✓ I really like the game but......I’ve been playing this game for 2 years now almost three I love the fashion and everything but I wish they would do more sales on the clothes because when the VIP store came in I was like wow I can buy more stuff but then you have to pay monthly which is too expensive and it’s annoying that we can’t get the clothes we went because it’s too expensive. Another thing is the amount of fans that you lose when you have a day of it’s absolutely terrible because I have to now make a dozen movies again to get where I was and I’ve been on Diva for a year and I have to get so many fans to hit A star and it’s absolutely annoying to get so many fans. Lastly I would like there to be more spaces in the book so I can put more fashion looks in there instead of delete them and to add I want the price of the houses to go down because it takes forever to get the right amount of diamonds if you don’t want to waste your money. ✓ Why did you allow so many commercials?I downloaded this game randomly, and I have enjoyed it more than my 26 y/o self would like to admit. I have always thought there are some simple improvements that could be made, but overall it’s just an easy & enjoyable time waster. HOWEVER - with the most recent updates you’re now getting commercials every time you change places on the map, leave stores and other random events. I know why commercials are used, it’s all about the mighty dollar, but it’s absolutely ridiculous for this to start all of a sudden. Before the update, I watched minimum 2 adds each time I opened the game and I was fine with it because there was something in it for me (gems, cash, energy) - and because this game is kinda stingy with cash & diamonds, you watch adds as much as you can. I have genuinely enjoyed the stories, I’ve enjoyed this simple time waster because it’s so simple and enjoyable (oddly, this game is therapeutic). I have progressed to level 20, the addition of so many non-prompted commercials is awful and making me wonder if I want to keep dealing with it..Version: 8.5.2
✓ Bad ideaI hate waiting for my energy to reload when I lose it all I just hop of the game and maybe play a couple hours later or even a couple days later. This is a bad idea as no one likes waiting for there energy to come back up. I think that you should either get rid of energy or just reload it so much quicker because 4 minutes is too long and then after 4 minutes I only get 1 energy and have to wait even longer!!! ✓ HollywoodI love this game but I do have a few recommendations , gems are too hard to earn and for example the Hollywood mansion you need 75 gems around doing other task like buy something from diamond boutique . You should be able to convert money into diamond . Another quest is bring 19 friends in to the game , which stops the quest until you do I wish there was a skip button for these kinds quest . Another thing is the Be a star member which should also have a skip for 5 gems option because people may not want to waste their money for joining a club . My last improvement I wish for you to make is that when you have task you can view all of them at once , for example when you go over 5 you can’t see you other tasks . ✓ BugsI like the game don’t get me wrong, but it shuts off after I’ve completed a task, go back into the game and it will shut down again after the next task. I’ve only just started playing and just had my photo taken by my first photographer and when I try to press the “x” to get out of the view of the magazine it shuts off, here’s the killer, open the game back up and it goes back to where I have to press “x” and it shuts off again. ✓ I enjoy it but feel disappointed and bored at timesI love this game I do but I think there are problems that can be solved to make this game worthy of 5 stars! First of all the diamonds , considering I am only ten do u think other parents will let their child spend tons of money on diamonds the dresses are beautifully designed but we don’t get enough diamonds! When their is no story line with hard and difficult to understand quests it simply boring. The movies are hard to collect for as u work hard spend the little diamonds that you had and find the next day that u missed the requirements. The energy refills are stupid they run out so quick. ✓ AWESOME GAMEThis is an awesome game! I love it so much and my sister and I play it all the time! I love how fun and hilarious it is when the people dance but I do have 1 thing. When you run out energy, you have to wait 5 minutes to get 1! I wish you only had to wait a few seconds or started out with more energy because you only get 30 and collecting items and drinking takes away a lot of energy. ✓ If I could give it a 0 I would!A first like everyone said, it’s very addicting in the beginning but closer to level 13-15 the movie casting start to end quickly. I work durning the day M-F I feel of the app isn’t ran with 2/3 hrs they should pause it until you get back on the app when you have free