The most embarrassing customer experienceDear FoodPanda, Thank you for copying and pasting over and over prewritten emails without even reading what your customers say. With extreme disappointment I have to say that I have been served with the poorest and the most embarrassing customer service ever possible. As a senior executive of a company that makes of customer experience their priority, you are proving to know nothing about your customers and so your business. The order was cancelled because of your mistakes and 2 days later you are still copying an pasting the same emails without even reading my messages or understanding what happened. This is simply unacceptable and unfortunately I don’t have any more time to waste with you. I am going to block this payment and do whatever I can to get my 200HKD back, not because of the small amount, but because it’s a matter of principle. I can promise you that you have lost me as a customer forever. Your business won’t suffer for it, don’t worry, but the way in which you serve your customers have been proven to be embarrassing and ridiculously wrong. Since you don’t read the feedback or requests from your customers you won’t probably understand or learn anything from here. Chat Interface Laughably BrokenHorrible customer service. Chat interface redirects you to an on demand call center in India, no matter what country you are currently in. They also do not notify you when an employee messages you back, which enables them to shirk the responsibility of your complaint when you don’t respond immediately, instead opting to close the chat and mark it as resolved. If you have a complaint involving missing food, good luck getting your money back, or really getting anyone on the line to care. When you do get someone on the line, they say because they are in India they can’t help with your case, and ask you to email the company instead, even though they are the recipients of your question? And Vivek kept calling me sir. I am a teenage girl with a very feminine name. Point is, if your chat interface doesn’t work, then just list the email option to communicate instead of wasting my time..Version: 4.12.2

Use Grab instead. It’s the best appUse grab instead. It’s the best app. Also for cabs and other things. Look for promo codes of Facebook or within the app! With foodpanda I got the order cancelled 3 times: - after 30 mins waiting, they cancelled the order -after 20 minutes waiting, they cancelled the order -after I got the notification that food would have been delivered to me in less then5 mins,I waited outside for 20. Messaged the driver who ignored me. And order got cancelled. At this point I just walked to a restaurant because this app is a waist of time. I try another day. to place the order you must select and fill up all the options they provide. I didn’t want to add one of the options because I’m vegan and the dish was stir fry vegetables with rice. But they ask me to add beef or pork or fish etc. I wanted to leave that option empty but of course you can’t place the order. I mean.. Uber eat works way better. Shame they don’t have it here. I hope they will improve this app or add alternative. In the meantime, I’ll rather go in person to the restaurant because waiting time is way less. And you can talk to someone when ordering food, so that they will accommodate your request. Ah and they also won’t cancel your order after making you wait 1/2h.Version: 5.15.3

Food Panda stole my moneyFood panda is by far the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I just installed their app to give it a try. My first order with them arrived late. After paying (and tipping) the driver, I took the food to my apartment only to find out that two items were missing!! I ran back outside to catch the driver but he had already left. I promptly contacted customer service to report this and their response was literally “We’re sorry you had a troubling experience and we hope that next time will be better, goodbye.” They did not offer a refund or a credit. They didn’t even offer to redeliver the missing items. They literally stole my money ( I paid for items that they did not deliver)!! I even tried writing an email to their corporate customer service who told me that no refund or credit will be given and “better luck with your next order.” I am appalled by how awful this experienced has been. Missing and food and paid twiceIt's extremely hard to tell the restaurant when they didn't send the full order, another problem is I ordered from sultan shwarma & I had paid already on card. My rider demanded cash and didn't leave til I gave it. I gave cash and on card and complained to foodpanda I got a response saying 'we acknowledge you already paid on card but we cannot give a refund in this way'. Very bad communication and by the time you've complained about the missing food or rider taking cash aswell the foods gone cold. Only order from big franchises like dominos McDonald's Burger King etc they never ask for cash aswell as card. Sometimes missing items but I guess you can't have everything :/.Version: 22.9.0

Waiting forever?This is the third time now I order food - watch the time estimations go down and down, and then up then down, then up…an hour later the food is STILL more than 30 mins away. I always contact customer help - but there’s nothing they can do except try to get you to wait. They say you are prioritised but that is not reflected in the estimated waiting time which continues to go up and down. And after talking to the help desk gut a long time, and waiting some more, the food was STILL more than 30 away. There is some problem with the queuing/prioritising system I think - if things don’t happen normally for whatever reason, it’s almost like you disappear. Yesterday I actually called the restaurant myself and they said the food had been sitting there for ages waiting for a rider. Who wants fast food that’s cold and 2 hours late? Foodpanda has always been good about cancelling and refunding if necessary…but it doesn’t solve the problem of having nothing to eat two hours after you order…or more, who knows. Every time this has happened I have to give up and start again. Honestly I want to try other options and see if its any better elsewhere..Version: 23.22.1

