I really enjoy watching. And if your in doubt of anything you can’t or can eat you can use the app to check same with medicine too. Great app overall compared to any of the other pregnancy apps this is the best..Version: 4.0.5

My favourite period/pregnancy appWhen you get pregnant you have no idea what's going on feel very overwhelmed and feel like you really need help - but at the same time you're not supposed to tell anyone for three months - so you feel a bit alone! But this App fulfils every need! I am so greatful for it..Version: 3.0.21

Why is it gendering my fetus??I used the Ovia tracking app for years before just yesterday downloading the pregnancy version! I quite like most of the aspects, but it refers to the fetus as “her” mostly, and sometimes “he”. I find it very odd, and think there should be a setting where you can select whether you know the sex of the baby, or whether you just want “they” or even “it”. For me this is less about assuming it’s sex, and more about me not wanting to get comfortable referring to it as a specific sex and then finding out it’s the opposit. Just seems like a huge miss on the apps part. ps. if there is a setting to change, please let me know where!.Version: 6.0.0

Best Option Out There!I used this app throughout my entire pregnancy, from when I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks all the way up until the day of my induction at 39 weeks. They kept track of my appointments and ultrasounds, I was even able to add photos of my ultrasound pictures! I was able to update my baby bump picture and loved getting to choose between 4 different themes at which they compared the size of the baby. (Ie fruits, games, etc). You can choose different styles dependent on your preference like grey stripes, polka dots, even dinosaurs! They give you daily updates on your babies development and even telling you what’s happening to your body and what to expect in the upcoming weeks! They provide all kinds of links to verified clinical websites to tell you about your pregnancy and your body and care about your mental and physical health too! I definitely recommend this app. I wish I was having another baby, I’d totally use this again, unfortunately this is my last. After birth Ovia has other apps that you can use your account with to keep track of your health and your babies!.Version: 6.3.0

Best free app availableThis is hands down the best pregnancy app I have used, it’s written in simple English and is easy to read, it’s almost as if it knows what I’m feeling and pops up with information about it every day, I just love how it tells you about your baby’s development daily and it’s very reassuring especially the community section, I never thought anonymous answers to questions could help so much!!.Version: 4.1.7

From Ovia tracker to Ovia PregnancyI love this app with the updates of where the little one is at in terms of growth. It reminds me of the importance of taking my vitamins and minerals. When no one else knows that I am pregnant, I can look at the app to feel the joy of creating a human..Version: 4.1.14

Best Pregnancy app by FARThis app is amazing. I downloaded all of the free apps I could find involving pregnancy because I’m going to be a first time mom. Ovia does an amazing job of taking a little of every type of app (informational, social, health, etc.) and making it extremely easy to use. I also love that when posting in the community, everyone is anonymous. I think it makes asking for help and being honest about what you’re going through, so much easier. I also underestimated how much asking questions would help. It’s great that, as an inexperienced woman that doesn’t know what to expect in a pregnancy, I can ask other people if what I am experiencing is normal. You can also change the background to fit a theme, you can change what they compare the baby’s size to, and all sorts of customizations. Not only does this app track how I’m feeling, tell me more about my pregnancy and it’s symptoms, and help me connect with others, but it also takes a load of stress off of me. It’s a life saver..Version: 4.1.15

Love this appThe app covers everything! There’s space to log symptoms and emotions (although it would be great to add extras that aren’t listed), consumption of food, exercise etc. There’s also a social platform to speak with other mum’s/mum’s to be which is really reassuring especially if you’re a first time mum. The app provides weekly updates on the size and development stage of the baby which is fun. All round a great app!.Version: 4.1.2

Great app!!I've been using us since I found out I was pregnant along side a couple others but this is definitely my favourite!! One thing I really like it the hand and foot sizing images! So cute! And it's really great that I can look up foods and medications to make sure they are safe whilst being pregnant. A+.Version: 4.1.9

Second time aroundI have used the planning pregnancy app and this app for both of my pregnancies! The extra little info and messages to keep up to date is wonderful!! highly recommend!.Version: 4.1.7

