✓ Something’s happening with the appI use this app ALL THE TIME; I’ve been using it for the past 3 or so years and never had a problem with it. My favourite background erasing app on iOS. But literally hours ago I wanted to work on a project, and needed to erase the background out of it. I did what I normally do: erase the target colour, increase the threshold so the outline was smooth e.c.t. I then save it as a png image to my camera roll and the background was still there. I repeated it multiple times and the background hadn’t been removed. I thought it was a problem with the actual image so I tried many other images and the same thing kept happening! I tried saving it with a white background and that worked fine, tried saving it in a smaller image size and that was fine. Everything was working as usual apart from me being able to save my image in a png format. I have no idea what’s going on but please fix this!.Version: 1.8.1

✓ It was great before this happenedI used to use eraser every day, and it was awesome! Then I stopped using it for a while, and i went back to erase a background, and the VIP ad popped up. Even though there is a cross in the corner to ‘exit’ the ad, it does not do anything when I tap it. The only button on the screen I can press is the ‘purchase VIP’, which I DO NOT WANT TO DO. ✓ Was great but now I can’t get past the ad screenI’ve had this app for years and it has always been really helpful. It can be a bit funny when selecting areas to arise, you have to be very precise and there’s a lot of trial and error involved. And then weirdly sometimes it would change the background colour where you had a raised stuff. But I have just tried to use it today and when I open the app and add screen pops up straight away trying to get me to sign up to the pro version. I can’t imagine there is anything there pro version can do that I will need, the free version has always done what I needed. The worst part about this ad though is that even when I wait for the X to show up I can tap on it once, twice, 10 times, change fingers, try from a different angle, it doesn’t matter, the X just will not close the screen and there’s no other way past it, so the app has become useless to me and I’ve had to delete it.Version: 2.0.4

It was hard for me to edit the photos, but you guys might be better of trying yourself and seeing if it is hard for you. Maybe it just isn’t the app for me. Although, I love to edit photos! ✓ Water mark problemI would give your app a solid 3 out of 5, due to the fact that your, remove watermark, costs £9.99. It would be highly appreciated if you didn’t include the watermark, your app would become more popular. I love it right now but it’s the water mark that’s annoying me and a lot of other people. I am currently working on a game called “Gacha Life” it’s amazing but I dislike the backgrounds that’s why I want to change it. But I already have the KineMaster watermark which is to expensive to remove. ✓ Very upset. money wasted.I accidentally spent 9 dollars on this app for the no ads feature. i wasn’t happy about it but no biggie!! i figured, at least i’ll have no ads... but i still receive full length ads when i’m going to save a picture. i don’t usually get mad but i really enjoy this app for its features, but feel like i either need a refund or to actually get the service i didn’t intend on getting. when i say i accidentally made an in-app purchase, i mean i was curious about the price so i went to go check it. i opened it and saw $9 and i was like WOW i enjoy this app but i didn’t even have that much money on my itunes. i clicked out of the pop up several times and it kept coming back like a computer virus!! i tried to close out of the app to restart the application, being careful to tap with just the tippity-top of my finger, and it CONFIRMED MY PAYMENT. as mentioned before i didn’t even have that much money on my itunes, and so the rest of the charge went to my mothers card. i understand this is a risk with having finger id enabled, but it’s outrageous that it got to that point in the first place. the pop up came up over and over again, seriously, like a virus, and it looked terrible on your apps part. as i also previously mentioned, as upset as i was i decided to look on the bright side, that i now wouldn’t have to watch any ads on this app, and yet, i still get full ads every time i use it..Version: 1.6.3
✓ Where’s the line tool?I’m coming to this app after using clipping magic which allows the user to erase in straight lines. Trying to erase in a straight line freehand as you must in this App is impossible. It’s not evident there’s an issue until you download the edited photo and observe the jagged edges. ✓ Just an Ad GeneratorEach time you use the AI and click done, it never actually saves it, it just plays their promo for the paid version of the app then a random ad. When I try put on backgrounds it only adds the background for half the photo and there is no way to add the other half so when I try moving the photo it cuts off half which is really irritating. 😑I am not the only one with these problems, all me friends that have this app hate it aswell. ✓ Works well, but don’t ever get the “free” trialAfter an hour of making a photo transparent i was met with a paywall that didn’t let me save the photo in any way unless i got their “free” trial. So i got the “free” trial that was supposed to last 3 days and it had instantly charged my account for 23 dollars. The worst part was that after i had saved the photo I cancelled the subscription and it said it was going to end in 3 days despite it withdrawing my money for a full month of access. I think it is so awesome that you can have backgrounds on your photos but… I absolutely hate the fact that you have to follow you on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. ✓ So Far So Good...I plan on doing a significant amount of "cutting and superimposing" in the near future; but for the time being, I have a very specific project in mind that I'm currently working on for a friend of mine, so I probably haven't really had a thorough enough experience to adequately rate this app, thus far. I will say, that for anyone who has any experience in photo editing, this seems to be a beautiful, incredibly simplistic (with little to no learning curve), and effective mobile alternative for quick, easy, successful results that you'll more than likely be very happy with -all things, considered. ✓ Needs fixTo adjust “width”, one taps and scrolls left/right. Most of the time, the program assumes I’m still trying to erase where I’m tapping and thus erases right under the “width” adjustment bar. I hit undo and try again. It starts to work (scrolls a little to the right or left) and then suddenly again erases the picture below the scroll bar. I hit undo again. I try again. Frustrated reading this? Imagine how it feels to have paid $10 and have to deal with this amateur oversight. Also, no idea how to start a new project except to close the program. If there is a way, all I can say is that for ten dollars, such a very basic function should be intuitively placed on the screen as a “tap here to start a new project” option. I give the program credit for the ability to do photo overlays on the iPad. But until those two problems get fixed, can’t recommend..Version: 1.6.3

✓ Can’t Open Previous ProjectsMy biggest complaint with this app is that I can’t open previous projects like what you would see in Back Eraser. For example, if I erase parts of a photo, and I saved it to my photos, but I realized that I made a mistake. With Back Eraser, you can open one of your previous projects, and correct the mistake that you’ve made, but with this app, if you realized you made a mistake after saving your edited photo, you have to import the original photo again, and start over..Version: 2.0.4

✓ Help meSo I was just being me and I came across this app, I am a YouTuber so it’s understandable I downloaded it. The first thing I would like to say is I spent 2 hours on editing my oc onto a background I wasted my storage on then I pressed the wrong button and it deleted my work not even a warning. I tried again today and my phone ran out of battery it was deleted.... The last thing I have to say is the brushes don’t get small enough. You can’t dismiss the ad, you just have to wait until it’s done - and it’s designed to fool you into clicking it while trying to find out how to dismiss it. That does take the app down for me because it is a good app. As with all apps like this you tend to get what you pay for. I say they are higher than many, however, it isn’t the perfect app just yet. ✓ Help Needed.I downloaded this app in hopes to create stickers for future editing projects. Unfortunately, I haven’t gone past the “PRO: Unlimited access to all the premium content” pop-up ad when I open the app. I’m not sure if it’s coming from my end or yours, but it’s as if the “X” to click out of the ad is completely frozen. I haven’t been able to leave the pop-up ad, and I’m just stuck on that screen (unless I choose to pay, which I’m not going to do if I haven’t even tried any of the free content). ✓ Background issueI love this app it’s amazing, and not to mention pretty easy to use! But there’s this one problem that recently happened, sometimes the background works and sometimes it doesn’t. For example instead of giving me a background png, it gives me a white background jpg which I’m pretty sure isn’t suppose to have since the whole purpose of this app, is to give you a transplant background.
