EMT Study for Positive User Reviews

Amazing, great for students and practiong paramedicsKeeps you for forgetting the small things, as a paramedic 1 one this app a lot/ wish there was 12 interoperation.Version: 2.2

So helpful!Easy to use! Helped so much with all my studying, flash card feature is actually really cool! worth every penny! Highly recommend it!.Version: 2.2

Made me pass!I failed my first attempt at the NREMT miserably. In every category I was "below passing". I waited the two weeks to take the test again and purchased this app 5 days before my test. I went through it enough times to be sure I got at least an 80% in all of the categories and the cumulative test. The day of my test I passed with flying colors!! Thx so much for a very helpful app. It would be better if it had a bigger bank of questions to pull from though, but hey, I passed so idc..Version: 2.2

Great appThis app is pretty great. Although some of the answers are wrong on here it's still good study material. After using this app I passed my basic exam the first go around with a 98. Highly recommend to anyone going to take there state exam..Version: 2.2

Great study appI really like that you have a lot of options to study from.Version: 2.2

Good Study GuideIt helped me get through EMT school by reinforcing what I was taught in class. It's a great study app for when you have a minute or two of downtime..Version: 2.2

AwesomeI'm a current EMT b student. It's up to date with the latest AHA changes and does reflect what I am learning in class. I would recommend this to any student or individual wishing to brush up on Airway, Cardiology, OB/GYN, etc. topics.Version: 2.2

Question revisionYou have a questions a 49yo, chief complaint of chest pain described as pressure and the next step is to high flo oxygen 15 lpm via non rebreather. The answer should be 2-4 lpm via nasal cannula because too much oxygen for MCI was found to be worse for the patient. Great study guide though, that's the only thing I could find wrong..Version: 2.2

Helped Me Pass!My first time I didn't pass the national. The second time this app was my only study material and I pass! It's definitely worth the money..Version: 2.2

Get THIS app!!I just took my NREMT this morning and many questions that were similar to the ones in this app showed up && I passed! This is a great study tool. If you want to pass the NREMT, GET THIS APP!.Version: 2.2

Great study appI used this app to study for the NREMT. The questions are pretty similar to the exam itself. The best thing about this app in particular is the sleek layout and the cumulative summaries that tell you how you did in each section. No bugs or glitches that I have found. If your looking for a sure fire way to pass your NREMT exam, this is the app for you!.Version: 2.2

Only App I Used to StudyI took the NREMT- Basic and failed on my first attempt. I found this app and used it everyday asking 20 questions for months. After awhile I was seeing the same questions time after time due to only having 300 questions, but that repetition helped and allowed me to pass the national registry on my second attempt. I am now an EMS instructor and recommend this app to all my students for not only studying for my exam but the national registry as well. Would love to see an update come out with new or more questions!.Version: 2.2

Great appGreat for when carrying a burdensome book is not ideal. Could use some more questions as they become redundant after awhile if you're an avid bookworm (and you should be)..Version: 2.2

Passed on the first tryI got this app along with the emt pocket prep app for a total of $20 then studied everyday 4 days before the test and passes on my first attempt.Version: 2.2

Awesome study guideThis is a very helpful tool for studying for National registry as an EMT-B. As a part time firefighter this tool keep me refreashed on certain topics that I have might of forgotten, and like any tool it's only as good if it is used. Highly recommended.Version: 2.2

Best so farThe questions are great practice and I greatly appreciate how the rationale is worded to illustrate the correct pattern of thought when taking exams. I also really like the format. One thing though: I would love to have more questions!.Version: 2.2

Great Study ToolUsed this to refresh my EMT knowledge after a year of down time and it's a great way to keep basic info current in the old noggin..Version: 2.2

Great study toolThis program allows you to study anywhere there is an internet signal. It can be adapted to ten- twenty five questions and provides correct vs incorrect answer evaluations. You may take the segments over and over until you are satisfied. Also, explanations are given for your answers. I paased!.Version: 2.2

We will see!I've been using this app for about a week. I'm only half way through my EMT class but I wanted to see what subjects we have covered so far that I should be brushing up on. I love the app and I feel like I'm learning a lot. It definitely needs a bigger banks of questions though..Version: 2.2

Best app for EMT StudyLove the functionality of this app. Makes studying much easier, with an overall enjoyable app experience. Excellent development, highly recommend this for test prep..Version: 2.2

Great study aidJust took the NREMT and passed with 70 questions. I used this app in conjunction with my class material to study for the test. IMO, the more practice tests you take, the better you will learn your strengths and weaknesses. This app not only gives the answers, it gives an explanation why the answer is correct. Definitely worth the price. Good luck!.Version: 2.2

Best NREMT app out there.Out of all the possible apps to purchase, this is the most effective in studying for the NREMT. There are some programs out there that cost upwards of $50 that might be better, but for $5, this is a really good deal. Failed my first test, passed my second, largely due to this app. The questions reflect what is on the test. Only way it could be better is to have even more questions to practice..Version: 2.2