Great for prospective grandparents too!My husband and I are both following our daughters’ pregnancies with this app, as are they. It is magical to be able to see the development of our grandchildren (it’s a first for us both - one each!!) It’s also helpful to see what the new mums might be going through too, so we can offer support and encouragement. We love the little hands and feet, and the daily countdown. It makes if feel so real! Thank you to the developers..Version: 4.1.16

LoveLove how it shows you the baby's growth and comparing it to different things. I also love to see the baby development as well. It's nice to read different things that are happening everyday and what developmental spurts are happening each day. Love this app ! Used the fertility one as well and loved it! I wish there was a friends feature to be able to connect with other moms and see what stage they of pregnancy they are in :)! I also love he calendar feature - so easy to see how many weeks I'll be at what date ahead !.Version: 4.0.2

Most InformativeOvia doesn’t necessarily have all the excitement of articles everyday, BUT they have so many other helpful tools that other apps don’t. For example, their forum is the easiest to use. They also have a KICK COUNTER, CONTRACTION TIMER, MEDICATION SAFETY LOOKUP, FOOD SAFETY LOOKUP, and SYMPTOM LOOKUP. You’d have to download several apps usually to get those things and it saves you so many calls to your doctor about simple things like allergies and what’s safe to take. It really has way more than the other apps. It shows how baby is growing and comparative size. You can also choose what you want size compared to, cute little animals, veggies and fruits, pastries, or random. It has the weekly updates and information for multiples too! I really loved this app and many women don’t even know all the features it has. :) totally worth it.Version: 4.1.15

Great appAwesome app! Informative and no judgement. I wonder if skincare or make up ingredients can be added to safety though..Version: 4.5.6

Love this appThis app has loads of useful information and really listens to feedback from us all.. I look forward to reading my daily email when I wake.. it makes this pregnancy less scary and more enjoyable. It provides tips of the day and nutritional recipes.. week by week it tells you the estimated size of your bundle of joy as it grows as well as the hand and foot size. I definitely would recommend this app to all pregnant ladies out there..Version: 4.1.2

Such a good appLove this app! Used the period one waaay before I got pregnant and it was brilliant and both feed off of the data so the pregnancy one has already learnt everything about your periods and history. Love the photo updates they are gorgeous 💕 If I had to ask for any change though it might be a category of tracking what sets off your morning sickness the most like food or the amount of food you ate that day and so on, otherwise awesome app.Version: 4.4.4

User friendly and accurateI find the stages and articles that pop up each day are very relevant and accurate to what’s currently going on during that stage of pregnancy. A really easy and user friendly app to use..Version: 4.2.5

Everything you need and more!I started out using the ovulation app and moved onto Ovia when I fell pregnant. I cannot recommend it highly enough; lots of information for each stage of pregnancy with photos, visuals, handy tips - and I love the style of how things are written - something for everyone whatever you pregnancy plans and preferences may be. I love the healthy recipes, diary and wellbeing mood trackers, food and medication lookups and space to add photos notes. Little one due in just over a week so will probably be moving onto the parenting one too!.Version: 4.1.2

I love oviaI love this app, I love the hand size chart and that they have now added a foot chart too! I also like how they allow you to see size reference of four different objects a week. It's a user friendly app and I've used it with my previous two pregnancies and now this one! Highly recommended and I've personally referred it to friends and family..Version: 4.0.3

Great AppHave really enjoyed Gina’s video updates on her pregnancy which is a new addition since I used this app with my son. I personally don’t use much more that just reading where baby is up to in terms of growth and development and reading the articles on the feed..Version: 4.2.6

Great weekly updateI downloaded this app when I found out I was pregnant and it has kept me updated weekly as to what is happening with baby and me. I am now 37w+ and have found this tool amazing. My son is 10 and has additional needs and this app has even helped him to understand what is happening and helping him countdown. Every week he grabs my phone and goes straight to the app to see what’s happening this week and he loves the “baby is as big as” options such as fruits, games, weird but cute animals etc..Version: 4.2.0

