I’ve shared this app with everyone I know!This app is amazing and NOT just for women. There are so many workout options, and you can filter by style (stretching, yoga, pilates, etc.), length of time, strength (beginner - advanced), target area (legs, booty, arms, back, etc.) It is so user-friendly that my grandmother uses it! A must download. And it’s free! Most workout apps make you pay after downloading. This one doesn’t, though for an optional membership you get access to more personalized stuff, but there is SO much available without paying. It’s honestly crazy how great the quality is for a free app. Five stars from me. 🙌🏻.Version: 5.17.0

HelloI think this app is great it tracks your calories it gives you reminders to workout and you get to personalize the reminders you don’t have to pay ANYTHING!! It also will show you how to do a workout if you don’t know how to do it! Another thing I like about this app is it will give you you a quote everyday! My quote for today was “You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose.” You can also track you progress and click on a workout and it will show you what you will need or what else you can use instead and it will show you the workout you will be doing! It also has great music and you can choose if you want music or not! There are so many great things about this app I really recommend it! One thing tho I really think you guys should figure out a way to play different music because your music is fine but I think it would be nice if we could play our music playlists instead! P.S. if you are pregnant they have workouts for that to and they also have workout programs.Version: 5.4.15

Great wee morning buddyI like the App. The small workouts at a beginner level have been good for me. And I like the variety and being able to put a few workouts together if I feel like more. 7-8 mins at the start was achievable with my busy schedule and helped motivate me to more. I ended up buying the paid version but even the free starter level was good for the first month.Version: 6.3.0

A Workout Wonder!I’m very active in sports, soccer, softball, cheer, swim, dance, etc. I finally decided to start, doing yoga, some stretching, and workout! This is one of the best apps I have tried. Within the first week of using this app I have easily seen change through all of my body. But, I was sore due to the new routine. But that goes away within 1-2 weeks. They have many exercises, some daily, some whenever you decide to do them! What I love is that there are different exercises to help with different things, some exercises are for flexibility and ballet/dancing technique, and some are just basic stretching. You can decide to work on your arms, legs, chest, and strength are just a few options. The workouts can be long or short! They even set up a daily workout based on the information you give them! The short exercises have persuasive music that matches your personality! They have encouraging comments during each exercise. There are different levels of easiness, some exercises are for beginners some are directed towards more experienced people! This app is truly a good one! I recommend to all of you! (P.S. Great workoutsLove this app! I’ve downloaded a few workout apps and this is the only one that doesn’t con you into paying for actual pre-planned workouts, which is great for someone who is just beginning and unsure whether they want to commit to spending a lot of money on something they may not use. (You can still choose to subscribe and pay). Good, large variety of workouts. If you’re looking to target a specific area of your body, or lose weight etc, there are workouts that are specific to that. I like that there’s also a personal workout designed for you, based on workouts you have already done. Great app! Love it!.Version: 6.1.1

This is far my Favorite AppI usually don’t leave reviews or rate apps, but this app deserves it all! I had this app for quite a bit now, and it’s far my favorite!!! It contained all kinds of exercises and workouts that you can adjust to your personal needs. I love yoga for example, but I’m also preparing myself for a fitness test at the AirForce, so before I had a different App for yoga, a different one for running, and a different one for specific workouts, and guess what ... I would never open any of them TOO MUCH, plus they only have trials and then you have to pay. Until I Found this awesome place. This app not only have ALL in one place, but it’s also free and it keeps growing and progressing with each update. I’ll be completely happy to collaborate with them an pay some $ because they really deserve it. Great!I’ve had this app for ages and honestly believe it’s one of the best options out there! It’s free (I know!) and there’s a whole range of times and difficulties you can see before you start a workout. You can choose which part of your body you want to exercise (or all over), and it’s not like other apps where you get constant lock screen notifications. You can choose if you want workout reminders at all, or at certain times ie when you wake up, or before bed. There are tutorials for every workout on here, with videos. There’s guided yoga too. Really motivating!!I’m a 16 year old girl who has struggled with my body for awhile now... I decided I need to do something about it as I was personally throwing myself down and going down a very sad path, so I decided to get motivated. I had tried multiple apps but this app is the best one there is - regarding to how it motivates you, you can keep track of your process and most importantly you can choice to start off with easy workouts and work your way to harder ones!! Best Fitness App by farMost other apps make you to pay a fee before starting a workout, whereas this app has a wide variety of different workouts for different goals all for free. I am an 18 year old struggling with an ED and needed a short and sufficient workout that wasn’t going to tire me out quickly, but then when I have a good eating day i want a workout that goes for a bit longer because I have the energy to properly push myself so the wide choice of different programs makes this easy for me. I have also completed a Certificate III in fitness so can point out good variety and diversity when i see it. Very good app!I love this app so so so much! I do about 3-4 workouts on here a day, when I wake up I do the “ morning stretch” and then I do the “Ad shred” and “hiit 20” later in the day! And then at night when I’m ready to go to bed I do the “ nighttime Pilates” that burns around 290 calories! I also bike and walk so I burn around 400! Although I love those ones there’s another one I really really love like the “hiit the killer” which burns 233 calories! The other one is called “ Full body sweat” and burns 213!!! If you did both of those One in the morning one in the afternoon you would burn 446 calories! The workouts are amazing! There are difficulty levels like beginner and advanced, it also tells you how many calories the workout will burn! Most of these workouts are super fun! I also love this app because it’s very customizable! There is a voice in music that you can turn off at any point! There are loads of regular updates and new programs to join. This app is also free and does have options to spend money but it gives loads of different things to do for people who can’t spend which means you feel that you are still getting the full use out of the app and not missing out. AmazingThe perfect amount of time on the exercises and it explains very well what to do... you can do a lot even without paying extra which is unlike most apps and I love it!!! They are genuinely really good exercises and even after the seven minute ones I feel something happening.. although I do always do more than one to make sure i get the right amount of time done. I couldn’t pick one fault with this app! And even better you don’t need any equipment except from maybe a yoga mat if you choose to use one. There are so many different work outs and they have categorised them into each part of your body. Love this appI’m really happy I found this app. I’ve worked out for a long time and am familiar with different exercises and programs. Unfortunately over the last couple of years I have not worked out like I used to. I’ve started and stopped different programs. I wanted to get back into working out and found this app. It is so great! You’re welcomed with a daily motivational quote, there are different programs you can mix and match based on your preferences or how you’re feeling that day and what you want to work on. Workouts are nice and short 7-10 min and each program can be completed within a certain timeframe, giving you a sense there is an “end in sight” and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. I like the streaks making it more of a fun competition with yourself. There is an overall dashboard as well showing you your overall progress. The workouts have a timer and a guide on screen walking you through the exercises. You can also listen to your own music as well, but the app also comes with music. CONVENIENTI love this workout app! It’s the only one that I’ve actually been consistent with because it’s been consistent with me. I utilize the reminder feature as an extra push and motivation for me to work out. My wedding is 7 months away and I don’t have the typical leisure time to go to the gym before or after work, so I love that this app is built for those who would love to get a quick and effective workout in. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now, mainly working out for up to 30-40 minutes a day. Surprisingly, I’ve already had about 5 people tell me I’m looking more fit and sexy!! Transformed My Life!The app has completely changed my life! I decided to take myself off social media and was in need of something positive to fill my time. I’m totally new to fitness and so I’ve been doing approx. 4 mini workouts a day at home. Menopause and lockdown saviourI started using this app a couple of years ago when I wanted something to do at home that would give me variety and everything I needed in one place. Menopause has given me aches and pains so running is not really an option now. I began to find the range of workouts a bit limiting so added ankle weights and hand weights to make some of the exercises more challenging (I was a fairly fit 50 year old). As time has gone on, though, new workouts keep being added and there is now a lot of variety. I was even brave enough to wear a bikini in the summer (on a quiet Scottish beach) and that’s the first time for over a decade. I’m in a good routine and look forward to doing the exercises. Greatest App Of All TimeThis app is truely amazing. This year (2018) I am trying to lose weight but still gain a bit of muscle. I have been ambitious and downloaded 4 - 6 exercise apps and most of them are like “ Want more exercise classes? ConvenientBeing a wife, stepmother, and having 3 children of my own (including a 1 year old); time isn’t really what I have much of. Going to the gym is near impossible. Unfortunately, my lack of time to workout shows on my unfit body. This app works because it has a range of workouts for beginners and those who are more active. It has different styles of workouts such as cardio, aerobics, toning for target areas, stretching, etc. Also, I love that they have 7 minute workouts because if I see a 30 minute session ( that I clearly need), I will make excuses not to do it for fear of not being able to complete it. When I complete a 7 minute workout, I’m so motivated I do another one or try a different workout, and before you know it, I’ve worked out for 40 minutes. It helps that they ask you to go again after each workout. The progress reports, and reminders to work out help as well. So effective and efficientIve only been using it for three days now and i love it. I used to be so unfit that it was embarrassing but my sister showed me this app and its just awesome. It sends me notifications to remind me to do my daily workout which keeps me more motivated to do it. Amazing AppI’ve been searching hi and low for an app that really helps to lose weight and this is it!! I’ve only been using for the last 3 months on and off and I’ve already lost weight. (Of course with better eating habits included). This app seriously surpasses some other apps that you have to pay for and it’s free!!! I love the daily 7 workouts, how it keeps track of the days you work out, the exercises you’ve done for that day, different workouts to target different parts, and the list goes on. Seriously cannot day enough good things!! Just to be fair, if I’m to include something I’d like improvement on, it would just be to add even more exercises. There’s definitely a good amount included already but I wouldn’t mind more to keep things interesting. Also, maybe consider including some type of workout calendar, for example, Monday’s are arms, Tuesday’s legs, Wednesday’s etc.. You get the drift. Workouts For Women.I absolutely love this app. There are all different types of levels for whatever your fitness. They make workouts fun and enjoyable. There are so many different categories so whatever you are feeling it will be there. If you only have 10 minutes there are workouts for that and lower. I LOVE this app so much!I’ve been using this app for a while and I absolutely love it! It’s the first thing I go on to almost as soon as I wake up, I have a look at what workouts I’m planning to do each day, and it’s got so many options! I end up doing about 6 workouts each day because it’s so fun to do, and the music during the workouts is amazing as well, it’s much much much better than the other workout app I was using before this one. Love love loveThis app has helped me start exercising regularly again as the workouts are only short, I don’t dread them like most workouts (which is hella surprising). The different workouts really help with what I’m feeling at the time if I’m feeling motivated I’ll do one of the longer more up beat workouts but if I just want to feel like I’ve done something during the day but I’m too lazy, I’ll do a 7min more easy going one!!! It is just the best app, highly recommend. I know that there is the fat loss category but I was just wondering if there is a could be like a fat loss for certain areas of the body. Like for example, for the legs or the stomach or the arms, just to work specifically for weight loss in that area?? That would be great! Great AppI really enjoy this app, I’m not overly confident when it comes to working out so this is a great app to use when I’m not doing a gym class. I can use this app at the gym or at home and the workouts vary in time and in difficulty so you can choose a workout based on your fitness level and based on how much time you have and you don’t need any equipment if you don’t have it which is another bonus. Only downside is the constant ads and you can’t participate in any programs/challenges unless you subscribe and pay, which I don’t want to have to do when I’m already paying for a gym membership. I wouldn’t mind the ads if it meant I had access to all areas of the app..Version: 6.0.0

Successful WorkoutsBest workout app I’ve found! I’ve been trying to lose weight and build up upper body strength and so far it’s been really good. It sends out a notification at your preferred time, to help remind you when it’s time to workout. It gives you loads of different workouts to do depending on where you would like to focus on. If you don’t like long workouts there is 7M (minuet) ones you can do that have equal outcomes that longer workouts do. If you’re new to the whole “getting fit and working out” as I am, then there is a beginner section to get you started. It shows you how many calories you lose with each specific workout so if you like keeping count of the amount of calories you intake then you can. It’s a lifesaver to getting back on track!Let me tell you that this app is one of the best out there they have a variety of different exercises including the stretches after workout because believe me you’re going to need the stretch afterwards because you burn good. The exercises are never mundane you get to choose your choice of music that helps push you, also you get to choose how long you want rest time and also the circuit meaning how many times you’d like to repeat the exercise I push mine to about 2 times meaning I get a good 18 mins workout because the 7mins just goes to fast. Did I not mention they give you a quote of the day and you get to choose your rest days all this for free it’s one of the best hands down I never have to rush to keep up with the trainer because I can go at my own pace and still be able to feel the burn. Please do keep up with this app because if you don’t like me if you give up then your results will quickly fade away. Best free workout app I’ve had!!!This is the best free work out app I’ve ever used! It’s the only one that I have found the motivation to come back to on a regular basis. I only use the free workouts on the app I don’t pay for the plans. There’s so many different free workouts for all the different areas I want to target. I