✓ Doesn’t workI signed up for one week to watch my grand kids games. The app frequently locks up and the screen goes blank. This happens every two minutes and lasts from 10 seconds to one minute or more. You can’t see a scoreboard so it is extremely hard to follow a game. You have a single camera over home plate. That’s it. Very frustrating app. I want to give it a zero and can’t. App often locks and says you don’t have fast internet when I have ultra fast internet and routers. After locking up if it does come back it will rewind half an hour. What a scam..Version: 3.09
✓ UnreliableIt’s great to have this solution set up at my daughter’s volleyball club but it seems that 50% of the time, the camera feed skips or stops working altogether. In the 3 months or so that we’ve had this app, they’ve refunded me at least twice because of these issues. It’s nice to get my money back but nothing can replace the moments that were never captured. Also, support is very slow. They rely on email support, which often doesn’t respond until one or two days later. Problems usually aren’t resolved for a couple days. When you’re wanting a real-time video solution to watch those moments that COVID won’t allow you to be there for, you want real-time support as well. Live video stops about every two minutes to recycle streaming, which is quite annoying. Once recorded, those two minute delays don’t show, but in real time, it’s extremely annoying. I find myself wishing our club chose a different vendor..Version: 3.09
✓ Doesn't archive entire gamePurchased the 7 day pass to save some of my sons highlights only to go back and review game to find that none of the moments I wanted to save were recorded. ✓ Payment isn’t secure!This is all well and good if it wasn’t putting me at risk for data theft. I dealt with the lagging video even on high speed, and found the image to be good quality, but I stopped watching when I realized I couldn’t even pay for the pass on the app OR ONLINE in a secure way. Their site has a big “not secure” red exclamation point no matter which browser I use. Thanks for nothing. Baseball with a side of credit card theft? No chance I’m taking that risk. ✓ Worst ServiceIt is a crime that these people are selling this service. To begin it doesn’t work. Most of the videos I’ve tried to access are NOT viewable due to some technical error. There is no posted phone number to call them on so you have write customer support and they don’t get back to you. My son made the most amazing play that I wanted to capture and save. I know the system recorded the game because I was able to access it during the game. When I got home and sat down to save the clip the video feed is not accessible. SERIOUSLY????? What’s the point of capturing memories if you can’t access the recorded video???? What’s the point of having support service if they don’t get back to you??? Save your money, these people don’t appreciate the role they took on by creating this service and in the end just leave you extremely disappointed. Total RIP OFF!!!!.Version: 3.09
✓ Don't waste your moneyI was so excited to use this app after returning from Diamond Nation where my daughter played in an awesome 11 inning game. I purchased a 7 day pass to watch the game and it would never load. I was able to see other events, just not the one I wanted to watch, so I knew it was not my device. I emailed them and someone replied that they would check on it and get back to me. After two weeks and numerous emails to them, still no reply. Not even an offer to refund my money. Great idea, but obviously no customer service or regards for their customers..Version: 3.09

✓ Will never use againWe first used this app when our oldest grandson played in a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park in Charleston in June 2018. Quality of feed was very poor, but we were able to watch all of his games. On October 13, 2018, our youngest grandson played in a weekend tournament at Shipyard Park. We were able to watch the games on Saturday. Feed kept reloading and it was difficult to watch. If it wasn't for our Gamechanger app we wouldn't have known what was happening. And then on Sunday, the camera wasn't even on. I have emailed twice with no response. On their website, they claim to be very responsive, but unfortunately for us, that is not true. ✓ Won’t return money-absolute scam.Downloaded the app and it worked fine. Have been charged monthly for over a year and there is no way to cancel. No phone number, nothing. Very shady customer service as they won’t help you at all with canceling. Going to put a hold on my credit card so I stop getting charged. ✓ So disappointedI bought the monthly pass used it once the night I bought the pass went to use it tonight for the second time, and it tells me there’s no live feed at the venue!! I tried every field.... I then called the venue and they said it’s an app issue and he said it’s happens to him and to go call or go online to chat. I googled, went all over the website and there is not a phone number or a chat anywhere!!! I’m so aggravated!! Never again and I’ll also be telling our entire travel team and every travel team that we play not to use this app!.Version: 3.09
