Cancellation doesn’t workTerrible app - hitting the “cancel booking” button causes it to crash, allowing you to never access the cancellation page (this was for a trip I purchased cancellation insurance for). Then, when you go to write them a message to the support team to say hi your cancellation page isn’t working, you get an error and it says it’s not working either! Fantastic. Only other option is to call their helpline, which has bad hours of operation. Terrible app and would not recommend..Version: 8.41.0

Don’t botherTried to book a return trip for a day for me and my family. I made the mistake of booking the wrong date for the return journey. Tried to change it but you can’t. I was told I would need to repurchase the tickets and then submit a refund claim for the 3 tickets and there would be a charge of £10 per ticket/leg. So it will cost me £30 before I even consider rebooking. No thank you. I will just take my business else where. I will now use the tickets for the outward bound journey and have to purchase new tickets for the return leg. So my day out has been quite costly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Version: 6.81.0

UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUND HORRIBLE SERVICEUsing this app has been a horrible experience for my husband and I. We booked a flight through this app and then the airlines service canceled our flight. It has been six months and we have still not been issued a refund. Omio says they were waiting to hear back from the airline, but they have not done anything in the meantime to issue a refund. This is extremely poor customer service, and I do not trust this app anymore. I do not recommend this app at all, I would book directly with airlines and transportation companies and not use a third-party servicer as this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing process. No support, again!2 years ago I quit using Omio because they left me with zero support in an unpleasant situation. Gave them another chance for a current trip and low and behold support is MIA when I need it once again. It’s been over a week now that I’ve tried to get a response and all I received was an automated message about how valuable I am as a Customer. Extremely poor customer serviceI have booked the ticket by mistake and booked a correct ticket immediately after . Even though the 3rd party company was accommodating and was agreed on refund . The Omio customer care even when they acknowledged that the second reservation was made in few seconds after they refused to help and assist with any help further . Failure to launchDo not use this APP! The worst! Customer service is a robot. We lost $100 on tickets we purchased but could not download. They tried to make it seem like it was our fault but it was not. We asked several people to try and even people at the train station. No one could get it to download our purchased tickets. Extremely poor customer care supportMy first time of using this service and I can guarantee you that you’re toast if you ever need customer support. This is despite that they charged me £5 and £7 (first for initial booking and the second for booking an exchange ticket) which supposedly includes customer support. At the end of the say, I’ve lost £109 out of which Omio issued a voucher of €35 as a show of goodwill. I’m considering legal action against them..Version: 8.46.0

The app literally shows you the worst transport options.I mean 1165€ for a one-way flight from Luxembourg to Leeds, UK that lasts 16 hours and has 2 transfers?? And no option for trains or buses? You’re better off using Flix bus, skyscanner and eurostar all separately to make your choice..Version: 8.2.0

Worst train siteThis is the worst app I have ever used for purchasing train tickets. Once you have purchased your ticket there is zero functionality so even though it says the ticket is changeable - you cant change it on the app - you have to email customer service who can change it for you but it takes time which is not ideal when travelling and plans change. Glitch resulted in charges and no refundI really liked goeuro and had been using it for about 6 months while living in Europe, but last month the app glitched and charged my card for a bunch of tickets I didn’t buy- customer service admitted to me that the iPhone app had glitched and the problem had been solved, but only refunded the most expensive tickets despite my own app showing me a bunch of archived trips for tickets i hadn’t used! I still have charges on my card that don’t make sense. If you download keep very careful track of the trips you are taking! I’ll be using Trainline now.Version: 6.0

