✓ Professional standard for photographers and image manipulators.This app is a hidden gem and for me it made resizing and re-scaling hundreds of images for a photography website a breeze. And it never missed a beat. Super stable. Unlike other apps this one lets you define and save different crop ratios for applying to your photos. More than this though you can: - resize the image, scale up or down by % or specify the amount of pixels - crop, and very precisely if you want - apply filters and vignettes - adjust exposure, contrast, saturation etc - sharpen, unshared, blur, pixelate - save all the above modifications as a “program” to apply again to other photos - batch process photos, so if you have lots of similar images to process you can pre-select them and then apply all your changes to all of then at once. And then output them as png, jpeg or tiff to your photo library, social media or other apps. It really is a very comprehensive app that it’s name and logo perhaps do not immediately convey. Oh it handles large images too and has the most comprehensive metadata listing and editor you could wish for. For me, the revelation has been that this app has enabled me to use my iPad instead of my Mac. as a professional photo editor. In my opinion (I’m a product designer and keen photographer), this should be permanently one of the photography’s top 10 apps on the App Store..Version: 2.7.3
✓ Exactly what I neededIf all you need to do is resize or crop an image for web use or to email then this is a perfect little app, some image editors have more functionality but this is quick, easy to use and does everything you need. I love that it gives you a predictive file size when saving and the ability to email right out of the app itself. Very easy to share screen shots (goodbye 10mb .png's). It rotates images too which I didn't see on the functionality list which is very useful..Version: 1.5

✓ Ideal for image cropping & resizingI need a good app for cropping and resizing images on my iOS devices. I've tried many apps but find CropSize the best! The quality of the app is matched by the quality of the support provided by the developer. Recently I came across an issue where CropSize could not process photos with particular ColourSpace settings (something quite new and not common). Within a week of contacting the developer an upgrade and fix was released via the App Store. This, IMHO, was a great response - thank you Alex! I highly recommend this app!.Version: 3.9.0

It took me a few minutes to figure the whole thing out and some experimentation saving the photos on my iPad. ✓ Astonishingly UsefulThis app's interface is beautiful and highly functional. Flip horizontal, vertical, or rotate in any direction with a flip of your finger. When you're selecting an image to work on from your camera roll or any album you can see the actual image ratio and not just a crop. You can also see the image size in pixels. And holding your finger down on an image allows you to preview it at full size. This is really useful for photographers and artists who have multiple similar copies of a composition because they can actually discern the one they want to work with. Lots of preset sizes for both cropping and resizing and you can create your own and save them. Resizing yields very good results. When resizing you can easily letterbox smaller images into a larger area and pick the edge colors or save your own. This is great if for example you need to frame a square or simple rectangular photo into an HDTV format. See all your albums in alphabetical order. You can also batch process a bunch of images and input crop sizes in pixels manually. And the app does a very good job of resizing. I do a lot of detailed photo processing so I have a bunch of large photo scaling, etc., apps and this one has the cleanest and easiest to use interface I've found to date. Apple should really buy this app and use its features in its default Photos app which is long in the tooth and rickety..Version: 2.6.2
✓ Ability to save a workflow is AWESOME!I routinely capture screenshots on my iPad Pro 12.9 and need to crop and downsize images for Keynote and PowerPoint. This software makes it EASY. I simply resize, then custom crop the first one, then save it as a PROGRAM (workflow). This creates an optimize file size with the image cropped to my needs. I can then select multiple images and in an instant optimize every one. This makes my iPad Pro MUCH more useful. I used to have to use my Mac for this workflow..Version: 2.6.3
✓ EXACTLY what I was looking forNote: this is not a paid review, I am a graphic designer and web developer Doesn't just apply an aspect ratio- it also takes into account the position the crop is on the image-- PERFECT! Cropping an image isn't as simple as picking an aspect ratio and then applying. Because that aspect ratio isn't going to apply the same to every image universally, since the target object isn't going to be in the same place every time. Unless you have a batch of screenshots from the same site/app, for example. Then, you need to apply a crop at a specific location across all imgs- one of the many things this app does seamlessly. Set the location and aspect ratio for one img in the set and it does the rest!! It's also amazing for batch editing imgs that need the same adjustment/effect applied. Not to mention resizing! ✓ EssentialI'm on the road all the time and only have an 11" ipad Pro to work with. I'm trying to create a portfolio webpage and couldn't find a batch image resizer until I found CropSize. I wanted to resize my images to a specific width letting the height fall where it may. CropSize to the rescue. I had one specific option where I wasn't sure what to do. Contacted Alex and within minutes he sent me a guide with annotated screen shots! What a guy. ✓ Excellent cropping toolI needed a good, no-frills tool to crop and scale photos. I tried a couple of free apps, but discarded them right away and decided I needed to purchase a better one. I decided on this one and am completely satisfied. I had just a little difficulty getting started, because the human interface is so minimalist I could see and select my photo, but couldn't find the tools to do anything with it. Eventually I did and since then I have had no real problems. Once I learned the interface I like the lean look. The crop tool is excellent, with easy drag for approximate crop and controls for fine adjustment in pixel increments. Once the right crop is obtained, resizing is a snap. These functions allow me to format a photo precisely as my printing service wants it, and there is no apparent loss of image quality. There are a few other functions I may never use. The app is a good choice for the crop and size functions alone, as the name suggests..Version: 2.5.9

✓ Functionality I missed from OpticsEver since the old "Optics" app went kaput I've been aching for a replacement. I finally found this one! Optics had the pixel-accurate cropping via the dimensions-displaying selection marquee and an eyedropper tool. Apple's screenshot tool has an eyedropper, so I still needed the measurement/cropping tool. I'm so happy to find this app! 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 Now I just need one small tweak: one of the things I loved about Optics is that the zoomed image was NOT antialiased.
