✓ You either love it or hate it...I personally don’t like the game that much you would only really like it if you buy energy and stuff. I was playing the games one day for about 10 minutes and I came off it for about an hour to wait for the energy bar to fill up because without them you basically can’t to anything on the game. I think that there is too many tasks to complete and it takes ages to get famous (like a b lister) it took me almost a year. I deleted the game as I started to notice it wasn’t worth it! ✓ Well...I got this game/app as a fun way to pass time, only I’m now finding more problems than expected. I’m not too far in, so my energy doesn’t take too long to fill up, but from what I’ve read on here, I shouldn’t expect that to last long. It’s also way too easy to lose fans, since my life can’t revolve around this game, while doing events since I do still need to wait on energy to do anything and this usually means I don’t end up with a lot of stars when the event is over, apparently another thing I have to look forward to later. Something I have already learned though, and is the one BIG thing that turns me off from this game, is that to buy really anything (such as hair, clothes, make-up, etc.) you need K stars, and lots of them. Of course K stars are rare to come by, unless you buy them, which I’m not about to waste a good amount of my money on this game just to get K stars. To end this review, the game could be much approved on in some kind of update. Find a way to improve on energy in some kind of way, to get more K stars we can watch special ads or transfer the game money to K stars. Also everything cost crazy amounts of K-stars and you can watch videos to earn some but some K-stars or download and complete certain tasks linked to the game (like partnerships) i have tried multiple times to do the partnership things instead of spending a ton of time watching ads or spending insane amounts of money on K-stars and on each occasion that I have tried to use the partnership feature which offers you different amounts of k-stars for each thing (example: download *certain brand* of solitaire and win a game earn 8 K-stars) I have completed some of the tasks and never get any K-stars for completing the task I am at a point where I can barely do anything without K-stars but I am not willing to spend tons of money on them I would love for this feature to be fixed to make my game experience more enjoyable. ✓ To many tasks so little energyDon’t get me wrong I really enjoy this game but there are a few things that I would suggest changing! The sheer amount of tasks that I try to complete it ridiculous! I currently have 30 tasks that I can’t make my way through because every time i complete one Simon rings again to add another one on! Maybe just have 3 going at once then when completing one add another but just keep it at 3! Also having to wait a few hours for the energy to refill too it’s quite time consuming making completing those 30 task even longer and harder! ✓ Loved at firstThis game was so enjoyable at the start. Yes it isn’t very realistic that you run into Kim k but it’s a game. I was enjoying it at the start, buying outfits and doing different gigs. But the annoying thing is that any sort of gig you do you have to get atleast 4 stars otherwise you will loose fans. I’ve also played stardom and it’s exactly the same. Most games that have energy bars usually use them as a way of speeding up the process. But in this game you have to keep clicking buttons and getting stars. I don’t understand why can’t the energy just be a tool for a faster process? For example the sims mobile, you do an event and then there’s a little bar that has to be filled by actions. You also use energy for those actions and get stars in return to fill up the bar, but if you don’t the event still completes as it would it just takes the full amount of time. Meaning someone else put in the time to get infinite K stars, energy, and money and then sold it to me (and hundreds of others). Regardless, this account was what made this game worth playing. (Obviously I have K stars to spare so I end up just spending 600 or so total so I can have the whole Kollection.) I tap the “Play Now” button and nothing happens at all. ✓ Going downhill...I’ve played this game off and on since I was in 7th grade. I’m in college now. The most recent time I downloaded the game, I ran into a problem I’ve never ran into before. Back when I’d originally played the game, there used to be about 5 or 6 tasks to do at a time, perfectly manageable. Now I have over 20 tasks at a time, and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t have certain things I’m supposed to at my level, like partnerships, because I don’t remember what event I’m supposed to do to lead me to it and there are 20 of them to do with new ones popping up each time I finish one. I’m on A list and I still have D list events because I didn’t realize I still had those to do, and they don’t order by when you got them. Also, DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THE GAME. It’s not hard to get k stars now that they have the ads you can watch, although I wish there wasn’t a limit on how many you could watch at a