✗ Support is so trashy!!The support team is and was not helpful to me. I’m so upset. I can not use the app on my phone because I use to work for a company that had the same app and so now that I’m at a new one I connected support to let them know my issue and told me I HAD TO connect my OLD company to be removed from their pool. NO! This is not my fault or problem I shouldn’t have to contact my old job for this. Nor do I know how. You don’t know someone’s personal issue with the last job to be asking people to do your job that your company could easily do. I have a child and family to take care of to have to worry about this it’s not fair to me or others if they don’t have the ability to connect old jobs to get this fixed!.ChristianDTVersion: 2022.26.0