Full screen pop upsI started using food panda as my bank doesn’t like charges through grab (or the banks fraud detection system) so too often orders are declined. After a couple of orders on food panda they now pop up full screen ”ads” that cant be closed without closing the app and launching again. The latest ad/notice? They were telling me to pickup the food myself. Thanks for the suggestion, but I’d just place the order directly with the restaurant at that point as most restaurant prices in these apps are 20-30% higher to cover the apps commissions/fees. So, back to grab I go since foodpanda doesn't want my business for food delivery. I’ll never understand what the brilliant minds at these services are thinking. Horrible serviceNo wonder foodpanda is being overtaken by more competent services such as Grab. The drivers are rude and do not even look at the address provided. The map shows inaccurate pins on the correct address, of which the drivers blindly follow. Everytime, I’d have to personally share my own location from my personal Whatsapp, which I feel uncomfortable with as my number is given out to random strangers. This would have its own problems etc as i’ve also noticed an increase in spam calls lately. An occasional joke.I am utterly surprised on how bad their service it at times. Firstly, as always, the food is ALWAYS late. I’ve never had an order that was early, or on a timely manner. I once spent a lot of time ordering food from my family, and as soon as I was about to press “Place Order”, it just said that “This restaurant is unavailable at the moment.” Or whatever. Military dogs have no rights to treat the staffs in an unfair waysHello, I even deleted this app because I feel very awful to use since this company is owned by the GREEDY DOGS I show a red flag according to the rider’s strikes. Deleting the app.Been using this app for years, but for some reason it seems to be getting worse. Using this app always causes to eat lunch at 3pm or dinner at 9 or 10 because it’s ALWAYS. SO. LATE. Foodpanda rider took moneyI paid for food for my departments event in advance through online payment back in Dec 2018 and asked my colleague to collect it on my behalf. My colleague, not knowing that Ive paid online, offered the rider money. The rider took it without explaining to my colleague that payment has been made. Surely foodpanda has a system whereby riders are notified whether to collect money upon delivery or not. Fortunately I had the riders phone number as he had previously called me to notify his arrival. When my colleague contacted the rider to get his money back, the rider blamed my colleague for handing him the money, said that he had used the money for an engagement ring, that my colleague should borrow someone elses money in the meantime and that if it were up to him, he wouldve ignored my colleagues request for a refund. Only after further pressure and threats of reporting the rider to the police did the rider return my colleagues money in full. Foodpanda’s ethics are appalling. Consistently getting Worse!VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! i haven’t used this app in a while because the last time i used it to order food, the experience was very, very unpleasant. while i always order expecting it would take around 30-45 mins to prepare — Food Panda consistently does not meet the estimated time. tonight, i chose a restaurant which was nearby and selected the PRIORITY option which would in theory make the delivery time much faster (for a fee). but, Food Panda did not disappoint — i received a notice that there would be a delay and then the app magically started becoming unresponsive, especially when i tried to connect to the help center or raise a concern about my current order. somehow they couldn’t load it — which prevented me from ding a follow-up. how very convenient. i read in one other review that the app was badly designed — in my opinion, this was made on purpose. the ordering was hassle-free, but when it came to delivery — it gets crazy. i can’t wait to finish spending what’s left of the funds i loaded to the app (big mistake on my part), so that i can delete this app..Version: 23.19.1

L People L Application L CompanyLamentably, the L application is a complete letdown. Lousy service, laggard deliveries, and a lamentable lack of reliability sum up my experience with this app. The L people responsible for its operation seem utterly disinterested in customer satisfaction. Long wait times, lukewarm food, and a laughable excuse for customer support have left me utterly frustrated. It's a real shame that this app falls so far short of expectations. Customer Service Leaves a lot to be DesiredIf food is running late then all they say is sorry. The message that tells me this comes through to me via text about 50 times. Another issue is restaurants accepting your order, you wait, then 10 minutes before the food is meant to arrive Food Panda texts to say “[restaurant] just closed, sorry about that”. You’ve then wasted your time, and no repercussions on the restaurant as far as I know. Also, they dish out coupons like crazy but only for new customers. I was asked by their employees to rate their app 5 stars on this store in