Lightroom Photo & Video Editor for Positive User Reviews

Great for on the goAs someone who is actively using this as an on the go service. It is so hand an d convenient. It can be slow at times but a lot of this comes down to how much you expect from a suite on your phone.Version: 9.1

Progress made Adobe. But STILL getting perpetually pending photos…I really don’t know what to do anymore. After spending a month giving up remote access to my laptop so Adobe could(and I’m grateful) find some phantom sync errors that refused to go away and fixing them with customer scripts, the same issue on mobile still persists. The only way to make it disappear is to delete the app and start all over. Again. And again. I’m so sick of this. I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 11, am on iOS 14.7.1, had no sync errors this morning, and have only uploaded files through the Lightroom CC app on my Windows 10 laptop(which shows nothing pending). The browser site also shows no sync errors, but away my phone app spins. Again. I only want one thing from a user perspective, Adobe. For the love of God let the darn mobile app show WHICH PHOTO is stuck. I’m sure that’s harder than I’m making it, but this is absurd after over 8 months of this. I just want my stuff to work like it did before y’all “updated” everything. Please..Version: 6.4.0

For the photo editing obsessed!I have several photo editing apps on my iPhone, and I have my favorites. I have a few favorites that I use in combination (I layer) to create AMAZING photos! Artwork, really. Lightroom Creative Cloud allows me to bend and shape and color, and add light upon (without overexposing) my photographs - and the objects within them - in ways that the other apps will not. LCC is a photo corrector and enhancer. Hmm. Not sure how to explain. Often I do not realize my photos need any correction at all. Give it a shot. LCC allows you a free trial period and then monthly payments without a cancellation fee. I am still learning (I bought an instructional book); however, I am having a blast along the way!.Version: 3.0.1

Feature rich and each to useGreat tool for organizing photos and also provides excellent basic editing and touch up capabilities..Version: 9.1.1

Really good when it works but it rarely doesI got this to edit high quality videos on my phone. I love video leap but it seems to degrade the quality. I love the video presets and editing capabilities but most of the videos that I try to load get stuck on a preview and when I search for a solution it’s just countless other people experiencing the same problem with no customer service. I wish this app worked. It works with video shot on my phone but if I import it from final cut it won’t work. Disappointed to be deleting this app :( if someone has a solution please let me know. <3.Version: 7.5.2

Great lightweight photo editing app.At a loss as to how I’d improve this Lightroom..Version: 4.0.0

Amazing App!This is an amazing app for editing an sorts of pictures, be it portraits or landscapes, this app will not disappoint you! Best part of this app is that along with some inbuilt filter modes, it lets the user adjust various parameters on their own! A big 👍🏻.Version: 5.0.0

Latest Update Is Game ChangingThe latest update to allow masking with adjustments makes using this a joy to use not only on the desktop, but also on mobile. I begrudgingly paid for this and have since 2015, but this latest update has finally made me feel like the constant money pit has become a worthwhile investment. It isn’t like those “toy” apps that peddle cheap tricks that don’t really lend themselves to professional work and cater to the Samsung filter using types (you know, the absurd skin smoothing). This update has dramatically altered my workflow, and in only good ways! That’s why this is one of my only reviews on the App Store. If it works, great. If not, I just delete. You have to make an impression for me to “waste” my time reviewing an app. In this case, not a waste of time. ✊🏾.Version: 7.0.1

Well done AdobeFantastic tool..Version: 3.1.0

Good editing, but workflow feels hobbledSo, the good...the editing seems solid. The bad...some basic features seem to be missing. The main thing I really feel they need to add to the iOS version is the ability to edit or manage multiple photos as once. There is no way to tag or rate multiple images. I have dozens from the same location and it’s going to be soooo tedious tagging them. I also wish it had at least basic geotagging capabilities. I geotag my photos as part of my workflow when I import the RAW files onto the iPad. But, I can’t actually see that info inside LR. Probably not a huge deal because I can just retag inside of iOS Photos app should I choose. I noticed in various forums that users have been asking for some of these features for a while. Anyway, I’ll probably discontinue my subscription after I finish this trip and have all my editing done..Version: 4.4.1

Great apLove it, helps me look like I can shoot like a pro.Version: 9.0

EditingIv been using lightroom since it came on the app store. and till now its helped my editing skills quite a lot i do a lot of manual curves and adjustment layers when i post my professional work behind the scenes pictures from a shoot. I am a professional fashion photographer from London. I use the desktop version and mobile version and over the years its made me simplify my editing skills..Version: 8.5.1

Awesome app! Pros and cons.Fantastic app, but there are a couple of things I would have changed. The big one for me is that of after taking a couple of pictures, if I’m in camera mode, I can’t view my picture then swipe to see the other pictures I’ve taken. I think that functionality would add to the experience and make it more user friendly. I love the photo editing capabilities and the user-defined presets, but the feature I’m most fond of is the camera. Awesome flexibility and control. Works much better than the default camera on iPhone. I love being able to control my focal point manually as well as being able to see a visualization of what is in focus. Beautifully well done. I love it..Version: 3.4.0

FantasticLightroom is a great product from adobe. It works seamlessly across all of my devices, which makes transferring of photos easy. Highly rate the app and don’t see my toolbox without it..Version: 4.0.0

UpdateMy app has updated and it will now not let me into the app as it goes out of it instantly and has for a few days since the update I love the app but not really worth it if I have to delete it and then download the presents all again..Version: 5.3.1

App keeps freezing or crashingHave loved my experience with Lightroom Pro for awhile now. Although recently I’ve been having issues of it freezing or completely crashing, or it will kick me out of my edit and reset all the progress I have made. Getting rather annoying. App and phone are gully updated so I’m not entirely sure why this is happening. Otherwise, amazing app and outcomes, would definitely recommend!.Version: 9.1.1

Move towards one LightroomWould like more features, for example printing which is a major deficit. I would prefer to no longer use Lightroom classic.Version: 9.1