I have tried about 10 times to check in online on this app and when I get through to the boarding pass page to save it to my wallet, it freezes. Omio: If you want to be unhappy while travelingImagine setting the return date a week from the day you arrive, showing all the same train numbers and services, making it nearly indistinguishable from the prior week. When booking a day trip I bought a train ticket there, and when I bought it back, it was nearly indistinguishable between the same day and the week after (my friends got same day). Worst experience I had in EuropeBought a train ticket from their app from Frankfurt to Amsterdam. Decided to upgrade to first class so that I would have enough room for me and my luggage and I could enjoy the trip and scenery. When I boarded I sat in the first class cabin but I did not have a reserved seat. At the next stop someone said I was sitting in their seat so I moved me and my 45kg of luggage with me to a new seat. Next stop someone asked me to move again only this time there were no seats left!! I ended up standing up with my bags right next to the bathrooms for two hours! I could not even see the windows to see any scenery. It just could not have been worse. Awful company, avoid at all costI live in Vancouver, Canada and wanted to buy some train tickets to Seattle, USA. I searched for “Vancouver to Seattle train” and saw a link from Omio. I thought this is a legitimate business so I clicked on the link. Little did I know that I was about to be scammed. This link from Omio, instead of offering train tickets from Vancouver Canada to Seattle USA just like all of the other websites on google, offered me tickets from Vancouver, WA (a small city in US) instead of Vancouver, Canada (one of the largest cities in Canada). I paid $100 for the round trip tickets, only to find out that they are the wrong tickets and Omio does not allow refunds. This is absolutely horrible, as the same tickets can be bought from the Amtrak (the railway company) website at the same cost, with free cancellations any time. It is extremely unethical for Omio to pay google and advertise the wrong tickets to google users in Canada. I would even go as far as calling this a scam , since they do not allow refunds, while the official railway company allows refunds at the same ticket price..Version: 9.3.0

Train platform info in App not 100% correctIt’s June 1, 2022 and we’re travelling from Rome to Naples. We arrive at the station 45 minutes early and the app says that we’re to go to platform 8. The station is busy with many trains coming and going on each platform. We’re on the Omio designated platform 30 minutes early. A train for the company that we’re using arrives at the specified time and we get on. We quickly learn that it’s the wrong train. We get off and talk to a train staffer on that train and learn we are to go to platform 4. We hustle and made our train, hopping onto a couple cars early as they blow the whistle to get on. So maybe it’s the train company, maybe it’s the app, we don’t yet know. Just a friendly forewarning to anyone using the app. I was going to rate this as 4 stars but girlfriend rates this as 3 stars..Version: 7.109.0

Failed Reservation and No Customer Support - A Huge DisappointmentI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the Omnio app. I booked train tickets through the platform, opting for the convenience of reserved seats for a hassle-free journey. However, my expectations were met with nothing but frustration. To my surprise, upon boarding the train, I found out that the seats we had paid extra to reserve were not in fact reserved for us. This resulted in us having to vacate the seats when the rightful ticket holders arrived, adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing journey. Making matters worse, there’s absolutely no way to lodge a complaint or request a refund through the app, which is quite shocking for a service-based platform. The lack of customer support left us feeling like just another number in their system, rather than valued customers. Omnio’s service delivery has been a major letdown. The failure to deliver on promised services and the lack of a direct, easy-to-use channel for redress shows a lack of accountability. In light of this experience, I find it hard to recommend Omnio for future bookings. I believe that every customer deserves to get the services they pay for, and also the basic respect of being heard when things go wrong. Terrible Customer ServiceApplication changed ALL of my buses to completely different times upon purchase and immediately brought the issue to customer service. Was responded to days later (after dealing with the issue myself) and told what happened was a lie. Friends were stranded alone in cities as a result of this issue—a result of something I was told was impossible. The application also provides the incorrect customer service number and I had to hunt through google for the correct one. Buy directly through the train companyIt's a good app to schedule trains but if you have cancellations your troubles begin because the train companies won't give you a direct refund on your ticket because of using omio. They make you fill out forms in their language and your request disappears into a black hole never to be seen again. Again it's great if you don't run into train strikes or all your trains are on time and don't miss a connection. It's not so great if any of that happens. Seems buying direct throgh the provider is more difficult but if you run into trouble it's easier to resolve..Version: 8.3.1

