✗ One big problemI live this app as everything you would need an a horse racing app is there. But there is not a single day that goes by they I open the app, it turns blue, and will not open up. Every single day I have to delete the app and download it again. Some days it is two or three times I have to do it. I tried to sign up and I put in all my personal information INCLUDING my social, all to be told that I have to call to be able to create an account. I call and the guy over the phone tells me that I have to fill out forms send out my ID mail everything and still can’t even place a bet. What a waste of my time! Then I kindly ask him to delete me completely out of their system he tells me it takes a while and that all he can do is put in a request. I feel violated of my private information.