exchange for vouchers whilst visiting the Expo at Impact Arena here in Bangkok. Got my vouchers and now I find out they’re only for new customers too - the employees saw the app on my phone and I told them I’ve used the service multiple times. Talk about tricksters! Customer service didn’t want to help me when I told them neither. I’ve changed my rating and will start looking into Grab Food and similar apps available here. It’s the worst food delivery app in MalaysiaSeveral times I have order food and waited an hour or more to end up getting my order cancelled for who knows what reason. Today, for example, while tracking my order I saw the driver picked up my food, and after 40 mins of “your driver is on the way” and checking the tracking to find him not even near the destination, my food was randomly cancel with no explanation of why. Scam artistsThese people are scammers. I used the app for the first (and last) time to order food for our last night in Georgetown, Penang on holiday. I paid in cash and then it turned out we had the wrong order. The driver refused to come back and said it was my problem to sort out. The help centre were a joke. They refused to send the driver back and said I would need to apply for a refund that could take up to 2 weeks. They literally stole my money and refused to help. They also said they could only give me a voucher for less than half the value to order again - I think it was a huge lie. They ruined the last night of our holiday - we couldn’t even re order food! Bad serviceAfter placing the order I received a notification saying that they were checking how long the restaurant would take, I stayed in "checking" mode for so long that I had to ask for another service. After a long time I got an email saying that my order was on the way and would arrive in something more than 1 hour. Marked delivered but never received, failed to issue refund in reasonable time!The worst experience of delivery service to date world wide. Stay away of them if you could or only pay cash! Delivery time continued to be extended will beyond the estimate then marked delivered without being received. When I contacted support they only agreed to do 24hrs escalate without issuing refund although they knowingly failed to contact the driver. This is the worst type of delivery service I experienced worldwide when I’m in Thailand and I highly recommend to be aware of it. Any decent service with such delivery driver behaviour should have issued a refund immediately with some compensation then figured out logistics on their own time. Poorly managed app, bad customer serviceThe app overall works reasonable well, some usability issues, their arrival timer and driver is highly inaccurate, adding and managing payment options interface is simply bad design. All that said it’s better in certain regions than other options. What isn’t good is their support and customer service. After 4 years of use my account got flagged for “too many cancellations” and my online payment options revoked. Mind you the first cancelation the order which was supposed to arrive in 35 minutes had said this for 1.5 hours, most likely their restaurant partner accepted more orders than they could support. The second cancelation was randomly canceled by their restaurant partner without notice after waiting for sometime for delivery. I contacted customer service. They had very little understanding of the issue, simply said there was nothing they could it would do. There is no appeals process. No one is doing the delivery but the app says my food is comingThe app is terrible. It automatically updates the order status while nothing really is happening. This happened so many times and it’s really annoying. The first time, the order completed itself when I received nothing at all, chatted with the agent, they said oh we couldn’t get in touch with the rider; the second time, the rider was riding towards other directions; the third time (and the last time I ever used food panda), the app said my food has been picked up but I see no rider from the map; so I chatted with the agent, and he told me no one was working in my area! Terrible customer serviceFoodpanda is very slow. All my orders are late. Today I had to cancel an order that was over 2 hours late and still had a 30 minute “estimated” delivery time. Their app says to use live chat or contact by email to cancel and when I tried both, the email said it would give a response in 48 hours and to use the live chat, i waited a while for someone to come on to the live chat to cancel the order. They were very rude and ended the chat before even ending the conversation, I presume because they do not care about their customer experience. The first person ended the chat and another representative entered the chat just to end the conversation with thank you and have a nice day and immediately left before I could finish typing thank you which is extremely rude. And now here I am, 2 hours and 20 minutes later with no food and my family is getting ready for bed..Version: 4.16.0

