Amazing way to tune into your true hunger cuesA complete and thorough app that provides us with thought provoking questions to help decide if we are truly hungry and, if so, what we truly want to eat for optimal nourishment. It also provides us with options if we realize we are not truly hungry. I would suggest this app for everyone!.Version: 1.0

I bought it right awayDear Dr. May, What can I say to thank you for this application of the principles in your book? I cried when I went through the mindful eating process the first time. The depth of emotion it created in me completely overwhelmed me. I purchased your book years ago at the instigation of my family physician. And, although I understood and wanted to implement the principles in my life, I have struggled with it. AmazingThis is my favorite app. It seriously works. I use it when eating most of my meals and it has really got me thinking about what I’m doing and controlling how much I eat to a satisfied level verses a full or binging level. So Worth It! Like my own personal food therapist!At its most basic level, this app walks you through how to have a healthy relationship with food by listening to your body. The app goes above and beyond by helping you find the exact root of why your relationship with food is what it is, and the app poses questions every step of the way so that you can train yourself to truly eat mindfully. I thought I knew what eating mindfully meant before I bought this app but after using it for a few days, I realize it goes much deeper and WOW already see and feel so much of an improvement!
