✓ Always a great serviceYes this app is a little buggy at times and sometimes closes for no reason but I have purchased lots of clothes and found it to be a good experience. They have such a huge range that using the filters definitely helps. Staff at my local H&M have always know how to use the rewards and add points so overall it’s one of my go to apps. ✗ Coupons expiry time is pooI like it but i don’t like how coupons expire in store after 15 minutes? LIKE WHAT IS THE REASON??! i had a $15 off coupon 😭 AND IT DIED WHILE I WAS IN LINE 🫠.MackledaddleVersion: 22.15.1

✗ Doesn’t seem to improveThis is one of the worse high street shops/well known shop apps. There are so many things so I can’t name them all. The filtering is dubious, who thought that customers only want to filter by designers and colour!? How about size, price etc. The second thing that’s riled me up is how H&M uses or rather doesn’t use the app to communicate with you yet that’s how I make my purchase. How about the app tells me when I need to pay my bill? No, an email into a junk folder followed by missed payment penalty makes much more sense. Here’s another, refund is acknowledged but the amount owed doesn’t change so if you buy on account you don’t know how much you owe. I’ll leave it here but please fix ASAP.