Order cancelled and money not refundedI placed an order and after checkout the restaurant closed. My order was cancelled but my credit card was still charged. After a few days waiting for the refund I contacted customer service. They said to wait 2 weeks. So I waited. After 2 weeks, I checked my credit card and still there was no refund. I contacted customer service again. They kept giving me a refund serial number and saying that my order was refunded. I gave them my bank statement and showed them images of the cancelled order. (The app deletes order history after a short period of time). Each time they reply to my request it’s a different person and there is no phone number for you to call. It is so frustrating. It’s just a recorded message saying you have to use live chat. They DON’T HAVE LIVE CHAT. It’s a lie let alone bad service. There is no live chat feature in the app for support. You can chat to the driver but it’s not possible (and irrelevant to support) once the order status is updated. Moreover they actively penalise you with a rating as a customer if you make a complaint. The service is Okay, but the inventory/logistics is really poorThe service is good, delivered on time. But The orders I make are always modified because of product unavailability, without ever contacting me. When I send a meal for the family, ask them not to prepare dinner because I am sending food, then only half the meal is delivered - can you imagine how embarrassing and inconvenient that is? Wrong address deliveryThis is very disappointing since it’s my first time to Order from foodpanda, I ordered a food for a friend since I liked to treat them for my upcoming birthday however when I placed the order and waited for how many minutes and even my friend was waiting infront of their house nothing came up and suddenly the foodpanda app was marked as DELIVERED which unfortunately never came to my friend: i spoke to an agent name Muhammad and we had a long convo and after telling me he will do his best to help Me resolve the issue even if I’m still Asking questions to him he ended up the convo and marked it again as issue RESOLVED which has not been resolved at all since my friend back there in the Philippines hasn’t received the food that I ordered. So calling all the foodpanda delivery department I do hope you will take action on this matter and rest assure it will not happened again. Worst CS everBecause of the quarantine I use Foodpanda several times. And I must thank those riders. Though sometimes the package got leaked or my soup ruined. I never complain. It s the time. Worst app everEverytime I try to order food using my MasterCard, they confirms the order, charge your card and after half hour cancels the order. And then when you speak to their team and ask them to resolve the issue they ask you to order again using cash on delivery method. They said that the courier is on the way... after 30 min (23:00) I tried to chat again and ask where is my food (from cafe to my home is around 15-20 minutes with car), but nobody answered me because they works just until 23:00... so my food wasn’t delivered... but in the app is indicated that it was... Be careful with the Pro subscriptionFoodPanda is set up such that the app automatically switches countries when you travel and you can manually switch back. If you sign up for Pro subscription in Country A, for example, and you travel to Country B, you won’t be able to cancel your Country A Pro subscription because you can’t access FoodPanda Country A anymore. And your FoodPanda would now show the Country B version and it’ll show that you don’t have Pro subscription in Country B even though you have it for Country A. So they’ll keep charging you for Country A’s Pro subscription and you (1) can’t cancel in your app, (2) can’t cancel via App Store because a they make you manually input your credit card information, and (3) can’t cancel by emailing them because they’ll tell you that they can’t cancel it on your behalf. Only a Few ProblemsIn general, the app works great for me. The food is good quality, and the prices are okay. The only issues I have experienced while using the app are: not being able to find a specific food item easily, once I have selected a restaurant, and how the delivery distance is not that far. Cold FoodI have past orders where they sent me something different than I ordered and I let it go. This time was too much. The food was finished being prepared and the driver picked it up. Drove past my apartment where he stopped at LKF for more than 15 mins. I tried to cancel my order and was told if I did they would take the “pay by cash” option off my app. And reassured me that my food would still be warm because they use insulating bags. I told them that’s fine but to cancel the order. When the driver did finally arrived, he kept calling over and over again. I was like ok maybe I’m over reacting, maybe there’s a reason. Picked up my order, the food was cold and ice cream was melted and spilt all over the plastic bag it came in. I wish I hadn’t picked up and paid for this waste of food. Worst customer serviceFood panda’s customer service and help centre is one of the worst in the market. It is the app that I used every other day to order food. I cannot update my number, I can’t update my registered details easily. Whenever I try to update my contact details it shows error. Recently I placed an order of around PKR 3000 and I made online payment as usual. My order got cancelled and I received an email that my money will be refunded. Since that time if I open my food panda wallet it shows error and balance is 0. If I try to reach help centre it shows error. I tried to change my details so I can log out and download the app again to see if the issue is resolved but even that shows error. It’s really badFirst of all, the app is saying that certain restaurants do not deliver to my address but when I change the street number to two blocks away suddenly the restaurants become available. Second issue is, after adding the items to the cart and want to checkout, the app is saying that the items are no longer available (my guess is they are to busy at that time and can’t deliver, but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just say that). After 20-30 minutes, when I try again, I’m able to checkout and place the order (they might have some free spots available). After all of this hustle, I’m just happy that I’ve managed to place the