Watch history disappears and you can’t search episodes by episode number. Two people in the same household cannot share the account. Why should I spend twice on the same app? I only bought a yearly subscription…total waste of money! to watch Bhabhiji. Most of the episodes are missing or not in proper sequence. I am regretting wasting my money on this app! ✓ Fleece subscription money fraudulentlyI subscribed for a month, and then I went to Apple subscriptions to cancel my subscription and assumed that I won’t be charged after that. But then I got a charge on my credit card for an annual subscription, which I never intended to. When I went to the app, it showed that annual subscription was on and that auto renewal was also on. There was no option for me to cancel auto renewal. And it just pointed me to Apple’s information page on how to unsubscribe. The app is designed to fraudulently renew subscription without the consent of the user and then provide no option to cancel the auto renewal. I had to find the phone number for the helpdesk and then call them to cancel the auto renewal..Version: 28.6.0

✓ Frustrated with the app in google chromecastI am able to watch only one episode of any series that I open in the app. The second episodes do not play. I tried on multiple different series. I closed / exited and rebooted chrome cast without any luck. One of the series I was able to cast from my phone to the tv and it worked. Now, anything that I cast is working but with horrible resolution completely pixelated and unable to see anyone face on the screen. ✓ Not a user friendly iPad functionalityWhen you usually click on a content you want to read the synopsis(summary) of the content and you get an option to add to watchlist to save it for later. For me the content starts playing and then I have to pause it and add to watchlist. God knows where the synopsis option is. When you try and report the issue using the app, it does not let you report it. When you email support, they ask for videos and then pretend that they can’t view the video and ask for it to be sent in multiple formats. ✓ ADVERTS TOO LOUDI use this app on the fire tv as well as the phone but even some of my clients & friends are complaining that when the adverts kick in they’re about 4-5 times louder than the program being watched. I install this app on the fire sticks that I sell to my clients as content on demand hence why I know this is a bigger issue than people think because even my neighbours complained on couple of occasions due to our walls being so thin. I complained to Zee 5 that they need to reduce volume on the adverts which play between the on demand content which they can easily rectify on their end. However they started asking me ridiculous questions like “which device are you using” etc… Do they not understand the basic to just turn the volumes down on the adverts that play between content. Its not rocket science they can download the Zee 5 app on the Firestick & check for themselves. Its not all the adverts which are too loud but most are. ✓ The worst App ever I have usedThis is the worst application that I had used. The one thing I hate is about their customer service. They don’t really value their customers and not at all responsive. There is no way to connect them over phone. All we need to do is write an email to them and wait for the response. They don’t reply back very soon and don’t give the proper solutions. This application was working perfectly on my TV platform and when I took a new plan all of a sudden all the premium shows were restricted from watching. I raised a concern stating the issue and their response was like their apply doesn’t support Sony platform and suggested me to use alternatives. I was like what!! It worked well before on the same platform without any hinderance and all of a sudden it stopped. I haven’t got any resolution till now from their team and really disappointed with the service. ✓ English SubtitlesI downloaded the app to be able to watch The Fear Files/Har Mod Pe Darr. I watched it on Netflix, a few years ago. They had English subtitles for it. ✓ Good streaming service but bad user interfaceContent wise, the app serves a good purpose. But the user interface is makes you close the app and choose another streaming service. App is too slow and some movies doesn’t give audio on TV but they will have audio on mobile devices. Sometimes unselecting the movies on watchlist doesn’t work..Version: 28.5.1
