โ Just a few suggestions ๐I really like this app, and I think youโve done a pretty good job of adding diversity, but itโd be great if you added height options. I also think that you should add more clothing options to the mix nโ match like the Adidas clothes and the NHL shirts so that you can choose your pants to go with it. I think that more hairstyles and options for non binary people would be cool. Color wheels instead of charts for hair and skin too :). Add piercings and more freckle and birthmark options. โ Itโs good but...The app is really good and I love the way it syncs to your snapchat. The characters you can create are really good, however the hairstyles are still somewhat limited. I love the new update with the wider variety of hair, but they donโt have many for tied up hair. I am a fan of having braids in my hair, if it be dutch plaits, french or basic plaits. I wear them frequently but on the app they donโt have the option to have those hairstyles. It would be a much better app if it had more tied up hairstyles so everyone can find at least like two hairstyles to suit them, when currently I have used the same hairstyle for the past year and a half. Even though I change it up half the time, my bitmoji does not show this. There arenโt that many clothes but what is there are amaizng and overall donโt have many complaints about it. I love the app but the hairstyles arenโt that diverse in the different styles. I would definitely get the app, but I would appreciate it if this could be taken into account. Thanks :).Version: 10.61

โ Gender non conformityThis is less a review and more a suggestion. I'm 100% the kind of person that deleted and re-downloads this app to change their Bitmoji. I'm also a the kind of person who doesn't want to be confined to a masculine or a feminine figure. This is just my humble queer opinion, take it if you want. โ More options are necessaryI enjoy customizing my Bitmoji avatar on snap pretty often, but there are a lot of improvements I think would make the app better. For starters, I have curly hair and none of the curly hair options look similar to mine, and honestly, the only curly hair options arenโt very pretty, so i think more should be added. The other option that should be added with the hair, is the option to tuck the hair behind your back. There are a lot of clothing tops that just donโt look as nice with hair covering the shoulders, which is why you should have the ability to tuck hair behind the back. Next, there should definitely be more body types and shapes, six options is not enough. Fortunately for me, there is an option that matches my body type, but I know itโs not the same case for everyone, so more body kinds should be available. A category I think should be added is jewelry other than piercings. For example necklaces, bracelets, maybe even anklets or other jewelry. I often wear jewelry and I find it annoying that there is no jewelry on Bitmoji. Finally, the last items I feel should be added are AirPods and a new pair of sweatpants. I love wearing sweatpants and want to add them to my Bitmoji but I hate all the current options. I think that another sweatpants option should be added thats high-waisted and goes over the shoes like the baggy jeans option..Version: 11.79

โ Why are we forced to gender our bitmoji?I like bitmoji a lot, you can make yourself or how you wish to be. however, i have a problem with it. im not a big fan of having to choose the gender of my bitmoji. my bitmoji shouldnโt be limited to female and male. if i chose the female bitmoji, it would give me a chest even if i chose to not have one. the male bitmoji is awkward and doesnโt match with me, so i have no choice but to go with the female one. having a non-gendered bitmoji would make this so much easier. if snapchat really was an ally to the lgbtq+ community, they would think about non-binary people, agender people, and others who donโt think of themselves as male or female. hereโs an idea to get rid of the gendered bitmoji: just combine all of the choices into one. for example, instead of seeing male and female when you first make it, it could just be โmake your bitmojiโ with a blank person. all of the previous options could be on it. my biggest issue is the chest, though. i chose to go with the flattest chest, but it still gives me a chest with a shadow. it makes me uncomfortable because itโs not me and itโs not what i want to have. i enjoy making myself a lot, so i hope you can understand and take my suggestions! :).Version: 11.39

I hoped with the deluxe upgrade you would remedy this travesty but weโre already halfway through 2019 and from the chin down your Bitmoji editor is still failing to account for the majority of the population. You have 4 super skinny options and one โplus-sizeโ that could be mistaken for pregnant instead. As a large framed, hourglass shaped woman I find this incredibly disheartening. There are twenty different options for noses, chins, even ears, but when you finally get to body size you get 5?!? Iโm sure itโs more difficult to create clothing options for every size you offer, but I know Iโm not alone in wishing my Bitmoji avatar reflected more of my real life curvyness. Read any womenโs magazine today youโll be sure to find an article discussing how to dress for all the different body shapes. โ Good app but a few problemsThis is a really good app but there are some problems. First off, there should be a non binary option. A lot of people are non binary and shouldnโt have to feel uncomfortable over picking the gender. They should be able to pick who they are even if they are not female nor male. Second, there should be more of a variety in body shape, chest size and facial features. A idea could be to have customizable or just a larger variety of torsos, lips, heights, chests and so on. Not all shoulders are the same width as the hips. And some people have more defined noses and lips that others. You should be able to make your Bitmoji body fit your body type. Lastly, it would be great if this app was more child friendly. Children shouldnโt have to delete this fun app because of all the cussing and other adult content. A solution could be a setting where these stickers will be removed from their device and maybe even replaced with different ones. โ Non compliant data privacy practices, discriminatory removal of featuresVery disappointed after nearly a decade of use this app and itโs customer support is so callous. I had been using Friendmoji to text friends for years and all of a sudden after I updated my avatar using one of their new photo features, Friendmoji is gone PERMANENTLY. I have contacted customer support and the answer I received is essentially too bad. Their specific advice was only accounts which include a phone number can have this feature and their is no longer a way to add your phone number in the current iOS version. However I NEVER deleted my phone number or the app at any point. I updated my avatar. As a CA resident I would like know where my data went since customer service says they donโt have my number. I got one response that says that in the middle of using Snapchat I can throw in Friendmoji which is completely unhelpful as Iโve been using it to text for years. I got crickets after that. Itโs messed up to have feature that Bitmoji selectively and randomly take away from some users and not others with no objective warning or reasoning and nothing to do with OS phone model etc. Iโve update my avatar before and that did not happen. โ A good app but could be improvedThis app is fun to use if you enjoy making avatars of yourself but as someone who canโt make a bitmoji that actually looks like themselves I notice a lot of missing options for character customization. Things like the lack of curly hair and the barely enough set skin tone options can be bothersome if you want to make a character that looks like you. Back when bitstrips was still a thing I believe I remember the option to choose a wheelchair, which was really nice but itโs gone now in bitmoji. Thereโs a lot of physical features that could be added but something as big as the hair you have can be a make or break for some peopleโs avatars. Besides the customization features, every time I install the app, I seem to get more ads on my browsers and the bitmoji keyboard always sets itself to the default keyboard, which most of the time, causes whatever app Iโm using to crash. I donโt really understand why we have to grant bitmoji full permission to use the keyboard either. Despite all of the flaws, itโs definitely a fun app to use with friends, but it absolutely has room for improvement..Version: 10.64

โ WarningWarning read policy agreement the app is nice if you decide to get it after what I say set everything up after itโs set up turn key board off and camera off. Because if you turn keyboard on they can steal everything you have in your phone then they sell that information. Hereโs some of the things they give to other people. Your birthday, the picture they take of you, your email, contacts, they look at what apps you got on your phone, they even go in settings to see about your battery, so that means they go snooping in your settings, plus everything you type on your phone they sell to other people and who you text to people. They get your serial numbers off your phone, credit cards, passwords when you sign in. So pretty much everything in your phone they take all that information to sell to other people. Just so we can send pictures in our text. Plus they even go threw your photos and steal them too. This is no joke read the policy agreement itโs all in there what they want.