order but to my surprise, sometimes, the order gets canceled when it’s close to arrival time. After talking to other users, it seems that they’ve stumbled upon these issues as well. Bad food safety, terrible service, dodgy refundsThis is for the Singapore service: The prices are much higher than those of the restaurants - Foodpand’s delivery charge only shows a fraction of what it takes. The delivery times shown are flat out wrong. You’ll often be left waiting for double or triple the time they state and when you ask the service staff, they say it was actually just an estimate. By the time the food arrives, it’s a safety hazard because the restaurant has prepared it over an hour earlier. And if you ask for a refund after waiting forever EVEN BEFORE THE RESTAURANT HAS STARTED MAKING IT OR A DRIVER AS BEEN ASSIGNED the service won’t give you a refund. Instead, it says you can get a refund after you’ve been connected to an online chat service - a service that leaves you waiting and waiting so long that by the time you are connected, sometimes 20-30 minutes later, a driver is magically assigned so that according to their rules it is too late for a refund and you are stuck spending far more time on the app than you want to. Worst food delivery for drivers.I am not even a delivery driver but the way the app works could potentially abuse by the customer. E.g Acceptance rate - this could be unfair for the driver’s side. EXTREMELY DELAYED SERVICEI ordered KFC today at 11:55 pm and my order was recieved by the restaurant at about 12:15 am. The food panda app gave me the projected delivery time of about 12:46. An hour later at about 12:55 I contacted a person named Talha of Foodpanda who told me that the rider had left the restaurant. At about 1:20 I asked him again and he said me wait for like 10 minutes. At 1:30 i iquired again and he said that there was a technical issue and the food was on the way. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. The Average delivery time of foodpanda based on my personal experience is 70-90 minutes. Anyways I contacted KFC and they told me that they had cancelled my order at about 1:30 which food panda never let me know about and instead kept me in the dark, told me the rider was on the way and lied. No more service in my areaFood panda used to deliver in my area (Somewhere in PJ) and even though they weren’t very timely with their deliveries, it was still convenient. I could order ahead of time and my meals would arrive by the time i’d want to eat. I would also excuse all the times when it was peak delivery and I couldn’t order anything because I felt that perhaps they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and ok lah I’d let that pass. But then, I opened my Food Panda app one day and no restaurants available to me at all! In the last four weeks, I've had three drivers refused to give me change when receiving my purchase. The last driver, took 1000 pesos for a 490 peso meal, refused to give me change, and refused to return with change after looking for the change for the delivery. Lack of delivery planningThe rider who is supposed to deliver my food is making another delivery. This wouldn’t be a issue if the other order location was in the same area, but when I looked into map I saw rider is In mohakhali dohs, where as I am in gulshan 1, and the rider is in bicycle. Burger is a fast food and if your delivery take such long time and there is no point of ordering it, and before accepting the order foodpanda should have informed about this issue so that if I want I can cancel my order. Worst help center and support system I’ve ever seenI had an issue with my grocery order. I reached out to help center and the agent asked me to capture a photo. But each time after capturing a photo in the preview screen the use photo button would not work. I tried to explain this to the agent but they just shut me off saying cannot proceed without image. I have another phone so I thought I’d try with that one. I tried and was able to send the photo but the agent escalated the issue to some specialist team who’d get back to me by 24 hours! Good order functionality, terrible customer service.When things go well, there is no problem. However, inevitably, you will receive an order with a missing / wrong item. It seems FoodPanda does everything in their power to avoid having to offer a refund - from discretely responding to inquiries via email (instead of through the app where the original message was sent), to requiring you to make a choice on type of refund, and finally, once I provided my choice of refund, it was never sent. It seems these processes are built to make it more difficult for consumers to get a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks since my order and I still haven’t received a refund. Terrible service constant delays.The biggest problem with food panda is the complete lack of professional communication with their customers. I have been a consistent food panda user for years but I just can’t anymore. They have consistently reduced real time communication with customers. Poor customer support worst policiesI'm giving them a one-star rating due to their money-robbing system and abysmal customer support. Regarding my auto-renewal Panda Pro subscription, yesterday I received an email and notification from my payment service about being charged 599 BDT for the auto-renewal. However, upon checking my message and email history, I found no prior notification, which is frustrating. I attempted to contact their customer support for a refund since I no longer use their service. Initially, I tried through the Help Centre in the app, but the provided email address was no longer monitored. Then I messaged them on their Facebook page, and