Best app, especially for first time moms!Used many apps during my pregnancy, but this one was by far the best. This app is incredible ! Clean, beautiful and easy to use. The resources and relevant features are extremely helpful during pregnancy. So nice for symptom tracking, keeping notes and random thoughts throughout pregnancy. You can add photos and milestones too! And I love the many checklists that help you plan for baby’s arrival. Plus, it uses your baby’s name for a more personalized experience 💙 I strongly recommend, especially for first time moms !!.Version: 5.0.2

Fun until it’s sadEnded up with a miscarriage and feeling dropped from being a mother so instantly from the app felt crushing. Loosing the people I was able to chat to because your account gets closed feels really heartless. Everyone else gets to continue on and mark down that they’re baby was born in every way but still. Needs a still birth/ miscarriage option for how the baby was born without being closed off from the whole app..Version: 4.7.8

Great appThis app is amazing it give me good tips and keeps me updated I love it I recommend it.Version: 5.3.0

Good App For Soon To Be MamasI like this app :) It’s easy to navigate and really helpful when keeping track of your health, pregnancy milestones and you can even look up what foods are safe to eat. The community section is great too; it’s nice to have other mamas right at your fingertips that you can ask questions or get genuine advice. The only thing missing... I wish you could filter/block certain topics from appearing in the community feed though, just for peace of mind. As a mama of previous loss sometimes the content is super triggering!.Version: 4.4.3

What a fascinating guide and companion during this amazing trip of pregnancySince I found out we were pregnant, I was finding myself all the time googling stuff on the internet to find answers, since all of these is SO new to me. Ovia Pregnancy app is an amazing companion and support system for me since then. They have personalized content for you, with updates on your little one, updates on you as a mommy, as well as a great systematic approach to what to expect. They even have a list of medications you are and are not supposed to take. Every morning, I can’t wait to see on the baby’s update on its development, and after using it for almost two months, I haven’t still explored all the wonderful sections that they have for you. My husband had to download the app to, so he would see everything for himself. The only drawback- which might actually be available, I just haven’t been able to find it in the app- is that it would be nice if the spouse could get a link (?) or something and get the same personalized profile, so we have everything the same.. I don’t want to forget to mention that this absolutely fabulous app is for free and without major advertisements. Great job and hope all new and not new moms’ pregnancies are happy and smooth, with lots of sleep and food..Version: 4.1.12

Awesome app with more features than I know what to do with!Love this app! It doesn’t have all the cute daily facts about your little one (“today baby weighs as much as a bag of flour”). BUT it has all of the useful, logical, helpful information you could need. At first I was overwhelmed with how much was on here but as I’ve used it for months I’ve come to love it. I logged high blood pressure on it and it checked on me twice to make sure I contacted my OB and even offered to call through the app. The food safety look up? A first trimester moms best friend!! Now I’m using the contraction timer and kick counter and absolutely love them! Again, this isn’t my fun go to app in the morning for fun, cute facts. But it’s absolutely keeping my pregnancy on track and helping me feel more in control. Definitely recommend!!.Version: 5.2.0

Really enjoyingI really like this app - the only part that’s bothered me is the lack of search. I know I saw a recipe on here but now I can’t find it! But it is a nicely set out app with lots of good info. I’m not a huge fan of the community section - I prefer a more open forum but each to their own..Version: 5.6.0

Awesome!I love this app! It allows me to follow up even my medical appointments..Version: 5.3.0

Love the app!I have loved this app for my third pregnancy, however there is WAYYY to much focus on prenatal and post partum depression... seriously I feel like I have to have it, or I’m just waiting for it to pop up! I understand this is a huge thing for a lot of mums but an article or reminder nearly every day is just too much.Version: 4.6.3

Great app for pregnancy!I’ve used this app to track both pregnancies. Accurate and informative..Version: 4.7.6

So helpful!!This app is amazing, you learn so much from the content and it gives you a week by week look at your babies development! I also really enjoyed the videos with Gina each week! This app offers a lot of things to help inform you or to help you keep track during your pregnancy! I am a FTM and this was a great app to have! Will be downloading the parenting app too!.Version: 3.0.11

Good, but repetitiveGenerally love this app, but sometimes the information given is repeated or different information is given depending on where you look. For example, at 16 weeks it says baby weighs 5.2 ounces, but today at 16.3 the feed tells me it’s only 3.5. It’s a bit disheartening to go backwards. Also I feel like sometimes the objects babies size is compared to go slightly up or down randomly. Would also love an option to turn off the weight reminders as I do not wish to track this. Otherwise a good app..Version: 5.2.0