Photo library loading bug?**This latest install seems to have a bug where I open the app and my photo library does not load up. You kill the app and then it opens fine. This is effecting my iPhone 11 Pro and the new iPhone 12 Pro. Also on my iPad Pro. Great app for photo editing and management. The camera app is wonderful too. Would be nice if you could set the exposure lock to a setting and it stayed there after the app closed. Maybe one day..Version: 6.0.1

Amazing but it messes with the brightness of my screenLightroom is by far the best app of its kind, but for some reason it messes with the brightness of my screen. Every time I am editing the exposure, highlights or whites on a photo, all of the sudden it brings it the brightness of my screen down to a ridiculous extent and I cant fix it because it doesn't alter my brightness slider. It only goes back to normal after 5-10 min. It’s terribly annoying and it ONLY happens when working on Lightroom.Version: 4.3.2

Best experienceWhat a great idea to create a phone version of Lightroom, able to edit on the go and then pick up later on the pc. 💯💯💯.Version: 7.5.2

Even the free version is greatThank you Lightroom team for making such a good app for photography lovers.Version: 9.2

AmazingI have used Adobe for several years and I have tried some of the others, most notably the one that sounds similar to rapture bun. But I’ve always been so impressed by the flawless functionality that Adobe offers with this suit for the price..Version: 9.0

Great with an Abobe subscriptionIt syncs with all my Lightroom Classic (Desktop) images, is still fast with a 25k library and the editing is almost on feature parity with the desktop version which is great. Minus one star because the sync can be slow and buggy.Version: 9.2

Perfect professional toolPerfect for quick edits and touch ups on the go. All syncs which makes it so easy for switching between devices..Version: 3.3.1

Happy happyFast easy!.Version: 9.1

Love itThank you for the presents and always making sure that is so easy easy to use..Version: 9.1.1

So handy on the goLove this ap it edits quick pics so perfectly. Too easy to use.Version: 9.1.1

PhenomenalI love Lightroom Mobile. When I can't get to my desktop PC I can do everything I can do on my PC including RAW edits and upload in the same quality as I can on my PC. I'd recommend this to any photographer with Wifi built into their camera as editing on the move has never been easier! I can just pop down to my local park. Take a few pictures and edit them with a nice cuppa in the park cafe. I love it!.Version: 4.0.0

Please read carefully as I wrote with my honest thoughtI really love the apps and I even have subscribed for it. My only problem is my phone will get too hot each time in the editing process even with the new iPhone Xs Max. It has happened the same with my 8 Plus. I don’t know if this was the Apple problem, hopefully there are reviews about it as well..Version: 4.3.1

Helpful Tool For EveryoneGreat app to tweak some of your pictures!!.Version: 9.2

Cloud: good; search functions: weak.Facial recognition capability is good. Search function are rudimentary. One cannot find pictures of “Alice AND Bob”. One can find pictures of Alice or pictures of Bob, but not the intersection. Edit functions are also minimal. The cloud centric focus is very nice. Initial upload of my 1tb data is painful. If you’ve kept your photos organized in a hierarchical folder system, that’s all lost during import, so it seems you’re stuck with creating folders and albums in LR and importing one directory folder at a time. Very time consuming. It’s an ‘ok’ system but I hope Adobe sees the light and tuned up the search capability..Version: 5.4.2

Amazing!Honestly can’t fault this app at all, has all the basic things you need to edit your photo regardless of your editing style. I’ll never not use this. The free default version is incredible so for free it’s a really good useable app however the prices for premium features I think is a good affordable price and for what you get is worth it for the extra amazing features..Version: 9.0.1

GreatI’m using this for my home photos, while I like the features, I would like the whole thing but think it’s too expensive. But since it’s home photos This does every thing I want without using in app purchases. Thanks :-).Version: 5.2.2

Good AppGreat App, use it all the time! no issues apart from the fact that Lightroom keeps making some of my JPEG photos “RAW” making it so i can’t edit them without buying premium. Is this a money tactic to get people to pay??.Version: 3.4.0

Confusingly amazing??? 🤩I adore this app and as a video editor for my thumbnails and more, the features are great and I do not have many complaints about the features etc. The main issues for me I think is it make my iPhone crash sometimes and I do understand about the app it is amazing( don’t get me wrong 😉) and also, I would hopefully like some features that premium users can normally create videos and edit pics- is to at least make some things free. Some of the tools are premium and worth it but it’s just too much too handle. Thanks for your time, amazing app have a nice day. 👌 😊..Version: 7.4.1

The best photo editing app in Apps storeThe recent update with the blur effect has really changed the game in mobile photo editing and for the premium price you can get some really great features and some professional filters.Version: 9.0

Best App Ever.Simple on the go brilliance. I love Lightroom mobile..Version: 9.1

High quality editing - easy and accessibleI love it!.Version: 3.4.0

Best editing app but..Ok this app is hands-down the best editing app in my opinion but what I don’t like is the fact they changed the option to have all your edited photos synced across all devices for free but you have to get the subscription. I personally think that this is unfair because these are my photos and plus why should I have to pay just to have my photos that I took for free. So Lightroom, I ask that you please let all users have that option of being able to sync their photos on all devices again. Also, if possible, could you create an option where the photos that are edited have an Instagram accustomed setting because it’s really annoying having Instagram change the quality of the picture horribly because the pixels are too high..Version: 5.1.0

Heats my phone badly until it switches offLove the app itself, been using it for years, I mostly just edit phone shots with it but in the last few weeks (possibly since iOS 15) my phone starts literally burning when using the app. My phone switched off and showed a message something like it needs to cool down before starting it again. It happened few times now. When I close the app, the phone slowly starts returning to a normal temperature. Not sure if it’s just my phone, I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max. But the app itself is very good, would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the issue.Version: 6.4.1

