✓ Reset my brothers progress and stole his moneyMy brother purchased a $10 gem pack to purchase Devastator a few months ago. He played for a while just fine, then he updated his game a few days ago. To make a long story short, his progress was reset and he lost Devastator, who he paid ten dollars to buy. After looking around on the support page for Angry Birds Transformers, we found a post that basically says that there’s no way for them to restore his countless hours of progress he sunk into the game unless he linked his account to Facebook. This is ridiculous seeing as how the game is targeted for young children like my brother who doesn’t have any social media. Even more infuriating is the fact I attempted many times to no avail to log into Facebook on my account (my progress was not deleted) and give him my account. I was met with nothing but errors even though I have a legitimate Facebook and of course there is no helpful information in their support tab on how to fix this issue. Currently trying to get ahold of customer support to see if they can at least refund us the money he spent for an item that was taken from him..Version: 1.47.2
✓ Fun but...The game is fun enough but having to wait to replay levels is a pain. The game also doesn't load any textures on the playable characters. It seems to only be a problem with iPhone 6 though. Couldn't find any fixes to this issue online since we are still in the 'soft launch' phase..Version: 1.0.23
✓ Adverts, adverts oh and more advertsThe game it self is lots of fun, but the incessant advertising that is imposed on you means that after awhile you'll get sick of it and uninstall it. This form of advertising may get eyes on the ads but in reality makes it less likely to result in a 'sale' as the ads in question are associated with spoiling the gaming experience rather than the ability to fill any genuine need or want. ✓ On the verge of un-installingThis use to be my all time favourite game and I would play all the time last season of the game I bought the prime pass top of the line accessories and transformers I couldn’t wait until next season because I bought the pass late on. After updating the game I found that I would constantly be kicked of the game. This frustrated me as I wanted to play. I loaded up the game on the day the new season was released I visited the rundown tower I clicked on go to new season and I arrived season 4 only to find I no longer owned the prime pass I was so angry I chucked my ipad on the floor 20£ wasted. I loaded up the game and it said restore purchases I gained some hope and pressed it it then said purchases restored I went to the prime pass and still said upgrade pass. ✓ Disappointed - too much ‘upgrade’Angry birds transformers was part of my daily routine. It is the only game on my iPhone to have survived random purges of apps I no longer use. However, this most recent upgrade has me done. I am not looking to learn a new game but if I want to continue with this then I’m left with little choice but to learn the new strategies and more so, no longer able to pop open the game on a daily basis, collect some coin, grab a gem or two, and have an enjoyable little game of chance with the cards. Meh, it’s now not worth it to me. I know to stay relevant the game must reinvent itself but to me the upgrade focused on the die hard gamers and not the casual audience that enjoyed this game. ✓ The further you progress the more buggy it gets:(I’ve had this game since the day it came out. This is my first time playing it on an Apple device (12 pro max) not that it matters because it’s the same exact issue I’ve had ever since. It either erases all my data or it becomes so buggy to the point where I can’t shoot pigs and sometimes I die EXCEPTIONALLY fast with most of my bots level 6 or higher:/ Hands down this is my favorite mobile game to date and I am so dedicated to this game. But the further I progress, the game can’t seem to keep up and it completely stops functioning. Not to mention this is around the 6th time I’ve had to completely restart. I used to have level 13 bots at one point in my life. Tbh it genuinely makes me sad because this game was a real big part of my childhood and still to this day. ✓ Game broke after season 8 updateSo i love this game. Its really cool even thought it is kinda a cash grab, but I updated to the season eight version as soon as it came out because I was super excited to play the new update. And then I jumped into a mission as brawl, and to my surprise the Astro train only loaded in the main body, not the nose wings or wheels. Then suddenly as the astrotrain completely loaded in and brawl jumped out I went to lock on to the nearest pig and the pig just disappeared and then brawl completely disappeared and I was unable to shoot anything but invisible pigs were shooting me. so I backed out and restarted the app. That didn’t fix anything though. Only some missions work, most actually don’t. And this doesn’t apply to just one character, it applies to every single mission, including challenge runs and special events. Please fix this soon, as the game is great, but this has completely ruined The game and made it unplayable..Version: 2.12.0
✓ New Characters needed(Also when is the game going to get any Christmas Updates or is the War Pass the only thing keeping the game alive?) (Just end the warpass, JUST END IT!!!) Lately we have not been getting new characters in between these war events, and I still have issues with the tokens, so what I would fix is 1. fix any and all bugs, 2. Make tokens permanent, but only useable in weekly events, 3 make new characters that are not War characters, as much as I would like a War Bumblebee or a war Galvatron, there are so many other options like Energon versions of characters like Mirage or Arcee or Heatwave, maybe combiner versions of Bubbles and The The Blues, or even introduce more characters from the angry birds franchise that don’t have a transformer counterpart, or new transformers with existing Angry Birds Transformers birds/pigs (I would like a Bomb as Bulkhead, or Gale as another female antagonist myself) there are so many options, so please consider your choices of characters to fill in the void of wars. And 4, end the warpass, It’s just getting repetitive and there is no excuse to just give this game reskins of the same characters..Version: 2.20.0

