✓ Videos don’t work - buy the bookIt’s been all this year that the videos haven’t worked in the app. So you get none of the weekly inspirational coaching to help you though. Which tbh was the point of the app for me rather than the book. JV seems to be very evangelical about the psychology and inspiration of the coaching part of the books and apps - urging you never to skip this part of the plan and not to “just follow the instructions” as you’re more likely to give up. So it’s not really on to expect us to wait this long for it to be fixed..Version: 5.1.0

✓ Needs DAILY shopping list!!!!Since fruits and vegetables are better fresh, I buy them daily. The other juicing apps from the same author have daily shopping lists and that works great for me. I miss that feature on this app which only produces a weekly shopping list. PLEASE FIX THAT!!!! Also, there is the need for a little bit more variety in the juices, there are so many options out there but during the 28 days this app gets .... Boring. I have been including other recipes -equally healthy- from other sources just to spicy it up and keep me motivated. ✓ Not as user friendly as the othersI have all the juicemaster apps and was looking forward to this one. I haven't started the plan yet but am disappointed you can only view a weekly shopping list, on the others you can shop for a day or selected days, I don't want to do a full week's shop all the time. Also, no handy tick list to use whilst shopping to tick off what you have got. Lastly, thinks it's a little misleading not to point out that there are just 2 weeks of recipe combinations and these are repeated to make up 4 weeks. ✓ Made me feel really ill.The 'watch this before you start' video makes it clear you are going to need at least two doctors' appointments if you do this. You have to try and book two Monday appointments at that. That is not just a disclaimer. You really should book a doctors appointment in advance like it tells you to. Then he tells you some of the juices will mess up your medication but does not say which ones (I was not on medication until I tried this so I was not that worried). Essentially its just a low residue diet but it seems to have been put together without much knowledge of human physiology, dietetics or pharmacology for that matter. Note to self... Always beware of people that start a sentence " I'm not a doctor but...". This is a fashionable diet idea but it's been put together in a way that can lead to abdominal pain, diarrhoea and terrible terrible wind and heartburn. Not the best £4.99 I spent on the App Store!.Version: 2.0

✓ Please fix the video guidesApp is great with recipes and written guides but please get the video guides sorted as these really are an important feature of this app. I don’t particularly want to have to go back and read passages in the book for motivation and inspiration when it is in the palm of my hand at any time, if it worked. ✓ Don't waste your moneyThis is not a great app. It is basically just a 'brochure' It doesn't use any of the native functionality of the phone/iPad. I'm not sure why an app was created (other than the obvious selling opportunity). I found some of it hard to read as one of the fonts is very fine and the contrast isn't great. ✓ Changes Are TerribleThis app was AMAZING! Then the user interface was changed, and it’s horrible. So difficult to navigate; far to rigid now. Compatibility issue with IOS6 - Recipe Photos do not load on IOS6 on a 3gs, but they do load on my iphone 4 with iOS7. 3. Frustration level, 10 out of 10 with an app that should be supporting users to do this program and making it easier to use. We saw it used on iPad before buying and seems better presentation than on iPhone. The app is also great, super convenient to be able to have a ready-made shopping list. However I think the list should be double-checked, because when we went shopping for Week 2, the auto-generated list included cauliflower when none of the recipes from that week called for it.