Love using it, but could use moreI like being able to be away from my desktop as much as possible being a creative who avoids that kind of grind. This is why I welcomed the addition of Lightroom and now Photoshop for iPad Pro. One thing missing: Color calibration. I know many other users only do “simple edits” on iPads only to return to the big computer for final touch up, but that seem silly. My wish this whole time that iPads have been out has been to make my workflow more organic feeling like drawing or something. Sure windows tablets may work but I don’t like their stylus feel compared to iPad. Is it that adobe doesn’t want to pay xrite or whoever for licensing the profiles? I wish Apple would do it system wide, but not holding my breath. Some of us still print adobe, so pretty please.....Version: 5.2.4

Great except for one issueUPDATE: I love this and how it has all the same features as the desktop version. But how do I disable camera role backup? I found out that the issue from earlier was not what I thought. I can see my photos in the cloud just fine. The issue is that my camera role photos keep backing up, but I don’t want to waste cloud storage, because those are already being backed up to Google Photos. How do I fix this? Here is my original review: “I have been using Lightroom Mobile since 2017. I also use it on my computer with a Creative Cloud Subscription. It always worked fine until the latest update came. I can’t view my photos which are synced in Lightroom through Creative Cloud anymore. It just shows me the photos from my camera roll. Useless.”.Version: 4.2.1

Nice Editing App, but ....Everything about the editing portion of the app is great. My mobile workstation is complete! Than you Adobe Lightroom, developer team. 🤘🏽 Edit: removing “That section of the app works flawlessly in my phone. The troubling part of the app is the lack of control over the photo sync. I’d like to be able to tell Lightroom mobile NOT to upload every photo on my phone - just the ones I choose. Once “All Photo Sync” is enabled you can’t turn it off. And it floods your creative account with all your photos from your phone. It’s a bit intrusive, and is eating up my CC cloud space usage. Fix this, Adobe!” The developer responded and told me how to tuen off this feature..Version: 3.2.1

I like itIt does a lot. Auto masking feature works so very very well. I can do what I need to quickly, and performance improvements have been much appreciated over the last few revisions..Version: 9.2

Travel with LR mobileJust had a trip to Costa Rica with only my iPhone and camera to keep things light I edited my cameras image’s with light room mobile the screen is a little small but the features LR now provide for masking etc make initial edits a breeze some of the edits don’t need any tweaking at the desktop computer whilst other more creative edits do need some additional editing.Version: 9.1.1

Love Lightroom - essential appAbsolutely enjoy working with Lightroom. It can turn the dullest photos into the photography masterpieces.Version: 9.1.1

5/5The perfect, user friendly, mobile editing app..Version: 9.1

Solid, and improving.Lightroom mobile has always been so close to being brilliant. I find it confusing that there is functionality in desktop that is not available on mobile and vice versa. However, overall I prefer editing with a touchscreen therefore highly rate the mobile app. And I like being able to fill my time with organising photos when I’m out and about, instead of consuming social media; that leaves the more interesting parts of editing when I'm back home. I think it’s made me more productive and efficient having this functionality, particularly as a hobbyist photographer with a full 9/5 job. Also each update the app as had so far has always brought something useful to the table so can’t complain there..Version: 9.1

Finally! Finally a photo editing app that gives you real editing power. Hoping more features will be added in future releases..Version: 3.1.0

Love it ,but one problem lately !I love Lightroom . It’s been about a month or so that when I open the app , most of the time the pictures keep going back to the oldest ones . I have about 4000 pictures there so in order to go to the newest ones it takes time to scroll . Before when I would open the app it would always start with the latest pictures . I’ve tried to change many settings but with not positive result . Sometimes the pictures would start in the middle when I open the app. I’ve been using Lightroom for at least 5-6 years but only recently I’ve had this issue . Please fix it. It’s very frustrating and time consuming. Thanks.Version: 6.2.1

Super convenient!I honestly love Lightroom. I have been using LRC for 10years and recently downloaded the latest LR. I can use it conveniently on my phone (on the go) and at home on the desktop - having access to my edits anytime, any place. The Adobe suit has absolutely brilliant editing tool..Version: 6.3.0

BrilliantGreat for a beginner photographer like me. Learning how to use it for my Apple Pro Raw photos and colour my video Log files is very easy. It has a really user-friendly interface but is powerful enough to get complicated as your skills advance..Version: 9.0.1

Additional feature.Hi, It would be very beneficial in my pov, if possible, that there would be a way to know if an edited raw image has already been “saved to device” or imported to device as edited one, so all in app alone you can check the photos that you still need edit. But this is an addition that is not necessary but will certainly be a big THANKS. 😊.Version: 9.0

LOVE IT (but)Not going to pretend I don’t LIVE in Lr and love it endlessly... the new version is wonderful (omg – VERSIONS – life-changing), but please please please make it faster to be able to edit newly imported photos!!! I used to be able to send a photo from my camera roll to Lr, then open Lr app on my phone, chuck a preset on it almost immediately / after a few seconds of loading, export the finished photo and be on my way. Now I have to wait 20 years+++ for the photo (preview? backup? original?) to load. Please fix and then it will be perfect :).Version: 5.3.0

Iphone 11 pro maxMultiple problems with Lightroom that doesn’t seem anyone from the Adobe team is willing to fix anytime soon. 1. Taking ages to download the original file from Adobe cloud.( it happens since ios 14) 2 the most annoying thing ever is that the app is not optimised for iOS anymore and it manages to heat up the phone very bad. I can’t believe that the phone is that old and that is not capable on editing raw files, especially when i did that since forever with it. Lightroom is for now my favorite app for iphone and iPad and is lagging on both devices. The ipad is the new ipad air with A14. I would ask you to fix it but the last time i asked that from you, you told me to reinstall the app as if i didn’t think of that..Version: 6.4.1

Exactly as advertisedWorks exactly as I expected, makes my photos easy to edit and sort..Version: 9.1.1

Ugly yellow ahs filterAmazing for removing the filter that makes it look like someone took a leak all over the ahs apocalypse film reel.Version: 5.3.1

This is amazing!!!!Now I got this app to make my photos a bit better but when I used this app OMG! I couldn’t believe it. I really do recommend this app.Version: 7.5.2

