✓ Basic Platform But Good IdeaI haven't been using this app for that long but it is a basic layout which is easy to use. I wish it came with the actual home page that includes all the pages you follow. In regards to google "customer reviews" I really wish google would erase all FAKE Reviews. I wish they would have a verification process because competitors have become very vicious against there community and want to get ahead by hiring fake accounts to leave bad reviews. It's not fair and not right for google to allow this behavior. Google has removed a couple bad reviews for us but we need a stricter platform PLEASE & Thank You. ✓ Need to be able to remove false reviewsI really like this app but there’s trolls that will leave negative, fake and disgraceful reviews for no reason at all. As a seller I have no way of challenging these fake reviews other than leaving my own comment underneath the fake one. We need to be able to take more control. If it’s a genuine negative review then the seller will need to take that as a learning opportunity and improve the service. ✗ Can’t control what people upload to my business page/imageI like having a google business page as it allows my clients to see my work and the positive image I hope to portray of myself, my work and my clients. I provide a premium service that is client orientated and creatively inspired. But! My clients or anyone is allowed to upload ‘any’ pictures of me or anything that I would not approve of to my page that is global!!!! This is harmful to me, my business and my family. As a business I should be allowed to approve or disapprove anything that a stranger can upload to my business page with that person holding copyright! I cannot delete or edit it! This is wrong! This is my business and my livelihood that provides for my family. I should be in control, not the client. I should able to approve who puts what pictures up of me! ✗ The App is great tool, but Reviews continue to be a challenge!The App has been a great tool in keeping abreast of the traffic and mostly the reviews! I continue to be frustrated that to leave a google review, one must have a gmail account! Many folks do not have gmail, so the people that want to leave a review, who will go through the trouble of opening a gmail account are usually those very invested in being angry, typically over our company having to stand by our policies and say ‘no”, usually to a request for financial accommodation. Every biz must stick to their policies, in order to survive! It never seems to fail that it is when we must say ‘no’ that a negative google review follows, not mentioning of course that an accommodation to our financial fees had to be declined! I just think if the reviews are meant to be an honest depiction of a business, you must give open access for all to leave a review!