FANTASTIC Pregnancy App! 💛Ovia’s Pregnancy is absolutely fantastic! There is a TON of useful and interesting content packed into this app. I love how customizable you can make everything. I personally think this the best app for tracking pregnancy symptoms as well. There are a ton of options to report how your feeling and what your experiencing everyday, and it’s super easy to track everything baby related in the calendar. I have used almost every single pregnancy app out there, and I always end up coming back to Ovia for a reason. I almost skipped over this app the first time I seen it, but I hope you take a while to explore what it has to offer before dismissing it the way I did. You will not regret it and you will take something from it each time you access it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.Version: 5.14.0

Great appVery helpful and informative for first time pregnancy The readings are helpful and the ability to track everything.Version: 4.1.9

Brilliant and Interesting AppSo nice to read about what’s likely happening day by day for baby and also likely symptoms for Mum too. Only minor negative is it is quite American so the comparison images often refer to items not found in the UK. But can’t complain, I check it every day and enjoy seeing how big baby might have grown to every week milestone!.Version: 4.2.4

Really the best pregnancy app!I would be so lost without it! It contains all the information you need, communicated in an easy and fun way - articles, food safety look up, symptoms look up etc. I especially like the forum (you can ask questions, anonymously, to other mummies) and the weekly short videos by a lovely mummy called Gina who tells you all about the baby development. Best app around..Version: 4.1.5

Love it :)Use it every day and it's so cute!.Version: 4.6.8

Good app but US-focusedThis app does the job - there’re daily and weekly developmental updates, calendar and lots of info and data analysis. The only thing is it’s quite US-focused so some of the info e.g. checkups may not be applicable. It’d be helpful to have a way to see which month of pregnancy we are in as well, as we’re often asked..Version: 4.2.3

Great for dads tooI'm a recent father and I used this application during my partners pregnancy and the birth of our beautiful baby girl. It's great to help understand what my partner was going through and how I could help. Now that Sophie is born the app continues to provide useful tips and information to help in the day to day learning to be a parent. Thanks Ovia.Version: 2.3.12

BrilliantFollows in from the Ovia Fertility App seamlessly, copying information across. Lovely being able to check in and see how big baby is getting each week, which I know my other children will love when we tell them. Very useful food checker for a quick reference of which foods might be safe/not safe, sane for the medicine checker. It’s also very reassuring as it explains most pregnancy symptoms which can be worrying at times! Can’t wait for week 8 to see how big his or her hands and feet are!.Version: 4.1.2

Happy to be using this app.Great App!!! , it truly helped me throughout and along the way of my pregnancy journey. It allowed me to understand what milestone I was hitting each week..Version: 4.6.6

Amazing 😍Absolutely love this app. Having my first baby and not knowing anything this app has taught me so much about how baby’s growing each week and also telling me that the different things I’m going through is normal ❤️❤️ Highly recommend 💝.Version: 4.0.5

Helpful and informativeGreat timeline guide and the thoughts help a lot folloing through. Being a first time pregnant this get me on my feet 😍.Version: 4.1.3

Great app but…The “change my due date/weeks pregnant” section has been giving me issues. I am 9 weeks, 6 days, but my periods are irregular. My cycle was very long when I got pregnant. Every time I put in my due date and weeks pregnant, it changes the date of my last period automatically. It is therefore not accurate. I wish I could just input the data myself without it changing..Version: 4.7.01

Mostly greatWhen I found out I was pregnant, I downloaded several pregnancy apps to see which one I liked best, and Ovia won out easily. I like the interface and the customization. I love the daily and weekly updates and little blurbs about what to expect from my body and what was happening with Baby and it’s development. The ability to track food, weight, symptoms, doctor’s appointments, just about everything is great! The way that articles and videos are broken down makes them easy to search and find what I want to read. And the medication and food safety look up has been amazing and saved me a lot of unnecessary phone calls to my midwife. This only reason this rating lost a star is because I felt like the high level of daily interaction became all but non-existent once I went over my due date. I’d get one targeted advertisement and maybe one blurb about “is the nursery ready?” or “only a few days left”. I missed the timely articles, and wish that instead of recycled blurbs there had been articles about induction or how common it is to go overdue. I know those sorts of things exist because I could look them up in the app, but I wish they had been automatically showing up on my feed as a means of reassurance. Overall a great app, but updating it a bit would be even better..Version: 4.1.5