Best photo editing programme!!I absolutely love Lightroom and have recommended it to many people! I am a chef and amateur food photographer, ever since using Lightroom - my food photography game has increased ten fold, I am able to showcase a dish with amazing colour and clarity without having to worry too much about lighting in the room I take the photo. 10/10 highly recommend!.Version: 5.3.1

❤️Love to edit my photos in Lightroom to give them unique look as I wanted. All the available features are very handy and useful..Version: 7.4.2

Add Video PlsHello, I really really like this app! Really makes my photos great. I know this is a bit tricky but it would be awesome if you could add that you can put filters in videos as well. Thanks and again really appreciate this app :).Version: 6.0.1

A 2nd camera roll, but better...With 1-terabyte of storage it's practically unlimited; no need to worry about space ever again. The edit tools are similar to iOS photos, but on steroids. Flag photos: accept/reject/no flag plus a five star rating system. Organize your photos with folders and albums. Tag photos with as many keywords as you want. Easily search and display photos by any of these features. I also love that I can use it on my Mac and iPad too. Plus you get Bridge for your Mac which expands your editing feature list even more. If the monthly fee has you down, just pretend your taking one of the dev team members out for a coffee every month. Well worth it, this app is super amazing and works very well! You can tell it's designed by a team of talented people and not just one guy in his basement. Don't hesitate, get it today, you love it... I guarantee it!!.Version: 3.4.0

Keeps getting better!More features added all the time. It’s still well behind the desktop version but incredibly useful on a phone.Version: 9.0

Resilient & EfficientAbsolutely love it. Does an astro photo looking beautiful in a heartbeat. ❤️.Version: 6.3.1

Great for home and on the goOne of the few apps that works even better on mobile and tablet than on PC. I have Lightroom on my iphone, laptop and desktop. I much prefer using it on my phone, I feel I can do more detailing and have greater access to my photo library thanks to the cloud and sharing functions. It’s a great piece of kit when I’m out and about with the DSLR..Version: 9.0.1

Adobe Lightroom CC Image pixel per inch setupIf, by having Adobe Lightroom Creative Cloud App on iOS, which will have the ability to alter pixel per inch image resolution, for exact iPhone 7+ and above screen ppi resolution, as well as Facebook resolution at least 450ppi - the possibilities of refined image crisp and clarity will be attained without any access to desktop apps control..Version: 4.1.1

Great for professional editsLightroom Mobile is an excellent app that I couldn’t do without. Can make brilliant edits quickly on your device. Masking tools are especially excellent. If anyone from Lightroom reads this, it’s so disappointing to see the in-app tutorials have been removed! Really NOT the same without these. The tutorials really encourage people to get more out of the product - therefore building a stronger and more loyal customer base, so it’s an enormous oversight to remove them!.Version: 9.0

Impressive functionality on a phoneI’ve been using Adobe software for the better part of 25 years. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not perfect. In fact, sometimes their software and their practices are downright infuriating. But I’ve never found a competitor I prefer (or can even put up with for photography). Adding such a functional product on my phone just cements their position in my workflow. I’ll keep paying the subscription because, while it’s a little steep for a hobbyist, I can’t find anything better. I suppose that’s a pretty good compliment. I want to find a competitor, but I really can’t..Version: 8.5.1

Awesome free editing app!I don’t know much about editing, but, when I do it occasionally, I really like using Light room. Even without the full version there’s a lot you can do which I really appreciate. It’s my favourite editing app : ).Version: 9.2

It just worksLightroom mobile is wonderful if like me you wish to have available all your photographs when you’re out and about. It’s true that the mobile photographs are of lower resolution than those stored on your hard drive. However the resolution is very acceptable, you can perform simple editing and the whole system locks together very well and is easy to use. I find the system perfectly fits my needs. I was a reluctant migrant from apples aperture, but find with the forced move I have found a very happy home indeed..Version: 9.1

Almost Perfect with One Annoying FeatureI use this app professional for 90% of my editing work! It has most of the functions I use on my desktop using Lightroom Classic. I’m sure one day through updates it will receive all of Lightroom Classic’s functionality. My guess is this will be after Apple makes the switch to all in house processors when Intel and NVIDIA is phased out. My one big complaint, which is probably not a big deal to most people, is when I make ANY EDIT, it can be marking a photo, making an adjustment, rating a photo, etc.., a notification pops up in the middle of my screen, covering my image, to tell me what adjustment I made. Even with overlays turned off in settings this little notification pops up for a couple seconds on each photo. When editing 4,000+ photos every week this adds up to a LOT of wasted time waiting for that little notification to go away so I can see my photo. Adobe, if you read this, PLEASE add an option under settings to hide ALL overlays and notifications. Thanks!.Version: 5.3.1

It’s a really good editing app, but...... I really wish I could just buy the app outright instead of paying a monthly subscription. Also there’s one major thing missing that is available in the desktop version - being able to draw a straight line in selective edits!!! May not sound like much but it’s annoying as hell! Even when my iPhone/iPad is attached to a keyboard holding the shift key shortcut won’t constrain it. I think this would be simple to implement on the app. PLEASE ADOBE, ADD THIS FEATURE!!!.Version: 4.0.2

Best software everLove how it auto connects to the desktop.Version: 3.0.1

I wouldn’t use another appI love using Lightroom an being able to copyright my photos is awsum.Version: 4.0.0

The BEST photography app ever. Period.I use Lightroom primarily on my iPad, because I travel a lot and it’s easier than lugging around my laptop, and I find the experience of editing in the iPad more enjoyable. Although this is by far the best photo editing app around, it’s lacking just a few things that would put it on par with the desktop version. The main thing for me is the inability to manually select lens profiles. I used a lot of manual lenses that are not electronically connected to my camera, and it would be AWESOME if you guys could add the ability to manually select a lens profile correction like you can on the desktop. If you added this, the app would be perfect in every way for my needs..Version: 4.3.1

Camera calibration and presetsIf lr cc will release this 2 features. I wont touch anymore my macbook aside from backups.Version: 3.2.1

