The only thing that does work is the software that will take more money from you. Not happy at this time and find that it is not building confidence in me to purchase other apps. ✓ Great GameThe game is very addictive and has a good level of controls. However, on the iPhone XR and above you cannot read the speed as it’s cut of the screen meaning you cannot make a good speed approach. ✓ Great flying mechanics, decent missions just a few minor gripesVer 1 had great flying mechanics, graphics were very good and Ver 2 just adds to it. New missions have been added as well that makes the free version very good value. I believe the paid Ver adds many more missions. They also added ability to use 1 of 3 catapults on aircraft carrier which is cool. Watching the replay is also cool as well with the Cinema mode. Minor gripes: fix the small glitch where the plane sometimes jumps up for no apparent reason. Need a bit more variety for missions.... Maybe it's the free Ver but there are 3 levels of missions but they are pretty much the same. Some suggestions to make this even better: if possible, add some other planes landing or taking off, especially on aircraft carrier cos it does get a bit a bit lonely flying around by yourself. For paid Ver, would be cool to select your plane below deck and have elevator take your plane up to flight deck. Overall, Great job! 4 for gameplay but 5 for value..Version: 2.0

✓ The best flight simulatorI find Carrier Landings to be one of the best flight simulators to ever come along. This is something I do at least once a day for 30 minutes or more. The aircraft that are in the simulator are pretty close to the real thing. I wish some of the instrumentation that are in the cockpit worked, but the ones that do, navigation, altimeter and speed indicator and HUD work just fine. In the flight simulator portion of the program I’d like to see more realistic graphics for scenery such as if I’m flying in Europe some landmarks and realistic mapping. However, when I upgraded to an iPhone X, I noticed that the controls were difficult to use because of the notch at the top of the screen, so I haven’t been using the app lately. ✓ Great, but needs some work...First of all, all other items cost money, secondly the physics are a little off. What I mean by that is there is no good AOA and no velocity vector, also, the stall speeds are off and the plane does not fall out of the sky as soon as it stalls, I would also like for there to be maps based off of real life missions, such as operation enduring freedom and other missions that happened in real life. If you fix these issues I think others will enjoy that, as well as an option to actually be in formation with another jet, and also the fly in formation with red 2 stuff to actually have a formation change option while in flight so you’re not all over the place. ✓ Great simulatorI am glad a bought this a year or two ago for one price before all of the in-app purchases came in. App makers should go back to that model. The game itself is pretty good and I have spent hours playing on this. I love the new Eurofighter Typhoon. The only minor niggle is that the Typhoon has RAF markings but NAVY written on the wings. I would like to see an A1 Skyraider or the AD Skyraider as another plane in the game. Wonderful plane to fly and very foregiving. It was slow, but the stall speed was so low that you nearly hover. This is a blast more options and better campaign missions, landing competition makes more sense now due to improved scorning detail. Some small graphical improvements to come I'm sure. ✓ Challenging and fun!This is a great game, especially if you take pride in flying and landing with precision. Flight dynamics are modeled pretty well, but the game would benefit from a couple of tweaks to make it more realistic for the pilot. First, the HUD needs a simple aircraft waterline (bore sight) marker in addition to the velocity vector. The difference between the two on the pitch ladder is a critical cue for the pilot at low speeds to keep the angle of attack right for landing. The second tweak is the stall dynamics—there is no pre-stall warning (like a buffet), and once the warning goes off in the game, there is no recovering the jet. Need a little more warning. I’d also like to see the landing camera view (crosshairs on the glide slope) in the replay mode that used to be a part of the F-18 landing game (very instructional for learners). Another suggestion to make the game more fun would be to model different carriers of various sizes and configurations (modified Essex, Midway, Forrestal, Foch, Kuznetsov, Venticinco de Mayo, Ark Royal, etc). ✓ Awesome game please look!This game is fantastic, I'm very impressed and after using the multiplayer link with my iPad I'm blown away!! This is a powerful feature many other games have yet to take advantage of! Only issue with the multiplayer screen link is when I set my iPad as the screen and my phone as the controller my progress doesn't save, even if I completed the mission. That's a bug that I can't get past! Hopefully this will be fixed. Other than that, having more places to land would be cool. 5 stars once this is fixed! Great graphics, 0 lag, and it is very fun. My only problem is the selection variety. You can only play as an F/A 18 and only fly in 1 map, the islands without paying. ✓ ArchWonderful app (or game). But I have one suggestion or correction to make. Your aircraft are not landing in the regular nose-up configuration and his makes it impractical and rather challenging to put them down on your runways. Look at the video clips of eurofghter typhoons or even passenger aircraft landing. Your tend to smack their nose wheels down first on the runways. Can you pease do something about this. ✓ Number 2?This game is already looking better than the first carrier landing. The camera effects when taking off are realistic, seeable arresting wires, good looking maps, more views on the plane, better crashes (lol!), better replays, much more improved menu. Control is slightly tricky and the HUD is more transparent, so its harder to see. Same problem as Air Navy Fighters, get far away from someone, 'mission fail'. Overall its good. ✓ Amazing sim but slight issue with iphone xThis sim is built very well and is quite realistic. The one issue I have (the only reason im giving it 4 stars) is the speed is cut off screen by the notch on the iphone x. This makes it impossible to evade stalls. If you could adjust this for iphone x users that would be amazing. It would make this sim so much more enjoyable..Version: 4.2.6

✓ Flying experienceI'd like to say that i thoroughly enjoy playing this game and all the different scenarios is a real challenge.... Not something a person will get bored at after the first flight.... It would be also great to be able to change the color of the jet (black with yellow lightning) to be different and personal. ✓ Going somewhereHey really great app guys keep it up. One problem, can you make the greyhound adapt somehow so when you do the take off in free flight it won't explode on the carrier deck. Few suggestions. Add the carrier jobs(AI) to make it more realistic. Like a yellow shirt signaling a take off. Also could you please add an online mode as well so it could be a little more fun.