they provided another email address, which turned out to be unmonitored as well. Eventually, I reached out to them agaon on Facebook and expressed my objections about the lack of advance notification for auto-renewals and requested a refund, but they refused to refund the money, which is outrageous. I believe every company should notify customers before auto-renewing a subscription, especially for long-term subscriptions like a 1-year plan, as it's easy to forget what was subscribed to a year ago. Lousy app and bad customer serviceIf one of the orders is missing, the entire order is cancelled. It should have an option to let you know which one is not available and that it should just be editable instead of going thru the same process over and over until you hit a jackpot! If one chooses the option as to the time of delivery, the app would update you 30mins prior to delivery time that one of the items are missing and would cancel you order. It would then send you an email apologising and asking for a feedback (using a link) on your experience but then when you click on the link-even if it’s still within an hour after receiving the email-it would say that the link is no longer active. Restaurants and food panda should also communicate and work through providing excellent customer service. If the restaurant tried to contact the customer regarding orders that were being cancelled and put in the final order, they should be able to edit it in the system so food panda would know what should be the exact amount to collect. Worst is, the order arrived but then rider said that he was advised to collect the original amount even if one of the original order isn’t available. The rider explained further that he dropped by the foodpanda hub and showed the final bill from the restaurant to the person-in-charge at the hub, but was advised to collect the original amount which is higher than the final bill. Rider tried to reach out to their customer service but the representative is not helping it out. The “customer representative” should gather enough information and evaluate why there was a change order and make the necessary changes in the system. Screenshots were sent by the rider as a proof but rider and customer were left in limbo. Customer tried to contact the restaurant and the representative said that she will be the one to pay for the difference. IT TOOK 3 LOOOONNNNGGGG HOURS JUST TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. Unreliable service. Overly ambitious.This review is for the food panda service team in kuala lumpur, malaysia. I have ordered quiet a number of times and 99% of the time there is a significant delay in delivering. Their time estimates are way off and when questioned they blame it on “technical malfunction” when in reality they are just not able to deliver what they promised customers. They have an on going promotion of free delivery until 6am. However when you order early in the morning, there is apparently an “overwhelming amount of orders” when the only restaurant available to order from is mcdonalds - ONLY ONE. and then their excuse switches to “we have no riders available at the moment” why not just be honest from the get go and admit you don’t have any riders working at that hour? in addition, it is ramadan so you can forget about receiving your meal whenever it is near breaking fast. one rider was just 1 min away before he decided to drift far away from my place in order to break fast on time. just one minute away from my place and 15 mins to go to breaking fast. i understand that majority of the riders are muslims but DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER!!!!!! Worst food app when it comes to communication and costumer serviceI placed my order and I specifically said to leave it at the door as I would not be able to be contacted when it was delivered. The drivers waste at least 10 minutes every time they deliver, trying to locate the correct address after being navigated by their app to the wrong location. Shady drivers, abominable customer service.This is a SCAM. Please stay away from this service! My orders have been consistently late and the GPS never shows the real time location of the drivers. Left starvingI waited for 2 hours in hoping my food would be just mins away. Just to find out my driver took 2 hours just to get to the restaurant and the restaurant closed on them. So with it being past the time of estimated arrival to me, all other restaurants were then also closed. Appalling ServiceAn absolutely disgraceful first experience of using Food Panda in Phuket. The Restaurant didn’t even receive my order for 40 mins, which was the point when I phoned them to ask where my food was. At this point, the restaurant manager said there had been a problem with the order but that they would still cook my food and deliver offline. I then discovered an hour later when I phoned AGAIN that Panda had now fully cancelled the order and they wouldn’t be delivering my food. Almost two hours wasted and a very, very hungry, extremely angry customer. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a terrible experienceI tried to make an order to this new version of the app and picked the name of the building. The app doesn’t show you further details or the map. Once the order went through it showed a map and I realized the location registered wrong on the map. I immediately messaged them (since there is no longer a telephone hotline) and got no response. Then I saw my messages had been deleted. I tried again and finally got a message saying it was ok and the rider would be redirected to the correct address. Then one hour after my order had been created I got a phone call saying that they would not deliver as it was out of the delivery zone, and said it was all my fault because I had input the wrong address. Their app is actually at fault because it went to the incorrect address to begin with. Furthermore, although they refuse to deliver they have still charged my credit card and won’t refund for a few days. TolerableI only really like this app because I can use cash to pay. The food is OK but yes often late and their tracker system doesn’t really let you know how far away the delivery person is. When they finally arrive, I get a call... when I would have been ready and waiting if the tracking system worked better. The selection of restaurants is good but almost all of the menus are in Chinese and with very few options in English. And since I live in Taiwan this is not uncommon but with other apps the menus are offered in English. Just a matter of time until you have that bad experienceI order regularly using this app in the Phillipines, it's been decent. Mang Inasal is a restaurant in Taal, I ordered first time on 4th December for a scheduled delivery. The delivery deadline was missed, there is no way you can contact foodpanda support. Only one way is to select you want to add an item and they will connect you to chat. I did this after several attempts to try to get in touch. They have no clue what is happen in and why the restaurant is not delivering. The guy offered me 60 peso as compensation, I asked my girlfriends father not to cook, and wait for the food, I made a fool of myself. Then the agent cancelled the order saying the restaurant is unable to fulfill. It was a very embarrassing and shameful situation. Having not learnt my lesson, today 17th December, I scheduled a delivery again hoping they had sorted out the issues. Paid and waiting, 30 minutes past the dead line and no news. Customer Service needs to improveThe foodpanda app has no contact options which is extremely problematic since I’ve had trouble with multiple orders. When I tried cancelling my order it would give me the option to cancel my order and then say that it couldn’t be cancelled because the restaurant had accepted my request. Deliveries taking too longOverall, the app is okay. Not too shabby. Lots of choices, relatively easy to navigate. Just one thing. There were multiple times where my orders arrived 30++ minutes later than estimated time and there’s nothing I could do about it. When I’m hungry, I need my food. I should be able to order another food from another restaurant if my previous order is taking too long. But this isn’t the case. I have to continue waiting. The individual in question did not demonstrate the kind of service I had come to expect from your company. Despite my clear communication of the issue at hand, they did not show any effort to look into it properly or to find a solution that could satisfy my needs. Instead, I found myself stuck in a cycle of repetitive, seemingly automated responses that offered no real assistance or understanding of my problem. My issue was simple: my item was delivered to the wrong address. I promptly provided a picture showing my unit, which was different from the one provided by the driver. Despite this clear discrepancy, I was informed by your representative that a refund could not be issued. This lack of flexibility and understanding is absolutely unacceptable and has left me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer. It only took almost 3 and a half hours before I was able to get some food at my door. 😏 My first order was cancelled 15 mins after it was supposed to have arrived, and my second was cancelled after waiting for 20 minutes. Helpful app, still can be improved.As a tourist in Malaysia, Panda app is quite friendly and helpful. I like the way it can be pay by cash when food arrive. However experienced once out of 4 times that my order be canceled by the restaurant after nearly 30mins! And can not see some important info. For example: restaurants’ open/delivery time, meal portions, meal ingredients(only some have)... If you improve, I would like to give you a five stars!.Version: 5.12.3

Garbage app by garbage developers.This experience is the absolute worst. First, my phone number wasn’t accepted no matter what I did. Also, trying to enter it is cumbersome as if you exit the app for more than 5 seconds, whoever implemented it did not allow for background refresh / NSCoding properly so the whole app (and order process) restarts. Then, trying to chat with support is HOPELESS - your chat will continually be erased and the chat staff are stupid. I ended up uninstalling this after half an hour wasted just trying to get things moving. What a waste of time and an embarrassment of a user experience..Version: 4.25.0

Panda pay not workingI topped up my account now I can’t use the panda pay.Version: 22.20.1

UnprofessionalI placed my order at 9:30 in the evening, estimated delivery at 22:15. The est delivery time increased to 22:45 but that's not an issue. What happened is after over 30 minutes of waiting for my order to be picked up, they literally said that the kfc was suddenly closed and cancelled my order. They could have at least given a closing soon warning so i could find an alternative. Bad CX. Try implementing a closing soon warning..Version: 21.18.1

Constant delaysI don’t understand how they’re so bad. Two days ago my order took out 2 hours. Estimate was 40 minutes. Ok maybe they were busy. If it happened rarely I wouldn’t care. But today I ordered at 3pm from a different place. You can’t tell me 3 pm is their busy time. Estimate was 15 minutes. It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting. If the estimates were more accurate it would be fine because you could order from a different place, but like this it’s pointless..Version: 22.19.0