time. They want you to spend allll day on your electronics & spend your hard earn working money that goes BACK to the government. At first when your VIP if you miss the movie audition you have to spend 10 gems. OK that cool. But then when you go to the next level you gotta spend 38!? Are y’all crazy. I’ll be missing everyone. ✓ Over pricedThis game is fun but they keep changing the rules. It says that we get more energy every 1.5 minutes but it’s actually every 5 mins and then as your level goes up every six. You need gemstones to progress in anything but they are exhorbitant and the free gems function broke so that I now longer can watch ads. I have been told to delete and reinstall the app but I am at level 22 and I don’t trust that I won’t lose all my progress. I started today with 30 gems and then played one of the mini games that you have to play and lost heaps because of the tax in fan gifts. I really enjoy the game but the pay off is so low I think deleting it for good night be better. It’s not realistic to expect people to pay hundreds for gems. I can get games for $5 on steam that give me hours of enjoyment. It’s a shame bc it’s a really fun concept. Would rather just outright buy the game and be able to earn gems without having to spend extra to play. ✓ UnrealisticThis game is ok to play but it can be stressful due to the fact that the clothing are way too overpriced. Also because it’s almost impossible to win the silver stars. And the worst part of this game is the stupid tax police. This game should really reconsider changing a few things including taking out the tax police and changing prices. Once I reach A star status and play it for a little longer I will delete the app. It was fun while it lasted but like I said unrealistic with prices and stars. ✓ Diamonds are a headacheThis game is good and I love how there’s so many things to do in one game. Still, the diamonds are such a pain to collect. It’s a little harsh considering how most things in the game require diamonds and not cash. The game pushes you to spend all your diamonds only to make in app purchases which I know is the marketing strategy BUT, it still has to be somewhat fair to those who don’t buy anything with real life money. I rarely see anything that you can buy with cash in all the stores. And the things that require diamonds are at crazy high cost. Also, even if a player were to make in app purchases, say they wanted to buy 1000 diamonds. That costs $100 in real life, I mean come on. 1000 diamonds would only get you like 5 dresses from one of the “high end” stores. If a player were to make an in app purchase, at least make it worth what they’re paying. Or at least lower the prices of the clothes in the game. ✓ Too many issuesI used to play this game all the time and now I realized why I stopped playing it. I’ve been playing for a few weeks now and I’m a pretty high level. I have a lot of money because it’s easy to get it, especially since you can pay gems to get it. When it comes to gems I only really get them after spending a bunch. It’s extremely hard to get them and when you do you have to then spend them on clothes or tasks. This is really annoying. The only places where you can really get clothes that aren’t very expensive are Harlem and Queens. Next, energy. It goes down way too quick. Most of the time I should not even be wasting it! You have me search for collectibles for tasks when they are common items that you could buy instead (especially because money is easy to get!!) you can make it to where you have to buy it instead of wasting energy. I HATE having to leave the app to wait for my energy to go up and then failing an audition, then having to pay gems to try again?! HECK NO! Finally, the stories. Most of the time they are super fun but also make NO SENSE! Like, you have me date someone as a task (that takes energy!!) and then have me go date someone else for a story?! It’s not realistic. I know it’s just a game but games should not be about me spending actual money from paychecks or getting extremely angry just because my energy ran out. I generally don’t do purchases but if I am enjoying one particular game I will purchase at times. That being said, when I do I expect to receive what paid for. There I have had 3 occasions in total where I never received what I purchased, the last being within the last 30-45 minutes and there is no way to report and get that back in real time within the game. Needs a help center button to the developer to report and fix issues. Also, You should not put a time limit on auditions and shoots whereby you have to start again with searching for collectibles and getting skills etc, and/or auto finish a scene shoot. ✓ The Game I LOVE, although I have some complaints.I like this game, I became obsessed while my partner and I had COVID-19. This game helped me quarantine because being at home all day really gets hard when you have to. Anyways, my issue is that this game is expensive and I feel wronged