Incomplete InformationI was given 4 tickets for a 3-train ride from Paris to Bayeux which apparently were for the whole ride. When I went to scan them at the station, they did not work, and I was asked for the tickets for the first ride. It was only after I had boarded (after asking for help) and looked further into the app that I found the document with tickets for each leg of the ride, which weren’t in order. The fact that all I was given was 4 tickets that didn’t work (even when asking a train representative) is why I have given 2 stars. Good app, needs workGood app overall, but needs to be more clear on some info about bus locations and where the bus is located as this has occurred twice; where the bus didn’t specify where they are located and that led to me missing the bus. Doesn’t work on airplane mode!Thank god I tested this before I left. It’s supposed to work offline, but it doesn’t. 1. You have to be online to make sure your tickets are there. 2. If you put it on airplane mode and try to open a ticket that you loaded ahead of time, the app crashes! You should download all your tickets/barcode ahead of time and save it locally on your phone. Promises More Than It DeliversThis app is useful for gathering the options available for train travel in Italy, however it does not necessarily deliver the promised updates. I prebooked all of our train travel for our three week vacation using this app because it promised "no surprises" and I wanted the peace of mind. The app claimed that I would "receive updates on any changes" to my journey and "real-time support" with "updates along the way". I understood this to mean that no updates should mean no changes to travel plans, but this was not in fact the case. We missed our first train from Rome to Pompeii because the platform infomation provided by the app was incorrect. Rookie mistake on our part - platforms are not assigned at Italian train stations until about half-an-hour before a train departs. Ever. When I asked Omeo customer service why they provided a platform number they responded "Kindly note that the travel company has not informed us about any platform changes, which means this was not planned. Due to disruptions, unexpected changes of the platform can occur, that is why it is important to check the timetables when you arrive at the station and keep an eye on them until you depart." It seemed unreasonable that we were given an incorrect platform number instead of N/A or similar, since the platform was clearly not known when I bought the tickets. We ended up paying for new tickets. The second train we tried to take using tickets purchased through Omio was cancelled and caused us an hour's delay which had a ripple effect on our itinerary and check-in time at our next accommodation. These tickets were purchased through the Omio app several weeks ahead of time. The Omio app did not provide any notice of this cancellation. We arrived at the station early, checked the board and did not see the train. We waited in line to ask the information desk and were then told that the train had been cancelled. If we had known we would have taken an earlier train. When we complained to Omio, we were told that Omio has "no way of actively tracking their trains, so if they do not inform us, we have no way of knowing beforehand." My advice - if you use it, use it with caution - it promises much more than it delivers in terms of updates and peace of mind, in Italy at least. If Omio is aware that they are not receiving updates from certain train companies they should say so very clearly at time of purchase instead of their standard disclaimer. Train travel using the Omio app did not prevent unpleasent surprises for us on this trip - we would have been better served by purchasing tickets directly at the train stations..Version: 8.27.2