time. And you can get enough energy to finish 8 hour events all at once by traveling around tapping on fire hydrants, birds, etc. If you have the patience to do that for a while, you can easily make it from the bottom of B list to A list in one day (just did that!) by doing multiple events in a row without waiting for your energy to refill. ✓ UpdateThe new update won’t give me the option to watch ads for free k-stars and I don’t like it!!! How do you un-update???? Plus there is waaaaay more that could be added to make your relationship more interesting. I have lots of ideas for this game but it’s early in the morning and I’m still half asleep so I will write them down later but just give me my k-stars back or give them out more in missions. ✓ Disappointing!I originally downloaded this game when it was first released! It was a great game. But unfortunately it’s been ruined by the money making goblins! Gameplay has been completely ruined by CONTINUOUS ad pop ups (no option to end ANY ads early-and nothing gained from watching forced ads, no money, energy or k stars) it’s CONSTANT! I wouldn’t feel so disheartened if I at least benefitted in some way from watching them. Next is the excessive cost of hairstyles! Make sure you have a lot of real money to hand because without it you won’t get far. EVERYTHING costs a large sum of k stars (you rarely gain any and when you do it’s 1 star here or there) OR in access of 1,000 when you’re not far into gameplay. I need to save for a home but can’t because I have to keep using all my money for task ‘bonus’ in clothing. Travel cost again is ridiculous! I have 15 open tasks to do with most taking 8 hours so the game only fills 4/5mins of time then you have to wait a good hour or so for another 5 mins of play. ✓ Very costlyI struggle with this game. A lot. Not that I’m bad at it (how bad could one person even be at a game this simple?), but it’s very difficult to make progress when you can only get small crumbs here and there to help you progress. The game expects you to have a diverse amount of clothing and to network efficiently, but the majority of these options cost insane amounts of K-Stars, which are given out even less than arrests for jaywalking. You have to drop some serious cash for this game to make good progress. And even though energy restores fairly quickly, the events are super short (sometimes as short as an hour). If you’re someone who is busy for multiple hours at a time like me, you can very easily get the door shut on your event before completely finishing it, which means the results come out poor and you lose fans. You literally have to schedule your daily life around the events in this game to make sure you have time to complete them. And you can only complete one or two events at a time before your energy runs out and you have to wait for it to completely recharge or slug through an event at intervals to finish it as your energy trickles in. I think this game is worth it if you have money to blow, and I defintely enjoy it, but the in-game items are so crazy expensive that it’s almost not worth the temptation to shell out real money to get them..TDIBattlerVersion: 8.0.2

✓ Glu developers unpleasant to deal with, don’t fix issuesContacted Glu about an issue with the game and they sent me a generic answer saying they could not do anything about it. They clearly have no idea about the game given their response. I hope someone who cares actually reads this, not Glu’s trained monkeys, and takes appropriate action. Game was fun to start with, then Kim comes along and keeps giving you long assignments for very little reward. She also drags you into mindless drama. ✓ Money hungryI get that apps need to make money but the last few updates involving diamonds and the last update alone was some of the most blatant money grubbing garbage I’ve ever seen. I’m honestly disgusted. I was a longtime player who (and I’m not not exaggerating) has probably put about a grand or more towards this game since it first came out. ✓ TOO MANY TASKS and so little timeI have about 47 tasks waiting to be done & you have to wait a long time to get more energy which once it refills it’s not enough to finish one task! Every time I’m in the middle of a task I get several calls one after another giving me another task! And after they finally stop it’s added 10+ more tasks to the amount of tasks I had ready to do It doesn’t give us enough time to finish a task so tasks end up building up and you end up deleting the game because it’s stressful!! I suggest that there should be a limit on how many tasks you get set like 10 tasks and you have to complete the 10 tasks to unlock another 10 that way everyone has enough time to actually do the tasks and wait for more energy to do the other to prevent them building up almost 50 tasks to do otherwise it’s going to take forever!! ✓ Bad customer serviceI downloaded the game and loved it, I accidentally purchased an item and then looked at my bank account and saw that they have taken double the amount out, the customer support is rubbish the send me the same message or a similar message each time I contact them and keep asking for proof that I sent them over 4 times. They finally saw that