Love itI love using this app. There are so many great features. But when you’re using presets, ones you’ve created or downloaded, you can’t tell what filter is on the photo. I have a lot of presets saved and if I’m editing a bunch of photos I’ll have to go through every single preset to see which is the one that I had originally selected. And it will also take off any other editing I’ve done. So that’s just a little frustrating. And also without going through and editing every minor detail I wish there would be a way to decrease the intensity of a preset. But other than that I’ve enjoyed using the app. Friends will ask what I use to edit and I gladly tell & show them. This app has a lot of tools that can help create amazing pictures ◡̈.Version: 5.2.4

AlmostDownloading maximum available size for sharing literally takes forever. Says "This might take a while" even after 15 minutes of it sitting there. My internet is fine. The full resolution just never downloads. Used to work. Don't know what the problem is now? Overall the features are great and the app syncs well with the desktop app too. Wish there was an option to download full resolution pictures for a certain album or for your whole library onto your device. I have 256 GB of storage on my iPhone and iPad. I'd like to be able to take advantage of that and have these full resolution pictures on my device and give me the option to store them or not..Version: 3.1.2

Lost presets were found!Love this app! I’m mainly making this review to try to help some people who think their presets disappeared, because I can’t directly respond to reviews, so I’m making my own in hopes that this will help! I thought that all of my presets that I had made (over 40) were gone! & that I only had the original ones that came whenever you first downloaded the app. But then I figured out that whenever you press “Presets” up above those few in the top left it’ll say something like “Colors” & if you press on that, there are several options & “User Presets” was right there & I was able to press on that & view all of my presets! I really hope this helps people. Also, if I could respond to reviews I would, because I’ve seen people think their presets are gone & they’re not!.Version: 5.3.1

I love itLightroom Cc is everything I wanted in a photo management system. I use it for storage. It has an astonishing number of ways to edit. I am getting great results. I watched the videos adobe provided and now know how to effectively use the features. The fact that your pictures can be seen on all devices, real time is one of the strongest features. The one feature that is much needed is to be able to identify which photos are not in folders. I have 12,000 pictures and am overwhelmed to find those that didn’t make it into albums. I also had a lot of trouble with photos duplicating on the original upload. But don’t let these two issues stop you from buying this great, integrated package..Version: 3.2.0

Best mobile photo editing I’ve foundLightroom is simple to use with a great amount of control. I love it and use it on pretty much every image I publish. I love being able to copy setting to apply. To multiply images to save time on workflow. It crashes occasionally and can slow down when the cache get full. Still, without doubt, the best photo editing app available for a phone or iPad.Version: 4.4.1

Little things2 things. 1, kinda wish I had the defringe tool on the mobile version like the desktop version but it’s that’s just minor 2, everytime I swap from desktop to mobile the watermark font is always changed back ti the default from what I had it and when I change it back in my phone it changes my decks top version to the default font as well and it’s kind of annoying constantly having to double check my watermark font.Version: 6.4.0

Great tool! Especially after iPhone X upgradeThank you adobe! I loved this app on my 6s plus but was initially grieved after iOS 11.1/.2 broke it for me, along with app switching and general speed problems. The crashing later cleared up (maybe weeks to stabilize?) but was slow. Now - I just upgraded to iPhone X and everything is super speedy! including lr edit auto mode that used to take forever. App switch is nice now! So if you see same thing I think it’s maybe iOS upgrade, - or the restore process that resolved it (I don’t think it was planned to break but was frustrating, no recourse or hint on solution). Great app and I love it!.Version: 3.0.1

Best app ever!!Can’t live without the app it’s brilliant! Thank you!.Version: 9.1.1

I love itIs perfect for mi photos.Version: 9.0.1

PresetsLove this app for when I don’t have time to use my laptop version or want a quick edit on an iPhone photo, BUT PLEASE have a way to add your own presents into the ‘preset’ option tab. I have my presents linked via images which I can copy and paste settings from but this is a real pain when wanting to compare them. Thank you :).Version: 3.1.2

Blvck presets are mintI used these at Auschwitz-Birkenau and my photos look professional with no effort at all.Version: 9.1.1

Love it!I’m really enjoying the features on this app. Great way for me to get my clients images done when I have a little down time. It’s a god send when it’s not convenient to pull out my laptop..Version: 3.1.2

Lightroom's camera absolutely dominates Apple's stock cameraThe title says it all. I just hope they add support for the ultra wide lenses in HDR soon..Version: 6.4.1

High hopesLR classic long has been photos superior in terms of file management/organization (by a mile), but with cc now finally bringing lightroom into the cloud game - this is adobes attempt at the last piece of the puzzle that arguably had left the scales tipped in in favor of apple (arguably. and it’s a darn good fire errofinally found what to abandon a bit under featured for now (though new version is big improvement - except faces don’t seem to ever show up?), but combined with the OCD person’s wonder that is lightroom classic, lightroom is leaps and bounds better than apple. keep up the good work adobe. love you guys! jus pleaaaase don’t ever write lightroom classic out of the equation entirely (at least not until cc is as sophisticated as classic). i get that they serve two different purposes and generally for different target audiences, but them playing together nicely—as they do now—is critical..Version: 4.0.0

Fantastic app, but missing own presetsEven without being connected to an adobe account, this app is fantastic with many little features. Having the connection to my adobe account enables me to have remote access to the pictures on my computer that I have imported into Lightroom. This makes it much easier to then upload them to my business Instagram. I gave it a 4 star rating, as the only thing that is missing is the ability to use my own presets like on the desktop version, rather than just having the standard Lightroom presets..Version: 3.1.1

Amazing softwareI am a professional photographer and have used Lightroom and Photoshop for many years never thinking to edit pix on my phone. It's user friendly and somehow adobe has cramed most of the useful features in this app..Version: 3.4.0

