✓ Awesome service!Fongo Works is perfect for a new business or start-up. I have been using their services for a few months with zero issues. The virtual assistant and voicemail features are truly amazing. My only recommendation would be to add txt msg support. You cannot receive txt msgs at all and as a new business, i might be missing out on potential sales if i cannot see incoming txts. Please add an option to see incoming msgs at a minimum! Then I played around with incoming calls and I love the ability to transfer to another line from within the app. It’s free and genius! Thank you FONGO!!!!
