✓ COULD BE A FUN GAME IF ONLY . . .The one thing I like this game is that you can play with pictures of your friends or even your pet. It lets you put your own pictures in as players. That’s a cool idea. The bad thing is that they purposely do NOT give you enough turns or the foods you need to pass a level once you get higher, so there’s no way you can beat it unless you spend money. That’s why I’m deleting it..Version: 6.0.0
✓ Free PerksI really enjoy playing the game however you send lives to your friends that are playing too you don’t receive a life back and it take to long get coins when your not buying them.Version: 5.0.0
✓ Enjoyed the game at firstI was liking this game until I got stopped to do a challenge in order to advance. That's fine. Needed to pass 3. After passing the first, it tells me I have to either pay or wait 24 hours to play the next challenge. I waited. The timer is not accurate & still doesn't let me play. Deleting. ✓ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!If you play the game each day you get some sort of reward - extra moves, time, etc. At the end of each week, if you’ve checked in for seven straight days, you’re supposed to get 150 coins. This stopped working. I emailed them and they’d add it to my account, saying they’re working on the issue. Each week I’d email them when it wasn’t correctly credited and they’d add the coins. This week I was told “we’ve added enough coins to your account. We aren’t doing it anymore”. Keep in mind they still haven’t fixed the problem and I’m not asking for anything I’m not entitled to. Don’t waste your time with this game!!!! It does not work properly and they don’t care..Version: 6.6.1
✓ ANNOYINGI might have given this 4 stars for game fun but because of dreadful support at their end, they’re lucky to get one! I haven’t had any daily rewards for 2 months because of a problem which they obviously can’t fix. They say they’ll help and don’t bother but just erase my patient and respectful conversation. ✓ Love it but fix the bugs!I love this game. It’s super entertaining and I’ve been playing it for years. However, recently when it makes me watch an ad, the ad never loads. It’s a black screen, and when you back out of it, it asks you to watch the ad to continue. Well I tried, but the ad never loads! Please fix this. It’s the most annoying thing. ✓ Zynga is so greedy!I’ve been playing this game since the beginning (for 5 years or more). When Zynga took over, you cannot pass a level unless you buy coins. It’s very difficult. If you don’t buy coins you spend hours or weeks on a level. I’m NOT even to level 500 yet, and it’s been years of playing. It’s fun. It’s addicting. But seriously the only way to advance is to buy coins for those few extra moves or tools to make it through. They don’t even give you a way to win coins. 😡 I am ready to delete. ✓ New puzzle quest is a jokeI have come to like this game and how they have added weekly challenges to help people collect items and coins. In the latest addition with adding puzzle quest it's non functional. Not sure how it is supposed to work but I just played 5 levels got the puzzle option 1x which I lost when I failed the level and retried. For this quest to expect someone to get 27 pieces for 2 hours of unlimited lives then it should be set that any level you play gives you a chance at a puzzle piece and if you fail and retry the level then you should get that chance again. ✓ No maintenanceLove the game itself, but they do nothing to maintain its proper function. The fortune card daily bonus has NOT worked in at least a year and now the 7 day bonus is NOT awarded. It comes up on the screen, but the rewards are not added. I have notified them of both of these numerous times. Seems they are trying to force people to purchase items by cheating them out of their earned rewards..Version: 6.7.0
✓ Fun until you get to higher levels. 2019I'm on level 743. It's no longer fun. The boost you select before the game starts are thrown In the game almost always to your disadvantage. I hate that 3-4 Screen business. When level begins You see all the screens at a glance plus where your boost is being thrown almost always on the last screen. Since your only playing one at a time You never have enough moves to complete the level so most often than not you have lost your boost. Another Exp. Clean the dishes! On the higher levels they got this hide and seek going on. Your sponge drops into a stupid box that opens and closes intermittently where you can't see it. You get so little moves that you hardly ever have enough to complete. I have lost interest. Extra moves is 60 coins way too much. Excellent customer support if you have problems..Version: 5.9.5
✓ Slow customer service and dishonestFirst you would think during this virus that anything digital would have a fairly quick response from customer service since everyone is working from home digitally..wrong. Communicating with customer service is challenging because you can write and instead of a conversation it is a response a day and back and forth like that u til possibly resolved. I have spent a lot of $$ on this game as it is the most relaxing one for me. They have a fortune card game that came up every morning and then just like that it disappeared out of no where. You can play it still but it costs coins of course. When I questioned them about it they told me their developers were working out the kinks..well that was BS because regardless of Zygna being the pioneer of iPhone gaming they haven’t figured it out in 2 months. They just want you to pay for it now. So an outright lie. The game is fun, but if you are going to spend money better you get thoughtful customer service who tells the truth. ✓ RidiculousI really like this game, but a little ridiculous, I have been on level 135 for two weeks totally impossible to get through, I am frustrated suppose to be fun. I give up and will go on to something else it is as bad as Toy Blast. I understand that games are supposed to be challenging but there is no way to get through this level do not know how others do it! It is time to quit this game, impossible to get through levels. I am on 1086 and get rid of the bars with the arrows enough of them. You can spend hours on one level with those bars. No longer fun just frustrating and aggravating! ✓ GlitchLove this game but level 1685 is impossible to finish. I believe it is a glitch because it tells you to put the sponge into the round thing as the last customer to satisfy but there is no round thing on the screen. I’ve been playing this for years. ✓ 9 moves in a 2000+ levelI’ve been just STUCK at level 2243 for awhile, now. There are 9 moves for clearing 54 squares. I’ve emailed about it and all I get are messages about how to “fix” it. Which means to delete and then download game again. The last time I did that I lost 1000 coins. I have 1200 coins now and I don’t think I will be deleting it to lose them all. That stopped when their most recent update introduced ads that interrupt the game unless you're willing to pay to opt out. I've done this before with other games that I love. But not here. Sorry. ✓ ChallengesI find the challenges to get to the other games to be unfairly too long between the challenges! I have since deleted this game because of other unfair issues! The time limits on the fruits and vegetables and then all you have are white puffy stuff everywhere! It’s ridiculous to the point that I’d had enough! ✓ Rip off, don’t downloadThis app is very fun and I’ve bought two purchases of coins for $99. This app is very smart because when you are one move or a few seconds away from winning a game, it instinctively doesn’t give you the foods you need and requires you to spend coins to win. I liked it so much that I bought a second purchase of coins. Now I see what it does and how it works. After I use up the coins I have left, I’ll not use this app again and delete it..Version: 6.1.0