✓ Excellent concept, mediocre executionThe concept is great and I wouldn't mind the cost....if it worked consistently. Some games were flawlessly recorded allowing me to go back and capture highlights of big plays. Other games skip innings, aren't recorded to completion, or weren't recorded at all. Sent two emails to 'support' for help/insight but they weren't very supportive. No one ever responded. It's a shame. This is a great idea..Version: 3.09

✓ Cameras off prematurely before tournament endsCameras are turned off at semifinals and finals before the tournament actually ends. This has happened at more than one tournament. I don’t know if this an app issue or an issue at the location where the field staff want to start winding down before the tournament is over (Tyger River Park in Duncan, South Carolina). This is the only way I get to see my daughter play many times. I will not be a regular customer until this issue is fixed. Why would I want to pay a full monthly amount to get to see a partial tournament? I should be able to see the entire tournament..Version: 3.09
✓ DisappointingYou promote this for families/friends to view from afar if they’re unable to make these events/tournaments yet you only provide an HOUR of free viewing. A game -at any level- lasts longer than that! At least provide one FULL game -if you must charge after that at all!!! Its like watching a stop action movie with lengthy pauses -doesn’t work all around. Shoddy If your kid is in a one time tournament -then start your fee trial at the absolute beginning of the game. ✓ UpsetI paid my trial 12 or 13 after taxes and tried to log back in and it keep telling me my password was not correct! I asked for an email to update because I KNOW my password but cold not log in. Well I NEVER got the email and had to create another account for my husband just so we could watch my grandson! After this weekend I will not use again! ✓ Terrible streamingThis is the worst app for streaming! I can’t believe I fell for it again! Complete waste of money. Then while watching the skippy, jumpy feed it stops at 7PM during our game. All the feeds went down. The games last longer than 7PM people! If only I could get in touch with someone about this issue. ✓ Steaming pile of garbageThis app needs a zero stars selection. What a complete pile of garbage. With current technology you should be able to stream seamlessly when in the presence of quality Wi-Fi. ✓ Super inconsistentWhen trying to watch full screen it constantly refreshes and cuts the stream off momentarily then today all of the streams went down. ✓ Customer ServiceThere are a lot of negative reviews on this app and many of them have some valid complaints. I also had several issues of my own, but instead of focusing on those, I just want to offer the developer a positive review for their awesome customer service. With my game scheduled to start at 11:15AM, I contacted the app early AM through email contact. I did not expect a reply on the weekend, but to my surprise someone emailed me back and worked tirelessly and without complaint to help me work through the technical issues I was having. She did just about everything possible to get me registered, logged in, and up and running, despite all the problems we encountered. And when I still could not consistently watch the game, she refunded my money. I was impressed by her professionalism and her calmness. My experiences with the app itself were not the best they could have been, but the customer service agent I worked with this morning was superb and deserves the props. I would give her 5 stars for her time, efforts, and professionalism. I will definitely try this app again based on her alone..Version: 3.09
✓ Continuous Buffering & Live Feed Not workingI paid for a membership so we can watch my daughter’s volleyball team play when we cannot be at a game in person. It’s horrible! The live feed will completely cut out and when I refresh I watch the same plays over and over. Also when it is actually playing it continuously buffers. Then it completely stops recording in the middle of the game and says there is nothing live to see. Very frustrating! I’d like to be refunded as I do not think this is going to get any better anytime soon and won’t be able to watch live. Both seasons, I found all too often that the microphones didn’t work or the cameras didn’t work on the field he was playing at. Each time I was finished with the season and wanted to cancel my monthly subscription I have found that it is nearly impossible to cancel. The instructions they give you take you to dead ends and nobody seems to be able to fix it. I’m currently in a month long battle to try to cancel the subscription that I have not used since August, 3 1/2 months ago. I’ve tried canceling through iTunes following The instructions and it is a dead end. I’ve tried to cancel through the app itself and where they told me a cancel button should be there is none.