Great, but a major hiccupLightroom offers superior color editing, but the major issue is that if you haven’t used the app in some time, it doesn’t use your photo gallery like other apps do (by accessing the gallery to pick)—instead it loads the pictures into its own selection gallery and updates it based on the last time it loads. I edited a photo in October 2019 and here on December 1st 2019 I’ve taken a few hundred more photos, which means the last one I took and want to edit specifically isn’t accessible until the other few 700 ahead of it load first. It’s annoying and relegates me to using the phone’s basic photo editing options instead when I want to get the work done now, not 10 minutes from now when I can actually select the photo I want..Version: 5.0.0

Love itOnly wish I could edit videos on the free version.Version: 9.1.1

Great app for editing your photos and videosI love this app, and they keep updating it and making it even better every so often too! I love that I can make my own preset and save them and do edits so much easier. And the attention to detail you can do on this app. Like just selecting the sky or person you wish to focus on. Defiantly recommend trying it out. And they have alot of tutorials on it as well if you are lost or wondering what you can do with lightroom!.Version: 9.0

Tremendous app; could integrate better with iCloud Photo LibraryAs a semi-pro photographer, I have found that Lightroom helps me improve the quality of my photos better than any other iOS app, except for perhaps Darkroom. Lightroom’s editing tools and ability to create and sync presets are the best, and in my opinion, worth the monthly cost of a monthly PS/LR subscription. My one wish is that LR would be engineered to work as an “extension” to the iCloud Photo Library (on desktop too). I don’t want to maintain two separate photo libraries, and the LR library doesn’t offer anything more compelling than iCloud’s. The iCloud Photo Library’s organization features, its support of RAW files, and the convenience of getting photos into it (a quick swipe from my iPhone’s lock screen) mean that I’m not going to give it up any time soon. Skate to where the puck is going, Adobe! (Please and thank you!).Version: 5.2.2

Good appGood app but i hope it wasn’t subscription based. i would buy the app if needed but subscription is just too much for someone not always editing but would love a handy photo editor that is really good. i hope there is a buy option for certain premium features..Version: 3.0.1

Powerful toolA super powerful and handy tool to have on the go! It carries nearly all of the same features as the computer program and allows for accurate editing with great colour correction to bring your images to life. The preset feature is great for saving your favourite settings and makes for speedy editing to suit the vibe of the image..Version: 3.4.0

Simple to use with great end resultsI’ve been using Lightroom for a couple of years now. Whilst I’m no expert photographer and majority of my pictures are for instagram I do find the app perfect for quickly adjusting your photos. With the help of recommendations you do find yourself using different styles and then fine tuning them to your liking.Version: 9.1

LightroomAwesome app, started getting into a bit of photography and this app has definitely made photography more fun.Version: 9.1

Makes culling images / sending sneak peeks easySync images from desktop to mobile. Quick and easy! Swipe up or down to rate and flag, simply awesome! Love most of the built in features although I’m still learning what all is packed in this app. Rated 4* due to losing my place multiple times because the app crashed while I was rating pics from a shoot while it was syncing. Once it completely synced I didn’t have any crashes. However, there needs to be a last image feature so that work can easily continue after closing and reopening the app. Save the last state or something so we don’t have to hunt for the last image we touched. This costs time and time is money in our industry. Other than that this is a great app for anyone using desktop version of LR..Version: 3.2.0

Great Photo editing appI would rate the Lightroom mobile app 5 out of 5 stars. Its intuitive interface, powerful editing tools, and seamless synchronization with the desktop version make it an essential tool for mobile photographers. The app's extensive range of features allows for professional-level photo editing on the go, ensuring a consistent and efficient workflow. Highly recommended for anyone serious about mobile photography and editing..Version: 9.0

LOVE but has some issuesWhen Lightroom CC came out, it showed amazing improvements from the classic version, and I absolutely love it. I love how it can create public albums and can instantly share to my phone, and don’t get me started on the user interface. However, I’ve had some issues. On the mobile app, when you allow it to access your photos, it will upload every photo from your phone, but when you remove the access, you can’t download the photos from the app; and you only have between the two choices. Also, I really don’t like how on the public albums, there aren’t very many settings, so when I want to show my friends my albums, they aren’t able to download the photos. I used to prefer this app over Flickr for sharing images, but it’s become a hassle because my friends aren’t able to download my photos. Anyways, pretty good app but it needs some improvements..Version: 3.1.2

Outstanding programEasy to use, a must for any photographer. Take your images to the next level. Have you images all in one spot with an easy to find library..Version: 4.0.0

What more could you want? The only Adobe product I use. Lightroom combined with 1tb or more of cloud storage is so good. Having access to my whole photo library dating back to 2000 on all my devices is just amazing. And with the editing capabilities LR has to offer, I could for example be sitting on bus editing a photo I took back in 2006 on my phone. Most impressive of all is the search capability. I remember on one occasion when my son was 3, I was telling him about the papaya tree we used to have in the back yard. A quick search for ‘papaya tree’ in Lightroom, and within a few seconds all the photos I took of that tree years earlier were there for my son to see. No having to worry about tagging photos or scrolling through thousands of photos to find what you’re after. I have just one major complaint. I have all my photos segmented into months. Now if I open a month’s worth 400 photos and scroll down through them, then minimise that month, instead of going back to that same month as it should, the scroll position will be on whatever month is the same distance down the page as the 400 photos I had open. For example, if open the month of January 2020 where I have 506 photos and scroll to the bottom of all 506. When I minimise those photos the scroll position will then be at December 2017. So I either have to scroll back to the top of that month’s photos before I minimise, or scroll all the way back there anyway. It’s very annoying! Please fix this Adobe..Version: 6.1.0

Amazing app for mobile photo processingI love this app and use it daily in conjunction with the desktop version. Almost everything about it is amazing except for the lack of background sync of photos (Adobe, that's -1 star). Other than that, this app has replaced Snapseed for me since it can take RAW format photos and allows me to edit on the go..Version: 2.8.2

Good app, but not a fan of the UI changesI almost exclusively use the Lightroom app for capturing and editing, but I’m not a fan of having features buried 1 or 2 taps deep..Version: 9.0