Worst client support, and worst solutions for refunds, 7 days to reply a miss informed email and never replied calls! they DONT refund the whole value you paid for, if you don’t want omio credits they will charge you even more! And the omio credits only come as individual discounts so if you want to use it all in one trip you have to buy separate tickets and PAY MORE service fees and PAY MORE for the rest of the ticket yourself even if you have money from another refund. Do not use in Bulgaria/Turkey!I have lived in Bulgaria and am familiar with traveling. It’s not easy so the best thing I thought was to buy tickets online. I am currently traveling throughout Bulgaria and Turkey and was happy to think my tickets were taken care of. I was wrong. I arrived at the bus station in Sofia to travel to Plovdiv. The Arda Tur agent that contracts with Omio did not have any buses for my ticket time and date. Wow. Now what? I had to buy a ticket from another firm. When I arrived to Plovdiv, my next stop was Turkey and then back up to Bulgaria which included two more tickets purchased online. Also NOT VALID. I had to rebuy tickets to Turkey and back up to Bulgaria for completely different times which throws my schedule off completely. I will never use Arda Tur or Omio online ever again. If I was a tourist that did not understand and speak a little Bulgarian I would have been royally screwed. Worst contracting I have ever seen. Good, but could do with additions.I think the functionality of the app is generally satisfactory, BUT I also think it could definitely do with important additions: calling stations, and the final destination of the train, so I could immediately find it on departure boards. It’s a bit silly having to check on National Rail every time to see which train I’ll be getting on. Horrible customer serviceUsed this company to book two train trips. 3 days before my first trip, Omio sent me an email informing of a strike that would effect my travel. Being on vacation, I quickly booked flights to avoid dealing with any hassle of trip interruptions. A day before the strike was supposed to start, I had learned the strike had been called off. Omio informed me I needed to contact the train company to receive a refund. They blocked my credit card company from reissuing me my money. Omio customer service through email told me multiple times that the process for a refund can be done online, however, after asking multiple times for screen shots on how to do it, another agent told me it was not possible to do online and everything had to be physically mailed in. I had mailed my information in June to the train company and still have not received any word on if I will be getting a refund. Because of Omio’s email, they should have refunded me my money. The second trip I had booked through them went without a hitch. I would caution using Omio and book directly with the train company as much as possible..Version: 8.39.0

Okay appTruthfully doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars. Refunds are nightmare as others have stated. Great in terms of booking travel even last minute HOWEVER it ALWAYS gets the track number WRONG. Always check the screens at whatever station you’re at!!! When the track number has been posted, you think the app would update it to the correct number.. it doesn’t. This alone is the most frustrating thing and it needs to be immediately fixed or don’t put a track number in the first place since it’s never correct!!!.Version: 8.45.0

Bad communicationNo one to help or to talk in term of emergency. I emailed 1 week earlier of my ticket dated but never got any response until 4 weeks. 1st 1wanted yo cancel tickets, didn’t happen. 2nd, got announced lockdown and one to communicate about flights. Doesn’t find buses that I know are there!Tried to find a bus from Verona to Bardolino. This app says there aren’t any. Well Google maps quickly gave me three (RE6, 164 & 162). All on a major road between the city and the popular tourist destination. Also annoyingly, every new search defaults to “flights”. So you put your destination in and it always comes up with “no flights found”. Then you have to tap the train or bus icon to do the search a second time”. Useless..Version: 5.2

Late night bus didn’t show upIn September I had an overnight bus from Paris at 22:45 to Nice booked. I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter and found myself stuck at the bus station with no bus and no hotel. No one was able to help me, the bus drivers from the company- “look at the screen” The bus company “talk to Omio” Omio “talk to the bus company” I figured out after that they canceled that bus, the bus company was bought by another and they put us on another bus earlier that afternoon, they emailed that morning, but, we are traveling without wifi and did not receive the information. I only received a notification that the bus was delayed. You’d think if you cancelled a bus that was paid for, and put us on a waaaay earlier bus... that when we didn’t show someone would contact us. I’m not sure if you have been to the Paris bus station, it is not a comforting place to be at 22:45 with no notifications of your bus, or anyone that will help you. We are lucky we are safe. This cost me a ton of money to correct, I am very disappointed. I have written in the past and received no response. If this app takes your money, on anyone’s behalf, they should be responsible for getting it back to you when the service is not provided. We tried to be prepared by planning ahead and booking transportation before hand. I will be buying my passes at the train stations from now on. Missing something mole optionsI want to be able to use alternative options / times for travel. I want to be able to select certain airlines and see all their options for flights. I want to be able to choose returns via same airline if I want to. I want to be able to book multi city trips - leaving from / arriving to different ports. I would like a watch list and alert to advise price drops - cheapest day / time to travel for desired flights would also be great (within 1 mth, 3 mth, 6mth, year etc)... It would also be useful to see alternative airport selection eg BIRMINGHAM versus London or similar in non UK with train / bus options to ultimate destination ... It’s a good little app but you could make it so much more..Version: 5.3.1