that I have paid for so many diamonds and to complete tasks etc.. buy the best outfits etc.. it’s hard to get through the game I am constantly getting stuck on certain levels as my energy burns through way too quick. So I Constantly have to stop and wait at least 30 minutes for the energy to reload. I also did these surveys to get free diamonds which turned out to only cheat me out of giving my name, number, email and address to a loop of never ending surveys which was a lot of work only to get nothing in return. Actually I lied more I get hundreds of spam calls a day and creepy voicemails with robots telling me the FBI is looking for me. Besides that issue, I really don’t want to pay 5 bucks just do a few tasks. And be left on empty. I try to find help online and it seems that all the bugs have been fixed so people can’t get more diamonds easily so I really feel like this game is kind of a dead end unless I pay, pay, and pay. ✓ Cash grab gameThis game is fun and surprisingly addictive but it’s just another cash grab game where you have to spend money to actually have an enjoyable experience. In-game items such as diamonds and fashion chips are scarce. For example, in the fashion arena, you may spend over 70 diamonds for an item just to get a high score but won’t even receive half of that back if you win. You can’t even spend cash in the fashion arena. Even when you complete stories the max number of diamonds you get is 2 so you’re constantly stuck with barely any diamonds and no in-game opportunities to gain some. And the “free diamonds” section is a scam because you end up having to spend real money or be stuck with low diamond opportunities such as doing a survey and only getting 1 diamond. And the worse part of it all is practically everything costs diamonds. Once you get past Queens most of the fashion items in shops in the other cities cost diamonds. So if you don’t want to have to use real cash to be able to enjoy this game I highly recommend that you don’t download it because it’ll just be a big waste of time..Version: 11.2.7
✓ Major glitchesI LOVE this game and I’ve been playing it since it came out but I deleted because they stopped adding new things such as stories or shops or any new features. I downloaded it again and I can see they have improved so much more. However; let me just say, while I love this game and their new features, I cannot with the constant glitches. It didn’t occur when I started playing again but over time, the game just shut down or just showed an empty black screen. And anytime I try to get diamonds through the free ads, it just either gives me a black screen or just shuts down or it plays for a couple of minutes then crashes or it just doesn’t give me the diamond even after watching the ad. ✓ This game is a big scamI used to love and enjoy this game, until I started to notice that in order to complete anything in this game you have to spend your own hard earned money in order to get enough diamonds, stars, money, etc to be able to complete a simple mission or simply just play the game as a whole. They also have this new option where you have to download and play a game to receive “free 15 diamonds” I put that in quotations because that’s just a lie, I have tried that option and I have yet to receive anything. I have even tried updating the game, restarting the game, restarting my own device, checked my network, etc. but I still have yet to receive anything and it is beyond frustrating. Stop scamming and lying to people. You shouldn’t have to spend your own money on diamonds, stars, cash, etc in order to do ONE simple thing in this game. And I’m not the only one that has found this a major issue. There are countless reviews of people telling you everything I have mentioned above is a major problem and all you do is say you’re great full for the feed back and you’ll fix the issues. ✓ Biggest Issue is Diamonds!!!!I really enjoy playing this game, but I can only give a rating of 3 stars..... My biggest reason for only giving 3 stars is because everything that I must buy cost diamonds... I have paid out of my own pocket for diamonds, but I don’t feel like I should have to continually pay out of my pocket for diamonds, but I have found that if I didn’t, I would still be waiting to win diamonds.. A lot of the tasks say you must buy clothes and I find very little if any that I can buy with the cash.... Not only does everything you purchase must be purchased with diamonds, but the items are ridiculously expensive... I have read through many of the reviews and find the majority of the people that play this game and write reviews have the same complaint... It would be nice if more items could be purchased with the money, and not just jewelry and shoes, but the really nice dresses or even the items that the store person is offering and if it was easier to collect diamonds and not just one and two at a time, but sometimes maybe collecting enough to buy a nice gown after a task.... Lastly it would be