Amazing as alwaysThe Lightroom app makes my life easier and I love it more with the new AI integration ✨.Version: 9.0

Loving LightroomStill learning but love it.Version: 9.0.1

Love it!I am so obsessed with Lightroom! I do photography as a hobby and I’m an amateur, so I love learning how to edit my photos in post. I gotta say, the curve tool is such a game changer and a necessity. If used correctly, it can literally change the entire look and vibe of your photos. I have played around with it so much that a lot of my photos look like I used filters from other popular apps. I have stopped using filters COMPLETELY and learning on creating my own style of lighting, color and shadows. The premium package is a must lol. The geometry tool is such a life saver and gets rid of that annoying “distortion” effect that my lens sometimes loves to throw in my face. I can’t wait to get an iPad so I can use a bigger screen to edit and see more of my photos since I am only using my phone at the moment. Lightroom is a god send!.Version: 4.3.2

GreatI like it.Version: 9.2

GreatGreat app, but please add more features like Lightroom classic on a desktop, I edit all my photos on iPad Pro now and would love it if I could do the same as desktop version.Version: 6.0.1

Awesome but at a costThe overall convenience of using the Apple Pen for editing masks are great, but the app crashes if I do certain tasks. It 100% crashes everytime I do the following: add mask > select subject > subtract from mask (subject) > brush. The only work around? Do all of my colour grading/tone curve/lighting/etc. adjustments, export the photo and then add masks to the exported photo. This is an annoying feature and it also force resets the previous edits on the original photo. There’s little bugs like this that bug me but otherwise, a solid app with a lot of potential!.Version: 9.2

Never Lets Me DownI replaced Lightroom desktop with the mobile version a long time ago and I never looked back. I found love for the app when lockdown had lifted and I never wanted to go back home. I would spend countless hours travelling, just me, my dog, my camera and my iPad. I would travel across the UK to find landscapes to photograph. I would spend nights under the stars. Climb incredible mountains and meet wonderful people, all the while, documenting everything with my camera. After I was done with my latest shoot, I would retreat back to my car and stop off somewhere to grab a coffee and some food while editing the images I had just taken. The mobile version gives you incredible freedom to keep you hobby cost low and the results high..Version: 8.5.1

SurprisedI started using the app for its camera shooting which is great as I can produce a DNG file. The most exciting part of the app is how it integrates with Adobe portfolio. This will make my life a lot easier when updating my folio even when I not near a computer..Version: 4.4.1

Great appVery handy for editing RAW photos on phone with presets.Version: 9.1

IPad version needs more Mac level abilitiesGreat program. Would be nice to see some additional functionality in the iPad version. The Mac version should also be closer in functionality to Lightroom classic, not sure why it’s held back..Version: 9.2

The best photo app I’ve used except for...I’m going to start with the best things about the app. There’s nothing like it for mobile; the HDR, Raw, and manual settings are exceptional. The editing options are superb giving you curves, clipping and crushing colors when there’s no more information in the image. I feel confident enough to edit a photo on this app as much as I would with the desktop version. Now the negatives; I mentioned that one of my favorite things about the app is the camera, but yet I still find myself using the iPhone native camera more simply because is more accessible. I wish adobe would separate the camera from the editing software. Adobe please allow me to someone pull up my light room camera app as fast as I can with the stock camera. also, being able to record video with such camera app would be amazing..Version: 3.3.1

Love it .Great tools photo editingHighly recommended.Version: 9.1.1

Love Lightroom!Love Lightroom!.Version: 9.2

Love it, but export timezone issueI’m having problems when exporting the images they show up in the wrong order in my “moments”. I believe is because of the timezone i am when i save them to camera roll: it happened that i’ve exported a pic while being in italy and then exported the same pic again by mistake while being in the uk and those pics show up at an hour apart... it’s getting really messy and it’s driving me mad :-) Love the app otherwise, never had this problem before, it must be a recent bug or something changed in Photos, i don’t know.Version: 3.2.1

Good startHad some issues with a prepaid account and the new lightroom CC app which took 5 hours on with adobe support to fix, but once sorted the storage issues went away and things started working properly. As for the app itself, it’s still missing a few key features I used a lot from the full app like photo stitching and HDRs but other than those, features, it can do pretty much everything else the desktop app could do (I don’t use the in-app printing module). I did like looking at my photos on a map but I’m sure they can add that back in over time if enough people request it. Overall I’m pleased with the experience and being able to jump on my phone, tablet, laptop and desktop and do some editing/rating is a god send for my workflow..Version: 3.1.0

Nearly perfect!Still haven’t managed to find a way to stop my iphone auto syncing to the cc library, which is becoming quite a pain. Other than that it has everything I need for fast quick edits on my phone..Version: 3.4.0

Great app. The new rebuild is amazing.Except for not being able to export high resolution images. I just want to be able to export large printable jpegs. High res versions. The highest export jpeg is 72dpi. I’ve had all my gear stolen (traveling) and I’m trying save images from my camera to my phone and upload them to the cloud in a high res version for printing later on but it’s not possible. Amazing app, but without a high res option for export, even just jpeg, it’s not complete for me. But killer app apart from that!.Version: 3.4.0

Thought it was amazingI have nothing but good things to say about this app the editing system is easy to navigate the editing presets are really good all of my photos I put on my Instagram page is edited using Lightroom. patski07 instagram.Version: 5.3.1

Please add an adjustment lock featureI have a suggestion for the Lightroom app, can you add an adjustment lock feature? For example, let's say I want to lock the exposure at +1 and then I want to add a preset on the photo, but the preset includes a +3 adjustment, so this way I can apply a preset without changing the adjustment that I locked and in the preset browser I can view the small thumbnail with how the photo will look like if I apply the preset on the photo with that locked adjustment. I think it's a useful small feature.Version: 7.4.0

Great editing app, but need more export optionsBest app yet for editing photos - powerful and precise where I want it to be. It's created some wonderful pictures from otherwise ordinary ones. Please consider adding more options for exporting images... but I look forward to lossless format (PNG, TIFF, etc.) the most. Look particularly forward should lossless exports come into consideration for release!.Version: 3.2.1