Easy to useThis app is easy to use and has useful bite sized pieces of information to support you during pregnancy. It’s easy to use and follows on nicely from the Ovia period tracker..Version: 4.1.16

Loved itIt's such a lovely way to learn about your pregnancy 100% recommend!.Version: 4.0.2

Best app ever! This is my first time writing a review, because I am super happy of this app. If you are expecting a baby, you should definitely download it. I have several pregnancy apps on my phone, but this is unbeatable. The content is very good, it explains you everything every day. It is a bit US-focused sometimes, but overall it is very well designed. Highly recommended!.Version: 4.5.4

Love this appAs this is my first pregnancy this app could not be better to answer all my questions and keep my husband and I informed of how our baby is developing. The daily updates are great and it's so comforting knowing if I have a question about food or medication there is an easy to use list to help inform me. Could not love this app more!.Version: 4.1.2

Good but dangerous advice on communityI do feel the community needs to be watched better, there are women telling others it’s normal for their baby’s movements to slow down near the end. This is very dangerous advice and could result in a still birth because people are being told this is normal.. it’s never normal for a baby’s movements to slow down and should always be checked out by a professional! The community needs to be looked into and any dangerous advice should be deleted before someone loses a baby because of this. Apart from this issue the app is good. Please anyone worried about movements ring a health professional and check out the charity Kicks Count for more information on baby’s movements..Version: 4.1.14

Ovia MyQ asks triggering questionsThis app is great and all, but all those question from the Ovia app itself “Ovia myQ” some are super triggering. I dont quite understand the point of them and they dont go away unless I answer them. And sometimes I dont even want to think about the question their asking because theyre so triggering and theres no way to dismiss them..Version: 4.6.6

My holy grailI have so many questions and this app manages to answer most of them! It’s a great space for learning where you are at and also keeping track of your health and appointments. Would definitely recommend.Version: 4.1.18

So informational while keeping it fun and visualFrom the moment I found out I was pregnant up until this very moment with my son curled on my chest, I have found myself oh-so many times reading the updated and offered articles. The information readily available is pretty accurate down to the examples given and solution offerings. It was nice to see week by week what to expect and how to handle and now as he grows there’s new facts provided that reassure a new mom he’s on track (actually ahead of) but to know there’s others experiencing the same if not similar and learning and growing with their child as well. Without either of my parents to confide in, I depended on this app with any question or possible concern throughout my now; 10 month journey. Thank you kindly for this wondrous resource. Pray others find it and are able to enjoy as much!!! Definitely a 5 star and highly recommended app. (Which I have referred every expecting parent in my life).Version: 4.1.12

Loved this app!I used this app all throughout my pregnancy. The daily info and weekly videos were something I looked forward to every day! Countdown was also something I looked at daily to get excited and I loved the community section being able to connect with other pregnant women. Will definitely use this again with my next! Thanks Ovia!.Version: 4.1.2

Awesome free app!I love this app! I started with Ovia Fertility and then when I fell pregnant it downloads the pregnancy app. It has so much information and tips. Each day will let you no what’s new with baby. Week to week pregnancy of baby developing. I love the funny little things is compares babys size too. Has a very helpful community section where u can ask other mums questions and also answer questions other mums have. I look forward to waking up every day and logging my information and see what is new with baby. It contains so much more things like symptom look up, foods that aren’t recommended, what needed in hospital bag, baby name games, personal recommended goals and just so much more. Absolutely love it and the best thing it’s free!!! It’s a big yes from me! :).Version: 4.6.10