✓ Update made a bad game terribleI've gotten used to broken video ads. They crash the game, or won't play, or play on a delay and you never get the reward. I've gotten used to it, and learned to deal with it. But this new update has made the game pointless. All the upgrade parts have been replaced by universal gems. At first I thought it would streamline upgrades, but no. Before you could sell the parts for coins or gems. Now you can only trade the upgrade gems for more gems. If you're already full of the next type? Too bad. Everything now requires these gems and lots of coins. However, they've taken away most of the ways to get coins. Also, they stripped away all of the updates on accessories. Everything was reset to level 1, and you have to pay to upgrade them to where they were after years of play. Don't play this game. ✓ RUINED BY ADS!!!I used to have this game when it first came out and must admit that I love the game itself but they’ve ruined it! Last night I downloaded it and now I’m deleting already... first few levels are fine but then just when it thinks you’re hooked in, BAM 30second ads before and at the end of EVERY level... 60 secs ads for 20 secs gameplay... yet another game ruined by greed!!! You’d think with the millions pulled in by merch and other revenue generators, that Angry Birds could give its fans a little value for their time. Pathetic move. ✓ AB Transformers review on updateThis game used to be fun before the new update in March 2020 that pretty munch gave it a battle pass, and made this game another game that you have to pay for characters. Whenever I am on a mission, the screen zooms in on me and I cannot see the walking mortars shooting fireballs at me. I also try my hardest to finish the daily missions finished, but today I had a “destroy 20 missiles” quest. Every mission I did, which was 8, there were no missiles at all. It fells like the people in charge of this game are screwing with me, and It gets tiring with all of the stupid things in this game that constantly make me lose the game, and my cool. I also go into levels with full health and die after the three hits from a box head flying pig. I waste gems on them and keep dying it is not even fun..Version: 2.0.3

✓ Unstable ReleasesThe past couple of releases have made the app more and more unstable. It crashes very often and when the released the version 2.12 the game has started dropping frames and the graphics seems to be broken. To the degree that you cannot see your player and all of the action buttons simply don’t work. ✓ Was once an alright appNow it’s kinda pooooop, since rovio is now in the bubble pop🙄, matching games, mystery childish, heck MEMORY flip card type apps aimed toward preschoolers. They’ve forgotten what made them into a billion dollar company ANGRY BIRDS. it’s like all of sudden McDonald’s decides to change to a fast food taco truck and drops (their so called🤢) hamburgers and/or ALWAYS ICE COLD fries and starts throwing some rehydrated mystery beef parts (gristles, leftover floor droppings from meat packing factories...er’thang from the rooter to the tooter including the casings from the organs. The glitches are truly annoying though! Half the time your arm holding your weapon disappears which allows you to be shot and killed off or offers you to spend gems to continue being slaughtered. SUPER annoying!!! But when it works fine enough, it’s one of the perfect time wasting/consuming apps that takes little to no effort to complete levels. Oh and when you have an issue or question or concern; DON’T EXPECT A RESPONSE on your terms. ✓ Great Game but…This is a great game for young people and good to revisit for nostalgia but it’s really grindy. Pop pigs get character level them up pop more pigs. And I find it frustrating that you can’t get good customizations early on because you have to wait until you’re rank 100 to get RARE crystals I can’t even imagine getting legendary crystals and the only way to get good crystals is locked behind luck. Every time I have to gamble 3 common crystals to get 1 uncommon crystal and I bet it takes 3 uncommon crystals to get 1 rare crystal etc. And I find the only efficient way to get pigs is through crates and daily quest. Like why is so grindy it goes from yay several auto birds/deceptions a day to oh 1/2 a character a day and most of the good loot from the war pass is locked behind a paywall. ✓ Unusable after latest upgradeFinally got the got game restored with no loss of characters etc only for the leftest upgrade to break it again. Weapons stop working randomly when you activate your buddy or use the transport option. Once in transport you can’t come out until it runs out and it disables weapons and defence for the rest of the session. Further Update - Rovio still maintain that the game needs to be deleted and started from scratch losing all character upgrades and rewards etc even though it was the update that messed the game up. ✓ Fun game, app riddled with bugsI love playing this game. I also like that there are ample opportunities to earn special items for free without having to buy perks with real money. That said, this app bugs out ALL THE TIME. I've had to completely reset three times!! Each time I message support, they take forever to get back to me and just say, "that's how it is. Better luck next time". The ads that earn bonus items will play and I don't get the items. Other times they won't play and freeze my game. More times than I can count I've had the game crash in the middle of battle. I waste my time watching an ad and don't get any benefit