Love itEasy to use and makes learning the basics of photo editing much easier. Very accessible via laptop, internet and phone..Version: 3.0.1

Surprisingly powerful and easy to useI use the desktop Lightroom and expected the mobile version to be a very poor relation. I was surprised how much I could do on it, particularly in transforming images to black-and-white. The presets are very helpful and the other editing tools are easy to use. I haven’t tried integrating this withmy desktop version, so I don’t know if it is possible, for example, to roll back versions. Being able to sit down immediately after taking a photo and editing it there and then is great..Version: 9.1

Would have been 5 star if not for storage restrictionsNoting currently beats for rapid photo development on a mobile like Lightroom. AI features are blazing fast on iOS devices compared to desktop! My biggest gripe is the inability to edit images directly off internal iOS files storage or external storage ( Davinci resolve can do with 4K footage - so this can’t be a technical issue). This forces to pay more for LR cloud space as base 20 Gb is absolutely paltry. Microsoft gives 1Tb for comparison. Adobe just wants to leech money out of customers by forcibly restricting storage options. At least give 100Gb with the plan for non - pros! I am not a pro who earns money from Photography- so it’s literally extortion to ask 10£ per month more for just storage. Pity - Adobe has brilliant engineers but clouded by sleazy money grabbers in the finance department..Version: 9.1

Simply the bestWell thought out intuitive app. Essential for photography p.Version: 9.2

Not Compatible with iPad Air 2019!I just spent $1000+ on a new iPad Air only to find it is not compatible with Lightroom for iPad! The app works on my three year old phone, but not a two month old iPad that’s almost identical to the previous generation iPad Pro (which is supported). Seriously angry!.Version: 4.3.2

Don’t need a pro cameraI can take professional photos with my iPhone. I shoot in Apple ProRAW or Lightroom’s Adobe Raw and I have incredible color/light control. I can even manually focus on objects as well as control ISO and shutter speed. I can bring out the tiniest details shot with Apple’s macro ultra-wide lens, or adjust my urban city shots’ perspective from Apple’s telephoto lens using Lightroom’s geometry adjustments. I can easily create a cinematic look for my photos using the curves tool by adding and subtracting greens and reds. Perhaps the most useful tool in Lightroom is the selective editing: Masks. I use these to brighten or darken specific parts of my photos without affecting the rest of the image. Lightroom’s secondary color correction hsl is super helpful when I need to adjust certain colors, and the color grading adjustments add beautiful tints to make the look that I’m aiming for. As you can see, I can tell the stories I want to tell through my photos and the emotions and mood they create..Version: 7.3.2

Can’t live without itSimply the best app to edit all your pictures. From professional ones to simple ones..Version: 5.2.4

Light room reviewI love this app, so many features to use and it makes editing so simple. Thank you..Version: 9.2

Amazing for most needs but...This is an amazing app for most things. I chose the ipad pro over a MacBook to make photo editing more portable but i regret doing this. There are still lots of feature on the iOS version that are missing and one big one is photo merging. I understand this takes a lot of processing power and could take a long time for an ipad to render very large photos but this is something i depended on a lot. There are many other simple things that make it more difficult to do work but apart from those bits.... it is a brilliant app for most needs..Version: 4.3.1

I love it butI wish Lightroom mobile was updated so that you can use ‘Camera Calibration’ and also the option to slowly adjust the tone curve, as it’s difficult on the iPhone to be precise with the tone curve. I would also love to see the masking option be able to recognise more features like it does on desktop. Besides that Lightroom replaces all my others apps as it’s an all-in-one editor that leaves me with the best results..Version: 8.1.1

Excellent... but need virtual copy abilityThere’s too much to say about this app and its computer version - excellent in so many ways.. I couldn’t do without it. I reluctantly removed a star for one very important reason: the inability to create virtual copies on the iPhone; this is something that is necessary to making edits on your phone as I feel crippled by the inability to do anything at all to the photos, as I don’t want to ruin already crafted pictures by possibly making wrong decisions on the phone, due to colour rendering on the phone not being ideal. Being able to make copies would allow experimentation and work to be done on the go without fear and then make fuller edits on a computer with a calibrated screen later. Adobe is a remarkable software house, with excellent apps that have been important to us for many years and usually listen to us, but this really does let the whole concept of the app down and makes it unusable, to a certain extent. Other upgrade features are simply interesting - not really as necessary as copy abilities. 5 stars and full recommendations would be forthcoming with this important feature otherwise..Version: 3.2.0

Same development features as full LRIn terms of its capability as a photo editor I can’t fault it. I use LR Classic on desktop for photo editing and in development mode it’s basically the same. I haven’t had a chance to explore much else with it atm. My complaints are that moving the sliders with fingers can be inaccurate when pulling away from the screen. I’d like a way to increase/decrease by point in the same way that arrow keys can be used on desktop version - maybe this exists and I haven’t found it yet though, I’m used to a long learning curve with any new adobe product. Also, I feel like a bit of a mug that I pay for photo editing suite from adobe yet this is free. I use iCloud Drive to store my photos from SD, so I could literally do all my editing work on this free version from my iPhone..Version: 5.2.2

Great mobile version.I never get excited when desktop apps are made mobile so was reluctant to try this one. But it is pretty special. A great re work of a great application. My only gripe - I’d like the option to write only to the camera roll. So I can export from lightroom and not import every photo I take with my mobile. Most of my mobile shots are just for fun and not what I want clogging up my more “serious” library of photos..Version: 3.0.1

Recent UpdateAfter the most recent update, I can’t see or upload some photos that are in my camera roll. It’s crucial for me to be able to access all my photos in the app due to work reasons. Hope this gets fixed quickly.Version: 5.0.0

Absolutely Incredible!!Is an amazing app that you can have on the go anywhere you want and access any photos already uploaded to the adobe cloud! So worth the money!.Version: 4.0.0
