✓ One-stop shopI love that this app provides a one-stop shop for my swim families. They can get to meet info such as meet times, addresses, meet sign up and volunteer signup as well as receive quick notifications such as a canceled practice or entry deadline. An improvement I would appreciate would be to incorporate a quick two-way messaging service so coaches could contact individuals and parents could contact the coach. This would cut back on the need for additional group messaging services..Summer CoachVersion: 4.0.6

✓ Only about half completedThis app could be useful, however most of the features don’t work like heat sheets and race results. My swimmer’s races have been missing the first and last race in the swim events in every meet. Sometimes the event and heats don’t update and one time the server crashed during a meet making the app unusable. Too much doesn’t work to be a pay app... still in beta in my opinion..Dts2112Version: 2.1.18

✓ Very helpful…. When it works.As someone who has been using other swim apps for years, this one has its pros and cons. The reminders are great, and its pretty easy to figure out. You can see everything you need to know about a race and clear results. But it NEVER WORKS. Even when the meet is using meet maestro software, it still doesnt work. Sometimes it will work for my siblings but not me, even though we all paid for premium. ✓ This isn’t that great :(I have been looking for another meet app other than the one that I have to see if there is a better one and I came across this one. I cannot figure out how to make an account, I have read the article on your website and it wasn’t helpful either. There are a lot of dead ends too, I tried the guest account and it doesn’t work for me, I have tried several times to get to a meet in the past that I want to look at for my times and it wont search it up (I even put the whole name in and it didn’t work) I would like if you could make it easier to make an account and maybe up grade the guest..Ch4r1ie;-;Version: 4.0.1

✓ WorthlessDid not get the information I expected during swim meet. Had to subscribe to view nothing and now it is going to renew against my will because the app and my phone only offer a place for renewal. ✓ Doesn’t work everThis app has gotten terrible. When i log in, it just is a white screen. I delete the app then redownload it and it will work for for a few minutes but if you move to another app then try to use again it stops. ✓ Subscription CancellationI unsubscribed to the monthly pro version trial well before it was up and I’ve been charged for it and now it has automatically extended my subscription out another month and I no longer am seeing a means to unsubscribe. ✓ Not the bestIt wouldn’t let me create a new account, I don’t have one so I thought there was going to be a option to make a new account but there wasn’t, I even looked it up and still nothing came up. I just wanted to have it so I could know my stuff for my swim meets this summer.
