✓ DisappointedI have yet to meet or be assigned an agent . I am a Season ticket holder . I must say that we have been taken aback by the lack of Customer Service thru this whole process. I was a Milwaukee Bucks Fan “before they even picked a Name for the Franchise and always dreamed of having Season Tickets . ✓ New update is terribleI loved this app until they latest update came out, now whenever I open it it closes immediately and I have relaunch it. The new layout is terrible. It used to show the channel and everything right in the game information box not anymore now you have to go digging for this info, Why did you mess with what wasn't broken? I have checked the apps against actual playoff dates and it is regularly incorrect. Horrible!