am only at the beginner to intermediate workouts currently and they challenge me perfectly for where my fitness is at right now. I LOVE this app ♥️I always struggled with my weight and self image and thought joining a gym was my only option and when it comes down to finding the right gym they are either to far away or to expensive, so I went on the web to search for the best fitness apps. On every one I found the apps would give a very minimal rough version for the people who couldn’t pay for the premium version so I would end up deleting them pretty much straight away. After a few apps I gave up. A year or so later I thought I would like to check again to see if there was anything new. Life changerThis app has changed if not saved my life. I quit smoking 3 weeks ago while dieting. I needed to find something to do besides smoke, have a cocktail, play games on my phone...all associated with my smoking habit. So, I tried WFW. Diverse and brief bursts of fitness fantabulousness! (Not a word but should be). You feel so accomplished when you complete a workout that you want to do another. My routine starts with a morning stretch and one maybe two yoga workouts. Evening I complete my Intro to Fitness 6 week challenge and finish my day with an outdoor walk. Raining outside? Not to worry. There are two insanely fun indoor walking workouts (30 or 60 mins) to get those steps in and tone at the same time. I just finished my first month and don’t see me slowing down anytime soon. Plus? You can mirror to your apple tv as you go. Syncs with apple health and myfitnesspal. Negative- doesn’t trigger the heart rate sensor so you may need to run a similar program on apple watch to trigger HR sensor to record true calories burned. Love this appI don’t usually like working out myself, as I am getting bored easily, but with this app my opinion have changed. Easy to navigate inside the app. “Quick” workouts, easily to fit inside of your routine. The amount you are paid per month for subscription is A LOT less for a subscription to the gym, plus you are doing the exercises privately. Shuddup and take my $$$!! Best app!!This is the best app! I can workout at home. I can workout in the office. I can choose the workouts that I want to do. It has become a morning ritual to fit together 2 or 3 morning routines and then again in the afternoon. If I don’t feel overly energetic, I can choose some gentle routines and I don’t have to justify myself to anyone. On the days that I do feel like I want to thrash my body - I can scream at the app to “go jump”(censored) when she gives the halfway through alert; cause did I mention; it counts you in, counts you to the end and gives you a heads up when you’re “halfway there”. And I love the daily 7 - mine don’t change daily though, not sure if that’s an issue for everyone; but I’m happy to keep on the same one for a few days - there’s so many other routines to try too!!! Great exercise app!This app is really good to get into some morning drill, or stretches, or just to ease back into yoga or any other form of exercise. Each exercise is clearly illustrated with a video, or moving visual as you do each activity - so you know you are doing the right exercise. It has a count-down timer for each drill, 30 seconds; and if you need a longer it harder routine, you can just chose a different routine if repeat the one you just did. Just plain awesomeI love that The free version is amazing you have access to all of the workouts and access to some programs and I love that three users have access to so much so that they can really get a feel for the app before they decide to invest in it I love the app it has worked very well for me I love the format of the workouts and the voice guiding you not exactly a video of another person and I like it how we get customizable settings for workouts so we can change certain things to make it more custom to what we like this app has definitely compelled me to work out more and it has taught me so much. My favorite feature is the daily seven and the motivational quote seven minutes is not that much out of your day and once I do one work out it makes me feel a lot better and I can do more which is why the daily seven is so great. 7M WorkoutI love this app. As busy teen, I feel that we don’t get enough time outdoors, and lot of us don’t have gym memberships, and don’t plan on paying for one. This app enables you to participate in an at home workout. This means you don’t need to drive to a gym or put on expensive workout gear. Throw on some leggings and a tee shirt and you are good to go. I use this app almost everyday before I go in the shower. I use the 7M Ab workout, and there are plenty to choose from if I want it to be “leg day” or whatever you choose. This app also enables you to play music while working out, and even allows time for that. While the music is playing a voice-over encourages you. It tells you when you are “half-way there!”, and “almost done!” And when there are “5 seconds left”. It even allows you to pause the workout and resume where you left off. This comes in handy when you don’t quite understand what it asks you to do, or when you want to turn on or off a fan in your studio. All in all, I strongly recommend this app when you are short on time or prefer staying home, in a personal studio..Version: 3.5.0

Easy to followLots of workout options to choose from in the free set. You can choose number of rounds & rest between exercises. But you have to find workouts to suit ability/fitness as they don’t offer an option to choose intensity. Good explanations for things you don’t know how to do. Suit beginner intermediate. Although note if a workout is 20mins & you choose 2 rounds with 5sec rest it will take just over an hour a to do (each round is 20mins plus rest) You also need to do your own short pre/post warm up/down A little fit test to chart progress would make this 5🌟.Version: 6.3.0

Best fitness app ever!Absolutely amazing app, with different types of workouts for you to enjoy. You can choose from a wide variety of classes to participate in by yourself or with a friend, on the specific part of the body you want to focus on. It’s like having a real fitness coach in front of you, and there is a video done to show how to do all the different activities and at the end it tells you how long you’ve worked for and how many calories you have burnt. I love taking part in different challenges every morning before school that gives me a nice fitness feeling and fresh start for the day. LOVE this appThis app is amazing, truly. The workouts are no joke! I was super active before the quarantine, but had been feeling super unmotivated at home. I downloaded this hoping I could get HIIT workouts similar to the classes I used to take and it delivered! The music is loud and motivating, the automated voice reminds you when you’re half way, almost done, and even when to hydrate! It genuinely felt like a boujee gym class. And seriously, the workouts are not playing around. Like, I jumped into an intermediate one, thinking “hey, I used to be super active, I’m still pretty fit,” and DANG. I never knew a 15 min workout could be so tough! I’m sure they make ones tailored to be easier but I was super impressed with how hard I worked in those 15 min. My only concern is that I used my last “free” workout from a program today, and I don’t know how much they’re gonna charge me for the next one 😬. As long as it’s reasonable it would be worth it! Highly recommend!I have tried going to the gym or going out for a run but with work, two young children and, well, life(!) it never really happens! This app is so convenient, I can spend just a few minutes a day (in the comfort of my own living room) getting some exercise, I feel so much better for it! The workouts are challenging but manageable and well explained... each exercise is demonstrated on a video (I watch the videos before starting the workout), the music, voiceover and countdown are all very motivating and helpful. Best App I’ve FoundI can’t fault this app! I have been using this app for the last couple years on and off and I love how it’s free. Some of the programs you do need to have the subscription which you can pay monthly but for all other exercises you can use for free and they really get your body and heart rate going. I combine different exercises to get in a 30 min workout and always feel the burn and soreness during and afterwards and that’s when you know that it’s working for you cause you definitely use muscles that you don’t on a normal bases (especially for those of us that are starting out). Can’t fault this app. Only thing I would like to be able to do is delete past history workouts where it tally’s up to calories burnt ect without having to delete the app and reinstall it when I fall off the wagon and not use the app after a certain amount of time..Version: 5.4.13

