✓ Hilarious gameThere are more than 4 levels!! If you complete the surgery ones you can get 'Corridor' missions. And if you open the 'tape player' in tge menu then put the recording in you can do an 'alien' mission. To open his capsuel thing you type '7261. But when I choose the kidney transplant it crashes. Again it was a great game to bring to App Store, but since it's new, there has to be bugs. I don't mind waiting to get the bug fixed. With this review I must say that I have been exited for this to bee made and it did, so I say thank you for making an iPad version of the game with the addition of 2 more transplants and replacing the ambulance with the corridors. ✓ Surgery at its bloodiestSo, after numerous failures in the theatre, I have finally completed all of the surgeries. Absolutely ridiculous and OTT controls, the game is flamboyant in every way! Obviously, it can be a bit rage-inducing, but at the end of every surgery, you'll be crying, with laughter (with success) or sadness (with failure) Of course there are some glitches, specifically, when you shove a liver into the carrier box, and thus makes it look like a penis... I may have to leave it there, if you like to have a good laugh at death, this is the game for you! Now, the three things I would like too see are- Brain surgery, Ambulance mode, and a brand new surgery, a muscle transplant. You would have to cut the skin, then get bone out of the way, then scalpel the tendons that are attached to the muscle! Any muscle will do, but I think that many people would love to see this! ✓ A 'must get' app for even people who don't want to be surgeons!!!!I think that this is a great app that is definatley worth £3.99. The graphics are stunning and it is really fun how their is a phone that gives you hints on the transplants and you can get little mini games on it too. This app is almost simaler to the real transplant but it does say in the game it is not an 'accurate' record. A good game for people who are looking for challenges because I can't even get past the first level (heart transplant). But even then like me i don't get bored even when I am trying the same level over and over again. Before I couldn't find a single app that got me occupied and attached to, but now this is the right app for me. This is a good thing, because awkward controls are half the fun. There is currently a bug that erases your achievements every time you close the app, and it would be cool to see more surgeries added from the PC version, but neither issue is a deal breaker (and, more importantly, this can be addressed in a future update). Only problem is it crashes...a lot! I can spend a good 5 minutes or so trying to perfect my surgical skills with minimal damage then it crashes and closes and I have to start all over again. I have iPhone 5 but my friend has a 5s and experiences the same issues. Multiplayer is a good addition but I can't even begin without it crashing and disconnecting. The only issue I had with this game is the controls. ✓ Ignore the bad reviewsThis game stems from the PC game made by the same developers in 24 hours!!!! The controls are deliberately clunky and frustrating which is the beauty of the game. You can either play it very seriously or just have hours of fun in not even attempting surgery. Once you get a hang of the controls you will be completing surgery easy peasy the only downfall of the game is that you run out of levels. ✓ MissI absolutely love this game it's sleek, funny and also gives you a challenge but still has realistic goals. At first I was unsure whether to buy it or not but it was well worth the money. My only complaint is that it doesn't save my achievements and every day they disappear including the one that tells you to sign your papers which cannot be redone but apart from this the game has no faults in my opinion..Version: 1.0.5

✓ What????.......the oesophagus lies anterior to the heart? The patient has an ECG reading when the heart is lying on the floor out of reach??? This is the most inaccurate "simulation" I have ever seen! Have the creators of this surgical training app ever been to medical school???? ^_^ The operations in this game are far harder and infinitely more fun than the real thing. The controls are deliberately cackhanded and in my view only add to the comedy genius of this title. Trying to delicately remove Bob's goggles with scissors at the start of one operation and having him bleed out from the clumsy stab wounds to the face you inflicted a few moments before you manage to embed the scissors in his right eye are moments you won't forget in a hurry. Master these operations in OR, then try them all again while sat astride a trolley crashing along the hospital corridor, grabbing instruments off passing trolleys ("where's a bone saw when I need it? Never mind I'll use this tomahawk instead!") My advice? Have one less pint at the pub tonight and miss out on the crisps and use the money to buy this brilliant game - you will not regret it!.Version: 1.0

✓ Little bugs and needs improvementsOk,I really like this game and it is very well made but can you remove the thing on mobile that it zooms out sometimes in the teeth transplant I do not like that at all it really ruins my aim and I hate it and the green syringe it won’t let me hold it sometimes and the drill when I try to pick it up the drill flies off the screen and can’t pick it up and I would like it if you could pick up items off the floor. And the achievements are gone when you leave the app I’m just saying I would like those improvements but other than that really awesome game!.Version: 1.5

✓ Magnificent Game!!!Amazing game even better than Flappy Bird!! Though you should be able to enable or disable blood lose because I'm still on transplant and I find it very hard to even just break the bones!! You can even have fun in the reception just playing on the iZAC on Worm and Flappy! Controls are simple and easy to understand because I have the PC version aswell and it is harder to pick up stuff with the hand, but it's easier with your fingers on iPad version! Overall great game with beautiful music (the feels though when you murder Bob 😭😭😭) 10/10 easily!!!.Version: 1.0.2
✓ Great gameThis is a fantastic game, a lot LOT easier than the original but they made it challenging in the tooth transplant. It's great and I've been gripped to the game. Please don't think this game is bad because of the stupid reviews some people write. There are plenty of instructions which they clearly didn't read, and there are apps on your iZac to help you.