out of it. Cumulatively, these issues add up the longer I play. ✓ Great for G1 FansI LOVE the detailed attention to the G1 Transformers I grew up with in the 80s, and the mashup with Angry Birds is fun, if often very odd. The game itself is fun if you’re pretty casual, but if you play long term, it gets repetitive and you’ll find that to advance much, you’re often limited to the same handful of bots- the various players and enemies are not balanced all that well. If you want to collect prizes or play competitively be prepared to invest a LOT of time and/or money. AND be aware that updates have occasionally taken away not only things people invested a lot of time in, but also paid real money for. This latest update is the worst offender by far- in addition, they’ve added new characters for monetary purchase ONLY for the first time ever, and events and chests that used to give decent rewards for playing them now give much less. Finally, updates can be buggy and they seem to update the required hardware without telling you. ✓ The latest update made the game infuriatingI love this game, mixture of birds and transformers. I have good rating on this because I love the game. Then, I updated my game a few days ago. To make a long story short, I upgraded Galvatron. After his upgrades were finished, things began to be invisible, and lose their parts. This is technically happening to lots of people. I did not lose my progress, it's just I was upset how ridiculous and infuriating this Deceptihog update is. I keep rebooting my device. But it made things more stressful. Currently, everyone is totally not happy with this update. I cannot upgrade my transformers. Thundercracker won't shoot and Sentinel Prime is invisible. You can still download the game, just warning you that body parts are missing, transformers won't shoot, and could make you infuriated..Version: 2.14.1

✓ Great game, but needs a couple of changesI used to play this game a lot a few years ago, just come back and I can see it has had a lot of development and it is better than ever! The game mechanics are a lot better and instead of materials the crystals are a much better substitute. However there only one thing that is slightly annoying which is the events, the event for barricade that has just started is almost impossible to get tokens for and you have to be playing the whole day to get all of the tokens you need for the character unless you pay gems, so the only reason it is not a 5 star is because of this, would definitely like the game a lot more if tokens were a bit easier to get. ✓ Rovio scamI find it amazing that with every Rovio game, from the original to the latest, that Rovio continues to get away with scamming people. Birds that lose power at an inconvenient time to stop your progress, birds that don’t break through things on one day that would on the next, all to make you spend more money, to get to another level. Games that freeze ( and they ALL freeze ) to steal birds from you and make you use more birds that you had to. Ever notice that the first time you play a screen, you get the most points ? Play it a second time and you don’t even get close on getting the same points you did on the first time ? Yeah they have it all down to a science, or an algorithm in this case. Everyone complains, yet when you write to them ? They ALWAYS give you the exact same answer, server is too busy, that’s why there games freeze. What a load of crap that is. ANY respectable app owner would fix there problems, not Rovio, they just continue the same problems through ALL there games, because it works for making them more money..Version: 1.49.6
✓ Perfectly good game ruined in 2.0 April 2020This upgrade has broken huge chunks of the game. I don’t know where to start. I loaded up the game as usual and there were so many problems at first glance. 1. All of my transformers had their energy depleted and they all had to be recharged because of the update. 2. All of my Energicons have been downgraded from Grade 3 to Grade 1, making two years of playing this game pretty much for nothing. And those are the things I’ve found now, to be honest I’m just worried about getting too invested in playing before I find more broken game mechanics. I am really disappointed in Rovio. ✓ Points to Ponder1. The game freezes during events and will eventually unfreeze, but it can take 10-15 seconds. 2. The bonus video for some characters goes black at the end and you can never tell if you received the bonus points because you have to close the app and the restart the game. 3. When a player accumulates a number of tokens during a special event, the player should be allowed to carry over a balance of tokens to the next event so he or she can redeem them for new characters. 7,500 tokens is a LOT, and often too many, to accrue in just 3 days. Being able to obtain new characters like that would keep the game interesting. I have sunk a small fortune into this game already..Version: 1.36.5

✓ Update full of bugsGame worked just fine but the last update shows they must have next to no quality control. The update has made the game quite literally unplayable and how the update made it to go live is beyond me it’s not like the bugs are unnoticeable (game jams up, icons disappear, game unresponsive so you have to close it) The fact that it’s been like this for a few days now shows a total lack of customer services. No news as to when a fix will appear. Very, very poor indeed..Version: 2.12.0
✓ FacebookReally good game. My Dads account is over 6 years old and loved to play it at night, however since Facebook changed to Meta… the link between the game and logging in with Facebook no longer works. It keeps saying it’s either in development mode or disabled. He tries about her game and the Facebook login works fine. Please can this be fixed as he doesn’t want 6 years worth of playing this to be gone. I would appreciate the update. I’ll change to 5 stars once I have an update..Version: 2.14.2