nice to receive more free clothing items per story instead of one dress every three to four storylines and to actually go out on a date a few times with the husband instead of the husband just standing in the corner and not dating others while married.... ✓ P L E A S E R E A D !I’ve had this game for a while and play it off and on but recently I’ve noticed when I try and go into my old apartments (like Harlem) the app crashes! It does this every time with my first 2 appartments that I bought in the game! It’s very frustrating because amber wants me to go to my Harlem apartment but I can’t because every time I try and go in the game crashing and it goes back to my home screen, so I can’t complete that chapter!!! ✓ Hollywood liesIn the beginning I loved this game. I even became obsessed with it, because it helps me escape my own reality! I wasn’t going to do a review, but since none of the issues I had was resolved from the people/person I contacted for weeks, I’m warning people !!!! I went from a high rating to a one! Once I started paying for diamonds with my HARD EARNED MONEY out of pocket, I’ve been noticing that money would be taken from my card sometimes AFTER it has already took the amount that I paid for and/or sometimes, I wasn’t receiving the items of which I’ve purchased. That was a HUGE problem for me! HUGE! I feel played out of my money! And you would think that I would at least get help from the support team that I had been in contact with for weeks. Ididn’t get ANY help! None! I sent screenshots after screenshots after screenshots..etc! They kept asking the same question over and over: Send receipts/ screenshots. I’ve sent them all! That STILL wasn’t enough for them! I even downloaded it on another phone and the deal of the day, coins/money, and sometimes a dress would be more than on my other Phone where I had been playing this game for months. Smh! ✓ There’s a few bad things.First off, the stories about crushes and such. You are able to marry a woman but so far I have came across no stories where your significant other is a woman. Second, a lot of things that the game requires you to buy are far too expensive and I never use my diamonds unless a quest requires me to buy even so I end up having to purchase diamonds to finish a quest which some people may not be able to do which would make them stuck. I contacted customer service both on the game and on Facebook page messenger and no one was willing to help or refund my diamonds! ✓ Was fun but not anymoreI have been playing for 2 years and, although it was boring filming the same movies Over And Over again, I was delighted when they added the TV Show filming last year. However, by September I stopped receiving invites to film TV shows, although I could still film the same movies over and over again - I asked support what was going on and why I was not able to film tv shows anymore but only received suggestions that solved nothing (have worked on computers since the 80’s and performed the usual troubleshooting before contacting tech support). December came and still no solution was given, so I asked if the problem might be that I had filmed all TV episodes they had written and there were no more to film. They kept insisting something was wrong with my device (and kept suggesting to update, uninstall, reinstall the game) finally in march they wrote me and confirmed I had, indeed filmed all the TV episodes they had written and must wait until they write more - I am SO bored refilming the same movies I have already filmed at least 20 or more times each, why is it not possible to film TV shows multiple times? ✓ Used to love this gameThis game was really fun as a newbie in the beginning but as you progress the fun fades away. Items cost so much money for one thing and items cost a ridiculous amount of diamonds for items. Who came up with this?! No one wants to pay real money for a bunch of fake money and diamonds. After a while this game gets boring. Also your character doesn’t really do anything it just stands there and moves slightly and poses. If the character had more movement and actually did things other than stand there and pose I think that would be a minor improvement for this game. ✓ Uh... fix the baby’s?So, I’m 18 and I’m usually in charge of my little cousins in a family meetup (now that my grandma has died there’s been a ton) and I let my younger cousins play on my phone to get out of the grown ups hair. ✓ Gems and energyThis games fun however the lack of gems is insane you only start of with 10 gems and the only way to get more is by reaching another level or watching an ad for only one gem. Once you reach a higher level there will be dresses for 400 gems and even more. ✓ Just a few problemsAs a game critique I feel that the diamond rate is really low and at the price of the outfits it is really hard afford them. Also the fact that star club is a mission but u have to pay for it is ridiculous I think that you should make star club free or at least make it cost in-game currency. I’m noticing that the movies are old and I’m filming the same ones over and over again. Also, there are no new locations added and the Paris location is really not that thrilling. Back to the new update, some of my content has not loaded and I actually liked the look of my character before this new update. Other than the people I don’t know what else has been updated. The game is getting old and boring and honestly I may stop playing because there really is nothing new. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed that my content is not loading especially because I have spent a lot of money and I mean a lot of money on this game. At this point I think it’s just a rip off and I really regret spending my hard earned money on this game. ✓ Stole My MoneyThe game itself is good. The only problem is that most of the items and mini games cost a large amount of currency which you must pay for. Most dresses in the game cost over 100 diamonds. You can buy 50 diamonds for $5. So one dress can easily be worth over $20. The game needs to find a way for players to be able to buy things. The quests are enjoyable, but they would be better if I didn’t have to go shopping all of the time. I recently purchased a limited time offer pack for $5. It offered me 80 diamonds, some cash, and a booster. Before purchasing I had 15 or 16 diamonds. After purchasing, I had 71 diamonds. I didn’t get a booster either. I don’t know if I got the cash because I wasn’t paying attention to how much cash I had. The App Store told me that my purchase was successful, but the game told me there was a problem with the App Store. I went to Nanobit’s customer support and complained. They never got back to me. I sent a DM to Nanobit’s Instagram and they never replied. Im assuming this is a glitch, but I won’t buy from them until I get my diamonds & booster, or a refund. Im also having a glitch where I every time I enter someone’s Nanobit ID, the game says that person doesn’t exist..Version: 10.4.9
✓ Improvements must be madeI really do enjoy playing this game but when I open the app to play, solid 90% of the time it crashes for no reason what so ever or glitches and freezes when I try to click on an item. My phone is completely updated, as is the app, and simply restarting my phone isn’t fixing the issue of delayed loading and crashing of the app. On another note, most items are far to expensive for purchase and majority are items that must be paid for with diamonds. I have spent actual money in this game to purchase diamonds and find it extremely disappointing that now I can’t play the game until THE BUGS ARE FIXED!!! 😡.Version: 7.2

✓ Too much moneyFirst off the game is fun but the fact that you have to keep buying diamonds is baffling. Seems like if you don’t spend money you really won’t get far in the game. Most of the items cost diamonds and it’s hard to come by diamonds. Spending 100 dollars doesn’t even get you a lot of diamonds. I think this app is a get rich fast scheme by the creators. You get addicted to playing but without money you can’t even complete the stories. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND REAL MONEY DONT INSTALL THIS GAME. This game need more items that you can buy with the money you earn on there not real life money. Stop being greedy it’s ridiculous how much money you have to spend on this game just to make it anywhere. Don’t get me started on the energy that’s even worse. Why does this game have so flaws? There should be unlimited life spans but instead they want you to spend more money that’s how they get you. you run out of life you have to pay unless you want to wait a hr to play again. if you run out of diamonds you’re on your own because you’ll have to spend more real money to get more smh. DO BETTER!!! I suggest people stop playing this game altogether until they make better options for people who can’t spend 100 to 300 dollars or more on a cellphone game🙄... ✓ Way to inappropriate and so terribleThis is the worst game ever. First of all there is way to many cursing 🤬 and the mini games are terrible! Lucky Slots 🎰 is terrible it is basically online gambling. Fashion area you have to wait hours for your design to be finished and the clothes they have are way to expensive it’s like a high way robbery And fan gifts after a round of playing you have to wait a whole day for another month or you spend ten whole gems for another round litterly and the gift shop is so bad !The homes 🏠to buy in the games are so expensive and you have to waste your money and gems 💎 in the game 75 gems are you kidding me and in some of them there is a serten status to enter .The settings are so boring there is nothing to do! The karaoke bar in Queens is terrible really you would put a bar in a game that’s literally so inappropriate for a kid. Also a tattoo shop really for a kid to see. Las Vegas in the game is terrible in the game why in the world 🌎 would you put a casino 🎰 and let a. kid “fake gamble” !