Love the Ovia AppsI have used Ovia since 2016 when trying for our first baby. It was such a useful tool to understand my body & track changes each month - the same can be said for trying for our 2nd baby. The pregnancy app, I love even more - recently pregnant with my 2nd I have been able to track back to my 1st pregnancy to remember all the changes & symptoms I went through back then. So much information about each stage of pregnancy & a great way of recording your physical & mental health!.Version: 4.3.3

Lots of Resources & InfoI’m newly pregnant and decided to download all the pregnancy tracking apps because I have so many questions. Ovia was the most informative and helpful app out of all of them. The coolest thing is that they get you a free breast pump and free belly band with Aeroflow with your insurance! I think that is so helpful for new moms or any mom who needs it! It also asks lots of health questions and helps you not only track baby but also tracking your prenatal appointments. It reminds me to take my prenatal vitamins and it tells me daily information about how the baby is forming and growing. I love this app. I never would have known that I can literally get a free pump through insurance and who knows what else. They also have an option to set up a registry and you’ll get a free gift but I already have one so I’d rather not go through making another haha. If you’re curious about lots of info I highly recommend. There’s also a newsfeed where other moms ask questions and lots and lots of articles with info on food and medicine safety. I look up random food items all the time and it’s really helpful for that paranoia I have about doing the wrong thing. It has information on mental health education and mental health resources. As well as general health and prenatal health. I think it’s all around the best app out there..Version: 4.7.3

Love the appOvia pregnancy is easy and fun to use. The layout of the app is clean and simple. Love getting the weekly updates of babies size and getting all the information for that week. The only improvement I would like is the community part - I wish this was more like a group/forum - I don’t use it the way it currently is..Version: 4.1.2

Best Pregnancy App Available!Currently 13w pregnant, and let me tell you, this is the best app I’ve tried. Other apps have some cool features, but OviaPregnancy is all around great. Cool trackers, different themes, and good advice. There’s even a medicine and food safety lookup. And for day’s I forget to take my prenatal, Ovia reminds me in the app! Also, Ovia’s week by week sizing seems the most accurate to what a doctor might tell you. Other apps I’ve used are all over the place with their sizes. Sometimes a week ahead or behind common size comparisons. I can’t believe this app is free. AMAZING. Used the regular Ovia app before getting pregnant, and I’ll be using the Ovia Parenthood app for when baby is here. Not sure if that’s that exact name, but I’m sure it’s an amazing app too! 10/10 would recommend this Ovia! Note: The one bug I ran into (milestone pictures not saving) was fixed right away. Not sure others had the same problem, but I thought it was worth a mention..Version: 4.5.12

Great features not so good UX or partner sharingI’m new on this and I am really liking all the information and tools of the app, however I find it a bit cluttered and not so easy to navigate. The Covid alert at the top that can be removed and the constant insurance add in the middle of the feed make it not so friendly to find things on the feed. My partner didn’t receive an email (I signed him up) and he is also interested in the baby’s development and would like to be more involved than just receiving updates (check list, tips…). I hope this feedback has been echoed already so it can be improved because I would like to stay on the app :).Version: 5.11.0

Love it !As a first time mum I was jumping into the unknown and very interested in what was happening. Ovia is amazing it tells me each day exactly what is happening gives me tips and advice on things that are always playing in your mind that you just don't know how to google and 100% makes me feel amazingly better about what is going on. And why I am feeling how I am. Love it. Thanks guys please keep up the good work !!.Version: 4.0.2

Love this appI’ve used this app through both of my pregnancies and love the daily and weekly updates as well as the images to give expecting parents to best idea of what your little bub is looking like. Easy to use as well..Version: 4.1.2

Best ap for pregnancyI love this little ap, I read it every single day it’s easy to navigate its colourful and fun There’s so many things you can do in the ap, write notes add appointments, read articles. The week on week update of your baby and you I love, Ginas video diary is one of my favourite things and in case you want suppose and advice from other moms there’s a cute little forum where you can post stuff it’s totally confidential everyone is really helpful and nice I’d recommend this to anyone I’ve already downloaded the parenting ap ready for the baby when she arrives :).Version: 4.1.2

Informative but not too overwhelmingThis is my favourite pregnancy app as it looks really cute and gives you daily updates without being too full on and overwhelming like some other apps I've seen. The calendar is handy, so is the symptom tracker and food safety check. Each week it gives you comparison pictures about how big your baby is (like an avocado or a mouse)..Version: 3.1.1

