You must have an active Fongo Works account (created at www.fongoworks.com) to use this app.

Identify Incoming Calls
• Visually decipher between personal calls and business calls

Caller ID Options
• Call-out publicly from any of your business’s phone numbers, or privately.

Message Team Members
• Use the instant messaging feature for internal chats with your team

View Call History
• See past calls you answered, and calls you missed

Conference Calls
• Instantly enter your system’s conference calling service

Check Voicemail
• Listen to your extension’s voicemails or share them via email, all within the app

Note: The login credentials to sign into the Fongo Works mobile app are not the same as the credentials used to sign in to your online dashboard.
Have your Fongo Works group manager activate the app on the Fongo Works management dashboard to get your Fongo Works app login credentials.

• Supported devices: iPhone (iOS 12.0+), iPod touch (iOS 12.0+), iPad (iOS 12.0+) or Apple Silicon Mac (MacOS 11.0+)
• To use the Fongo Works for Business app, you must have an active internet connection (cellular data, WiFi, or wired). If your data signal strength is weak or your connection speed is slow, this app may not function properly.
• Ensure that your WiFi network or cellular carrier supports VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) traffic.
• If you disable notifications, you will not receive incoming calls.

✓ Awesome service!Fongo Works is perfect for a new business or start-up. I have been using their services for a few months with zero issues. The virtual assistant and voicemail features are truly amazing. My only recommendation would be to add txt msg support. You cannot receive txt msgs at all and as a new business, i might be missing out on potential sales if i cannot see incoming txts. Please add an option to see incoming msgs at a minimum! ✗ Doesn’t seem to workI created an account on my computer, when I completed all steps nothing happened. I tried logging in repeatedly but without success. I then downloaded the app and tried logging in repeatedly but still nothing. Was very excited to try this, now feel like I wasted hours..JPD-KVersion: 3.11.7

✗ No SMS with external numbersI test drove Fongo Works as I have a Fongo number that I use frequently for personal use. I thought that it would be similar. I need texting for my company, but it’s only available intra-office. Meaning only between staff members. There’s also no ability to call and go directly to a live person (at least I couldn’t find it.) I’m sad that I can’t choose Fongo based solely on not having SMS ability. I had to look elsewhere to have my 1-800 number supported with texting ability. I hope Fongo adds texting from anywhere soon as it’s a key feature of my company’s phone line. Otherwise, it’s a functional app that has some security features built into it, such as verifying an app rather than logging into it for the first time..BixlabithiaVersion: 3.10.17
