Sell on Etsy, our app just for sellers, lets you easily manage your business on the go. Respond to customers, see your shop stats, and manage your orders.

Sell on Etsy makes it easy to:

--Save time with Snippets: Waiting in line at the post office? The Snippets feature lets you quickly respond to customers by saving your most frequent responses.

--Get the whole picture: Keep tabs on your views, visits, orders, favorites and sales history.

--Stay notified: “Cha-ching!” find out when someone purchases an item, sends you a new Convo or favorites your shop or items. (Customize your notifications in Settings).

--Manage your orders: Access open and completed orders, renew items from sold orders, mark as shipped, add private notes and send shipping notifications so buyers know when items are on the way.

--Access your listings: Create, edit, renew, and publish listings directly from the app. Use your camera to upload photos and make a listing on-the-spot. Access shop sections and item variations for quick editing. Activate and deactivate items with a tap. Who knew your phone could do all that.

✓ Love Sell on EtsyIt’s so easy to use. I’ve updated my shop listings, or marked an order as despatched from my car and answered product queries at 8pm, when people are browsing on Etsy. It means I can answer ‘urgent gift, can you ship it tomorrow with next day delivery’ type questions that result in more sales. The majority of features are available on the app, only a few need the laptop or desktop site. I also love that Etsy are continually making improvements, feeding you with seasonal ideas for your store, or improvements you can make to your listings. ✓ Great app but could use some tweakingAs a small business owner I can appreciate the simplicity of this app, it’s made keeping track of orders and making new listings very easy, however I have found it a bit frustrating when creating a new listing I will review photos and whatnot then out of habit, swipe down when I’m done viewing photos, the issue however in this case is that nothing is automatically saved and will take me back to my active listings, when I go back into my listing I had been working on I have found that all my progress has been deleted and not saved whatsoever which can be very upsetting especially when I had committed 20 minutes to writing a description + decided on pricings etc. I really do enjoy this app and this is the only issue I’ve had so to have it fixed in one way or another would be amazing!.Dee0195Version: 4.2.2

✗ Bad Bad ServiceIf you think about selling on etsy. Don’t. They will cherry pick who they want to sell on etsy. i been selling on etsy for months then all of the sudden they suspended my account with no reason and worst is never get an email. They will never email you back if you email them. Worst customer service as a seller. I compare my store to other stores and they are not suspended. I follow policies and etc. If you email them they will either give you a corporate answer that doesn’t answer your question or No respond at all. I will never support you again and will tell my family and friends, co-workers and everyone i know about my experience. I hope you find this review frustrating because i attempted to email you for many times and i didn’t get any respond. What much worst is you don’t let me sell on your platform and will automatically suspend if i create a new account but you let other sellers to sell things that are the same products as mine..NormanQuizonVersion: 3.53

✗ Unsatisfied sellerEtsy suspended my account without notifying me with a valid reason. When I attempted to contact them via email, I was told to wait 24 hours for a response… that was three weeks ago. Etsy does not reply to seller complaints. They also removed the option to call them and get direct help from a human. Now I have money sitting in a suspended Etsy account that I cannot withdraw and no one reaching back out to me to solve the issue. Very dissatisfied with Etsy’s lack of consideration for its selllers. One would assume that with the amount of fees they charge you for doing anything on here, they would have enough funds for a live chat. **UPDATE** After my issue with a suspended account was resolved (…a month later) I now have a NEW issue with etsy. Funds for two of my orders have disappeared from my reserve account AND never showed up in my bank account. When I tried to reach out to Etsy, they sent me an automated pre typed message and told me if I had further issues, to reply to their email. So that’s what I did.