Does not accept any payment methodsThis would be great if it allowed you to actually purchase tickets, but for some reason it doesn’t work with valid credit cards, Apple Pay, or PayPal, even if you provide the correct billing address and details. It also grays out the options once it doesn’t work, so you can’t even try a different card or fix an error. These are cards that I regularly use during international travel with no issue. Nonstop pop up notification asks ruins useI don't turn notifications on, unless I want to. Unfortunately, while trying to simply search routes, this app asks you if you want to turn notifications on ...Every. Single. Time. Hitting the "maybe later" option doesn't work. It's like a child that asks for a cookie every two seconds. You hit "maybe later," and the second you enter your our journey, it pops up. You hit your return journey, it pops up. You hit your date, it pops up. On and on and on, everything becomes double the process because you have to keep turning the button that says "maybe later" off. Being bullied into turning on a notification button doesn't make me turn on the notification button. I have just deleted the app. There are too many apps that let you book your train journeys throughout Europe. This will not be the one I use..Version: 8.25.0

PLEASE DO NOT REUST THIS APP!!! IT’S A SCAM!!!!This app is absolutely a scam!!! I looked for tickets tigron Vienna to Hallstatt yesterday- £18. I check again today, they chanced the price- £23. I said... ok, fine... I understand. The second I wanted to finish the reservation I got another price with the message that during my reservation the company changed the price- £38 I said ok.. again.. I updated my details and when I wanted to book, the exact thing happened but the new price was- £60 What?????? This happened with other tickets that we had in mind to buy for different locations- Salzburg, Innsbruck and then back to Vienna. With absolutely every single one of our tickets. From a journey that initially was £70, we reached -£257. That’s insane!!!!!!! Just because they keep updating the price over and over again from one minute to another DO NOT TRUT THIS APP!!!!!!!!.Version: 6.26.0

10%So I use this app ALL THE TIME to book tickets within Germany. I made the mistake of using it to book tickets for myself and two friends for a day trip. The app has a problem with changing the dates you’ve entered.. so I assumed the dates I entered would be the dates tickets showed up for, but it regressed to a previous search and they dates were mixed up. I ended up booking our 3 tickets for two weeks AFTER the dates I entered into the app. When I got to the station (less than 72hours after booking) I noticed the problem and immediately got on the phone with CS. The woman I spoke to (Olesia) said there was nothing they could do sine it was “my fault” for booking the wrong dates (even though it was a glitch in the app). So I spent an extra 50€ booking 3 new tickets at the ticket counter in the station. The customer service representative only offered me a 10% discount on my next trip booked through Omio but it only works for up to 300€.. so I spent 155€ on tickets that I will not be able to use myself, refund or transfer to someone else to use. BUT HEY! I save 10% on my next.. I’m not booking with you again..Version: 6.26.0

Be aware - Seat selections are the worstUsing this app has been very easy - we travelled all around Spain without a single problem. The one thing that has become apparent however is that the train operators must reserve only the least desirable seats for those who book through third party apps like this. At no time we’re we given a chance to select seats and every time without fail we either got seats with no window or center seats (where forward facing and rearwards facing seats meet) where we competed for knee space with another couple facing us (And of course the only seats without a table). Will put you through hoops for a refund.I had my bus cancel the trip 2 days beforehand. I never got an email or any notice of this cancellation and when trying to get a refund from the bus company they told me to contact Omio, since Omio took my money. I contacted Omio and was told that I needed to get in contact with the bus company for my refund which makes no sense. Seeing as Omio is the one I gave my money to they are the one’s supposed to refund me. Thank god it was only $14 wasted, but my time and effort was overall wasted. Their customer service is horrible, they just send you an email and want to rush you off the phone. No real solutions, they just have you running in circles to get your money back..Version: 8.43.0