Cheapest, easiest and best workout app I have found!This app is super easy to use and has so many different modes you can choose from. Let alone being absolutely free to use. All of the exercises you can do at home and can take from as little as five minutes today. I have 100% seen results and it makes me feel so much better about myself. The layout of the app isn’t as good as I would want it to be but it’s so easy to use as it clearly shows for each exercises and even count down how long to do it for tea don’t have to constantly look at your phone. Absolutely amazing no joke!💗This app has seriously changed my life and pleased to say my body (in a good way). The app is first of all FREE so all the workouts and actually yoga or stretches can be used with no money needed. Not only that but the app thankfully gives you 2 free programs to use freely which is honestly the best. All the workouts, yoga and stretches come with background music which helps a lot along with someone guiding you and telling you what to do which is extremely helpful if your like and me and do your workouts outside so don’t really look at the screen, however when I do and I am at home it does show you each exercises and gives you a video and instruction if you do not know how to do the exercises. There is honestly so much things to do on this app that works online just as well as offline. Clever!It’s the App that keeps giving! An inspirational text; Daily 7M workouts that change each day, to get you started; and any number of other workouts to try. With music if you want! For each workout there is a list of exercises, by each one there is an arrow to click to get a description of how to do the exercise, and more often than not, a video. In following a routine, there is an animated picture for each exercise, a countdown to each exercise and one at the end of each exercise, a timer and a red line to show how far through the routine you are. This App Got Me Moving Finally!As a busy busy mom of 3 young children, I’d fallen out of shape and kept using the excuse that I just didn’t have “enough time” to exercise. But after I turned 40 my body really started changing both visibly and internally. I was so tired of feeling tired, stiff, achy and weak! So I tried this app and after loving it I decided to invest in the one year subscription. There are so many great workouts and programs for all areas of the body, even specific ones that don’t put any impact on knees (I have a knee issue), etc. And I love that each workout move is linked to an optional video showing you exactly how to do it, preventing injury and confusion. Great appI love this app I use it my best friends use it my sister uses it even my mom uses it. It’s free and doesn’t push you to buy a subscription you can do most things for free and it keeps track of your workouts every time you work out it even keeps track of your streaks (as someone who like to see the satisfaction of the shaded dot on the workout calendar each time I work out it’s nice). There are tutorials that are easy to follow if you don’t know how to do an exercise or stretch and it’s very motivating. I personally prefer to listen to my music or watch a show while I do my work out but when I don’t the music they play (which you can turn off if you want) is super motivating. I’ve been using this app for about a month and I’m starting to feel better about myself I originally got the app because my arms needed some help and after doing arm workouts a couple time a week they’re doing great I’ve moved on to my abs and core now but I still can work on my arms that same day if I want to. Great app!This app has loads of workouts for everything and everyone! Workouts all have a little description saying whether it is beginner intermediate or advanced. It also tells what the workout is focused on and how many calories you will burn. This is great if you are just starting or if you want to challenge yourself. It also keeps track of your progress for you so you know how many calories you’ve burnt and how much progress you’ve made. Learning how to exercise from the startVery grateful for this app. It’s nice to be able to work out from home and not feel pressure to keep up with others at the gym or battle self consciousness. I like the beginning level programs. My life is packed full of chaos. I wanted to learn yoga as a way to slow down and not feel so overwhelmed. The slower pace is nice to get the break in the day. You don’t feel completely tuckered out after a session. I personally feel happy to have done some form of exercise and I’m I feel like it’s a program I can stick with. My only concern is there only seems to be a handful of 30 day programs. I would love to see more programs especially in the yoga section. A stress relief program would be great. I really enjoy the images of each exercise and the videos are very helpful when the images are not enough. BEST WORKOUT APP EVER!This is probably my favourite workout apps everrrrrrr! This is quick, easy and super fun to use!! I workout at least 2x a day and I never used to but this app helps motivate me everyday to keep going and keep working out! I am very happy with my progress and I enjoy all if the workouts I’ve tried. One thing I really like is that it give you examples of how to do the excersizes. I really like this because some of them have different names to what I’m used to but with the videos and examples I know what I need to do. Another thing is not only does it have workouts it also has stretching, recovery and yoga. These are all really good as well especially since you can choose your level of intensity. AmazingI used to use this app in lockdown around march and did it continuously for two weeks and I saw a massive difference in my body and I felt super energised and awake. I started using it again a couple days ago and I can already see a difference. I have lost weight with 2 workouts! Obviously everyone has a different body and different weight loss mechanisms but if your looking for a REAL weight loss app I definitely recommend. Woohoo! Perfect during Covid. Only some changes, please!...Lately, due to COVID-19 I haven’t been out much, so this is a perfect app for anyone stuck at home. I really feel more motivation to workout and LOVE all the different choices for different workouts! However, is there any way at all that the programs could be less expensive? I feel like $57 is just too much to get fit. Shouldn’t fitness be free for everyone? I mean in order to get people fit, it’s probably best to start out with giving them free training programs for the benefits of their health. Please make these programs free or at least a lot less expensive! If not even that, please make it possible to have the ability to permanently buy all the programs for a one-time price instead of for only a year or a month. This would really make me—and probably a lot of other people who simply can’t afford this— A LOT happier and healthier!! Already Seeing Results😄I downloaded this app because summer is approaching and I wasn’t super confident in myself after sport season was up for me. Throughout a good course of the winter I was deeply depressed and never felt good about myself. Workout from homeFirst a little about me: I am a single mom of a toddler, working a full time job and currently going back to school. Working out for me has become a luxury. I have tried so many apps that were provided exercises that were too difficult, workouts too long, or the app itself kept freezing up. I finally researched different ones and found this app. I have only done two days but I absolutely love it! The workouts are perfectly timed. I actually break a sweat. The background music is good. The only thing I wish is that they have more Cardio based exercises for in home instead of Cardio-HIIT workouts. I like to alternate my HIIT workouts with Cardio. Beginner ExerciserI’m not into fitness at all, and I’m not a healthy person. I’ve always thought because I was already so small (blessed with a good metabolism) that I didn’t need to work out. I came back from a trip overseas with all this motivation to get myself into shape, but with no money, and no know how. DEFINITELY THE BEST OUT THEREThe 7M workout app is the best!! It is completely free. You don’t need to sign up or