Great Study Aid!!This app proved to be an awesome study guide when reviewing for the NREMT - it's easy to use and navigate through. The rationales it gives for every question are extremely helpful and the question styles are very similar to the ones on the NREMT. This app is definitely recommend as a supplemental study aid - it's a great app for a great price!!.Version: 2.2

Very helpfulMainly used this app and one other test site and passed nremt first time! Very good and explains the answers so you learn why that answer was wrong!!.Version: 2.2

Use for NREMT (68W)I used every study material possible and after this app I finally passed the NREMT after 2 unsuccessful attempts, I almost lost all hope but using this app the night before the test worked and I took the test on 20mins of sleep passed with a score of 80. !.Version: 2.2

Awesome appI took the NREMT basic test and passed using only this app after failing the first time without this app telling every student I know!!! Awesome app great job!.Version: 2.2

Excellent review AppI like that you can adjust the question number, so you can do a quick 10 if you've only got s couple of minutes or like 100 if you've got time. Variety of topics and questions is excellent. It's great that at the end of the cumulative quiz you get percentage by category so you can polish and refine your skills. Highly recommend..Version: 2.2

Pretty solidGreat for keeping your mind fresh on this criteria. The full version has plenty of questions and flash cards to study and when you answer questions it elaborates on why it's the correct answer. It's worth the $..Version: 2.2

Excellent! This app is a wonderful tool. Never crashes, always works great. It challenges me and teaches me at the same time. If you are a student this app is for you! Get it now!!.Version: 2.2

Spelling errors are only complaintSeems to be great variety of questions to prepare. Guess I'll know soon once I take the exam. Only thing w/this app is the plethora of spelling errors....Version: 2.2

Very helpful app!Out of all the NREMT prep apps I’ve tried this is probably the best. It looks nice and is easy to use, all the material is accurate and very similar to the questions on the NREMT. Worth every penny..Version: 2.2

Best EMT Test Prep/NREMT app out there!Great app! Used it to study in class, and for NREMT, and never once failed an exam. Passed NREMT my second time around. Would definitely buy this app if you want a great study guide! Still have to read the book, but this will definitely help you! Again, "Read the Book" and use the app, and you should have success in EMT Class & on NREMT. Would highly recommend it!.Version: 2.2

EMT-AI am an EMT student and I find this app very useful, if anyone is like me I have a full time job so I do not get to study as much as I would like too, don't get me wrong you need to study your books but, just as a refresher, this app is great..Version: 2.2

Incredibly usefulThe first app I have ever reviewed, and it deserves all 5 stars. Incredibly handy, user friendly, and has helped me on numerous occasions in my EMT-B class..Version: 2.2

Fairly decentNeeds updating to reflect current standards and also would like it to be able to rotate for landscape on and iPad..Version: 2.2

Super Helpful! Passed the NREMT.I found this app to be very helpful in my prep for the NREMT and I passed the exam first try! It’s really nice that it lets you filter out and study each section individually and that it tells you why each answer is correct. The questions were very similar to the style of the NREMT exam but I would say that you should make sure to review signs and symptoms of various issues associated with cardiac, trauma, medical, and airway emergencies..Version: 2.2

Great app to study for the NREMT, defiantly will passThis app is phenomenal to study for the NREMT!!!!! This app helped me a lot beside the book. But I mostly studied this app a week before my exam & helped me pass. The questions are similar to the National. I recommend this 100%. Worth that money..Version: 2.2

Great AppI purchased this app ($5) and it was a great investment. I had the free version then upgraded while I was in class. I like that you can adjust the amount of questions and flip between quiz and notecards. If you only had 10 min you could pick a few questions to get them down pat. I needed more work on the vocabulary side and the notecards were very helpful for that. I used this app in conjunction with my notes from my EMT class and passed the NREMT first time!.Version: 2.2

Best NREMT study app! This app is an absolutely excellent study tool for EMTs. Questions are identical to the NREMT and provide very detailed explanations. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to take the NREMT or brush up on their skills. Well worth the money!.Version: 2.2

Great reviewI'm using this app to have a different style of questions then I'm used to with handouts from instructor and medic text book. I like the variety..Version: 2.2

Great refresherI can't get enough practice quizzes when studying. This is definitely worth the $5. Take a long quiz or do a 10 question tune up when you have a couple of minutes. Try the lite version 1st for free..Version: 2.2

Great help for NREMTI've never reviewed an app before, but this one deserves it. Great rationales for missed questions and tips to help remember things on more common questions seen in NREMT. Passed with 75 questions using this app as study guide and the orange book as textbook..Version: 2.2

Helped me through NREMT and still goingI bought this app three years ago and it helped me soo much in passing my NREMT, now I’m using it again to prepare for my Paramedic Academy’s Entrance Exam. I can’t recommend it enough, use it in small chunks to pass time like a trivia game, and as the test gets closer, go crazy and take the full 300 cumulative to get a feel for where you stand... and then sweat regardless waiting on those NREMT results!.Version: 2.2
