✓ A True Benchmark For Thoughtful UtilityThis app (and its companions) are truly an exercise in thoughtful ingenuity. Basically if you want something, anything really, done on your Mac, this remote app allows you to either do it from a premade function within the app or spend a few minutes “building” the feature you want to use to manipulate your Mac with scripts and Siri commands (and I’m sure much more). I do wish the app developers website was more detailed in how to use the many, many, many features. I’ve mostly caught on but I can tell there’s this entire feature set waiting in there to be utilized but I’m just not savvy or knowledgeable enough to know and the directions are scant or relegated to more basic functions. However, having more options than you know how to use isn’t exactly my idea of a huge problem. The apps are constantly being updated and always becoming more useful and streamlined. ✓ Massive overrated gimmickThe experience of controlling a 27" iMac from an iPad is awful and near on impossible - it's like zero attempt has gone into rectifying usability challenges. Once you get over the novelty of seeing your desktop on the iPad (probably why people rush to rate 5* as I can not explain popularity otherwise) the app is totally unproductive. Mouse control and movement is impossible however much you do on configuration options, and the combination with zooming into parts of the screen is pointless as the mouse doesn't come too. A few ideas for developers - have the mouse "canvas" specific to the area you zoom in to work on, so it moves faster and more reliably. Also is there not a way to cycle apps as in mission control button but then bring that app to be zoomed full screen width on the iPad, again as a specific "canvas". In both cases you might then be able to support touch control directly onto the desktop given the zoom, rather than the COMPLETELY BROKEN and unusable mouse drag which doesn't replicate where your orange focus goes or clicks. So flawed as a tool to use productively and this is an expensive and supposedly "pro" application..RF2775Version: 2021.5

✓ Impressive for the priceCould do with a slightly neater layout, which would encompass representing the Mac OS better. The tech works extremely smoothly and connectivity from the start means a very smooth installation. Great money saving app. Well worth the purchase price for the full package. I just hope this developer keeps this product on the market as many developers only produce a piece of software for a few years pocket the money and disappear, or they no longer support the app and bring out a new one forcing customers to buy it again. leaving loyal customers stranded and with a bad taste in their mouth. That’s not a criticism of this developer I’m just sound boarding that last point. Overall a very useful money and time saving product that will help the functionality of my business and home entertainment as well, as it works and syncs perfectly with my mini projector screen to bring more interactivity with all my software and hardware peripherals..M1kemacVersion: 8.5.13