pay anything and there is a range of exercises for a range of fitness levels and you can choose exercises that target a particular body part eg abs and they range from 7 minutes to bigger workouts. You can even add your current body weight and your ideal body weight and they will calculate how much you’ve lost. Feeling IT!!!I thought 7 minutes may not be useful and was worried that I couldn’t go that long anyway. You can pause if you need to and there are small breaks in between each new movement. I am so focused on what is coming up that I break and move on without even thinking about whether or not I can do it and then, all of a sudden I’m done. The moderator gives you a halfway notice and a 3–2-1 countdown at the end of each set which is also very encouraging. The movements are not hard to do but are obviously very useful for me as I feel muscles that haven’t been heard from since high school calisthenics. There are also quick demos during breaks in case you are not familiar with a certain movement. So far, I am loving this app!!! Asked to review again and still standing behind my 5 stars. Best app!!I was super insecure about my body, as a teenager and being active on social media where everyone has the “perfect body” is a big cause of that. I wouldn’t say I was fat, in fact I am really active because I’m a dancer, but over the summer I got super depressed and didn’t eat anything because I felt fat. I know it sounds really silly and stupid, but unfortunately its true. During the fall I decided that I wanted to step it up. So I started eating a healthy amount, I worked out everyday, and went to my dance classes. but even with all of that I wasn’t seeing any progress. So I did some research and downloaded this app. I started using this app in November of 2019 and after a week of doing 7 minute workouts I started seeing results. Being a teen I have loads of homework, and after school I don’t always feel motivated to do anything but sleep, and I don’t always have time, but the 7 minute workouts are so easy and anyone can do one once a day, no matter how busy you are. AMAZINGI had doubts about this app at first because it didn’t really have lots of reviews, I decided to try it out because I was looking for an app which would keep up with my health and help me get my dream body. The first thing I noticed was the premium notice and I was about to delete the app until I noticed that you could chose your dream body. Absolutely love it as a former athlete!!!I used to play volleyball and basketball in high school which kept me in shape. Now, I’m in college and I don’t play anymore. I don’t like going to gyms because I hate working out in front of strangers so this app is perfect for me to work out in the comfort of my own home. I love how flexible the app is. It offers a wide variety of workouts (short/long, beginner to advanced, targeted areas to full body, etc.). You can pause the workouts at any time and skip exercises that you don’t want to do. I usually work out in the mornings and blast my country playlist. Most of the workouts are about 7 minutes long but there are longer ones that range from about 20-60 minutes. One thing I would like to see is a feature where you could plan out the workouts that you want to do for the day or even for each day of the week. There is already a feature to add workout to your favorites but I have so many in my favorites that it can take a while to find the ones I want to do for that specific day. Such a great appSo nice to find an app that doesn’t make you feel crap if you’re not losing weight fast enough, makes you count calories and pay for the privilege. You can pay for some of the programmes and plans if you want to but if you just want to pop on for a quick work out you can do that too, demonstration videos are offered if you can’t quite get what they want you to do!! They offer yoga, breathing and sleep work outs, it’s nice to see more care for people who work out for mental health boosts as well as losing weight. The only thing is that some of the Daily 7 work outs will claim it’s “Ab Day” but then will have you doing squats and arm work outs? Which doesn’t tally to me but otherwise I love it.Version: 5.7.2

Love this app!The beginning of the year they offered a discount for a full year subscription so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I love the variety of workouts, I try to do 45 minutes in the morning every day. I alternate between Hitt training on one day and yoga on the next day, and for me yoga is just as challenging at times. I can see the changes in my body and I can feel the difference, and I feel stronger. My only complaint would be that sometimes when I click on the exercise it doesn’t tell me exactly how long it is because I do try to stack them based on the 45 minute requirement, although when I looked recently it did show how long the workout was. This app is worth every penny, so glad I took the chance. I’m not a gym person, I’m not a get up and go work out somewhere person, I like being able to work out in my own home. REPORT FOR NEW UPDATEI literally love this app, I've been using it for almost 3yrs and it abides by everything it says, I haven't had any problems until this new update which I did and now the app doesn't allow you to do any workouts or programs apart from the ones that are downloaded. The app also struggles to load content and when you click on a workout or program it says 'download failed If this problem persists try again later'.I checked the app on my friends phone as well and it also has the same problem. An Amazing App for all levels of fitnessI’m so delighted to have found this app. It’s exactly what I was looking for and what I needed at this point. I’m out of shape and wouldn’t feel comfortable going to a gym, nor do I like setting aside an hour for working out. This app allows me to do 10 minutes of exercise several times a day. That means it doesn’t feel like it. I also love the challenges, it’s motivating. I also like the up tempo music and rather than a real person the computer generated instructor is great. Often I find instructors can be annoying so this limits that. I’m currently undertaking the beginner exercise, stretch and yoga challenges. The free trial is worth trying to see if you like it. AmazingFor ages I searched and searched for a free fitness app that didn’t require a subscription, and finally I found it!!! Workout for Women is incredible - they have so many different workouts to choose from every day as well as your daily seven for you and a tracker to see how far you’ve come. It notifies you to remind you to workout, and you can store your progress in your health app too. If you really want you can also buy a workout programme which has different days, and you can try that out three times a month for free to get a taster. But if you’re looking for a payment free app without limited features you can stick to the other workouts which are just as amazing - seriously well worth a download. Amazing Workout AppWhen Covid hit, I started eating and binging netflix, doing little to no exercise. Being a 16 year old girl, I started to become self conscious about my appearance and weight as I gained a few kgs. After attempting a few apps, Workout for Women was by far the best!! You had so many different workouts to choose, and I could focus on different sections of my body - as well as having a variety of workouts, yoga and stretching. Plus, there was no pressure or strict rules! Even if I only did one 7 minute workout, it was still better than doing nothing. Within about 4 months, I lost 4.8 kgs which was amazing since I didn’t really change my diet, apart restraining from all the sugary junk food I would nibble on during the day. This app was the first stepping stone to finding self love, not just with my body but with my mind too. Awesome workoutsI really love this work out app!! I had not used it in a long time, when I opened it again they had completely updated and redid the app. And I love the new updates. There is a little bit of everything. If you are new to working out, or have been working out for years no problem there are TONS of beginner workouts and they cover everything from yoga to full body workouts, and they start you out slow and work you up to faster and harder exercises. They cover each part of the body and then some. There are so many I can’t even get a routine or order to start. They make it so easy to find what you are looking for with sub categories. If you are not sure how to do something there is a video that will show how to do that exercise or what ever it is you are doing. There is also a category for programs that you do some many days a week for how ever many weeks. And it again it has a beginners problem as well. We can pay a monthly or yearly subscription to open up everything. There is so much that you can do without a subscription. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a at home workout app. This is my number one app that I always go too. Good free workouts, REALLY touch sensitiveI’ve had this app for a few years and it’s honestly really hard to find an app with some solid workouts where you don’t have to drop $30 a month. You have the option here but you really don’t need to. Some of the things that frustrate me is that the app is INCREDIBLY touch sensitive. If you finger ever so lightly grazes over the screen, the app picks it up and selects whichever workout option you touched. It’s small but annoying. Another thing is that I love the example of the character doing the exercise with you as you continue your workout. What I don’t like are the sample pictures of what you would potentially look like if you did the workout. The “Victoria secret angel body” picture icons I think, promote an unhealthy idea of what a body should look like. That one is just an example but I think they should be careful with their picture icons because it sets an unhealthy standard of what your end result should be. I don’t know if anyone else had that result but I did, for sure. Other than that, there are good workouts in this app and the Daily 7 is nice and helpful. Amazing!I’m only 11 years old and I wanted to try this app out because of all the good reviews. No time? This is the app for you!For the longest time, I had trouble getting a consistent workout in. I work 60 to 80 hours in any given week, so working out became on the back burner of my priorities. This app has honestly changed all of that for me. I can’t reason my way out of not having seven minutes to dedicate to myself every day. You don’t get bored because the workouts change every 30 seconds. You can go at your own pace; but I find this system gives you the incentive to push harder. Most times, after the daily 7, I get pumped and do more workouts. Once you get the 8 minutes apart of your routine, it’s much easier to turn it into 15 or 30! The music helps pump you up, except for the yoga ones which help you zone in more. And the boot camps give you a short term goal to meet. I’m not a bot I swear; I just have told everyone I know to download it since I’ve started with it. Try this app, even to add to your routine! You won’t regret it! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was a way to connect with friends, like on Facebook, and challenge them. I know some people who like the app, but need even a little more encouragement. AmazingI used it to hate working out at home (giving up easily after 5 10min) and never enjoyed too much the atmosphere of the gym. Now I am working out 4 to 5 times a week (between 20 to 45min each), always finish my work out as I don’t want to give up to the timer. Best App EverThis app is super helpful when I just want to feel better about myself or do a weeks routine. I’ve never found a workout app that is first of all free especially for this apps value and all of the different things you’re looking for. From things that help with period cramps to body building this app can really make you feel comfortable getting out of your comfort zone. The music is actually really good especially for a workout tone which is hard to find good music for free that can encourage you to push yourself. The workouts tell you how many calories you’ll lose, how long the workout is, and how many workouts are in it with videos on how to do a specific workout. I’ve downloaded numerous apps in the past which only gives you certain workouts for free until you have to pay, this isn’t the case with Workout Women. Glad that’s over. It’s good againI HATE the new update. I have been using this app to exercise every day, and I HAD a solid routine. To keep pushing myself, I sometimes add a new workout to my routine. I enjoyed the way I could pick and choose exactly which exercises I needed/wanted to do. That’s why I’m really annoyed at how all the workouts I do have had the old exercises replaced with new ones! I don’t like the new exercises, and I wish it would go back to normal. I had perfected my routine, but now it’s completely different. Now I’m doing too much of the same exercises and completely missing other ones! It’s all wrong! For example, I used to love the previous version of the “Beginner Core” workout. Let me add the description here: “Planks are one of the most efficient ways to work out your core. Best workout app ever!This is the only workout app I have tried but can tell this is such a great app to use. I have been using it for over half a year and I am obsessed. It gives a ton of options for workouts and specifies certain workouts to your goals. It also helps you record your fitness journey which makes it helpful to see how you are getting better. Best workout app I’ve come acrossI think this is the best app out there. So many free workout programs at all different fitness levels. It also has different workouts for different body parts if you only want to focus on one area a day. It lets you pause the workout if you need a bit of a break or skip certain exercises you can’t do. Results in only a week!!I’ve been using this app for a little over a week. I recently finished up my freshman year of college, and I was looking to shed some of the “fluff” my body gained throughout the course of the year. I started out with the beginner’s abs workout once a day, and even with taking a couple days off, less than a week later, the center line for my abs began to appear! This app changed my life. It’s quick and easy enough to do before jumping in the shower each morning, and the graphics were easy to follow along for each workout. All praise aside, I should note that if you only do one, seven-minute workout a day, it will help, but I don’t want to mislead people. I have been drinking more water and trying to stray away from snack foods more, too, so no doubt that has played a role in my body looking more like I want it to. The best workout app I’ve ever usedI love this app! As a nurse working throughout the pandemic, not being able to go to the gym and destress, as well as keep fit for my back strength was a challenge at first. Amazing for freeI typically never leave a review but honestly this app has helped me keep up on my health. It has multiple stretching routines and workouts for any part of your body (including face) and even has all over workouts. Highly recommend.I love this app, and I usually find workout apps and I try them out but then their just not the right app for me. But workout women is amazing. It’s just the right app, and I say this for everyone. It’s motivating, and it makes you want to keep going. And I love the workouts they have! There’s easy workouts to hard workouts. And you can even make your own custom workouts, which I love. And I also love how there is always new inspirational/ helpful/ motivational quotes, right when you enter the app. And it’s nice how you can pick dance workouts, full body workouts, cardio, basically everything. Something I like is that, you can make playlists or save workouts. It’s really helpful if I’m just trying to save something for later or if I really like a workout and want to save it to a playlist or just save it in general. Very helpful! Great workouts!I don’t normally write reviews because the amount of time they take, but this app needs it. I’ve been using this app for a couple of days now, and I definitely do sweat. Yesterday I did an arm workout and my arms are very sore! I know what you may be saying, but this app is really helpful. They give you 7 minute beginning workouts for everything with a bunch of variety so that you can switch a workout if you’re not enjoying it! You can favorite workouts so you don’t loose them, and just as easily unfavorite them. If you are starting to break out of beginner workouts you can find intermediate and advanced workouts quick and easy. There is a section where they give you a workout for the day, but I decided that I didn’t want to pay $5 a month for it. Not having that feature doesn’t get in the way. Before you start workouts they give you an option if you’re ready or not and then an ad pops up, but you can exit right out. You don’t have to wait 30 seconds to click out. While working out it counts down, let’s you know which exercise is next and what’s happening then. When you’re done it tracks your workouts, and keeps a workout streaks going. Really like the app, why do you need my dataGreat app, loads of workouts and you don’t need any equipment. Have used for years so can’t complain much really. However, I’m a bit annoyed by the compulsory questionnaire that came up recently with unskippable questions asking height, weight, target weight, age, fitness goals and how you plan to reward yourself after reaching them - ok those things may be useful but providing that personal data should be optional??? Also, it by default suggested my target weight should be lower than my current weight, which isn’t right because I’m underweight. If you insist on users giving you height and weight info in order to keep using the app, then please at least calculate BMI and make suggestions accordingly, otherwise it could be bad for people with eating disorders. Or you could just default ‘target weight’ in the questionnaire to the user’s current weight and then allow them to adjust it, instead of assuming..Version: 6.7.0