Future date by defaultThe app seems to be good. Unfortunately, by default app picks up the future date and you may end up with a ticke which is not valid for your current trip. Each ticket has an option of being refunded but for additional fee. If you buy wrong ticket by mistake: because date picked by default is furure date, there is no chance to be refunded. Bad service terrible service over the phone call just was not interestedApsloty cow boys take the money if you have to try cancel the night before due the medical conditions I was told need to have a written letter posted out with doctors letters before the departure date witch was impossible Because it was Friday the 12th September and the train was departing 13th September at 7.00am so to me that was and everybody I spoken to about it was impossible scammers And the man laughed at me when I told him about my medical condition witch was humiliated me ☹️.Version: 6.15.0

Terrible journey suggestionsIf I want to go from South London to somewhere in the Netherlands, the itinerary they suggest is to fly via Southampton. Which is ridiculous. If I were to take the train, according to this app, it takes 13minutes to get from my location (which is impossible) to get to Kings Cross where I would have 15 minutes connection time to get on the Eurostar, however you need to be there at least 45 minutes before the train departs. These things should be factored in. This app is based on a great concept, but the execution is flawed..Version: 4.3.1

DisappointedWe bought a direct ticket that cost more to get from Munich to Prauge … no email or information was provided to us stating our journey is now going to be divided into 2 trains with a bus and extensively longer to get to Prauge. DisappointingI was excited to use this but I get repeatedly told there are no trains between places when I know there are trains. For example I search for Paris to Brno one way and get a result ✅ When I try and search the same journey as a round trip I am told there are no trains. Or I enquire about a journey where I know there are loads of trains - Brno to Bratislava. I’m told there are no trains. Gives unrealistically short transfer timesStruggled for a long time trying to get round trip ticket from Florence to 5terre . Kept insisting on giving 5 minutes to transfer at La Spezia, even though that isn’t really possible with trains usually late. Going there wasn’t a big issue as one can just get the next train , but coming back that is a big problem. Decided to by each leg separately. Got first leg, tried to buy second and popped up error at end saying ticket purchase failed. Credit card was charged anyway. Tried again and again and app kept crashing back to search. Gave up and went to sleep and ticket from failed purchase arrived in the morning..Version: 6.3.4

Poor bus and train informationAs I live in Scotland I wanted a few options to travel to Paris other than by flying... Was this possible? Not a chance. Plenty of flights available from any airport. No trains or bus Now I know you can travel by train to Paris from anywhere in Scotland but Go Euro isn’t capable of working that out so apart from point to point travel this is a waste of time..Version: 4.3.1

Train delayI have to say this kind of company is really something First of all this kind of application is big money and time wasting app really you can get better prices if you search online other than this and you book it directly by yourself . Be Aware! Trying with Omio in emergencies is a nightmare.It’s not trusting, I bought 2 tickets Valencia to Madrid more than a month before Covid19 emergency happened. When I tried to cancel before my trip because of Covid19 restrictions, I couldn’t do it because the app was saturated, when I tried to do it through costumer service emails, I got no answer, I tried from their Facebook page and just got a general message from a machine, when I tried to call it didn’t work either. So the week of restrictions came up and I couldn’t cancel nor contact any assistance from Omio. I spent $223 and one month and a half after they just refunded $88. So I’m deleting the app and unlike Facebook page, and I’m gonna leave all the worst reviews anywhere I see Omio, so they won’t do the same to other costumers..Version: 6.36.0