they had taken double the amount out and said another receipt should come though it never did and I didn’t give permission for the second payment. I feel like they have scammed me and keep saying it’s my fault when there app has glitched and taken the money. ✓ I enjoy this game BUT....With all the money that I have spent on this game you’d think there would be more benefits. It should be easier to get energy. I have earned several homes but the only benefit is if i can afford to buy a pet that might get me an energy boost. I think more can be done on the developers part to make it worth playing. I know it’s noticed when we stop playing because when I’ve taken a hiatus, upon my return, you give all kinds of bonuses. You already know fans will pay. Since this is true make it worth our wild to spend our hard earned money. Make more items in the homes (that I actually pay for!) give me a bonus. ✓ Totally loving this!! But hate the adverts!!I'm really surprised at how good this game is. I didn't have high hopes for it but it's so addictive. I love that I can style my character (even down to the colour of her eyeshadow, lipstick and nails!!) and that I can shape her path to becoming an A-Lister. I would give the game 5 stars but I marked it down to 4 simply because the energy runs out sooo quickly and although it's only a 5 min wait to get 1 energy back you have to wait a while to get full energy and even then it only goes up to 21 (although I think you get more energy as you level up). Also you don't get enough K stars and a lot of the items of clothing and hair styles are for a high amount of K stars which you have to buy from the store. Otherwise...great game. It's a massive thumbs up from me. Marking this down one to three stars now because the game now has ads which is very disruptive to game play. ✓ UnreasonableI’ve had this game for about a month or so and I have had it with this game! Clothes are over priced, it’s like 12K for an ugly shirt, and when I go to buy money it’s like ridiculous amounts of money you have to pay. It’s like £100 for 1000 Kim stars, (or something like that) and that isn’t even enough for how expensive everything is. Another thing is, I pay 20 KIM stars for a competition, and I win a tiny watch. The game is hardly playable when there is missions thrown at you left right and centre and I can never get through the game. I’m never given enough energy to preform activities so I just have to ditch them, not to mention that I’ve been on the game for a month and I’m only level 8. There isn’t really much good about this game and I’m extremely annoyed. ✓ In a love - hate relationship with the KKH Game!The game is amazing! The clothes, the celebrities, the houses, pets, transportation etc. I have to say I‘m addicted to these game. I love almost every about.. Yes I said ALMOST. What i dislike about is the lack of stories sometimes.. for example i was on level 35 and was not getting any calls for anyone ( just simons hourly calls) so I thought the next level would have some more goals.. so i became a vip which got me one extra story and made it to level 36. ✓ Poor customer supportStaring Sunday night, following the recent update, my game has begun to crash during the loading screen. I have contacted app support on two separate occasions, regarding the same issue, I have receive two disappointing responses. The first response told me to “try turning it on and off again” in true IT manner, which obviously didn’t work, and was one of the things that I had tried before actually contacting support (this information is also displayed on their website under troubleshooting issues). The second response that I received, after sending a video of the issue, screenshots of my internet connection, current version of the game, and device make and model, was “your device is too old, buy a new one”. This is obviously not true, as I have seen the app working on older models, and the app has worked for over one and a half years on this device. It is disappointing that this is the response received after putting time and money into such a game. ✓ Lost game progress and No goalsFirstly I lost all my game progress when I switched devices and the Glu team did NOTHING after over a month of emails back and forth. I had to start all over again - lost all my clothes, kstars, coins. Really disappointing as I had been playing for a couple years. ✓ Not good :( Not bad :)The thing is it’s amazing also I have normally a lot of money the thing is for accessories and hair, makeup and clothes some cost money (that’s fine) but a lot of stuff cost the K stars and those are hard to get it you have to pay Whitchurch isn’t a great option also you have to use Energy bar things and use them for every thing and some are just one others are eight or more if you sleep overnight it goes to the maximum of twenty energy bars otherwise if you need more you have to wait five minutes for ONE it’s still long if you have three eights and the time limit is forty five minutes your time is off because it would be one hour twenty minutes so you “lose” the mission other than that it’s very fun I’m on it 24/7 so I recommend if you have time free to go one it DO NOT PLAY DURING WORK !!!!!!
