✓ The Villages GPSI have an Iphone 4 with IOS 7.1.2 and although things like Recreation Centres, Pools, Shopping etc. will open up the section for Golf Courses will not! This is unsatisfactory as it is the golf courses I want..ImbrennanVersion: 2.4.9

✓ It quit working on my iPhone!!!!I had the app on my iPhone and everything worked great for over a year. Went to water aerobics and left my phone in my pocket…I was sent a new phone. Went to the App Store and reloaded all my other apps that I had purchased with no problem…All but this app…I had to purchase it again!!!! Worked for a week and now it will not open! When it worked is was fine but I’m not investing another 6.95 again…not a third time!.ZxafhbfVersion: 23.29

✓ Not Updated, iPad VersionI am very disappointed in your app, especially the iPad version. I will keep the iPhone version, but the iPad version is useless, out of date, and now has ads. I paid for the iPad version twice, once for each iPad, no ads. It no longer does what it was advertised to do, and I want my money back... for each iPad. I will expect a credit or I will contact Apple. On the iPhone version, it is out of date and the grammar poor. Most people who are looking for directions to a pool don’t know that perhaps you updated the Rec Centers and not the Pools. Why would you not update them all? Some pools in Southern Oaks are not even listed under Pools, even though they have been operational over a year. Willow Tree is an Adult Pool, not a Family Pool, and Chitty Chatty is not considered in Wildwood, it is in The Villages. Shall I go on? You certainly don’t do your homework..JwizChickVersion: 23

✓ Unreliable 50% of the time.When this app works it is extremely helpful but I have tried running this on an iPad in two different iPhones and it has numerous problems when trying to load the app. Most of the time it just says loading and you’re locked out from using the app until you kill it and start it over again. Once it launches it has rerouted me incorrectly on a few occasions and it doesn’t appear that they are updating the paths on a regular basis. I think the Village app is better than this app and it’s free. Also if you try to try to type in a new village address that is already defined on all other mapping apps, this app can’t find the streets. I honestly think this is worth $1 and no more..❤ or 💔Version: 23.24

✓ App directions issueMy wife and I both have iPhone 7+, and have been having random issues with the app not giving auto or cart directions when you pick directions by cart or directions by auto. When you hit cancel and it returns to previous screen and try it again, it will do the same. This does not occur all the time, but it does occur enough to be reported to you..JrgboatVersion: 23

✓ Doesn’t work! No directions and no talkingI downloaded this app and tried it for the first time this morning. Piece of junk. It doesn’t give any directions, never mind talking while using the golf cart.. I will be disputing the chRge with American Ezpress. I filled out the “contact us” form but it isn’t able to be accepted on their end. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Update: the developer emailed me and said I must be using the app wrong. I am using it correctly. I give up using the golf cart directions. I have talked with others and they also say the app is useless. Please issue me a credit or I will be disputing this charge which is on my American Express. ✓ Ads and poor mapsI purchased this app several years ago. Originally no ads. Now the app has ads. Many times the app attempts to take you on roads that are not golf cart accessible. Don’t waste your time and money. I am surprised Apple allows this to stay on the App Store. Update developer contacted me after reading the review, explaining ads were a cost saving feature for users, they went on to highlight recent updates. App now shuts down on my iPhone 11 in the midst of a route. App may be great for some but a poor fit for me. I expect something I purchase to work..Diver0258Version: 23.11

✓ Needs refiningThe app when it works is great. Unfortunately if I close it down and open it back up it fails to load back up and I just get a spinning wheel. So I have to delete the app and re install it rendering it not user friendly. If I had not paid for it I guess I wouldn’t be so upset. All that being said the delete and download worked as a work around and the app works great like that. If you don’t close the app totally then it’s ok and will work the next time you open your phone, personally my ocd of closing apps when against me on this one.ElfmeisterVersion: 23.27

✓ Works Great, when it worksAs a new arrival to the villages I found that the application was invaluable, it helped us locate and navigate via auto or golf cart to almost everywhere in the Villages, FL. However starting a few days ago this application has had many issues with connecting, object mapper error messages, failure to connect…. The very minimal response I have seen on posting is that they are experiencing upgrade issues and/or server issue but who knows what the issues truly are. I have attempted to contact developers, but so far no response..Can't wait to eatVersion: 23.15