Cost us $88€ extra in fair evasion penalties.I used the app to pre purchase two tickets for 39€ from Venice- Florence Italy and it cost me an additional 88€ to purchase the correct ticket on board the train. When I purchased the tickets the dates must have reset somehow before purchase. The tickets I somehow purchased were about 14 days ahead of my planed date of travel. This was not noticed until we were on the train and well into our journey when a seating issue occurred. Luckily the conductor spoke good English and there was two spare seats left on the train. She also said we were one of several people who have been caught out like this by the go euro app. We have been told by the train company the original ticket is non refundable as the conductor “only made us pay the difference between the onboard purchase price” and the tickets I had already purchased..Version: 5.2

Terrible experienceEnded up paying £60 instead of £20 for a journey and unable to get a refund after my journey changed from a station two stops away. Customer service strings you along for the ride, one person tells you one thing and the next tells you another. Without this app I would have been able to travel to my destination and back for £20. Customer Service Not HelpfulInevitably there will be hiccups with travel and what you need in those cases are compassionate customer service reps. This is not the case with Omio. I missed a train due to a delay at heathrow but because I didn’t re-book my train before it departed (which I believe they didn’t get right because of time zone difference) they would not consider reapplying my funds to another ticket. Worst AppThey change the date when booking then tell you that if you book another ticket they will refund your old one due to it being there fault and get nothing. Plus on top of that when I press on my tickets as I got a return ticket it says that both of my trains depart at 20:00 yet before I download the ticket it has the correct times. Ok TravelSo it is easy to find and make train reservations, but when it comes to making changes… WOW! Omio is not user friendly. I had issues with my trip so I had to make changes for the trains and trying to figure out how to reach customer service was awful. They don’t have a chat services and then when I finally found how to email them it would give me an error that I couldn’t make changes to that confirmation which was frustrating but I could send the email anyway. Then, customer service doesn’t really until hours later. Just hope you don’t have to make changes on your trips because then it’s a mission and can’t get things done. I had to pay for all new tickets all over again. Just be careful if you decide to use Omio - if your for sure that your plans don’t change then go ahead but you can never plan for mishaps on the trip and changes but they don’t care..Version: 8.2.0

Easy to book, hard to activate ticketsThe app is only good for booking tickets. I’m on a train now and can’t activate the tickets. It says “use this link” and there is no link. It happened the last time I booked and I managed to activate them by repeated efforts but I don’t know how it worked! There is a link on “how the tickets work” which also has no info on activation. Creates unnecessary problems that made me miss my trainI bought tickets for the train online, then it made me download the app, but the app didn’t download in time because my service was bad so I couldn’t get the tickets. Then when the app finally downloaded, to get the tickets it takes me back to the website I was already on! Why did I have to download the app if it’s just gonna send me back to the website???? Can’t buy ticket with railcardGot an issue in UK buying a ticket with a railcard. I can pick the dates of the ticket but cannot proceed to checkout. I am sure it is a temporary problem and can be fixed in later updates. So for now I will give a 3 star due to me being unable to buy a ticket. Beware of Fake PricesI have tried multiple time to buy a train ticket form this app but everything I find a price that’s reasonable it up charges $50 because of “price changes” but then when I close and reopen the app the ticket prices have not actually changed form what was first advertised. Update: The developer told me this was a connectivity issue. I’m not an app developer so I can’t comment on that but all I know is I tried on multiple different days both at home and on my school Wi-Fi. So do with that as you will..Version: 9.8.0

I have booked several times and I have also wanted to change , amend and on occasions increase my customer base with you. You have failed to answer, return emails, any sort of communication to you . You’re better off buying directly from vendorsThis is an incredibly shady app that takes advantages of its users in every single way possible. If you’re trying to change your ticket or request a refund they ask that you purchase tickets to the change you want to make then share that with them. If the pricing is not the exact same, they will not make the change for you and the will only give you a 45% off voucher (keeping 55% of your money). If by chance the ticket is cheaper, they may grant you that change but pocket the additional fees you paid but again, you need to run the risk of going in the hole of buying from them again and losing even more money..Version: 8.36.0