Sweaty fun!Update: I still love the app! I do still wish that I could create and save a series of the workouts, as I like to daisy chain a few together to get a great full body workout. I love that there is a category to save my favorites! It would be even better if I could put them in order as I like, or even have a few different categories within my favorites. Great app! I love my WW app! Look forward to the workouts, and feel so strong and refreshed after. The demos of the exercises are really clear and easy to follow. The pace is perfect; just when I feel like I can’t do any more, the next thing is a little respite. I particularly like the longer programs. I can get a really hard, complete workout by doing two or three of the workouts back to back. I only wish I could set a few programs for myself, because when I find the perfect two or three workouts to complement each other, I have to remember which I used or make a note elsewhere for myself. FabulousI have started on this wonderful journey of eating healthier and exercising since January 2022 as I was close to being 300lbs. My back, hips, knees were hurting so bad I had to do something …. Change the way I eat and exercise more. This summer, I got down to 211 and then my knee gave out. I gained some weight back (5-6lbs) more. Frustrated as I wasn’t exercising as much. Now that it’s January 2023, I have been watching what types of activities I can do (no floor exercises). Brilliant Workout AppWas using the Yoga app for few months, doing levels i was comfortable with (excellent app). Had this one too but never used it. It has every type of workout you could possibly want and more to suit all levels and comes with 30-day programmes as well to get you in shape. I tried the beginner 7 min workout and it was doable but right intensity for a beginner. There are videos to show you how to do each exercise if you need this and they give you a ‘breather’ of half a minute till the next exercise. From quick workouts under 10 mins to 1 hour workouts, there are so many to choose from. The music is great too. You can do this anywhere and don’t necessarily need equipment. The best workout appWow. I love this app and everything about it. It is amazing that you don’t have to pay for anything I love it you just that is has so much options. Also shows you how much calories you have lost and shows you your weight and how much you have accomplished. AmazingThis app is honestly so good it’s really hard to find a simple and easy fitness app that free. This one is on another level there’s so many work out to choose from focusing on different things such as squats or cardio. There pictures to follow along with and a count down so it really feels like you have a personal trainer. The workout themselves are really easy to do and can be done in a small space inside or outside. It also has a tracking sheet so you can see when and how long you did the work out for and how many times you did them in a week for example. Extremely good app highly recommendI’ve been using this app now for over a year after the previous app I became bored off and needed to find something with variety. Well I found it with this app. It’s extremely diverse programs for all levels of fitness, together with the variety of targeting areas of the body or overall, this app has everything and just when you think you have done all the exercises they then spring an amazing update on you with entirely new and updated content so you never have time to get bored or into a routine of daily exercises. I’m addicted and use this app to workout five times a week. It’s a very easy to navigate, intuitive app that doesn’t include all the healthy diet plan stuff which i hate it’s purely exercises and I really do feel like I have a trainer in my house motivating me. Every program comes with a preview of what the exercises and timings are (they all vary) so this is great as you may find some days you just don’t have the energy levels this way you can choose to suit your mood. I can’t say enough great things! And if the people who own the app are reading this review well done on keeping me intrigued and interested! You should definitely download this!I’ve been looking for a fitness app now for a long time, and I have found it. Workout for women is a great app which gives you a variety of choices for core/abs, legs, bum, arms, or a full workout. they’re also all different length workouts which is great if you only want to do a little bit every day. if you’re a very active person there are also long workouts for example a 45 minute workout which burns just over 200 calories. the app also tells you how often you exercise, and you can get information about your body by putting in your weight and height (it’s optional). lastly, it’s a really good app as you can basically do everything you need to do with out the subscription to the app, so unless you want to, you don’t have to pay for anything at all.Version: 5.3.1

Amazing appI honestly love this app so much, I’ve always strived to be healthier and fitter and this app was the kickstart I needed. I try and do a workout every day after school and with the reminders and motivational quotes I was pushed to do them. On my 5th yearThis is my 5th year with this app and I still love it. I used to only use the app with the free workouts but I decided 3 years ago to switch to the yearly plan and it is totally worth it! So much more variety or workouts and programs, it is not that expensive (something like $45, maybe $50, after tax ANNUALLY), and the exercises are all shown how to do them with the option to see a written description as well as real people doing them and not just the cartoon video. I love that this app is also targeted towards women. The exercises are very well thought out for how a woman would do them or need to do them and I just cannot say enough good things about this app. I have used it through 3 pregnancies and recoveries every time and it’s a great way to exercise with doctor approved and safe exercises while pregnant and then to help your body get back into the swing of exercising after birth. I use this app almost every day and love the reminders to work out as sometimes I forget. Even my children love to workout with me using this app because there are a few programs and specific workouts that are kid friendly. No excusesI have battled my weight for 25 years. I have tried numerous diets and fads. This has been a saving grace for me! First off, there is no excuse (in my opinion) that one can’t devote 10-20 minutes a day to themselves, we all deserve that time to ourselves. Second, this app is EASY to use and has instructional videos to help an inexperienced person. Third, it’s fun, and I could SEE a difference in my body after one week. Just what I neededI’m not great at exercising and give up too easily. Every fitness regime I’ve tried before has started out too hard, then become monotonous... and guess what, I give up. This app is completely different. I started with the Couch to Fit programme and just loved it. It started off gently and every day was a bit harder, but more importantly, different!! I finished the programme and really noticed the difference, I even took up running again and am already up to 7km... I’m now doing the 30 day weight loss programs and again am loving it. My favorite appI used to dance constantly, but once I took a gap year after HS, I realized how much dance worked my body. So once I started seeing my dancing body go away, I decided