AmazingAbsolutely excellent app Can’t believe its free!! Helped us out so much durning our special times . Thank you ovia !.Version: 4.2.0

Good appSome good articles and able to track things really well but overloaded with diet stuff, I know it’s important to eat right and exercise any time not just in pregnancy but now is not a time to be reminded of it every single day when most times I will just eat what o feel like on the day and that changes constantly in pregnancy. and also way too much mental health stuff. I get it is important but I don’t need to be asked every single day how I feel mentally. Maybe it’s because it’s my third pregnancy and I know I’m not at all prone to depression but it’s too much..Version: 4.2.0

Love it!I used the Ovia app to track my ovulation and have moved to Ovia pregnancy since getting my BFP. I find it easy to use, love how personal you can make it and that is can work as a planner in a small way. The recipes are great and the information and articles are always relevant. I will continue using and share with my friends!.Version: 4.1.16

LifesaverAs a person who would rather hide my head in the sand than read the copious amounts of info about pregnancy, this app has been a lifesaver. 20 weeks in and it has provided me with the right amount of information to get me through and keep my head out of the sand. Love it!.Version: 3.0.5

Love the app for pregnancy updatesThis app is great for pregnancy updates and seeing how much baby has grown etc. The only issue I have with this app is when you ask questions on the forum you can get sarcastic or rude comments which are not monitored. I feel like if someone is being rude they should be banned from using the app?. I ask questions that generally concern or worry me and I get hate threw back at me. This shouldn’t be allowed on here. I have lost confidence in bothering to ask questions on here anymore.. maybe the chat/advice bit should be removed..Version: 4.4.1

Love itLove everything about this app! Have loved using it throughout my pregnancy ☺️.Version: 4.2.1

Love the app!I love using the app, from the handy calendar to log your appointments and look at how many weeks along you are/will be, to the cute illustrations of the hands and feet as you go along. The only thing that could be better is the community part, you can’t really interact with anyone and you also don’t belong to a ‘due month’ group so you’re seeing questions from people who are way further along or much earlier than you..Version: 4.1.16

This app is amazing!I’m a first time mom, and I use this app every single day! The illustrations of what baby is looking like and compared to is amazing and exciting, Tuesday’s are my favourite day of the week as the illustration changes to my gestational date! It’s packed full of information so I always know what’s happening with my body and it helps to keep my nerves down as a first time mom ☺️.Version: 4.1.12

HelpfulAllows you to see comparisons of the size your baby is to fruit, games, etc ☺️ You can also enter all your information as your pregnancy develops such as what medication you're taking, pregnancy symptoms you're having and Ovia will post on your feed everyday telling you what is happening with your pregnancy (e.g. When baby's facial features are forming or heart usually starts to beat etc).Version: 4.1.2

Really enjoy this app but...This is a great pregnancy app to use and track things along your long 9 months. It has great features and is very easy and intuitive to use. I enjoy most of the articles that come across the feed. My favorite feature is tracking the baby’s size and growth, especially with the fun size comparisons. However, there are a few downsides. Despite having entered my special conditions in that page, the app always asks me if I’ve reported said condition to my doctor when I track it. On multiple occasions this has happened. Second, after February, the app stopped showing the icons in the calendar for the days I logged data. The bars for each day and plus sign for doctors appointments don’t show up anymore, even after numerous updates. It’s a little frustrating because I cannot see what days I tracked already or what days my appointments are. Other than those issues, I’m enjoying the app. I cannot find another way to report the issues I’ve been having to Ovia, so hopefully seeing this review will suffice..Version: 4.2.0

The only app I trustThis is the only app I trust for tracking my pregnancy. And yes, I have tried several other apps..Version: 5.12.0

The best pregnancy app I've tried!!I've downloaded quite a few pregnancy apps, none have been more fun yet informative than ovia. You get development facts about your little 1 everyday, weekly update videos on development, nutrition/ health tips, track your medical appointments and seriously beyond!! I recommend this to all pregnant women :-).Version: 4.4.1
