✓ Feeling betterI’ve been through a very difficult situation that sometimes gives me tension. I never thought light exercise could actually fix the problem of I’m having. I’ve been using TRE for a while now and I can honestly, I feel a lot better. I mostly pick the text with video and it’s easy to follow. It doesn’t stop there. The app also gives out so many information that I desperately need. The tracking option where I can track my sleep is also very useful. I believe the amount of time I get to sleep can also show progress, and the app helps me to monitor it.