to look for apps (I don’t like going to the gym) and I came upon this one. When I tell you this is my favorite app, I’m not lying to you. This is the only exercise I’ve ever been so consistent with! I can always squeeze in my 7 minute daily workout, with the apps daily reminders reminding me to do so, and a counter of my streak of days I worked out which makes me push harder. I love how it has so many different programs to work certain parts of the body, at different speeds and levels. The music helps hype me up, and each exercise being only 30 seconds helps me not get bored and doesn’t tire me out too quickly. I recommend this app to all of my friends, and I even got a friend to download it and make up a workout routine with me. We chose 3 programs to do 3 times a week, and we help push each other to do it! It’s so easy to do 30-45 minutes of working out with this app. I got this in March during quarantine and the results are amazing and push me to keep going at it. 10/10I've had sooo much trouble forcing myself to workout in the past, but I hated my body. I would criticize myself and every little "imperfection" until i would break down crying. One day I was at my friend's house and she was showing me some apps on her phone, this app caught my eye. I ignored it for a couple of days, kept my unhealthy lifestyle of laying in bed watching movies. When I finally went to go change, I decided enough was enough. I downloaded this app and took the survey, then clicked the daily seven. I worked out in my room, it felt horrible at first, I won't lie. However I pushed myself to keep going and just finish it, that was the goal. When it was finally over, I was panting on the ground, tired as ever. The next day when I got home from school, I took all the self-control I had and repeated it. The third day I added another workout, then overtime, another, and another. I've had this app for less then a month and I've lost five pounds, just exercising around 20 minutes a day. I'm so much happier with myself. Great WorkoutsMy daughter has been bugging me to do these at 59 going on 60 well over weight lol, I’ve become complacent and lazy when it comes to exercise I have good international getting up sitting on the sofa to put a workout programme on but that was as far as I got. This past year working from home has made it worse since my job involves around 11k steps a day as a DSE Assessor. Due to lockdown my work is desk based with as much as 300 steps a days so this workout has been a treat and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. My daughter laughsat my sorry state but by the 3rd day I was progressing it is now day 10 and I’m pleased so far. Yes! Yes! Yes!I’m not usually one to write a review, but this is one of the BEST workout apps. I am not very old (not willing to say age) and not so experienced with workout apps, although I will say this app is good for any age. She’s her it’s a 10 year old or a 50 year old. You don’t have to subscribe to a thing unless you pick to. There is no login to this app. All you do is personalize it for you!! You put in how old you are, then it has a list with things like “strength” “lose weight” (much more.) It even lets you save workouts and immediately sends it to a section called favorites. This app has an avatar to show you on screen what the workout should look like if you’ve never hear of it before. It tells you when you are halfway there and one of the best things are you get to choose the music to keep you going throughout your workout!!! One of the things that is also really cool is that at the end of each and every workout is gives you a survey of faces asking if you enjoyed the workout! (going from sad to happy.) Great AppI rarely stick to the ambitious exercise goals I set myself but after this app was recommended to me I thought I’d set myself the challenge of just one short workout a day for Abs and with the help of this app I have achieved my goal and am beginning to actually get results! Helped me lose 25lbs and still using it 2 years laterI started using this app in 2020 (perfect timing) when I was 30lbs overweight. The 7 minute workouts were convenient and easy to commit to. I didn’t do them every day at first, maybe 3x a week, but over time I got really hooked on this app and built up to longer sessions. It helped ease me into lifestyle changes (frequent workouts, lots of walking, healthier food choices, etc.). No, this app won’t magically fix you or your insecurities. It’s a tool, but a great one at that. It will help you grow if you stay committed. Oh, and did I mention that it’s free? And not that annoying kind of free with pop up ads every second and “BUY OUR PREMIUM” shoved in your face. There is tons of content, FOR FREE. Best Workout App!This app is the best one I’ve come across for home workouts! I’ve tried a few and many of them will only let you access certain features, and will really push the paid versions in your face, which is off putting. Workout for Women doesn’t push their paid features, you can access the majority of the content (all the workouts and a lot of the challenges) in the app for free. The workouts are fantastic, diverse, the indicated difficulty level is accurate, and the layout of the app is perfect..Version: 5.4.10

Great app!!! Just one thingReally happy with the app!!! Great value for money, my progress is amazing, new updated workouts very often and everything is done with the minimum equipment and in my own space and time!!! Loving it!!!! I just wanted to address one thing I realize lately and it can be quite frustrating. It seems that, some random exercises that they are more suitable for pregnant or obese individuals keep appearing in almost every program. That can cause issues, as the needs are completely different for someone that’s not in any of the situation above. For me personally, I find that they ruin my momentum, as they are not challenging and they can be a waste of time in my, otherwise, intense program. This app is amazing !!!As a teenager it’s tough seeing a bunch of girls with perfect bodies! And there is so much pressure for girls to have one! I started to find myself less confident going through middle school especially when people really care about this stuff! I have always been an active person I play sports almost year round, but even with that I noticed that I would start looking in the mirror and judging myself. BEST WORKOUT APP EVER!I’m def’s the type to pay for a gym membership I never use, my PT sessions never work for me or isn’t right (Generic Exercises that cater to everyone as opposed to being focused on me). Best Workout App Ever!I've downloaded several workout apps that I ended up deleting since the workout in those isn't just for me (and to be honest, i'm too lazy). Great for couch potato beginners!I hate exercise. And when I say I hate it, I will recoil at the sight of a gym or health spa. The very thought of doing more exercise than walking to and from the fridge sends me into a foul humour. This app, however, had worked a miracle. The daily 7m exercise is just enough work to motivate me and make me feel pumped and activate my chocolate covered adrenaline gland. I often end up doing the daily 7 and then another workout straight after. A LOT to doThere are quite a few apps like this one, but the reason I like this one so much is because there’s so much you can do and it’s great for beginners all the way up to advanced so it can really stay with you throughout your workout journey and even though it’s called workout for women anyone can do the exercises. I like how so much is free and you can still get a lot out of the app without paying for stuff. The set up is also really gorgeous with the daily quote as you open the app. The setup just motivates me more to exercise. The daily seven is really good because even though it’s seven minutes at default, you can change it to repeat so you can have a longer workout. And it’s a different exercise every. single. day. so you don’t get bored with repeated exercises. Free Fitness ProgrammesThis app is outstanding -It has more free content than any other in the App Store and the purchase price of the pro features are incredibly low and complete value for money. The app has really motivated me to work out (I also like to see the daily workout streak in the app, along with how many minutes I’ve worked out for and the total estimated calories burned, not just per workout but since I have been using the app) I am holding out buying the pro features as I would really like to see meal planning added before I purchase.
